Developing advanced stealth devices to cope with radar-infrared(IR)fusion detection and diverse application scenarios is increasingly demanded,which faces significant challenges due to conflicting microwave and IR clo...Developing advanced stealth devices to cope with radar-infrared(IR)fusion detection and diverse application scenarios is increasingly demanded,which faces significant challenges due to conflicting microwave and IR cloaking mechanisms and functional integration limitations.Here,we propose a multiscale hierarchical structure design,integrating wrinkled MXene IR shielding layer and flexible Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS microwave absorption layer.The top wrinkled MXene layer induces the intensive diffuse reflection effect,shielding IR radiation signals while allowing microwave to pass through.Meanwhile,the permeable microwaves are assimilated into the bottom Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS layer via strong magneto-electric synergy.Through theoretical and experimental optimization,the assembled stealth devices realize a near-perfect stealth capability in both X-band(8–12 GHz)and long-wave infrared(8–14μm)wavelength ranges.Specifically,it delivers a radar cross-section reduction of−20 dB m^(2),a large apparent temperature modulation range(ΔT=70℃),and a low average IR emissivity of 0.35.Additionally,the optimal device demonstrates exceptional curved surface conformability,self-cleaning capability(contact angle≈129°),and abrasion resistance(recovery time≈5 s).This design strategy promotes the development of multispectral stealth technology and reinforces its applicability and durability in complex and hostile environments.展开更多
With the development of smart cities and smart technologies,parks,as functional units of the city,are facing smart transformation.The development of smart parks can help address challenges of technology integration wi...With the development of smart cities and smart technologies,parks,as functional units of the city,are facing smart transformation.The development of smart parks can help address challenges of technology integration within urban spaces and serve as testbeds for exploring smart city planning and governance models.Information models facilitate the effective integration of technology into space.Building Information Modeling(BIM)and City Information Modeling(CIM)have been widely used in urban construction.However,the existing information models have limitations in the application of the park,so it is necessary to develop an information model suitable for the park.This paper first traces the evolution of park smart transformation,reviews the global landscape of smart park development,and identifies key trends and persistent challenges.Addressing the particularities of parks,the concept of Park Information Modeling(PIM)is proposed.PIM leverages smart technologies such as artificial intelligence,digital twins,and collaborative sensing to help form a‘space-technology-system’smart structure,enabling systematic management of diverse park spaces,addressing the deficiency in park-level information models,and aiming to achieve scale articulation between BIM and CIM.Finally,through a detailed top-level design application case study of the Nanjing Smart Education Park in China,this paper illustrates the translation process of the PIM concept into practice,showcasing its potential to provide smart management tools for park managers and enhance services for park stakeholders,although further empirical validation is required.展开更多
Grafting is widely used in cucumbers to enhance their tolerance to environmental stress.Compatibility is a key factor for successful grafting,however,the physiological mechanisms that affect grafting compatibility are...Grafting is widely used in cucumbers to enhance their tolerance to environmental stress.Compatibility is a key factor for successful grafting,however,the physiological mechanisms that affect grafting compatibility are not clear.This study aimed to investigate the physiological mechanism underlying cucumber/pumpkin grafting compatibility.Two pumpkin cultivars with significant differences in compatibility,Figleaf gourd(compatible rootstock,Cf)and Dongyangshenli(incompatible rootstock,Cmo),were used as rootstocks.Three cucumber cultivars with different growth rates were used as scions,including cucumber‘Shenluchunsi’(strong growth,V1),‘Cuilü’(weak growth,V2),and‘Liangyoulüjian 102’(medium growth,V3).Six grafting combinations(V1/Cf,V2/Cf,V3/Cf,V1/Cmo,V2/Cmo,and V3/Cmo)were used to analyze the effect of scion and rootstock varieties,as well as the chemical composition of the exudate from the stem cutting surface,on the compatibility of grafted plants.Here,we found that rootstock was closely correlated with the compatibility of cucumber/pumpkin grafted plants.The sucrose content in the exudate of the stem,enzyme activity,and the expression of genes related to sucrose biosynthesis in Cmo were significantly higher than those in Cf.Correlation analysis showed that the sucrose content difference between the exudate of rootstock and scion stems was negatively correlated with graft compatibility.Exogenous treatment with a 0.5%sucrose solution on the scions significantly reduced the difference in sucrose content between rootstock and scion and enhanced graft survival rate in the incompatible combination.The stem segment grafting experiment in vitro found that the high difference in sucrose concentration between the rootstock and scion decreased the grafting compatibility of cucumber/pumpkin by reducing the adhesion of the cutting surface.Taken together,the higher sucrose concentration difference between rootstock and scion decreased the adhesion of the cutting surface,resulting in the incompatibility of cucumber/pumpkin grafted plants.展开更多
Objective This study aimed to study the effects of different crystalline states of Sheng Shigao(raw gypsum,RG)and its inorganic elements on the antipyretic efficacy of Baihu Decoction(BHT).Methods RG samples calcined ...Objective This study aimed to study the effects of different crystalline states of Sheng Shigao(raw gypsum,RG)and its inorganic elements on the antipyretic efficacy of Baihu Decoction(BHT).Methods RG samples calcined at different temperatures were prepared.The phase composition of RG and Duan Shigao(calcination of gypsum,CG)as well as the changes in phase composition before and after adding water to RG calcined at specific temperatures,were determined using X-ray diffraction(XRD).A fever model was established by subcutaneously injecting 20%yeast suspension(10 mL·kg~(-1))into the backs of rats.The effects of BHT containing RG in different crystalline states on rat body temperature were measured.Serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and hypothalamic prostaglandin E2(PGE_2)were detected using ELISA.Serum Ca~(2+)levels were measured using a microplate method.The content of trace elements in RG and CG and the corresponding freeze-dried BHT powder was determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The complexation of representative inorganic elements with mangiferin,a major active component in BHT,was investigated using UV-Vis spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.A validation model was established using RAW264.7 mouse macrophages.Drug-containing serum of BHT with different inorganic elements was prepared,and the nitric oxide(NO)levels in the cell supernatant of different treatment groups were measured using the Griess method.The mRNA levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and PGE2in each group were detected using qPCR(real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR).Results After calcination,the phase composition of RG changed,and the content of inorganic elements in RG,CG170(RG calcined at 170°C),and CG350(RG calcined at 350°C)showed similar trends.Compared with RG,the content of Ca,Sr,Al,and Na in CG changed significantly.Compared with BHT,the content of Ca,Sr,Si,and Na in CG changed significantly when incorporated into the formula.Intermolecular interactions confirmed strong binding between mangiferin and Cu~(2+)and Al~(3+).Cu~(2+)and Fe~(3+)exhibited fluorescence quenching effects on mangiferin solution,while Al~(3+)and Zn~(2+)showed strong fluorescence enhancement,with fluorescence intensity increasing by 120-fold and 30-fold,respectively.In vitro evaluation of synergistic anti-inflammatory effects confirmed that Ca,Fe,Cr,Al,and Si exhibited synergistic anti-inflammatory effects.Conclusion The crystalline state of RG has little effect on its antipyretic properties,while Ca,Sr,Na,Fe,and Al are likely the key material bases influencing its efficacy.展开更多

