Methods: 60 cases of children admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to November 2021 were treated with venipuncture intervention. They were randomly divided into the research group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given routine care, while the children in the research group were given emotional counseling combined with childrens interest interactive care. The degree of puncture pain, venipuncture situation and nursing satisfaction of family members in the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: the scores of FLACC scale in all aspects of children in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the time of venipuncture was shorter than that in the control group, the number of venipuncture was less than that in the control group, the success rate of one-time puncture and the satisfaction degree of nursing care of family members were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Emotional counseling combined with childrens interest interaction is helpful to improve the degree of pain, puncture efficiency and satisfaction of the family members of the children, and can avoid repeated puncture to a certain extent.展开更多
