In a continuous changing economy, the main advantage the companies have is not the buildings, the machines, the trucks, or the total equipment. The strategic key of a company today is the capital that cannot be copied easily, that is not disclosed and is not tangible, the intellectual capital of the company. The intangible assets can be characterized as those without physical appearance and the value of which is limited by the rights and anticipative benefits that possession confers upon the owner. The expansion of companies into foreign markets presupposes the aggregation of financial information that includes non-homogeneous elements. The purpose of this paper is to examine the framework of identification, as well as the disclosure requirements of brand names as they have been set by several articles of Commercial Law and recognized by professional accounting institutions. Emphasis will be given to analyzing existing accounting recognition and measurement, and proposals worldwide. In conclusion, this study indicates the accounting problems of definition, measurement, and disclosure of the majority of these intangible assets to users of financial statements of the company. Despite all the difficulties, this property of the company must in some way be measured and disclosed to lead to more reliable financial statements. The distribution of ICHs in China is agglomerative and spatially dependent. From the view of ICH type, each type is distributed in different places, for different reasons, with history being the most important one we found. Nationwide, high-density cores are located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region. High densities of ICH are concentrated in flat, water-rich regions where broad-leaved forests dominate plains and low mountain areas-areas that have fertile soil, pleasant weather, a long history of culture, ethnic agglomeration, and development. This paper suggests that development of the ICH should be based on discovering unknown items, to break the existing pattern of strong cohesion and high density, and to seek a balanced development of the whole.展开更多

文摘This paper focuses on the integration of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)rubbing and students’mental health education,exploring the path of ICH rubbing in improving students’mental health from an innovative perspective.By elaborating on the theoretical basis of their integration,it constructs an innovative practice model of“cognition-practice-integration-feedback”.Combined with specific practical cases,and with the help of specific data analysis results and charts,it analyzes the effectiveness of this model in alleviating students’stress and anxiety,enhancing self-confidence,and more.It also reflects on the problems in practice and puts forward optimization strategies,providing theoretical and practical references for the innovative integration of ICH inheritance and students’mental health education.
文摘Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture has a long history and has played an important role in scientific theories and practices,showing its unique advantages in epidemic prevention,control and treatment.The state has made great efforts to strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritage,but in the actual protection process,it is affected by subjective and objective factors,which has hindered the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage to a certain extent.Under the guidance of TCM theories,medicinal fragrance is used in disease prevention and treatment,health preservation and other aspects.As a lost pearl among TCM techniques,the craftsmanship of making medicinal fragrance is facing many problems in inheritance and development,which need to be solved urgently.Based on the above background,this paper takes the protection and inheritance of TCM culture as the starting point,selects the intangible cultural heritage of medicinal fragrance as the research content,shows the cultural charm of intangible cultural heritage medicinal fragrance to the audience,enables more audiences to understand intangible cultural heritage medicinal fragrance and TCM culture,and makes the relevant content of TCM culture closer to people's daily life.It aims to enhance the public's sense of identity with TCM culture,thereby promoting the inheritance and development of TCM culture.

文摘The significance of protection and development of rural intangible cultural heritages was elaborated from the perspectives of rural harmonious culture,rural cultural innovation and rural cultural industry.Based on these analyses,the present protection and development of rural intangible cultural heritages in Shaanxi was illustrated.In the end,all-dimensional countermeasures covering government,inheritors,NGO and the public were proposed for the effective protection and rational development of rural intangible cultural heritages in Shaanxi Province.
文摘The significance of local transfer of surplus rural labors in regions of minorities for the protection of intangible cultural heritages was discussed from 3 perspectives:definition of intangible cultural heritages,significance of protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritages,and the role of local transfer of surplus rural labors in protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritages.By taking Fenghuang County(Phoenix County)in west Hunan Province for an example,local transfer of surplus rural labor forces was proposed,and it was suggested that such a transfer could be realized from the following aspects:promoting industrialization of agriculture,developing tourism industry in rural regions of minorities,supporting rural labors to start their own business,attracting university graduates to return to their hometowns for founding their own undertakings.Moreover,relevant strategies were elaborated to increase income of rural residents,guarantee the efficient inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritages in regions of minorities.

