The constants of the present models could be identified based on experimental results, which were conducted at deformation temperatures ranging from 1093 K to 1303 K, height reductions ranging from 20% to 60%, and the strain rates of 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, and 10.0 s-1. The physically-based internal state variable models were implemented into the commercial finite element (FE) code. Then, a three-dimensional (3D) FE simulation system coupling of deformation, heat transfer, and microstructure evolution was developed for the blade forging of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. FE analysis was carried out to simulate the microstructure evolution in the blade forging of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. Finally, the blade forging tests of Ti-6Al-4V alloy were performed to validate the results of FE simulation. According to the tensile tests, it is seen that the mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and elongation, satisfy the application requirements well. The maximum and minimum differences between the calculated and experimental grain size of primary α phase are 11.71% and 4.23%, respectively. Thus, the industrial trials show a good agreement with FE simulation of blade forging.展开更多

A novel aspect of the proposed model is that the interactive effects of material hardening, recovery and dynamic recrystallization(DRX) on the characteristic deformation behavior were considered by incorporating the evolution laws of viscoplastic flow, dislocation activities, DRX nucleation and boundary migration in a coupled manner. The model parameters were calibrated based on the experimental data analysis and genetic algorithm(GA) based objective optimization. The predicted flow stress, DRX fraction and average grain size match well with experimental results. The proposed model was embedded in the finite element(FE) software DEFORM-3 D via user defined subroutine to simulate the hot compression and equal channel angular extrusion(ECAE) processes. The heterogeneous microstructure distributions at different deformation zones and the dislocation density evolution with competitive deformation mechanisms were captured. This study can provide a theoretical solution for the hot working problems of magnesium alloy.展开更多

Results show that two (normalized) model parameters, i.e., A (the normalized characteristic slip distance) and β-α (the difference in two normalized parameters of friction laws), control the solutions. From given values of △, β, and α, for the slowness laws, the solution exists and the unique non-zero fixed point is stable when △〉(β-α), yet not when △ 〈(β-α). For the slip law, the solution exists for large ranges of model parameters and the number and stability of the non-zero fixed points change from one case to another. Results suggest that the slip law is more appropriate for controlling earthquake dynamics than the slowness law.展开更多

Since the first report of TYLCV in Shanghai, China in 2006, TYLCV has spread rapidly to 13 provinces or autonomous regions of China. In this study, the molecular varia- bility and evolution of TYLCV were monitored in Shanghai from its first upsurge in 2006 until 2010. Full-length genomic sequences of 26 isolates were obtained by rolling circle amplification. Sequence analysis showed that the intergenic region was the most variable, with a mean mutation rate of 4.81×10-3 nucleotide substitutions per site per year. Ge- netic differentiation was found within isolates obtained from 2006, 2009, and 2010, though a linear increase in genetic diversity over time was not evident. Whilst significant parts of TYLCV genes were under negative selection, the C4 gene embedded entirely within the C1 gene had a tendency to undergo positive selection. Our results indicate that a mechanism of independent evolution of overlapping regions could apply to the natural population of TYLCV in Shanghai, China.展开更多

Accurate description of the evolution of mechanical properties of soils can help to reveal the internal behavior of pore water. Based on the idea of using the fractional order to reflect mechanical properties of soils, a fractional creep model is proposed by introducing a variable-order fractional operator, and realized on a series of creep responses in soft soils. A comparative analysis illustrates that the evolution of mechanical properties, shown through the simulated results, exactly corresponds to the motion of pore water and the solid skeleton. This demonstrates that the proposed variable-order fractional model can be employed to characterize the evolution of mechanical properties of and the pore water motion in soft soils during creep. It is observed that the fractional order from the proposed model is related to the dissipation rate of pore water pressure.展开更多

Hypermutation motifs were then indicated in the majority of the corresponding non-IgV nucleotide sequences. According to database confirmations or double prediction of phosphorylation sites, 80% of the selected human and mouse IgV-related phosphorylation sites or their highly probable candidates exhibited substrate relationship to ataxia-telangiectasia-mutated kinase known as ATM. In accordance with literature data, inactivation of ATM by mutations can participate in the mechanisms of carcinogenesis, neurodegeneration and possibly also in aging. In agreement with this relationship, some of the selected IgV-/ATM-related segments formed molecules specifically involved in carcinogenesis. The selected IgV-related sequence segments were also similar to certain segments of higher plants containing immunoglobulin-like repeats and related regions. Bioinformatic analysis of some selected plant sequences then indicated the presence of catalytic domains composing serine/threonine/tyrosine receptor/receptor-like kinases, which are considered important structures for evolution of very early and part of later Ig-domain-related immunity. The analyzed conserved domain similarities also suggested certain interesting structural and phylogenic relationships, which need to be further investigated. This review in fact briefly summarizes the findings on the subject from the last twenty years.展开更多

