Objective To systematically characterize the developmental trajectory and interdisciplinary integration of intelligent diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)through quantitative topic evolution analysis,we add...Objective To systematically characterize the developmental trajectory and interdisciplinary integration of intelligent diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)through quantitative topic evolution analysis,we addressed the fragmentation of existing research and clarified the long-term research structure and evolutionary patterns of the field.Methods A topic evolution analysis was performed on Chinese-language literature pertaining to intelligent diagnosis in TCM.Publications were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,and China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),covering the period from database inception to July 3,2025.A hybrid segmentation approach,based on cumulative publication growth trends and inflection point detection,was applied to divide the research timeline into distinct stages.Subsequently,the latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA)model was used to extract research topics,followed by alignment and evolutionary analysis of topics across different stages.Results A total of 3919 publications published between 2003 and 2025 were included,and the research trajectory was divided into five stages based on data-driven breakpoint detection.The field exhibited a clear evolutionary shift from early rule-based systems and tonguepulse image and signal analysis(2006–2010),to machine-learning-based syndrome and prescription modeling(2011–2015),followed by deep-learning-driven pattern recognition and formula association(2016–2020).Since 2021,research has increasingly emphasized knowledge-graph construction,multimodal integration,and intelligent clinical decision-support systems,with recent studies(2024–2025)showing the emergence of large language models and agent-based diagnostic frameworks.Topic evolution analysis further revealed sustained cross-stage continuity in syndrome modeling and prescription association analysis,alongside the progressive consolidation of integrated intelligent diagnostic platforms.Conclusion By identifying key technological transitions and persistent core research themes,our findings offer a structured reference framework for the design of intelligent diagnostic systems,the construction of knowledge-driven clinical decision-support tools,and the alignment of AI models with TCM diagnostic logic.Importantly,the stage-based evolutionary insights derived from this analysis can inform future methodological choices,improve model interpretability and clinical applicability,and support the translation of intelligent TCM diagnosis from experimental research to real-world clinical practice.展开更多

文摘Robotic surgery is transforming gynecologic care through continuous technological innovation.Its key advantages include three-dimensional visualization,enhanced dexterity,and improved precision.Furthermore,the integration of artificial intelligence(AI)enables tailored treatment strategies.Robotic platforms have evolved from multi-port systems to minimally invasive single-port designs,expanding indications and improving patient outcomes.Gynecologic applications,particularly those using the vaginal natural orifice(e.g.,vNOTES),have broadened owing to the anatomical benefits of this approach.However,challenges such as high costs,limited insurance coverage,and a steep learning curve hinder its widespread adoption.Addressing these barriers requires domestic technological advancement,standardized training,and policy support.Interdisciplinary integration is another major frontier with 5G-based telesurgery,AI-assisted decision-making,and multidisciplinary collaboration enhancing surgical planning and execution.Continued innovation is essential to reduce costs,extend access,and achieve the goals of precision,minimal invasiveness,and equitable care-ultimately providing safer,more efficient gynecologic surgery for diverse populations.

文摘Interdisciplinary Integrated Teaching is based on constructivist learning theory,systems theory,and collaborative learning theory,emphasising the comprehensive nature of knowledge and its contextual application.Constructivism holds that learning is a process of constructing personal cognition through the integration of knowledge from different fields,while systems theory emphasises that the diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases such as RA require a multidisciplinary collaborative perspective.Collaborative learning theory supports the cultivation of students’comprehensive abilities and problem-solving skills through teamwork.RA is a chronic,systemic autoimmune disease involving multiple organ systems and complex management strategies.Interdisciplinary integrated teaching integrates disciplines such as rheumatology and immunology,imaging,and pharmacy to help students understand the pathophysiological mechanisms,diagnostic criteria,treatment protocols,and patient management of RA,thereby enhancing their ability to address complex diseases.
文摘Faculty development serves as a critical foundation for ensuring the quality of higher education.To meet the needs of cultivating specialized software talents and promoting teaching reform,it is particularly crucial to build a faculty team with knowledge in industry application fields and experience in domestic software development.This paper first analyzes the new requirements for the faculty imposed by the cultivation of specialized software talents and the existing problems in the current faculty.Then,in response to these issues,it introduces the reforms and explorations carried out by the School of Software Engineering at Beijing Jiaotong University in the construction of the faculty for cultivating specialized software talents.The aim is to build a high-caliber and diversified faculty that boasts strong political qualities,interdisciplinary integration,complementary advantages between full-time and part-time faculty,and in-depth integration of industry and education.

