Methods: from 2019 to 2020, a total of 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly assigned to treatment group A, control group b1 and control group b2, with 40 patients in each group. All children in all three groups received regular western medicine treatment (micro-ecological means of soft salt dehydration and oral rehydration, intravenous moderate dehydration rehydration, antibiotic infection and treatment of fever and vomiting symptoms);Treatment group A: based on the routine internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine with therapeutic instruments, medium-frequency pulse medicine is introduced;Control group b1: routine western medicine treatment; The control group b2: based on the routine treatment of western medicine, was treated with Sanxiang Shuangshu Powder acupuncture. The clinical effects of the three groups of children after the experiment were compared and analyzed. Results: after treatment, the actual comprehensive clinical treatment rate of treatment group was 93.3%, significantly higher than that of control group b1 (56.7%) and control group b 2 (76.7%), P < 0.05. The stool frequency of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group B1 and control group B2, with significant difference among the three groups (P < 0.05). The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: the implementation of Sanxiang Shuangzhu Powder is effective in the treatment of infantile diarrhea and is worthy of clinical application.展开更多
