Mankind live in the earth for countless years,but until now;people do not really understand the connotation of the Earth.We know that the earth composition including the lithosphere,the asthenosphere,mantle and core.O...Mankind live in the earth for countless years,but until now;people do not really understand the connotation of the Earth.We know that the earth composition including the lithosphere,the asthenosphere,mantle and core.Of course,the lithosphere supports all the life on Earth.For a long time,geoscientists trying to use all kind of methods such as geological,geophysical and geochemical methods to detect and study the earth,but the knowledge about earth are mostly indirect.Through the direct observation to the lithosphere,people can understand and recognize the plate movement of ocean and the mainland,crustal stress,earthquakes,volcanic processes,deep resources,the origins of life,global climate change and biodiversity.They are all the basis of a series of geosciences problems(Su and Yang,2010).Geological specimens,especially the true samples from deep of the Earth,are the most directly study subjects for geologists.But the only way to access the true samples from deep of the earth is drilling.The most directly relevant evidence always originated from the deep of the earth,such as core,cuttings,fluid samples and other physical samples.Continental scientific drilling has been demonstrated which is an efficient technique for directly obtaining information from the Earth’s surface to the deep crust,and is acknowledged as―to build a telescope inserting to the interior of the Earth‖,as well as―a key for opening the door of the Earth‖.Over the last four decades,continental scientific drilling has achieved great success in enhancing our knowledge of the Earth,and in providing information on mineral resources,large engineering projects and global change.SinoProbe-05 is a new scientific drilling venture,which builds on the success of the Chinese Continental Scientific Drilling Project(CCSD),and is similar to the current major scientific drilling project on the Wenchuan earthquake fault.SinoProbe-05 will focus on 6 critical tectonic and mineral resource regions,including the Jinchuan Cu-Ni sulphide deposits in Gansu,the Luobusa chromite deposits in Tibet,the Tengchong volcano-thermal tectonic zone in Yunnan,the Yudu-Ganxian polymetallic deposits in South China,the Tongling polymetallic deposit and the Luzong volcanic basin and mineral deposit district in Anhui.As of the end of 2013,all of these pilot holes have been completed,all of them have achieved the desired scientific objectives.The construction of another ICDP project,Songke No.2 well,has come to an end.Current well depth is 5929 m.Drilling throughout the Cretaceous strata is just around the corner(The design well depth is 6400 m.).This will be the first complete Cretaceous stratigraphic profile in the world.The deep exploration project which will be stared soon will build a large number of different depths of scientific drilling holes.The deepest hole depth will reach to 13000 m.We believe that the construction of these scientific coring drilling holes will provide geologists with a lot of real core samples.These cores can meet the needs for different geoscience research areas.No doubt,the research results based on these cores will promote China’s geological science research to a new height,of course;will also contribute to the progress of the world’s earth science.This is also a good opportunity to promote China’s drilling technology.So,we know that no advanced drilling technology,no enough high quality samples from the deep of the Earth,the in-depth studies for geosciences will be restricted of course(Zhang et al.,2013).展开更多

The bipolar resistive switching behavior of a single ZnO film and bilayer HfOx/ZnO films as active layers for TRRAM devices was demonstrated. It was revealed that the bilayer TRRAM device with a 10-nm HfOx inserted layer had a more stable resistive switching behavior than other devices including the single layer device, as well as being forming free, and the transmittance was more than 80% in the visible region. For the HfOx/ZnO devices, the current conduction behavior was dominated by the space-charge-limited current mechanism in the low resistive state (LRS) and Schottky emission in the high resistive state (HRS), while the mechanism for single layer devices was controlled by ohmic conduction in the LRS and Poole-Frenkel emission in the HRS.展开更多