It examines the effects on their physiological and psychological responses and overall satisfaction with nursing care. Methods: A total of 84 patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected through convenient sampling and randomly assigned to either the control group or the intervention group using a random number table. Each group consisted of 42 patients. The control group received standard surgical nursing care. In addition to standard care, the intervention group received handshake and information support from the circulating nurse before anesthesia induction. Vital signs were recorded before surgery and before anesthesia induction. Anxiety levels were measured using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the State-Anxiety Inventory (S-AI), while nursing satisfaction was assessed using a numerical rating scale. Results: No significant differences were found between the two groups in systolic and diastolic blood pressures before surgery and anesthesia induction (P > 0.05). This study analyzes the User Interface(UI)and User Experience(UX)of information systems that provide local government information.The systems analyzed are the Local Administrative Comprehensive Information Disclosure ...This study analyzes the User Interface(UI)and User Experience(UX)of information systems that provide local government information.The systems analyzed are the Local Administrative Comprehensive Information Disclosure System(Zheripan),the Integrated Local Financial Disclosure System(Qinching Online),and the Local Regulations Information System(12348 Zhejiang Legal Network).The Local Administrative Comprehensive Information Disclosure System offers public service and personnel information,while the Integrated Local Financial Disclosure System provides financial information,and the Local Regulations Information System offers legal information as its main content.The analysis framework utilized three elements:objective data,psychological factors,and heuristic evaluation.The results of the first objective data analysis show that approximately 70%of visits to Zheripan and Qinching Online are through search,and the time spent on the homepage is short.In contrast,about 70%of visits to the 12348 Zhejiang Legal Network are direct visits,with users browsing multiple pages with a clear purpose.In terms of data provision methods,Zheripan provides two types of data in three formats,Qinching Online offers 28 types of data in five formats,and 12348 Zhejiang Legal Network provides one type of information in a single format.The second psychological factor analysis found that all three websites had a number of menus suitable for short-term cognitive capacity.However,only one of the sites had a layout that considered the user’s eye movement.Finally,the heuristic evaluation revealed that most of the evaluation criteria were not met.While the design is relatively simple and follows standards,feedback for users,error prevention,and help options were lacking.Moreover,the user-specific usability was low,and the systems remained at the information-providing level.Based on these findings,both short-term and long-term improvement measures for creating an interactive system beyond simple information disclosure are proposed.展开更多

