Co-primary spectrum sharing for multiple operators has been utilized to fully explore the spectrum resources and thus improve the spectrum efficiency. The inter-operator interference(IOI) problem should be seriously considered in order to achieve the mentioned target, especially under the scenario of the ultradense network(UDN) in the fifth generation(5G) wireless systems. To solve this problem, we propose an asymmetrical power levels based soft IOI coordination mechanism. The shared spectrum pool is consisted of three separated parts, where each part can be dynamically adjusted according to the minimal spectrum demand from each operator. Furthermore, different power masks are configured to different parts for each operator. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can improve the network spectrum efficiency significantly. 展开更多

With the boom in maritime activities,the need for highly reliable maritime communication is becoming urgent,which is an important component of 5G/6G communication networks.However,the bandwidth reuse characteristic of 5G/6G networks will inevitably lead to severe interference,resulting in degradation in the communication performance of maritime users.In this paper,we propose a safe deep reinforcement learning based interference coordination scheme to jointly optimize the power control and bandwidth allocation in maritime communication systems,and exploit the quality-of-service requirements of users as the risk value references to evaluate the communication policies.In particular,this scheme designs a deep neural network to select the communication policies through the evaluation network and update the parameters using the target network,which improves the communication performance and speeds up the convergence rate.Moreover,the Nash equilibrium of the interference coordination game and the computational complexity of the proposed scheme are analyzed.Simulation and experimental results verify the performance gain of the proposed scheme compared with benchmarks. 展开更多

In this paper, we investigate the interference coordination for downlink full-dimension multiple-input multiple-output(FD-MIMO) systems with device-to-device(D2 D) communications underlaying. With three-dimensional(3 D) beamforming transmission applied for cellular users(CUEs), an approximation of the interference to signal ratio for CUEs is derived, and a coordination strategy is proposed to mitigate the interference from D2 D pairs to CUEs. Based on the lower bound of the interference to signal ratio for D2 D pairs, we propose coordination strategies for D2 D pairs to mitigate the interference caused by base station(BS) and the interference between D2 D pairs. The proposed strategies require only some statistical channel state information(CSI) of each user and the reduced-dimensional effective CSI of a few CUEs and D2 D pairs. Simulation results show that the proposed coordination strategy performs well in terms of achieving good tradeoff between the achievable rate of CUEs and D2 D pairs. 展开更多

This paper studies an interference coordination method by means of spectrum allocation in Long-Term Evolution (LTE) multi-cell scenario that comprises of macrocells and femtocells. The purpose is to maximize the total throughput of femtocells while ensuring the Signal-to-Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) of the edge macro mobile stations (mMSs) and the edge femtocell Mobile Stations (fMSs). A new spectrum allocation algorithm based on graph theory is proposed to reduce the interference. Firstly, the ratio of Resource Blocks (RBs) that mMSs occupy is obtained by genetic algorithm. Then, after considering the impact of the macro Base Stations (mBSs) and small scale fading to the fMS on different RBs, multi-interference graphs are established and the spectrum is allocated dynamically. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can meet the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of the mMSs. It can strike a balance between the edge fMSs' throughput and the whole fMSs' throughput. 展开更多

To mitigate interference on celledge users and improve fairness of the whole system, dynamic inter-cell interference coordination(ICIC) is one of the promising solutions. However, traditional dynamic ICIC is considered as an NP-hard problem and power variability further adds another dimension to this joint optimization issue, making it even more difficult to quickly reach a near-optimal solution. Therefore, we theoretically obtain the closed-form expression of the near-optimal power allocation ratio for users in adjacent cells paired in the same resource block and interfere each other, so that the total utility corresponding to α-fairness is maximized. Dynamic ICIC using this closed-form solution could improve user fairness without causing an increment of the computational complexity. Numerical results show that, compared with the schemes using identical power for different users, our method does not obviously degrade the system's average spectral efficiency. 展开更多

The co-channel interference modeling is vital for evaluating the secrecy performance in random wireless networks,where the legitimate nodes and eavesdroppers are randomly distributed.In this paper,a new interference model is proposed from the userdominant perspective.The model can provide a better analytical assessment of secrecy performance with interference coordination for the presence of eavesdroppers.The typical legitimate is assumed to be located at the origin,and chooses the closest base station(BS) as its serving BS.The field of interferers is obtained by excluding the desired BSs(including the serving BS and its cooperative BS(s)).In contract with the exiting interference model,it is assumed that desired BSs and interferers belong to the same Poisson Point Process(PPP),and eavesdroppers are distributed according to another independent PPP.Based on this model,the average secrecy transmission capacity is derived in simply analytical forms with interference coordination.Analysis and simulation results show that the secrecy performance can be significantly enhanced by exploiting interference coordination.Furthermore,the average secrecy transmission capacity increases with increasing number of cooperative BSs. 展开更多

The problem of underdetermined blind source separation of adjacent satellite interference is proposed in this paper. Density Clustering algorithm(DC-algorithm) presented in this article is different from traditional methods. Sparseness representation has been applied in underdetermined blind signal source separation. However, some difficulties have not been considered, such as the number of sources is unknown or the mixed matrix is ill-conditioned. In order to find out the number of the mixed signals, Short Time Fourier Transform(STFT) is employed to segment received mixtures. Then, we formulate the blind source signal as cluster problem. Furthermore, we construct Cost Function Pair and Decision Coordinate System by using density clustering. At the end of this paper, we discuss the performance of the proposed method and verify the novel method based on several simulations. We verify the proposed method on numerical experiments with real signal transmission, which demonstrates the validity of the proposed method. 展开更多