BACKGROUND Medial dished(MD)liner designs for cruciate-retaining(CR)total knee arthroplasty(TKA)are a relatively novel development.MD tibial inserts have a more constraining medial side,which allows for more similar k...BACKGROUND Medial dished(MD)liner designs for cruciate-retaining(CR)total knee arthroplasty(TKA)are a relatively novel development.MD tibial inserts have a more constraining medial side,which allows for more similar kinematics and function to a native knee.AIM To evaluate the clinical results and patient-reported outcomes after CR TKA procedures utilizing a kinematically designed medial dish system.METHODS A multicenter,retrospective cohort review of 139 primary elective TKAs utilizing a kinematically designed CR Knee System(JOURNEY™II CR MD;Smith and Nephew,Memphis,TN,United States)at three different institutions with a minimum of two years of follow-up.Demographic information,clinical outcomes,and patient-reported outcome measures were collected and analyzed.RESULTS With up to 3.7 years from surgery,overall implant survivorship was 98.6%.There were significant postoperative increases in the average Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score for Joint Replacement scores(17.4 at 6 months,26.1 points at two years or more,P<0.001).CONCLUSION The combination of high implant survivorship and substantial improvements in patient-reported outcome measures suggests that the medial dish tibial insert represents a safe and effective option within TKA.Additional investigation is necessary to evaluate the long-term survivorship of this design.展开更多

BACKGROUND Long-term chemotherapy for patients with gastric cancer(GC),facilitated by peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization,reduces vascular damage and enhances drug delivery efficiency but carri...BACKGROUND Long-term chemotherapy for patients with gastric cancer(GC),facilitated by peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization,reduces vascular damage and enhances drug delivery efficiency but carries risks of catheter-related complications.A combination of group psychological nursing and physical mo-vement care significantly mitigates the risk of venous thrombosis and improves psychological well-being,and enhances motor function,underscoring its clinical importance.AIM To assess group psychological and physical movement nursing in preventing venous thrombosis in patients with PICC GC.METHODS Sixty-five GC patients with PICC,admitted from January 2022 to January 2023,were randomly divided into two groups using the lottery method:A control group(n=35,routine nursing)and an observation group(n=30,routine nursing plus psychological nursing and physical movement nursing).Both groups re-ceived continuous care for 2 weeks.Pre-nursing and post-nursing data on psycho-logical state,physical function,chemotherapy-related thrombosis incidence,and cancer-related fatigue were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and GraphPad Prism 8.0.RESULTS After nursing,both groups showed reduced Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores and increased General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale scores,with the observation group performing better(P<0.05).The Functional Comprehensive Assessment score for the observation group after nursing was(65.42±2.35)points,lower than the control group’s(62.19±4.33)points(P<0.05).Although no significant difference was observed in the incidence of venous thrombosis between the two groups(χ2=0.815,P=0.367),the observation group had lower incidence.Both groups showed decreased Revised Piper Fatigue Scale scores,with the observation group scoring lower(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Group psychological and physical movement nursing for patients with PICC reduces venous thrombosis risk,improves psychological well-being,cancer-related fatigue,and physical function,making it highly promotable.展开更多
Aqueous sodium-ion batteries(ASIBs) offer significant advantages for energy storage on a large scale,attributed to their economical cost,secure operatio n,and eco-friend ly natu re.Among the leading cathode materials ...Aqueous sodium-ion batteries(ASIBs) offer significant advantages for energy storage on a large scale,attributed to their economical cost,secure operatio n,and eco-friend ly natu re.Among the leading cathode materials for ASIBs,Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP) exhibits excellent structural stability and a high Na+diffusion coefficient,making it a promising option.However,the high solubility of vanadium-based materials in aqueous electrolytes engenders suboptimal cycling stability for Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3),constraining its application in ASIBs.Herein,the Cr-substituted Na_(3)V_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)(PO_(4))3@C(NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P) cathode material was synthesized via a simple sol-gel method.It is found that Cr substitution reduces the cell parameters of NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P,effectively reinforcing the crystal structure.Furthermore,NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P alters the Na^(+)insertion/extraction mechanism,transforming the typical two-phase reaction between Na_(1)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)and Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))3into continuous solid-solution reactions with stable intermediates.The Cr substitution diminishes the sodium-ion diffusion energy barrier in NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P,leading to smoother Na+insertion and extraction processes.Consequently,NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P exhibits impressive cycling stability,retaining 74.8% of its capacity after 5,000 cycles at a current density of 5 A g^(-1),along with an outstanding rate performance of 79,2% at 10 A g^(-1).This work elucidates the stable Na^(+)insertion/extraction processes in Cr-substituted NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P,offering insights into the application of vanadium-based materials in aqueous sodium-ion batteries.展开更多

BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheters(PICCs)are crucial for patients requiring long-term intravenous therapy,especially within digestive surgery under bundled care protocols.AIM To evaluate and compare th...BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheters(PICCs)are crucial for patients requiring long-term intravenous therapy,especially within digestive surgery under bundled care protocols.AIM To evaluate and compare the efficacy,safety,and patient-reported outcomes of single-lumen vs double-lumen PICCs among patients undergoing digestive surgery within a structured bundled care framework.METHODS This retrospective cohort study analyzed data from 249 patients who underwent digestive surgery and utilized either single-lumen(n=117)or double-lumen(n=132)PICCs between January 2021 and June 2024.Clinical outcomes,patient satisfaction,catheterization duration,and complication rates were compared using statistical analysis via SPSS(version 29.0).The bundled care protocol was consistently applied,focusing on standardized procedures,staff training,and patient support.RESULTS Single-lumen PICCs were associated with a significantly lower thrombosis rate(0.85%)than double-lumen PICCs(6.82%,P=0.039).The single-lumen group experienced shorter catheterization durations(12.5±3.14 days vs 13.6±4.50 days,P=0.025)and higher successful infusion rates(92.7%±5.32%vs 90.4%±6.60%,P=0.003).This group also reported higher comfort scores(8.40±1.20 vs 7.90±1.50,P=0.004)and lower pain levels(2.90±0.70 vs 3.20±0.80,P=0.002).Aside from thrombosis,complication rates showed no significant difference between the groups.CONCLUSION Within bundled care context,single-lumen PICCs demonstrated advantages in reducing thrombosis risk,procedural efficiency,patient comfort,and satisfaction compared with double-lumen PICCs.The findings underscore the importance of considering patient-specific needs and clinical scenarios in catheter choice.展开更多