However, the choice of information sources varies by age and individual habits. With the widespread use of the internet, there are notable differences between younger and older generations in their reliance on the internet versus traditional media sources like newspapers and television. Given the wide age range and diverse backgrounds of nursing students, understanding generational differences in information-gathering methods is important for implementing effective education. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify how nursing students in different age groups obtain social information and to examine media usage trends by age group. Additionally, we aim to use the findings to provide insights into effective information dissemination methods in nursing education. Results: The results showed that nursing students in their teens to forties, regardless of gender, primarily relied on the internet as their main information source, with television playing a secondary role. In contrast, students in their fifties tended to obtain information more often from newspapers and television than from the internet. This highlights an age-related difference in preferred information sources, with older students showing a greater reliance on traditional media. Conclusions: This study demonstrates that nursing students use different information-gathering methods based on their age, suggesting a need to custo-mize information dissemination strategies in nursing education. Digital media may be more effective for younger students, while traditional media or printed materials might better serve older students. Educational institutions should consider these generational differences in media usage and adopt strategies that meet the diverse needs of their student populations.展开更多
Background The pink bollworm(Pectinophora gossypiella,PBW)is a major cotton pest,causing economic losses by damaging seeds and fiber.Cotton growers typically use systemic and broad-spectrum insecticides for its manage...Background The pink bollworm(Pectinophora gossypiella,PBW)is a major cotton pest,causing economic losses by damaging seeds and fiber.Cotton growers typically use systemic and broad-spectrum insecticides for its manage-ment,which pose risks to human health and the environment.Consequently,there is a need for eco-friendly alterna-tives.This study evaluates the bio-efficacy of the entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium anisopliae strain TMBMA1 against pink bollworm and assesses its compatibility with major insecticides.Additionally,to comprehend the dynam-ics of colonization and the infection processes of entomopathogenic fungi(EPF),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)of infected larvae was carried out.Result We challenged the second instar PBW larvae to eight different concentrations(1×10^(3) to 1×10^(10) conidia mL^(-1))of an M.anisopliae strain TMBMA1.The highest mortality(100%)occurred at the higher concentrations i.e.,1×109 and 1×10^(10) spores mL^(-1),while the lowest mortality rate(46.6%)was observed at 1×10^(3) spores mL^(-1) con-centration compared to control(3.33%).TMBMA1’s biocontrol efficacy was validated by Probit analysis,exhibiting an exceptionally low median lethal concentration(LC50)value of 7.1×10^(5).The comparative evaluation revealed that the M.anisopliae strain TMBMA1 performed excellently with insecticide[Cypermethrin 10%(volume fraction)emulsifiable concentrate(EC)at 1 mL·L^(-1) water]giving 100%mortality,both being superior to a commercial prod-uct of M.anisopliae(60%).According to SEM analysis,the EPF strain was profusely colonized on both the internal and external surfaces of PBW larvae.Compatibility studies with insecticides revealed>98%and>96%reduction in the sporulation of M.anisopliae due to the treatment of Emamectin Benzoate 1.5%(mass fraction)+Profenofos 35%(mass fraction)water dispersible granules(WDG)and Profenofos 50%EC,respectively.In contrast,Cypermethrin 10%EC,Emamectin Benzoate 5%(mass fraction)Soluble Granules and Neem Seed Kernel Extract(NSKE)0.15%(volume fraction)treatments reported lower reduction(11.45%,13.79%and 21.21%respectively)in spore production.Conclusion According to the current investigations,the M.anisopliae strain TMBMA1 exhibits high virulence against PBW and offers a promising eco-friendly solution for managing this pest.It shows significant potential to pro-liferate on both external and internal surfaces of PBW.This strain can be integrated into PBW management programs with chemical insecticides,improving pest control and lessening environmental impact.展开更多
[Objectives]To investigate the impact of the compatibility of Bombax malabaricum flowers and Osmanthus fragrans on the analgesic therapeutic effects in mice.[Methods]The analgesic effects of B.malabaricum flowers and ...[Objectives]To investigate the impact of the compatibility of Bombax malabaricum flowers and Osmanthus fragrans on the analgesic therapeutic effects in mice.[Methods]The analgesic effects of B.malabaricum flowers and O.fragrans,as well as their compatibility at a 1:1 ratio,were investigated using the hot plate test and the acetic acid writhing test.Observations were made regarding the reactions of mice,specifically the licking of their forepaws and hindpaws,both prior to and following drug administration.The duration of these reactions was recorded,and the pain threshold of the mice was assessed following drug administration.Additionally,the frequency of writhing responses was documented following the injection of acetic acid into the abdominal cavity of the mice for 20 min.[Results]The pain thresholds observed in the positive control group,the B.malabaricum flowers group,the O.fragrans group,and the compatibility group were significantly elevated compared to those of the blank control group following 14 d of drug administration(P<0.05).This finding indicates that the positive control group,the B.malabaricum flowers group,the O.fragrans group,and the compatibility group of B.malabaricum flowers and O.fragrans at a 1:1 ratio exhibited analgesic efficacy in mice.Furthermore,the pain thresholds of the B.malabaricum flowers and O.fragrans groups were significantly lower than that of the compatibility group(P<0.05),suggesting that the compatibility group demonstrated a significantly superior analgesic effect compared to the B.malabaricum flowers group in mice.A statistically significant difference was observed in the frequency of writhing responses among the five experimental groups:the normal saline group,the positive control group,the B.malabaricum flowers group,the O.fragrans group,and the compatibility group(P=0.01<0.05).Post hoc analyses revealed that the frequency of writhing responses in the O.fragrans group was significantly lower than that observed in both the normal saline group and the compatibility group.Additionally,the frequency of writhing responses in the positive control group was significantly lower than that in the normal saline group.[Conclusions]B.malabaricum flowers and O.fragrans,as well as their compatibility at a 1:1 ratio,exhibits analgesic effects,with the analgesic effect being more pronounced in the compatibility group compared to the B.malabaricum flowers group or the O.fragrans group.展开更多

In Zambia, the Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) is a key tool for managing the supply chain of these commodities. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of LMIS in ensuring the availability of essential medicines and medical supplies in public hospitals in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. Materials and Methods: From February to April 2022, a cross-sectional study was conducted in 12 public hospitals across the Copperbelt Province. Data were collected using structured questionnaires, checklists, and stock control cards. The study assessed LMIS availability, training, and knowledge among pharmacy personnel, as well as data accuracy, product availability, and order fill rates. Descriptive statistics were used to analyse the data. Results: All surveyed hospitals had LMIS implemented and were using eLMIS as the primary LMIS. Only 47% and 48% of pharmacy personnel received training in eLMIS and Essential Medicines Logistics Improvement Program (EMLIP), respectively. Most personnel demonstrated good knowledge of LMIS, with 77.7% able to log in to eLMIS Facility Edition, 76.6% able to locate stock control cards in the system, and 78.7% able to perform transactions. However, data accuracy from physical and electronic records varied from 0% to 60%, and product availability ranged from 50% to 80%. Order fill rates from Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) were consistently below 30%. Discrepancies were observed between physical stock counts and eLMIS records. Conclusion: This study found that most hospitals in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia have implemented LMIS use. While LMIS implementation is high in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia, challenges such as low training levels, data inaccuracies, low product availability, and order fill rates persist. Addressing these issues requires a comprehensive approach, including capacity building, data quality improvement, supply chain coordination, and investment in infrastructure and human resources. Strengthening LMIS effectiveness is crucial for improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes in Zambia.展开更多

