The working principle of the three typical actuating cylinder innerlocks are expounded and the stress and workmanship requirements of the three inner-lock core components are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of different kinds are compared and the characteristics and applications of the three inner-locks investigated. The research and analysis results provide valuable information for the actuating cylinder inner-lock of the aircraft landing gear design.展开更多
为了提高回转式闭锁机构的设计效率,基于结构设计原理在UG二次开发的基础上,对回转式闭锁机构进行参数化设计。在UG/NX8.0的操作界面下运用开发工具UG/Open Menu Script建立菜单文件、UG/Open UIStyler创建对话框,依托Microsoft Visual ...为了提高回转式闭锁机构的设计效率,基于结构设计原理在UG二次开发的基础上,对回转式闭锁机构进行参数化设计。在UG/NX8.0的操作界面下运用开发工具UG/Open Menu Script建立菜单文件、UG/Open UIStyler创建对话框,依托Microsoft Visual Studio 2010下的Visual C#语言,完成回转式闭锁机构参数化系统设计;采用C#编程语言编制内弹道计算软件,完成内弹道计算模型的建立并以此为动力学仿真驱动,在UG/motion模块对参数化后的模型进行动力学仿真,并对其可行性与可靠性进行了验证。结果表明,该闭锁机构的运动特性既满足了基本的设计指标要求和结构设计原理,又保证了开闭锁过程可靠工作,同时也为自动武器的进一步分析研究提供了一定的参考。展开更多