Achieving high-performance aqueous zinc-ion batteries requires addressing the challenges associated with the stability of zinc metal anodes,particularly the formation of inhomogeneous zinc dendrites during cycling and...Achieving high-performance aqueous zinc-ion batteries requires addressing the challenges associated with the stability of zinc metal anodes,particularly the formation of inhomogeneous zinc dendrites during cycling and unstable surface electrochemistry.This study introduces a practical method for scattering untreated bulk hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)particles onto the zinc anode surface.During cycling,stabilized zinc fills the interstices of scattered h-BN,resulting in a more favorable(002)orientation.Consequently,zinc dendrite formation is effectively suppressed,leading to improved electrochemical stability.The zinc with scattered h-BN in a symmetric cell configuration maintains stability 10 times longer than the bare zinc symmetric cell,lasting 500 hours.Furthermore,in a full cell configuration withα-MnO_(2) cathode,increased H^(+)ion activity can effectively alter the major redox kinetics of cycling due to the presence of scattered h-BN on the zinc anode.This shift in H^(+)ion activity lowers the overall redox potential,resulting in a discharge capacity retention of 96.1%for 300 cycles at a charge/discharge rate of 0.5 Ag^(-1).This study highlights the crucial role of surface modification,and the innovative use of bulk h-BN provides a practical and effective solution for improving the performance and stability.展开更多
Avian metapneumovirus(aMPV),a paramyxovirus,causes acute respiratory diseases in turkeys and swollen head syndrome in chickens.This study established a reverse genetics system for aMPV subtype B LN16-A strain based on...Avian metapneumovirus(aMPV),a paramyxovirus,causes acute respiratory diseases in turkeys and swollen head syndrome in chickens.This study established a reverse genetics system for aMPV subtype B LN16-A strain based on T7 RNA polymerase.Full-length cDNA of the LN16-A strain was constructed by assembling 5 cDNA fragments between the T7 promoter and hepatitis delta virus ribozyme.Transfection of this plasmid,along with the supporting plasmids encoding the N,P,M2-1,and L proteins of LN16-A into BSR-T7/5 cells,resulted in the recovery of aMPV subtype B.To identify an effective insertion site,the enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP)gene was inserted into different sites of the LN16-A genome to generate recombinant LN16-As.The results showed that the expression levels of EGFP at the site between the G and L genes of LN16-A were significantly higher than those at the other two sites(between the leader and N genes or replacing the SH gene).To verify the availability of the site between G and L for foreign gene expression,the VP2 gene of very virulent infectious bursal disease virus(vvIBDV)was inserted into this site,and recombinant LN16-A(rLN16A-vvVP2)was successfully rescued.Single immunization of specificpathogen-free chickens with rLN16A-vvVP2 induced high levels of neutralizing antibodies and provided 100%protection against the virulent aMPV subtype B and vvIBDV.Establishing a reverse genetics system here provides an important foundation for understanding aMPV pathogenesis and developing novel vector vaccines.展开更多
BACKGROUND Adenoma detection rate(ADR),a key colonoscopy quality metric,varies with patient demographics and procedural factors.AIM To identify independent predictors of≥25%ADR,develop a risk model,and propose withdr...BACKGROUND Adenoma detection rate(ADR),a key colonoscopy quality metric,varies with patient demographics and procedural factors.AIM To identify independent predictors of≥25%ADR,develop a risk model,and propose withdrawal durations based on different insertion times.METHODS We retrospectively analyzed 830 cases using logistic regression and identified four key factors,validated in a prospective cohort of 5699 patients.Their importance was confirmed using random forest(RF),extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)and light gradient boosting machine(LightGBM).Attempts to determine targetachieving withdrawal time by grouping cases based on insertion time and Cox regression were inconclusive.Using the 5699-case dataset,we developed a predictive model combining support vector machine(SVM)with XGBoost.We built a Shiny app using this model for clinical application.RESULTS Multivariate logistic regression identified age[odds ratio(OR)=1.05;95%confidence interval(CI):1.03-1.08;P<0.001],male(OR=1.79;95%CI:1.32-2.41;P=0.005),higher endoscopist experience(OR=1.79;95%CI:1.20-2.68;P=0.005),and longer withdrawal time(P<0.001)as independent risk factors for colorectal adenoma.A nomogram demonstrated strong discrimination[area under the curve(AUC)=0.720],with robust calibration and decision-curve performance.Feature importance via RF,XGBoost,and LightGBM confirmed key predictors.A hybrid model combining SVM regression for withdrawal-time estimation and XGBoost classification achieved stable results,with XGBoost reporting AUCs of 0.640 in training and 0.610 in testing,and similar validation outcomes.Deployed via a Shiny app for clinical use.However,model discrimination was modest(AUC:0.61-0.64),suggesting that clinical utility requires further refinement.CONCLUSION A hybrid SVM-XGBoost model using four key endoscopic factors was independently validated and is available as a Shiny app,delivering real-time decision support to streamline endoscopy and enhance clinical outcomes.展开更多

文摘Mankind live in the earth for countless years,but until now;people do not really understand the connotation of the Earth.We know that the earth composition including the lithosphere,the asthenosphere,mantle and core.Of course,the lithosphere supports all the life on Earth.For a long time,geoscientists trying to use all kind of methods such as geological,geophysical and geochemical methods to detect and study the earth,but the knowledge about earth are mostly indirect.Through the direct observation to the lithosphere,people can understand and recognize the plate movement of ocean and the mainland,crustal stress,earthquakes,volcanic processes,deep resources,the origins of life,global climate change and biodiversity.They are all the basis of a series of geosciences problems(Su and Yang,2010).Geological specimens,especially the true samples from deep of the Earth,are the most directly study subjects for geologists.But the only way to access the true samples from deep of the earth is drilling.The most directly relevant evidence always originated from the deep of the earth,such as core,cuttings,fluid samples and other physical samples.Continental scientific drilling has been demonstrated which is an efficient technique for directly obtaining information from the Earth’s surface to the deep crust,and is acknowledged as―to build a telescope inserting to the interior of the Earth‖,as well as―a key for opening the door of the Earth‖.Over the last four decades,continental scientific drilling has achieved great success in enhancing our knowledge of the Earth,and in providing information on mineral resources,large engineering projects and global change.SinoProbe-05 is a new scientific drilling venture,which builds on the success of the Chinese Continental Scientific Drilling Project(CCSD),and is similar to the current major scientific drilling project on the Wenchuan earthquake fault.SinoProbe-05 will focus on 6 critical tectonic and mineral resource regions,including the Jinchuan Cu-Ni sulphide deposits in Gansu,the Luobusa chromite deposits in Tibet,the Tengchong volcano-thermal tectonic zone in Yunnan,the Yudu-Ganxian polymetallic deposits in South China,the Tongling polymetallic deposit and the Luzong volcanic basin and mineral deposit district in Anhui.As of the end of 2013,all of these pilot holes have been completed,all of them have achieved the desired scientific objectives.The construction of another ICDP project,Songke No.2 well,has come to an end.Current well depth is 5929 m.Drilling throughout the Cretaceous strata is just around the corner(The design well depth is 6400 m.).This will be the first complete Cretaceous stratigraphic profile in the world.The deep exploration project which will be stared soon will build a large number of different depths of scientific drilling holes.The deepest hole depth will reach to 13000 m.We believe that the construction of these scientific coring drilling holes will provide geologists with a lot of real core samples.These cores can meet the needs for different geoscience research areas.No doubt,the research results based on these cores will promote China’s geological science research to a new height,of course;will also contribute to the progress of the world’s earth science.This is also a good opportunity to promote China’s drilling technology.So,we know that no advanced drilling technology,no enough high quality samples from the deep of the Earth,the in-depth studies for geosciences will be restricted of course(Zhang et al.,2013).