Block-flexure toppling constitutes the predominant form of toppling failure in rock slopes.Although it has been extensively studied,the current theoretical models are often oversimplified by treating rock layers as ri...Block-flexure toppling constitutes the predominant form of toppling failure in rock slopes.Although it has been extensively studied,the current theoretical models are often oversimplified by treating rock layers as rigid bodies that diverge from actual conditions.The proposed Equivalent Deformation Compatibility Method(EDCM)offers a fresh approach to assess the stability of rock slopes prone to block-flexure toppling.EDCM posits that blocky rock layers,with their inability to withstand significant bending and role in merely transferring forces,can be modeled as intact layers with a reduced modulus.The method simplifies the complex issue of analyzing discrete and continuous rock layers to the study of layered soft and hard rock,establishing deformation compatibility equations subsequently.Validation of the EDCM was achieved through numerical models,physical model testing,and application to an actual slope.The factor of safety(FS)for slopes corresponds with the results from both models and the actual slope,demonstrating the method's applicability for evaluating susceptibility to block-flexure toppling.When applying the EDCM,it is advised to set the elastic modulus reduction coefficient for blocky layers at a value below 0.1.展开更多
Cancer therapy continues to face major challenges,including drug resistance,toxicity,and tumor heterogeneity,which highlight the need for multitarget strategies.This review examines the molecular compatibility theory ...Cancer therapy continues to face major challenges,including drug resistance,toxicity,and tumor heterogeneity,which highlight the need for multitarget strategies.This review examines the molecular compatibility theory in integrative oncology,which combines traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with systems biology to address these limitations.TCM formulas,such as Banxia Xiexin decoction and Qiqin Huchang formula,contain bioactive compounds(e.g.,quercetin and berberine)that modulate interconnected pathways(phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B and mitogen-activated protein kinase)and the tumor microenvironment,thereby promoting apoptosis,inhibiting angiogenesis,and regulating immune responses.The theory modernizes TCM’s“Jun-Chen-Zuo-Shi”principle by optimizing herb combinations through network pharmacology and omics technologies.For instance,Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao(Huang Qi)-Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.(E Zhu)pairs co-target hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha to suppress metastasis,while artificial intelligence-driven models predict synergistic interactions such as quercetin-cyclin-dependent kinase 1 inhibition.Clinical studies have shown improved outcomes;for instance,modified Banxia Xiexin decoction reduces chemotherapy-induced toxicity in gastric cancer,and Xihuang pill enhances immunotherapy via signal transducer and activator of transcription 3-programmed death-ligand 1 modulation.Despite these advances,challenges remain in standardization and mechanistic validation.Future research should prioritize single-cell sequencing,organoid models,and international collaboration to refine personalized therapies and translate TCM into evidence-based oncology.By integrating empirical knowledge with modern science,molecular compatibility theory provides a robust framework for multitarget drug development and the advancement of integrative cancer therapies.展开更多

The initial stresses widely exist in elastic materials.While achieving a continuum stress-free configuration through compatible unloading is desirable,mechanical unloading alone frequently proves insufficient,posing c...The initial stresses widely exist in elastic materials.While achieving a continuum stress-free configuration through compatible unloading is desirable,mechanical unloading alone frequently proves insufficient,posing challenges in avoiding virtual stress-free configurations.In this paper,we introduce a novel concept of equivalent temperature variation to counteract the incompatible initial strain.Our focus is on initially stressed cylindrical and spherical elastomers,where we first derive the Saint-Venant,Beltrami-Michell,and Volterra integral conditions in orthogonal curvilinear coordinates using the exterior differential form theory.It is shown that for any given axially or spherically distributed initial stress,an equivalent temperature variation always exists.Furthermore,we propose two innovative initial stress forms based on the steady-state heat conduction.By introducing an equivalent temperature variation,the initial stress can be released through a compatible thermo-mechanical unloading process,offering valuable insights into the constitutive theory of initially stressed elastic materials.展开更多

文摘Developing advanced stealth devices to cope with radar-infrared(IR)fusion detection and diverse application scenarios is increasingly demanded,which faces significant challenges due to conflicting microwave and IR cloaking mechanisms and functional integration limitations.Here,we propose a multiscale hierarchical structure design,integrating wrinkled MXene IR shielding layer and flexible Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS microwave absorption layer.The top wrinkled MXene layer induces the intensive diffuse reflection effect,shielding IR radiation signals while allowing microwave to pass through.Meanwhile,the permeable microwaves are assimilated into the bottom Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS layer via strong magneto-electric synergy.Through theoretical and experimental optimization,the assembled stealth devices realize a near-perfect stealth capability in both X-band(8–12 GHz)and long-wave infrared(8–14μm)wavelength ranges.Specifically,it delivers a radar cross-section reduction of−20 dB m^(2),a large apparent temperature modulation range(ΔT=70℃),and a low average IR emissivity of 0.35.Additionally,the optimal device demonstrates exceptional curved surface conformability,self-cleaning capability(contact angle≈129°),and abrasion resistance(recovery time≈5 s).This design strategy promotes the development of multispectral stealth technology and reinforces its applicability and durability in complex and hostile environments.