文摘Integration,innovation and mutual promotion of intangible cultural heritage and tourism development were studied from the perspective of industrial integration.Suihua City,the core blackland in the cold region,was taken for an example to discuss feasibility and necessity of integrating intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry by analyzing its natural geographical characteristics and intangible cultural heritage.Patterns of such integration were analyzed from 4 aspects:tourism in location regions of intangible cultural heritage,development of tourist souvenirs,festival tourism,dynamic tourism of intangible cultural heritage.Suggestions were given for the integration of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry in Suihua City,further exploration and innovation of intangible cultural heritage valued to create brand effects,guiding and protective role of government stressed.

文摘Researches on tourism development of intangible cultural heritage were introduced,and market gaps in the tourism development of intangible cultural heritage in ruralminority areas of China were proposed.On the basis of investigation and interview about Kasidawen in Heishui County the author participated in,a National-level Intangible Cultural Heritage,interview and questionnaire survey were adopted in this study,and the following problems were concluded:tourists having only limited knowledge about tourism development of Kasidawen;multilayered demands of tourist market;intangible cultural heritage of Sichuan Province as a whole is not widely-known because of insufficient publicity;tourists preferring tourism products that they participated in.Characteristics of intangible cultural heritage in Heishui County were summarized as strong national characteristics and unique cultural heritage,on the basis of which the "Kasidawen-based" Tourism Development Mode was proposed to change its present condition of "having only natural landscapes but no cultural connotation",and improve the cultural taste and level of tourism development in Heishui County,by arranging cultural functions and industries from the perspectives of both hardware and software facilities,and taking other types of resources as the supplement,useful theoretical references were given for rural tourism development of intangible cultural heritage inminority areas of China.
文摘It is a common belief, for the last two decades, that we can observe the transformation of the intemational economy, from industrial to knowledge economy. In a continuous changing economy, the main advantage the companies have is not the buildings, the machines, the trucks, or the total equipment. The strategic key of a company today is the capital that cannot be copied easily, that is not disclosed and is not tangible, the intellectual capital of the company. The intangible assets can be characterized as those without physical appearance and the value of which is limited by the rights and anticipative benefits that possession confers upon the owner. The expansion of companies into foreign markets presupposes the aggregation of financial information that includes non-homogeneous elements. The purpose of this paper is to examine the framework of identification, as well as the disclosure requirements of brand names as they have been set by several articles of Commercial Law and recognized by professional accounting institutions. Emphasis will be given to analyzing existing accounting recognition and measurement, and proposals worldwide. In conclusion, this study indicates the accounting problems of definition, measurement, and disclosure of the majority of these intangible assets to users of financial statements of the company. Despite all the difficulties, this property of the company must in some way be measured and disclosed to lead to more reliable financial statements. The proposals of this paper, will help the accounting community to solve this major problem.
文摘Through the study on landscape reconstruction of abandoned quarry pits in mountainous area of Jiangzhe District, it was pointed out that it was of not only practical significance but also ecological significance of sustainable development to some extent, to scientifically and rationally rebuild and exploit abandoned quarry pits and to create new landscape, so that their landscape value and environmental benefit would entirely improve and that culture would be inherited and developed by making use of overt cultural fragments.

文摘Based on an investigation of four published batches listing 3, 140 national intangible cultural heritage(ICH) projects in China and using GIS and some quantitative analysis methods, the spatial structure was investigated and the characteristics and distribution discussed. The distribution of ICHs in China is agglomerative and spatially dependent. From the view of ICH type, each type is distributed in different places, for different reasons, with history being the most important one we found. Nationwide, high-density cores are located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region. High densities of ICH are concentrated in flat, water-rich regions where broad-leaved forests dominate plains and low mountain areas-areas that have fertile soil, pleasant weather, a long history of culture, ethnic agglomeration, and development. This paper suggests that development of the ICH should be based on discovering unknown items, to break the existing pattern of strong cohesion and high density, and to seek a balanced development of the whole.