文摘The impacts of HfOx inserting layer thickness on the electrical properties of the ZnO-based transparent resistance random access memory (TRRAM) device were investigated in this paper. The bipolar resistive switching behavior of a single ZnO film and bilayer HfOx/ZnO films as active layers for TRRAM devices was demonstrated. It was revealed that the bilayer TRRAM device with a 10-nm HfOx inserted layer had a more stable resistive switching behavior than other devices including the single layer device, as well as being forming free, and the transmittance was more than 80% in the visible region. For the HfOx/ZnO devices, the current conduction behavior was dominated by the space-charge-limited current mechanism in the low resistive state (LRS) and Schottky emission in the high resistive state (HRS), while the mechanism for single layer devices was controlled by ohmic conduction in the LRS and Poole-Frenkel emission in the HRS.
文摘An algorithm of minimizing the number of buffers under certain delay constraint with accurate delay models is presented.Given a two-terminal net,the algorithm can minimize the total number of buffers inserted to meet the delay constraint.A high order delay model is applied to estimate interconnect delay and a nonlinear delay model based on look-up table is for buffer delay estimation.The experimental results show that the algorithm can efficiently achieve the trade-offs between number of buffers and delay,and avoid needless power and area cost.The running time is satisfactory.

文摘BACKGROUND Medial dished(MD)liner designs for cruciate-retaining(CR)total knee arthroplasty(TKA)are a relatively novel development.MD tibial inserts have a more constraining medial side,which allows for more similar kinematics and function to a native knee.AIM To evaluate the clinical results and patient-reported outcomes after CR TKA procedures utilizing a kinematically designed medial dish system.METHODS A multicenter,retrospective cohort review of 139 primary elective TKAs utilizing a kinematically designed CR Knee System(JOURNEY™II CR MD;Smith and Nephew,Memphis,TN,United States)at three different institutions with a minimum of two years of follow-up.Demographic information,clinical outcomes,and patient-reported outcome measures were collected and analyzed.RESULTS With up to 3.7 years from surgery,overall implant survivorship was 98.6%.There were significant postoperative increases in the average Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score for Joint Replacement scores(17.4 at 6 months,26.1 points at two years or more,P<0.001).CONCLUSION The combination of high implant survivorship and substantial improvements in patient-reported outcome measures suggests that the medial dish tibial insert represents a safe and effective option within TKA.Additional investigation is necessary to evaluate the long-term survivorship of this design.

文摘Electron leakage still needs to be solved for In Ga N-based blue-violet laser diodes(LDs), despite the presence of the electron blocking layer(EBL). To reduce further electron leakage, a new structure of In Ga N-based LDs with an In Ga N interlayer between the EBL and p-type waveguide layer is designed. The optical and electrical characteristics of these LDs are simulated, and it is found that the adjusted energy band profile in the new structure can improve carrier injection and enhance the effective energy barrier against electron leakage when the In composition of the In Ga N interlayer is properly chosen. As a result, the device performances of the LDs are improved.