文摘With the development of smart cities and smart technologies,parks,as functional units of the city,are facing smart transformation.The development of smart parks can help address challenges of technology integration within urban spaces and serve as testbeds for exploring smart city planning and governance models.Information models facilitate the effective integration of technology into space.Building Information Modeling(BIM)and City Information Modeling(CIM)have been widely used in urban construction.However,the existing information models have limitations in the application of the park,so it is necessary to develop an information model suitable for the park.This paper first traces the evolution of park smart transformation,reviews the global landscape of smart park development,and identifies key trends and persistent challenges.Addressing the particularities of parks,the concept of Park Information Modeling(PIM)is proposed.PIM leverages smart technologies such as artificial intelligence,digital twins,and collaborative sensing to help form a‘space-technology-system’smart structure,enabling systematic management of diverse park spaces,addressing the deficiency in park-level information models,and aiming to achieve scale articulation between BIM and CIM.Finally,through a detailed top-level design application case study of the Nanjing Smart Education Park in China,this paper illustrates the translation process of the PIM concept into practice,showcasing its potential to provide smart management tools for park managers and enhance services for park stakeholders,although further empirical validation is required.

文摘Grafting is widely used in cucumbers to enhance their tolerance to environmental stress.Compatibility is a key factor for successful grafting,however,the physiological mechanisms that affect grafting compatibility are not clear.This study aimed to investigate the physiological mechanism underlying cucumber/pumpkin grafting compatibility.Two pumpkin cultivars with significant differences in compatibility,Figleaf gourd(compatible rootstock,Cf)and Dongyangshenli(incompatible rootstock,Cmo),were used as rootstocks.Three cucumber cultivars with different growth rates were used as scions,including cucumber‘Shenluchunsi’(strong growth,V1),‘Cuilü’(weak growth,V2),and‘Liangyoulüjian 102’(medium growth,V3).Six grafting combinations(V1/Cf,V2/Cf,V3/Cf,V1/Cmo,V2/Cmo,and V3/Cmo)were used to analyze the effect of scion and rootstock varieties,as well as the chemical composition of the exudate from the stem cutting surface,on the compatibility of grafted plants.Here,we found that rootstock was closely correlated with the compatibility of cucumber/pumpkin grafted plants.The sucrose content in the exudate of the stem,enzyme activity,and the expression of genes related to sucrose biosynthesis in Cmo were significantly higher than those in Cf.Correlation analysis showed that the sucrose content difference between the exudate of rootstock and scion stems was negatively correlated with graft compatibility.Exogenous treatment with a 0.5%sucrose solution on the scions significantly reduced the difference in sucrose content between rootstock and scion and enhanced graft survival rate in the incompatible combination.The stem segment grafting experiment in vitro found that the high difference in sucrose concentration between the rootstock and scion decreased the grafting compatibility of cucumber/pumpkin by reducing the adhesion of the cutting surface.Taken together,the higher sucrose concentration difference between rootstock and scion decreased the adhesion of the cutting surface,resulting in the incompatibility of cucumber/pumpkin grafted plants.

文摘Objective This study aimed to study the effects of different crystalline states of Sheng Shigao(raw gypsum,RG)and its inorganic elements on the antipyretic efficacy of Baihu Decoction(BHT).Methods RG samples calcined at different temperatures were prepared.The phase composition of RG and Duan Shigao(calcination of gypsum,CG)as well as the changes in phase composition before and after adding water to RG calcined at specific temperatures,were determined using X-ray diffraction(XRD).A fever model was established by subcutaneously injecting 20%yeast suspension(10 mL·kg~(-1))into the backs of rats.The effects of BHT containing RG in different crystalline states on rat body temperature were measured.Serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and hypothalamic prostaglandin E2(PGE_2)were detected using ELISA.Serum Ca~(2+)levels were measured using a microplate method.The content of trace elements in RG and CG and the corresponding freeze-dried BHT powder was determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The complexation of representative inorganic elements with mangiferin,a major active component in BHT,was investigated using UV-Vis spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.A validation model was established using RAW264.7 mouse macrophages.Drug-containing serum of BHT with different inorganic elements was prepared,and the nitric oxide(NO)levels in the cell supernatant of different treatment groups were measured using the Griess method.The mRNA levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and PGE2in each group were detected using qPCR(real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR).Results After calcination,the phase composition of RG changed,and the content of inorganic elements in RG,CG170(RG calcined at 170°C),and CG350(RG calcined at 350°C)showed similar trends.Compared with RG,the content of Ca,Sr,Al,and Na in CG changed significantly.Compared with BHT,the content of Ca,Sr,Si,and Na in CG changed significantly when incorporated into the formula.Intermolecular interactions confirmed strong binding between mangiferin and Cu~(2+)and Al~(3+).Cu~(2+)and Fe~(3+)exhibited fluorescence quenching effects on mangiferin solution,while Al~(3+)and Zn~(2+)showed strong fluorescence enhancement,with fluorescence intensity increasing by 120-fold and 30-fold,respectively.In vitro evaluation of synergistic anti-inflammatory effects confirmed that Ca,Fe,Cr,Al,and Si exhibited synergistic anti-inflammatory effects.Conclusion The crystalline state of RG has little effect on its antipyretic properties,while Ca,Sr,Na,Fe,and Al are likely the key material bases influencing its efficacy.

文摘Ecological monitoring vehicles are equipped with a range of sensors and monitoring devices designed to gather data on ecological and environmental factors.These vehicles are crucial in various fields,including environmental science research,ecological and environmental monitoring projects,disaster response,and emergency management.A key method employed in these vehicles for achieving high-precision positioning is LiDAR(lightlaser detection and ranging)-Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping(SLAM).However,maintaining highprecision localization in complex scenarios,such as degraded environments or when dynamic objects are present,remains a significant challenge.To address this issue,we integrate both semantic and texture information from LiDAR and cameras to enhance the robustness and efficiency of data registration.Specifically,semantic information simplifies the modeling of scene elements,reducing the reliance on dense point clouds,which can be less efficient.Meanwhile,visual texture information complements LiDAR-Visual localization by providing additional contextual details.By incorporating semantic and texture details frompaired images and point clouds,we significantly improve the quality of data association,thereby increasing the success rate of localization.This approach not only enhances the operational capabilities of ecological monitoring vehicles in complex environments but also contributes to improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ecological monitoring and environmental protection efforts.

