电机运行故障检测是满足安全生产的关键技术。为了弥补局部均值分解(Improved Local mean decomposition,LMD)算法存在模态混叠的问题,设计了一种有理样条插值改进LMD方法,并成功应用于电机早期故障诊断领域。以LMD方法分解初始振动信...电机运行故障检测是满足安全生产的关键技术。为了弥补局部均值分解(Improved Local mean decomposition,LMD)算法存在模态混叠的问题,设计了一种有理样条插值改进LMD方法,并成功应用于电机早期故障诊断领域。以LMD方法分解初始振动信号得到乘积函数分量后,并获取乘积函数各个分量,通过包络方式对电机故障进行诊断。研究结果表明:通过有理样条插LMD分解后未出现模态混叠,在包络谱中出现明显故障特征频率与二倍频。以有理样条插LMD诊断准确度高达99.8%,该模型在电机故障诊断方面达到了有效性要求。该研究能够有效提高电机早期故障诊断能力,且适用于其它的机械传动设备上,具有很好的推广应用价值。展开更多