文摘0 INTRODUCTION Initial subduction involves the complex process of oceanic lithosphere first inserting beneath oceanic or continental lithosphere(Chen et al.,2024;Yang et al.,2022;Stern and Gerya,2018).The modern Izu-Bonin-Mariana(IBM)initial subduction system suggests that identifying the earliest ophiolites,arc igneous and metamorphic complexes(e.g.,blueschist,eclogites)can reconstruct ancient initial subduction systems(Yao et al.,2021;Ishizuka et al.,2011).However,knowledge of ancient subduction initiation is often limited due to poor exposures of rocks formed during the earliest stages of subduction(Chen et al.,2024;Cawood et al.,2009).
文摘BACKGROUND Long-term chemotherapy for patients with gastric cancer(GC),facilitated by peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization,reduces vascular damage and enhances drug delivery efficiency but carries risks of catheter-related complications.A combination of group psychological nursing and physical mo-vement care significantly mitigates the risk of venous thrombosis and improves psychological well-being,and enhances motor function,underscoring its clinical importance.AIM To assess group psychological and physical movement nursing in preventing venous thrombosis in patients with PICC GC.METHODS Sixty-five GC patients with PICC,admitted from January 2022 to January 2023,were randomly divided into two groups using the lottery method:A control group(n=35,routine nursing)and an observation group(n=30,routine nursing plus psychological nursing and physical movement nursing).Both groups re-ceived continuous care for 2 weeks.Pre-nursing and post-nursing data on psycho-logical state,physical function,chemotherapy-related thrombosis incidence,and cancer-related fatigue were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and GraphPad Prism 8.0.RESULTS After nursing,both groups showed reduced Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores and increased General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale scores,with the observation group performing better(P<0.05).The Functional Comprehensive Assessment score for the observation group after nursing was(65.42±2.35)points,lower than the control group’s(62.19±4.33)points(P<0.05).Although no significant difference was observed in the incidence of venous thrombosis between the two groups(χ2=0.815,P=0.367),the observation group had lower incidence.Both groups showed decreased Revised Piper Fatigue Scale scores,with the observation group scoring lower(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Group psychological and physical movement nursing for patients with PICC reduces venous thrombosis risk,improves psychological well-being,cancer-related fatigue,and physical function,making it highly promotable.

文摘Aqueous sodium-ion batteries(ASIBs) offer significant advantages for energy storage on a large scale,attributed to their economical cost,secure operatio n,and eco-friend ly natu re.Among the leading cathode materials for ASIBs,Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP) exhibits excellent structural stability and a high Na+diffusion coefficient,making it a promising option.However,the high solubility of vanadium-based materials in aqueous electrolytes engenders suboptimal cycling stability for Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3),constraining its application in ASIBs.Herein,the Cr-substituted Na_(3)V_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)(PO_(4))3@C(NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P) cathode material was synthesized via a simple sol-gel method.It is found that Cr substitution reduces the cell parameters of NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P,effectively reinforcing the crystal structure.Furthermore,NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P alters the Na^(+)insertion/extraction mechanism,transforming the typical two-phase reaction between Na_(1)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)and Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))3into continuous solid-solution reactions with stable intermediates.The Cr substitution diminishes the sodium-ion diffusion energy barrier in NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P,leading to smoother Na+insertion and extraction processes.Consequently,NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P exhibits impressive cycling stability,retaining 74.8% of its capacity after 5,000 cycles at a current density of 5 A g^(-1),along with an outstanding rate performance of 79,2% at 10 A g^(-1).This work elucidates the stable Na^(+)insertion/extraction processes in Cr-substituted NV_(1.3)Cr_(0.7)P,offering insights into the application of vanadium-based materials in aqueous sodium-ion batteries.