文摘Advanced geological prediction is a crucial means to ensure safety and efficiency in tunnel construction.However,diff erent advanced geological forecasting methods have their own limitations,resulting in poor detection accuracy.Using multiple methods to carry out a comprehensive evaluation can eff ectively improve the accuracy of advanced geological prediction results.In this study,geological information is combined with the detection results of geophysical methods,including transient electromagnetic,induced polarization,and tunnel seismic prediction,to establish a comprehensive analysis method of adverse geology.First,the possible main adverse geological problems are determined according to the geological information.Subsequently,various physical parameters of the rock mass in front of the tunnel face can then be derived on the basis of multisource geophysical data.Finally,based on the analysis results of geological information,the multisource data fusion algorithm is used to determine the type,location,and scale of adverse geology.The advanced geological prediction results that can provide eff ective guidance for tunnel construction can then be obtained.
文摘Objective: This study evaluates the impact of handshake and information support on patients’ outcomes during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It examines the effects on their physiological and psychological responses and overall satisfaction with nursing care. Methods: A total of 84 patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected through convenient sampling and randomly assigned to either the control group or the intervention group using a random number table. Each group consisted of 42 patients. The control group received standard surgical nursing care. In addition to standard care, the intervention group received handshake and information support from the circulating nurse before anesthesia induction. Vital signs were recorded before surgery and before anesthesia induction. Anxiety levels were measured using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the State-Anxiety Inventory (S-AI), while nursing satisfaction was assessed using a numerical rating scale. Results: No significant differences were found between the two groups in systolic and diastolic blood pressures before surgery and anesthesia induction (P > 0.05). However, there was a significant difference in heart rate before anesthesia induction (P Conclusion: Providing handshake and information support before anesthesia induction effectively reduces stress, alleviates anxiety, and enhances comfort and satisfaction among patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
文摘This study analyzes the User Interface(UI)and User Experience(UX)of information systems that provide local government information.The systems analyzed are the Local Administrative Comprehensive Information Disclosure System(Zheripan),the Integrated Local Financial Disclosure System(Qinching Online),and the Local Regulations Information System(12348 Zhejiang Legal Network).The Local Administrative Comprehensive Information Disclosure System offers public service and personnel information,while the Integrated Local Financial Disclosure System provides financial information,and the Local Regulations Information System offers legal information as its main content.The analysis framework utilized three elements:objective data,psychological factors,and heuristic evaluation.The results of the first objective data analysis show that approximately 70%of visits to Zheripan and Qinching Online are through search,and the time spent on the homepage is short.In contrast,about 70%of visits to the 12348 Zhejiang Legal Network are direct visits,with users browsing multiple pages with a clear purpose.In terms of data provision methods,Zheripan provides two types of data in three formats,Qinching Online offers 28 types of data in five formats,and 12348 Zhejiang Legal Network provides one type of information in a single format.The second psychological factor analysis found that all three websites had a number of menus suitable for short-term cognitive capacity.However,only one of the sites had a layout that considered the user’s eye movement.Finally,the heuristic evaluation revealed that most of the evaluation criteria were not met.While the design is relatively simple and follows standards,feedback for users,error prevention,and help options were lacking.Moreover,the user-specific usability was low,and the systems remained at the information-providing level.Based on these findings,both short-term and long-term improvement measures for creating an interactive system beyond simple information disclosure are proposed.

文摘A CMOS compatible RRAM device with TaN/Ta/TaOx/Ta N structure was proposed for nonvolatile memory applications.Excellent resistive switching characteristics,including low operation voltages(<1 V),low operation current(<100μA),good programming/erasing endurance(>10^(6) cycles),satisfactory uniformity,and reliable data retention,have been demonstrated.Furthermore,all of the elements in the fabricated Ta N/Ta/Ta Ox/Ta N devices are highly compatible with modern CMOS manufacturing process,showing promising application in the next generation of nonvolatile memory.

