The smart city is not only a crucial means of promoting sustainable development,but also a strategic approach to advancing scientific urban development and governance on a global scale.Based on a textual co-occurrence...The smart city is not only a crucial means of promoting sustainable development,but also a strategic approach to advancing scientific urban development and governance on a global scale.Based on a textual co-occurrence analysis of policy documents,this study examines the components,development pathways,and models of smart cities in China.It identifies three distinct phases in the development process:the information project-driven phase,the holistic development phase,and the collaborative development phase.Overall,the development of smart cities in China-characterized by a strong focus on information technology projects-was primarily initiated by both central and local governments.Reflecting on the informatization process and the trajectory of smart city development in China since the mid-1990s,this paper argues that smart city initiatives must evolve beyond a purely technology-driven framework toward a more human-centered approach.Against the backdrop of ongoing urbanization and urban transformation in China,this study proposes future development strategies that integrate top-down government planning with bottom-up public engagement.It advocates for a comprehensive framework that integrates technology,human needs,and spatial planning,emphasizing the spatiotemporal coordination between technological implementation and stakeholder demands.This research offers valuable insights and strategic guidance for the future development of smart cities worldwide.展开更多

In the information age,the movement of livelihood factors between urban and rural areas,particularly involving farmers in rural tourism destinations,has stimulated the spatial revitalization and functional renewal of ...In the information age,the movement of livelihood factors between urban and rural areas,particularly involving farmers in rural tourism destinations,has stimulated the spatial revitalization and functional renewal of these destinations,thereby facilitating the advancement of rural revitalization.The examination of livelihood strategy selection among farmers in rural tourist destinations during the information age is a critical scientific inquiry for the sustainable development of rural tourism.This research holds substantial significance for enhancing the livelihood capabilities of farmers and contributing to the revitalization of rural industries.This study utilizes Xijiang Miao Village as a case study to conduct an in-depth analysis of farmers’livelihood strategy selection through the application of the entropy evaluation method and the binary logistic regression model.The findings indicate that the robust development of rural tourism has led to significant alterations in the original composition of livelihood capital in tourist destinations.Currently,four distinct types of livelihoods have been identified:agricultural-based,migrantwork-oriented,tourism-specialized,and tourism-supplemented.Due to the uneven distribution of livelihood capital,the predominant livelihood modes for farmers in rural tourism destinations remain the agricultural-based and tourism-supplemented types.Human capital and economic capital are the primary factors influencing the strategic choices made by farmers.In this context,a livelihood selection strategy for farmers in rural tourist destinations,specifically in Xijiang Miao Village,is proposed,taking into account the background of rural informatization.展开更多

In view of the diversity, large quantity, and preservation with paper of rural residential land data, a new method for automatic cutting and classification of digital images based on the image data source and us- ing the image processing algorithm and Python programming was proposed in order to achieve rapid and accurate collection and digital storage of rural residential land cadastral data. Using this method, digital image automatic cutting and classification were realized, and the efficiency and accuracy of this method was validated by comparing with the non-support free shooting method and manual image process- ing. The experimental results showed that the efficiency of the data acquisition of the fixed shooting method was 4.24 times of that of the non-support free shooting method with the accuracy rate increasing by 7.1%, and the efficiency of automatic image processing was 35 times of that of manual processing. Based on rapid and accuracy data acquisition, this method realized the automatic processing of digital images, which provided a reference for the research of informatization technology of the whole rural residential land data and has the value of popularization and appli- cation.展开更多

This study offers an ontological conception of the agricultural production process, establishing operational divisions corresponding to both the stages and the fundamental information requirements of the dairy industry production process in China, yielding a process ontology for the dairy industry as well as a business chain model. A framework for a dairy industry information cooperative service system was established, with service functions realized in a prototype system. The resulting agricultural process ontology built on the basis of biological characteristics has advantages as a classification standard for agricultural information; whereas the business chain model based on this agricultural process ontology allows for an effective distribution of agricultural information cooperative services. This study mainly aims to： firstly, establish a comprehensive evaluation index system so as to explore the spatial pattern of coordinated development of Sihua in China at prefecture level; secondly, to develop an evaluation criteria system to identify the problem regions and regional problems from the perspective of coordinated development of Sihua. This paper comes first in the scientific community to evaluate the coordinated development state of Sihua in China at prefecture level and identify the problem regions and regional problems from the perspective of Sihua development by quantitative analysis. This study may benefit the improvement of regional policies and thus contribute to the sustainable socio-economic development of China.

文摘Agricultural information cooperative services （AICS） are now becoming an important aspect of agriculture informatization. This study offers an ontological conception of the agricultural production process, establishing operational divisions corresponding to both the stages and the fundamental information requirements of the dairy industry production process in China, yielding a process ontology for the dairy industry as well as a business chain model. A framework for a dairy industry information cooperative service system was established, with service functions realized in a prototype system. The resulting agricultural process ontology built on the basis of biological characteristics has advantages as a classification standard for agricultural information; whereas the business chain model based on this agricultural process ontology allows for an effective distribution of agricultural information cooperative services. This study outlines a concept and demonstrates a prototype of a cooperative service capable of integrating diverse online agricultural information relevant to the dairy industry in China.

文摘The high-speed railway construction involves multiple professional fields,such as railway design,construction,and supervision.This paper architects the"BIM+"project refined management platform,designs the platform's logical architecture,physical architecture,and solves several key technology difficulties.This"BIM+"platform has been applied on the Jingxiong Bridge Project and achieved all-round,whole-process and multi-management of high-speed railway engineering construction.It significantly improves the level of construction management,and plays a role in promoting the development of high-speed railway construction informatization.
文摘The oil refining and petrochemical industry in China has made great achievements after decades of development, and its capacity has already ranked second in the world. However, the refining industry is suffering some challenges, such as severe overcapacity at present, and has entered a new economic normal, in which the technological progress develops rapidly, the demand for green and low-carbon development is stricter, the market competition is increasingly fiercer and the profit margins are gradually narrowing. In such a situation, informatization and its new technologies are driving the significant reforming of manufacturing patterns, marketing patterns, management and decision-making patterns. Intelligent development is the inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of oil refining and petrochemical industry. It is suggested that the intelligent evaluating model and method should be adopted to enterprise’s intelligentializing transformation and upgrading by laying a solid foundation of digital refinery and implemenation of digital upgrading.

文摘Current status of rural informatization construction in China,including the relatively weak rural informatization,asymmetric market information,low level of information sharing,dispersedly allocated resources and no cross point among each other are analyzed.The importance of informatization in rural logistic system is introduced:firstly,decision making of logistics system plan is based on information.Secondly,improvement of the overall efficiency of logistics system is based on information.Thirdly,logistics transmission takes the Internet as the carrier.Necessity of rural logistics system is discussed from five aspects of increasing the employment of farmers,enhancing the income of farmers,reducing the blindness of agricultural production and circulation,sharing the risks of agricultural management,and promoting the rural economic restructuring.According to the above five steps,five countermeasures are posed in order to improve the rural logistics system.The countermeasures cover the aspects of deepening the information awareness of government,establishing a rural informatization system suited to the national condition of China,strengthening the information infrastructure in rural areas,promoting the integration of rural information resources and establishing the training system for agricultural information talents.