文摘A blue light-induced formal insertion reaction ofα-siloxy carbene into the C—H bond of 1,3-diketones has been reported.Under the irradiation of blue light,acylsilane converts toα-siloxy carbene,which then undergoes formal C—H bond insertion reaction with the enol form of 1,3-diketone.This method uses readily available and relative stable acylsilane as car-bene precursor,which features a simple and metal-free approach under mild conditions.Moreover,the synthetic potential of this protocol has been demonstrated by performing the reaction on a gram scale with comparable high yield.
文摘There is nonradiative recombination in waveguide region owing to severe carrier leakage,which in turn reduces output power and wall-plug efficiency.In this paper,we designed a novel epitaxial structure,which suppresses carrier leakage by inserting n-Ga_(0.55)In_(0.45)P and p-GaAs_(0.6)P_(0.4) between barriers and waveguide layers,respectively,to modulate the energy band structure and to increase the height of barrier.The results show that the leakage current density reduces by 87.71%,compared to traditional structure.The nonradiative recombination current density of novel structure reduces to 37.411 A/cm^(2),and the output power reaches 12.80 W with wall-plug efficiency of 78.24%at an injection current density 5 A/cm^(2) at room temperature.In addition,the temperature drift coefficient of center wavelength is 0.206 nm/℃at the temperature range from 5℃to 65℃,and the slope of fitted straight line of threshold current with temperature variation is 0.00113.The novel epitaxial structure provides a theoretical basis for achieving high-power laser diode.

文摘BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheters(PICCs)are crucial for patients requiring long-term intravenous therapy,especially within digestive surgery under bundled care protocols.AIM To evaluate and compare the efficacy,safety,and patient-reported outcomes of single-lumen vs double-lumen PICCs among patients undergoing digestive surgery within a structured bundled care framework.METHODS This retrospective cohort study analyzed data from 249 patients who underwent digestive surgery and utilized either single-lumen(n=117)or double-lumen(n=132)PICCs between January 2021 and June 2024.Clinical outcomes,patient satisfaction,catheterization duration,and complication rates were compared using statistical analysis via SPSS(version 29.0).The bundled care protocol was consistently applied,focusing on standardized procedures,staff training,and patient support.RESULTS Single-lumen PICCs were associated with a significantly lower thrombosis rate(0.85%)than double-lumen PICCs(6.82%,P=0.039).The single-lumen group experienced shorter catheterization durations(12.5±3.14 days vs 13.6±4.50 days,P=0.025)and higher successful infusion rates(92.7%±5.32%vs 90.4%±6.60%,P=0.003).This group also reported higher comfort scores(8.40±1.20 vs 7.90±1.50,P=0.004)and lower pain levels(2.90±0.70 vs 3.20±0.80,P=0.002).Aside from thrombosis,complication rates showed no significant difference between the groups.CONCLUSION Within bundled care context,single-lumen PICCs demonstrated advantages in reducing thrombosis risk,procedural efficiency,patient comfort,and satisfaction compared with double-lumen PICCs.The findings underscore the importance of considering patient-specific needs and clinical scenarios in catheter choice.

文摘The switchable cross-coupling of indoles and pyridotriazoles through carbene insertion at C_(2)-or C_(3)-positon has been developed in this paper.This highly site-selective C-H carbenoid functionalization is determined by both the Rh-catalyst species and auxiliary groups.[Cp∗RhCl_(2)]_(2) and coordinating pyrimidyl group direct the C-H carbenoid functionalization to occur at the C_(2)-position,while Rh2OAc4 and noncoordinating benzyl group lead the reaction to occur at the C_(3)-position of the indoles.This regioselective C−H functionalization strategy is of significant importance for the discovery of indole drugs.

文摘Achieving high-performance aqueous zinc-ion batteries requires addressing the challenges associated with the stability of zinc metal anodes,particularly the formation of inhomogeneous zinc dendrites during cycling and unstable surface electrochemistry.This study introduces a practical method for scattering untreated bulk hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)particles onto the zinc anode surface.During cycling,stabilized zinc fills the interstices of scattered h-BN,resulting in a more favorable(002)orientation.Consequently,zinc dendrite formation is effectively suppressed,leading to improved electrochemical stability.The zinc with scattered h-BN in a symmetric cell configuration maintains stability 10 times longer than the bare zinc symmetric cell,lasting 500 hours.Furthermore,in a full cell configuration withα-MnO_(2) cathode,increased H^(+)ion activity can effectively alter the major redox kinetics of cycling due to the presence of scattered h-BN on the zinc anode.This shift in H^(+)ion activity lowers the overall redox potential,resulting in a discharge capacity retention of 96.1%for 300 cycles at a charge/discharge rate of 0.5 Ag^(-1).This study highlights the crucial role of surface modification,and the innovative use of bulk h-BN provides a practical and effective solution for improving the performance and stability.