文摘Background: For nursing students, gathering social information is essential for understanding healthcare and social issues and developing critical thinking and decision-making skills. However, the choice of information sources varies by age and individual habits. With the widespread use of the internet, there are notable differences between younger and older generations in their reliance on the internet versus traditional media sources like newspapers and television. Given the wide age range and diverse backgrounds of nursing students, understanding generational differences in information-gathering methods is important for implementing effective education. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify how nursing students in different age groups obtain social information and to examine media usage trends by age group. Additionally, we aim to use the findings to provide insights into effective information dissemination methods in nursing education. Results: The results showed that nursing students in their teens to forties, regardless of gender, primarily relied on the internet as their main information source, with television playing a secondary role. In contrast, students in their fifties tended to obtain information more often from newspapers and television than from the internet. This highlights an age-related difference in preferred information sources, with older students showing a greater reliance on traditional media. Conclusions: This study demonstrates that nursing students use different information-gathering methods based on their age, suggesting a need to custo-mize information dissemination strategies in nursing education. Digital media may be more effective for younger students, while traditional media or printed materials might better serve older students. Educational institutions should consider these generational differences in media usage and adopt strategies that meet the diverse needs of their student populations.
文摘Background The pink bollworm(Pectinophora gossypiella,PBW)is a major cotton pest,causing economic losses by damaging seeds and fiber.Cotton growers typically use systemic and broad-spectrum insecticides for its manage-ment,which pose risks to human health and the environment.Consequently,there is a need for eco-friendly alterna-tives.This study evaluates the bio-efficacy of the entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium anisopliae strain TMBMA1 against pink bollworm and assesses its compatibility with major insecticides.Additionally,to comprehend the dynam-ics of colonization and the infection processes of entomopathogenic fungi(EPF),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)of infected larvae was carried out.Result We challenged the second instar PBW larvae to eight different concentrations(1×10^(3) to 1×10^(10) conidia mL^(-1))of an M.anisopliae strain TMBMA1.The highest mortality(100%)occurred at the higher concentrations i.e.,1×109 and 1×10^(10) spores mL^(-1),while the lowest mortality rate(46.6%)was observed at 1×10^(3) spores mL^(-1) con-centration compared to control(3.33%).TMBMA1’s biocontrol efficacy was validated by Probit analysis,exhibiting an exceptionally low median lethal concentration(LC50)value of 7.1×10^(5).The comparative evaluation revealed that the M.anisopliae strain TMBMA1 performed excellently with insecticide[Cypermethrin 10%(volume fraction)emulsifiable concentrate(EC)at 1 mL·L^(-1) water]giving 100%mortality,both being superior to a commercial prod-uct of M.anisopliae(60%).According to SEM analysis,the EPF strain was profusely colonized on both the internal and external surfaces of PBW larvae.Compatibility studies with insecticides revealed>98%and>96%reduction in the sporulation of M.anisopliae due to the treatment of Emamectin Benzoate 1.5%(mass fraction)+Profenofos 35%(mass fraction)water dispersible granules(WDG)and Profenofos 50%EC,respectively.In contrast,Cypermethrin 10%EC,Emamectin Benzoate 5%(mass fraction)Soluble Granules and Neem Seed Kernel Extract(NSKE)0.15%(volume fraction)treatments reported lower reduction(11.45%,13.79%and 21.21%respectively)in spore production.Conclusion According to the current investigations,the M.anisopliae strain TMBMA1 exhibits high virulence against PBW and offers a promising eco-friendly solution for managing this pest.It shows significant potential to pro-liferate on both external and internal surfaces of PBW.This strain can be integrated into PBW management programs with chemical insecticides,improving pest control and lessening environmental impact.

文摘[Objectives]To investigate the impact of the compatibility of Bombax malabaricum flowers and Osmanthus fragrans on the analgesic therapeutic effects in mice.[Methods]The analgesic effects of B.malabaricum flowers and O.fragrans,as well as their compatibility at a 1:1 ratio,were investigated using the hot plate test and the acetic acid writhing test.Observations were made regarding the reactions of mice,specifically the licking of their forepaws and hindpaws,both prior to and following drug administration.The duration of these reactions was recorded,and the pain threshold of the mice was assessed following drug administration.Additionally,the frequency of writhing responses was documented following the injection of acetic acid into the abdominal cavity of the mice for 20 min.[Results]The pain thresholds observed in the positive control group,the B.malabaricum flowers group,the O.fragrans group,and the compatibility group were significantly elevated compared to those of the blank control group following 14 d of drug administration(P<0.05).This finding indicates that the positive control group,the B.malabaricum flowers group,the O.fragrans group,and the compatibility group of B.malabaricum flowers and O.fragrans at a 1:1 ratio exhibited analgesic efficacy in mice.Furthermore,the pain thresholds of the B.malabaricum flowers and O.fragrans groups were significantly lower than that of the compatibility group(P<0.05),suggesting that the compatibility group demonstrated a significantly superior analgesic effect compared to the B.malabaricum flowers group in mice.A statistically significant difference was observed in the frequency of writhing responses among the five experimental groups:the normal saline group,the positive control group,the B.malabaricum flowers group,the O.fragrans group,and the compatibility group(P=0.01<0.05).Post hoc analyses revealed that the frequency of writhing responses in the O.fragrans group was significantly lower than that observed in both the normal saline group and the compatibility group.Additionally,the frequency of writhing responses in the positive control group was significantly lower than that in the normal saline group.[Conclusions]B.malabaricum flowers and O.fragrans,as well as their compatibility at a 1:1 ratio,exhibits analgesic effects,with the analgesic effect being more pronounced in the compatibility group compared to the B.malabaricum flowers group or the O.fragrans group.
文摘Background: The availability of essential medicines and medical supplies is crucial for effectively delivering healthcare services. In Zambia, the Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) is a key tool for managing the supply chain of these commodities. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of LMIS in ensuring the availability of essential medicines and medical supplies in public hospitals in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. Materials and Methods: From February to April 2022, a cross-sectional study was conducted in 12 public hospitals across the Copperbelt Province. Data were collected using structured questionnaires, checklists, and stock control cards. The study assessed LMIS availability, training, and knowledge among pharmacy personnel, as well as data accuracy, product availability, and order fill rates. Descriptive statistics were used to analyse the data. Results: All surveyed hospitals had LMIS implemented and were using eLMIS as the primary LMIS. Only 47% and 48% of pharmacy personnel received training in eLMIS and Essential Medicines Logistics Improvement Program (EMLIP), respectively. Most personnel demonstrated good knowledge of LMIS, with 77.7% able to log in to eLMIS Facility Edition, 76.6% able to locate stock control cards in the system, and 78.7% able to perform transactions. However, data accuracy from physical and electronic records varied from 0% to 60%, and product availability ranged from 50% to 80%. Order fill rates from Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) were consistently below 30%. Discrepancies were observed between physical stock counts and eLMIS records. Conclusion: This study found that most hospitals in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia have implemented LMIS use. While LMIS implementation is high in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia, challenges such as low training levels, data inaccuracies, low product availability, and order fill rates persist. Addressing these issues requires a comprehensive approach, including capacity building, data quality improvement, supply chain coordination, and investment in infrastructure and human resources. Strengthening LMIS effectiveness is crucial for improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes in Zambia.