As a new technology, coordinated multipoint (CoMP) transmission is included in LTE-Advanced study item. Moreover, the network architecture in LTE-Advanced system is modified to take into account coordinated transmission. Under this background, a novel power allocation game model is established to mitigate inter-cell interference with cellular coordination. In the light of cellular cooperation relationship and centralized control in eNodeB, the power allocation in each served antenna unit aims to make signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) balanced among inter-cells. Through the proposed power allocation game algorithm, the users' SINR can reach the Nash equilibrium, making it feasible to reduce the co-frequency interference by decreasing the transmitted power. Numerical results show that the proposed power allocation algorithm improves the throughput both in cell-center and cell-edge. Moreover, the blocking rate in cell-edge is reduced too. 展开更多

To guarantee the... In heterogeneous networks(Het Nets), it is desirable to offload users from macro cells to small cells to achieve load balancing. However, the offloaded users suffer a strong inter-tier interference. To guarantee the performance of the offloaded users, the interference from macro cells should be carefully managed. In this paper, we jointly optimize load balancing and interference coordination in multi-antenna Het Nets. Different from previous works, instead of almost blank subframes(ABS) on which the macro cells waste time resource, the macro cells suppress the interference to the offloaded users by zero-forcing beamforming(ZFBF) on interference nulling subframes(INS). Considering user association cannot be conduct frequently, we derive the long-term throughput of users over Rayleigh fading channels while previous works focused on instantaneous rate. From the perspective of the spectrum efficiency and user fairness, we formulate a long-term network-wide utility maximization problem. By decomposing the problem into two subproblems, we propose an efficient joint load balancing and interference coordination strategy. Simulation results show that our proposal can achieve good system performance gains over counterparts in term of the network utility, cell edge throughput and average throughput. 展开更多

Cellular relay networks adopting orthogonal frequency division multiple (OFDM) technology has been widely accepted for next generation wireless communication due to its advantage in enlarging coverage scale as well as improving data rate.In order to improve the performance of user equipments (UEs) near the cell edge,especially to avoid the interference from inter-cell and intra cell,an enhanced soft frequency reuse scheme is adopted in this paper to assure inter-cell interference coordination (ICIC).Compared with traditional frequency allocation work,the proposed scheme is interference-aware and load-adaptive,which dynamically assigns available frequency among UEs under certain schedule method in variable traffic load condition and mitigates interference using information provided by interference indicator.It can improve signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) of the UE in each sub channel thus enable the system achieve better throughput and blocking probability performance.Simulation results prove that the proposed scheme may achieve desirable performance on throughput,blocking probability and spectral utilization in the sector under different traffic load compared with other schemes. 展开更多

To minimize the aggregate interference of each small cells, this paper formulated the problem as a distributed noncooperation game-based interference coordination scheme in UDNs considering the real demand rate of each small cell user equipment(SUE) and proved it to be a potential game. An improved no-regret learning algorithm was introduced to coverage to the Nash equilibrium(NE) of the formulated game. Magnetic interference represents the primary constraint on data accuracy in aeromagnetic gradient measurements.Focusing on superconducting quantum interference devices(SQUIDs),this study develops a magnetic gradient data compensation method utilizing single-channel signals from SQUID aeromagnetic gradiometers.The approach initiates with calculating the Earth's background reference magnetic field,its gradient field,and temporal variation rate within the flight platform's coordinate system,enabling compensation correction for three-component magnetometer data.These compensated fields subsequently facilitate single-channel gradiometer data compensation;the processed gradient data then undergoes low-pass filtering and quality evaluation.This systematic compensation framework achieves a root mean square(RMS)of 16 pT/m with an improvement ratio(IR)of 2.3×10^(3),effectively mitigating system and environmental noise across measurement platforms while significantly enhancing compensation accuracy and reliability for SQUID aeromagnetic gradiometers. 展开更多

With the development of the future Web of Healthcare Things(WoHT),there will be a trend of densely deploying medical sensors with massive simultaneous online communication requirements.The dense deployment and simultaneous online communication of massive medical sensors will inevitably generate overlapping interference.This will be extremely challenging to support data transmission at the medical-grade quality of service level.To handle the challenge,this paper proposes a hypergraph interference coordination-aided resource allocation based on the Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)method.Specifically,we build a novel hypergraph interference model for the considered WoHT by analyzing the impact of the overlapping interference.Due to the high complexity of directly solving the hypergraph interference model,the original resource allocation problem is converted into a sequential decision-making problem through the Markov Decision Process(MDP)modeling method.Then,a policy and value-based resource allocation algorithm is proposed to solve this problem under simultaneous online communication and dense deployment.In addition,to enhance the exploration ability of the optimal allocation strategy for the agent,we propose a resource allocation algorithm with an asynchronous parallel architecture.Simulation results verify that the proposed algorithms can achieve higher network throughput than the existing algorithms in the considered WoHT scenario. 展开更多