文摘Avian metapneumovirus(aMPV),a paramyxovirus,causes acute respiratory diseases in turkeys and swollen head syndrome in chickens.This study established a reverse genetics system for aMPV subtype B LN16-A strain based on T7 RNA polymerase.Full-length cDNA of the LN16-A strain was constructed by assembling 5 cDNA fragments between the T7 promoter and hepatitis delta virus ribozyme.Transfection of this plasmid,along with the supporting plasmids encoding the N,P,M2-1,and L proteins of LN16-A into BSR-T7/5 cells,resulted in the recovery of aMPV subtype B.To identify an effective insertion site,the enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP)gene was inserted into different sites of the LN16-A genome to generate recombinant LN16-As.The results showed that the expression levels of EGFP at the site between the G and L genes of LN16-A were significantly higher than those at the other two sites(between the leader and N genes or replacing the SH gene).To verify the availability of the site between G and L for foreign gene expression,the VP2 gene of very virulent infectious bursal disease virus(vvIBDV)was inserted into this site,and recombinant LN16-A(rLN16A-vvVP2)was successfully rescued.Single immunization of specificpathogen-free chickens with rLN16A-vvVP2 induced high levels of neutralizing antibodies and provided 100%protection against the virulent aMPV subtype B and vvIBDV.Establishing a reverse genetics system here provides an important foundation for understanding aMPV pathogenesis and developing novel vector vaccines.

文摘BACKGROUND Adenoma detection rate(ADR),a key colonoscopy quality metric,varies with patient demographics and procedural factors.AIM To identify independent predictors of≥25%ADR,develop a risk model,and propose withdrawal durations based on different insertion times.METHODS We retrospectively analyzed 830 cases using logistic regression and identified four key factors,validated in a prospective cohort of 5699 patients.Their importance was confirmed using random forest(RF),extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)and light gradient boosting machine(LightGBM).Attempts to determine targetachieving withdrawal time by grouping cases based on insertion time and Cox regression were inconclusive.Using the 5699-case dataset,we developed a predictive model combining support vector machine(SVM)with XGBoost.We built a Shiny app using this model for clinical application.RESULTS Multivariate logistic regression identified age[odds ratio(OR)=1.05;95%confidence interval(CI):1.03-1.08;P<0.001],male(OR=1.79;95%CI:1.32-2.41;P=0.005),higher endoscopist experience(OR=1.79;95%CI:1.20-2.68;P=0.005),and longer withdrawal time(P<0.001)as independent risk factors for colorectal adenoma.A nomogram demonstrated strong discrimination[area under the curve(AUC)=0.720],with robust calibration and decision-curve performance.Feature importance via RF,XGBoost,and LightGBM confirmed key predictors.A hybrid model combining SVM regression for withdrawal-time estimation and XGBoost classification achieved stable results,with XGBoost reporting AUCs of 0.640 in training and 0.610 in testing,and similar validation outcomes.Deployed via a Shiny app for clinical use.However,model discrimination was modest(AUC:0.61-0.64),suggesting that clinical utility requires further refinement.CONCLUSION A hybrid SVM-XGBoost model using four key endoscopic factors was independently validated and is available as a Shiny app,delivering real-time decision support to streamline endoscopy and enhance clinical outcomes.

文摘Intelligent production is an important development direction in intelligent manufacturing,with intelligent factories playing a crucial role in promoting intelligent production.Flexible job shops,as the main form of intelligent factories,constantly face dynamic disturbances during the production process,including machine failures and urgent orders.This paper discusses the basic models and research methods of job shop scheduling,emphasizing the important role of dynamic job shop scheduling and its response schemes in future research.A multi-objective flexible job shop dynamic scheduling mathematical model is established,highlighting its complex and multi-constraint characteristics under different interferences.A classification discussion is conducted on the dynamic response methods and optimization objectives under machine failures,emergency orders,fuzzy completion times,and mixed dynamic events.The development process of traditional scheduling rules and intelligent methods in dynamic scheduling are also analyzed.Finally,based on the current development status of job shop scheduling and the requirements of intelligent manufacturing,the future development trends of dynamic scheduling in flexible job shops are proposed.
