Firstly the feasible solutions and infe...In order to improve the distribution and convergence of constrained optimization algorithms,this paper proposes a constrained optimization algorithm based on double populations. Firstly the feasible solutions and infeasible solutions are stored separately through two populations,which can avoid direct comparison between them. The usage of efficient information carried by the infeasible solutions will enlarge exploitation scope and strength diversity of populations. At the same time,adopting the presented concept of constraints domination to update the infeasible set may keep good variety of population and give consideration to convergence. Also the improved mutation operation is employed to further raise the diversity and convergence.The suggested algorithm is compared with 3 state- of- the- art constrained optimization algorithms on standard test problems g01- g13. Simulation results show that the presented algorithm has certain advantages than other algorithms because it can ensure good convergence accuracy while it has good robustness.展开更多

In this study, an...Ultra-wideband (UWB) microwave images are proposed for detecting small malignant breast tumors based on the large contrast of electric parameters between a malignant tumor and normal breast tissue. In this study, an antenna array composed of 9 antennas is applied to the detection. The double constrained robust capon beamforming (DCRCB) algorithm is used for reconstructing the breast image due to its better stability and high signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR). The successful detection of a tumor of 2 mm in diameter shown in the reconstruction demonstrates the robustness of the DCRCB beamforming algorithm. This study verifies the feasibility of detecting small breast tumors by using the DCRCB imaging algorithm.展开更多

To make full use of expanded maneuverability and increased range,adaptive constrained on-board guidance technology is the key capability for a glide vehicle with a double-pulse rocket engine,especially under the requi...To make full use of expanded maneuverability and increased range,adaptive constrained on-board guidance technology is the key capability for a glide vehicle with a double-pulse rocket engine,especially under the requirements of desired target changing and on-line reconfigurable control and guidance.Based on the rapid footprint analysis,whether the new target is within the current footprint area is firstly judged.If not,the rocket engine ignites by the logic obtained from the analysis of optimal flight range by the method of hp-adaptive Gauss pseudospectral method(hp-GPM).Then,an on-board trajectory generation method based on powered quasi-equilibrium glide condition(QEGC)and linear quadratic regulator(LQR)method is used to guide the vehicle to the new target.The effectiveness of the guidance method consisted of powered on-board trajectory generation,LQR trajectory tracking,footprint calculation,and ignition time determination is indicated by some simulation examples.展开更多