文摘Digitization is the inevitable path for the natural development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.The goal of TCM digitization is to generate intelligence from numbers.Originating from the reasoning paradigm of Xiangshu(象数,image-number)or phenotype-numerology thinking,TCM came with a deep correlation of clinical observations with digits and laid a strong theoretical basis for digitization.The digitization of TCM should start from the clinical aspect,solve the problem of electronic medical records,achieve standardization and informatization,and on this basis,form a TCM knowledge base through knowledge-building.This process depends on the combined efforts of multiple disciplines such as medicine,mathematics,and engineering to achieve the digitization and intelligent transformation of TCM.This era calls for TCM to break down barriers,embrace opportunities,and move towards digitization.However,during the transformation,it should maintain its essence,avoid simplistic conversions,be guided by scientific value,leverage cutting-edge technologies,and enhance the depth and breadth of the interpretation of TCM connotations.The digitization of TCM will also improve its service capabilities,create an innovative digitally-intelligent TCM service platform,and contribute to the development of“Healthy China”initiatives with wisdom and solutions.

文摘Against the backdrop of inter-civilization exchanges and globalization,Beijing International Studies University has addressed the issues of“Sino-Western dual opposition”,“single classroom-based practice”,and“superficial interdisciplinary integration”in the traditional Basic Music Theory Course.With the goal of“integrating Chinese and foreign musical rhythms and cultivating humanistic envoys”,the university has conducted six years of exploration to build a cross-cultural practice system.By reconstructing a three-dimensional curriculum system of“Chinese foundation+Western theory+global diversity”,establishing a three-level practical platform of“classroom-campus-society”,deepening the interdisciplinary integration of“music+foreign languages/communication”,and adopting the“experience-collaboration-creation”three-stage teaching method,the course has transformed from mere music knowledge imparting to cross-cultural competence cultivation.After the reform,students have significantly improved their multicultural awareness and practical abilities,won multiple awards in competitions,and their multilingual musical works have been widely disseminated by the media.Additionally,the course has provided talent support for the“Belt and Road Initiative”and the construction of Beijing’s“Four Centers”.However,challenges remain,such as insufficient development of digital resources and an imperfect teaching evaluation system.In the future,efforts will be made to promote the integration of“music+digital intelligence”and optimize the evaluation system.
文摘With the shift in the definition of disease from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)to metabolism-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD),as well as the rapid evolution of pathological classification and therapeutic targets,traditional clinical teaching models face challenges such as outdated guideline updates,disjointed translation of scientific research,and limited skill training.This study proposes a dynamic training model integrating“guidelines,clinical practice,and scientific research.”Through stratified case-based teaching(e.g.,FibroScan simulator and metabolic sand table),dynamic guideline analysis(comparing old and new evidence),and the integration of scientific thinking(visualization of CAND1 protein mechanism),a teaching system that integrates theory and practice is constructed.Innovatively developed smart assistant tools(AI decision support system,VR liver biopsy simulator)and a multi-dimensional evaluation system(deviation analysis of diagnosis and treatment pathways,milestone assessment)are used while emphasizing metabolic medicine integration(continuous glucose monitoring and digital therapy)and ethical privacy protection(federated learning framework).This model aims to cultivate students’evidence-based decision-making skills and scientific research transformation thinking through dynamic knowledge base construction and interdisciplinary collaboration,providing sustainable teaching solutions to cope with the rapid iteration of NAFLD diagnosis and treatment.