文摘In the present study,in order to investigate the effects of fly ash on the structural evolution and strength damage mechanism of Pisha-sandstone cement soil, unconfined compressive strength tests of Pisha-sandstone cement soil with different fly ash content levels and various ages were carried out.The apparent morphology, microstructures, and chemical compositions of the samples were observed and analyzed using ultra-depth three-dimensional microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and XRD methods. The results revealed that the unconfined compressive strength levels of Pisha-sandstone cement soil samples displayed increasing trends with the increases in fly ash content and age.For example, when the fly ash content levels were increased from 12%to 15%,the strength of Pisha-sandstone cement soil had only slightly increased under the curing ages of 7,28,and 60 days.In addition, the unconfined compressive strength levels of the samples with 15%fly ash content only increased 0.02%,0.51%,and 0.54%,respectively,when compared with the samples containing 12%fly ash.It was observed that with the increases in the fly ash content, the number of pores on the outer surfaces of the samples were significantly reduced. Also, the height differences of cross-sectional gullies were reduced, and the apparent morphology was observed to be flatter.Since cement hydration creates a strong alkaline environment for reaction systems, the active degrees of the pozzolanic reactions of the fly ash were stimulated in this study. Moreover,a significant amount of the C-S-H gel phase and the stable five-membered ring structure of the mordenite and ettringite were generated, which connected the loose Pisha-sandstone particles to form a skeleton. The internal microstructures were then observed to be denser and more uniform. At the same time, the micro-pores were filled and refined by the unreacted micro-bead fly ash.Consequently, the defects in the internal microstructures were improved. Also, based on the Weibull distribution,a damage evolution model of the Pisha-sandstone cement soil was established. The analysis results of the damage variable D values during the initial damage stage, damage evolution stage, and residual damage stage of the damage process showed that the damage variables during all three stages displayed decreasing trends with the increases in the fly ash content levels and age. Therefore, based on this study’s findings,it was considered that the incorporation of fly ash could effectively improve the damage degrees of Pisha-sandstone cement soil under external force conditions.

文摘Injection molding machine, hydraulic elevator, speed actuators belong to variable speed pump control cylinder system.Because variable speed pump control cylinder system is a nonlinear hydraulic system,it has some problems such as response lag and poor steady-state accuracy. To solve these problems, for the hydraulic cylinder of injection molding machine driven by the servo motor,a fractional order proportion-integration-diferentiation(FOPID)control strategy is proposed to realize the speed tracking control.Combined with the adaptive differential evolution algorithm,FOPID control strategy is used to determine the parameters of controller on line based on the test on the servo-motor-driven gear-pump-controlled hydraulic cylinder injection molding machine. Then the slef-adaptive differential evolution fractional order PID controller(SADE-FOPID)model of variable speed pump-controlled hydraulic cylinder is established in the test system with simulated loading. The simulation results show that compared with the classical PID control, the FOPID has better steady-state accuracy and fast response when the control parameters are optimized by the adaptive differential evolution algorithm.Experimental results show that SADE-FOPID control strategy is effective and feasible, and has good anti-load disturbance performance.

文摘The motion of pore water directly influences mechanical properties of soils, which are variable during creep. It is observed that the fractional order from the proposed model is related to the dissipation rate of pore water pressure.
文摘In this letter, by means of the Lax pair, Darboux transformation, and variable separation approach, a new exact solution of a sixth-order (1+ 1)-dimensional nonlinear evolution equation, which includes some arbitrary functions,is obtained. Abundant new localized excitations can be found by selecting appropriate functions and they are illustrated both analytically and graphically.
文摘Genetic diversity in natural populations has been explored through evolutionary analysis, and patterns of microscale biodiversity have been studied in populations at“Evolution Canyon”,Israel.A total of 2,000 eggs from each of iso-female Drosophila melanogaster line 2-1 from the north-facing slope(NFS)and line 6-1 from the south-facing slope(SFS)were placed in 20 vials and evaluated.Egg-to-adult viability was 0.89 and 0.75 in lines 2-1 and 6-1,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant by t-test.Genetic diversity was higher on the harsher SFS than on the milder NFS.Inter-slope genetic differences corroborated the effect of stochastic climate selection pressures to viability polygenes in populations at“Evolution Canyon”,Israel.
文摘Sequence similarities were found between protein and DNA sequences encoding certain part of conserved variable immunoglobulin domains (i.e. conserved IgV) and phosphorylation sites. This review in fact briefly summarizes the findings on the subject from the last twenty years.

文摘The large-scale multi-objective optimization algorithm(LSMOA),based on the grouping of decision variables,is an advanced method for handling high-dimensional decision variables. However,in practical problems, the interaction among decision variables is intricate, leading to large group sizes and suboptimal optimization effects;hence a large-scale multi-objective optimization algorithm based on weighted overlapping grouping of decision variables(MOEAWOD)is proposed in this paper.Initially, the decision variables are perturbed and categorized into convergence and diversity variables;subsequently, the convergence variables are subdivided into groups based on the interactions among different decision variables. If the size of a group surpasses the set threshold, that group undergoes a process of weighting and overlapping grouping.Specifically, the interaction strength is evaluated based on the interaction frequency and number of objectives among various decision variables. The decision variable with the highest interaction in the group is identified and disregarded, and the remaining variables are then reclassified into subgroups. Finally, the decision variable with the strongest interaction is added to each subgroup.MOEAWOD minimizes the interactivity between different groups and maximizes the interactivity of decision variables within groups, which contributed to the optimized direction of convergence and diversity exploration with different groups.MOEAWOD was subjected to testing on 18 benchmark large-scale optimization problems, and the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our methods.Compared with the other algorithms, our method is still at an advantage.
