A total of 248 studies were read and nine included. The papers were analysed and data were extracted by categorizing the four components of rehabilitation: assessment, goal setting, intervention and reassessment. The results revealed that interdisciplinary teamwork was a prerequisite for rehabilitation and that nurses’ position in post-stroke care was unclear and limited. In addition, rehabilitation strategies, interdisciplinary cooperation, education and training are important aspects of the rehabilitation process. This study highlights the need for one valid and reliable assessment tool that incorporates communication problems. In conclusion, persons with aphasia should be more involved in their own rehabilitation, which means that the interdisciplinary team members must be educated to communicate appropriately with them. 展开更多

Under the background of globalization, there are severe challenges in the cultivation of the professional skills of nursing staff, especially the English skills of foreign-related nursing, which has become an important part of the training of nursing talents. At present, most English teaching of foreign-related nursing in higher vocational colleges follows the traditional grammar teaching model. However,as most of the teaching staff for medical English are English teachers who have limited nursing professional knowledge, the industry characteristics of medical English are not fully demonstrated in the teaching process, and the lack of practicality inevitably reduces the quality of medical English teaching. Therefore, the traditional nursing English teaching model in higher vocational colleges can no longer meet the actual teaching needs. There is an urgent need to implement an interdisciplinary team teaching model that completely fits the industry environment of foreign-related nursing English and apply it flexibly to improve the quality of foreign-related nursing English teaching in higher vocational colleges, and lay a solid foundation for professional practice of nursing staff.Based on the perspective of ecolinguistics, this article explores the application strategies of the interdisciplinary team teaching model for foreign-related nursing English in higher vocational colleges, with the view to provide guidelines for the actual teaching of foreign-related nursing English. 展开更多

High-level interdisciplinary teams are a crucial pillar for research universities aiming to advance toward the Double First-Class Initiative and to foster interdisciplinary integration. This study developed a framework for understanding the impact mechanisms and action strategies of high-level interdisciplinary team development through qualitative analysis of nine case teams from two research universities. It found that survival is an antecedent for research teams to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, with key actors serving as a mediating variable to enhance team development. The interaction of institutions, resources, and culture shapes the development space, which in turn determines the team's strategic space.High-level interdisciplinary teams implement action strategies, including establishing long-term mechanisms, cultivating comparative advantages, and optimizing organizational ecosystems,to achieve rapid breakthroughs. To advance the high-quality development of interdisciplinary teams,it is essential to enhance interdisciplinary integration and implement targeted, systemic, organizational, and fundamental measures across multiple dimensions, such as resources, institutions, and culture. These efforts would facilitate a multidimensional environment conducive to interdisciplinaryteams'development. 展开更多

With the steady increase of older people in society, a progressively greater number of patients belonging to the geriatric group need surgical treatment. Since elderly patients with reduced physiological reserve and organ failure often have chronic diseases, geriatric syndrome, and other clinical problems, the perioperative nursing of elderly patients is more complicated. Therefore, we need to comprehensively consider clinical issues, such as patients’ preoperative status, surgical risks, and postoperative quality of life and life expectancy, and conduct comprehensive evaluations and holistic, individualized, and continuous nursing and therapy through the participation of interdisciplinary teams to achieve better curative effects. Here, the perioperative nursing of elderly patients is reviewed, including preoperative evaluation and nursing, intraoperative management, and postoperative nursing. 展开更多