文摘EMC anechoic chamber is used for radiation emission and radiation immunity test,and the wireless performance of products needs to be tested in OTA anechoic chamber.With more and more electronic and electrical equipment with wireless communication function,the rapid construction of a compatible OTA test system in the existing EMC anechoic chamber can save the cost and space of enterprises and third-party laboratories that already have EMC anechoic chamber.In this paper,the OTA test system is built in the existing EMC anechoic room,the ripple calibration test is carried out according to the OTA standard,the TRP and TIS tests are carried out on two test samples with different wireless communication standards,and the test samples are taken to the OTA anechoic room for a comparison test.The comparison between the ripple calibration data and the OTA test data showed that the EMC anechoic chamber could perform OTA test without affecting the original test ability.The data results provide a basis for the implementation of EMC anechoic chamber compatibility upgrade OTA test,and provide reference for further optimization of the compatible test system,reduction of test differences,and the design of anechoic chamber integrating two test functions.

文摘Block-flexure toppling constitutes the predominant form of toppling failure in rock slopes.Although it has been extensively studied,the current theoretical models are often oversimplified by treating rock layers as rigid bodies that diverge from actual conditions.The proposed Equivalent Deformation Compatibility Method(EDCM)offers a fresh approach to assess the stability of rock slopes prone to block-flexure toppling.EDCM posits that blocky rock layers,with their inability to withstand significant bending and role in merely transferring forces,can be modeled as intact layers with a reduced modulus.The method simplifies the complex issue of analyzing discrete and continuous rock layers to the study of layered soft and hard rock,establishing deformation compatibility equations subsequently.Validation of the EDCM was achieved through numerical models,physical model testing,and application to an actual slope.The factor of safety(FS)for slopes corresponds with the results from both models and the actual slope,demonstrating the method's applicability for evaluating susceptibility to block-flexure toppling.When applying the EDCM,it is advised to set the elastic modulus reduction coefficient for blocky layers at a value below 0.1.

文摘Cancer therapy continues to face major challenges,including drug resistance,toxicity,and tumor heterogeneity,which highlight the need for multitarget strategies.This review examines the molecular compatibility theory in integrative oncology,which combines traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with systems biology to address these limitations.TCM formulas,such as Banxia Xiexin decoction and Qiqin Huchang formula,contain bioactive compounds(e.g.,quercetin and berberine)that modulate interconnected pathways(phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B and mitogen-activated protein kinase)and the tumor microenvironment,thereby promoting apoptosis,inhibiting angiogenesis,and regulating immune responses.The theory modernizes TCM’s“Jun-Chen-Zuo-Shi”principle by optimizing herb combinations through network pharmacology and omics technologies.For instance,Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao(Huang Qi)-Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.(E Zhu)pairs co-target hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha to suppress metastasis,while artificial intelligence-driven models predict synergistic interactions such as quercetin-cyclin-dependent kinase 1 inhibition.Clinical studies have shown improved outcomes;for instance,modified Banxia Xiexin decoction reduces chemotherapy-induced toxicity in gastric cancer,and Xihuang pill enhances immunotherapy via signal transducer and activator of transcription 3-programmed death-ligand 1 modulation.Despite these advances,challenges remain in standardization and mechanistic validation.Future research should prioritize single-cell sequencing,organoid models,and international collaboration to refine personalized therapies and translate TCM into evidence-based oncology.By integrating empirical knowledge with modern science,molecular compatibility theory provides a robust framework for multitarget drug development and the advancement of integrative cancer therapies.

文摘All-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)assembled with sulfide solid electrolytes(SSEs)and nickel(Ni)-rich oxide cathode materials are expected to achieve high energy density and safety,representing potential candidates for the next-generation energy storage systems.However,interfacial issues between SSEs and Nirich oxide cathode materials,attributed to space charge layer,interfacial side reactions,and mechanical contact failure,significantly restrict the performances of ASSBs.The interface degradation is closely related to the components of the composite cathode and the process of electrode fabrication.Focusing on the influencing factors of interface compatibility between SSEs and Ni-rich oxide cathode,this article systematically discusses how cathode active materials(CAMs),electrolytes,conductive additives,binders,and electrode fabrication impact the interface compatibility.In addition,the strategies for the compatibility modification are reviewed.Furthermore,the challenges and prospects of intensive research on the degradation and modification of the SSE/Ni-rich cathode material interface are discussed.This review is intended to inspire the development of high-energy-density and high-safety all-solid-state batteries.

文摘The initial stresses widely exist in elastic materials.While achieving a continuum stress-free configuration through compatible unloading is desirable,mechanical unloading alone frequently proves insufficient,posing challenges in avoiding virtual stress-free configurations.In this paper,we introduce a novel concept of equivalent temperature variation to counteract the incompatible initial strain.Our focus is on initially stressed cylindrical and spherical elastomers,where we first derive the Saint-Venant,Beltrami-Michell,and Volterra integral conditions in orthogonal curvilinear coordinates using the exterior differential form theory.It is shown that for any given axially or spherically distributed initial stress,an equivalent temperature variation always exists.Furthermore,we propose two innovative initial stress forms based on the steady-state heat conduction.By introducing an equivalent temperature variation,the initial stress can be released through a compatible thermo-mechanical unloading process,offering valuable insights into the constitutive theory of initially stressed elastic materials.
