Urban geological information platforms have traditionally focused on static data provision for public service,constrained by funding and limited engagement with engineering applications.This study takes Hangzhou-a maj...Urban geological information platforms have traditionally focused on static data provision for public service,constrained by funding and limited engagement with engineering applications.This study takes Hangzhou-a major Chinese megacity-as a model to propose a technically integrated platform that aligns with urban infrastructure development,particularly underground space engineering.Through the adoption of the large-scale relational database system Oracle,we first established a comprehensive storage framework for fundamental urban geological and underground infrastructure information,thereby completed the construction of the core databases.To ensure spatial consistency across multi-source data and to meet the platform’s high computational demands while improving overall server responsiveness,we introduced three critical innovations:voxel-based model encoding,distributed computing,and frontend-backend separation with asynchronous processing.To align with urban engineering projects and enhance economic returns,the platform was initially developed through the integration of foundational geological data,including borehole records and aboveground-underground spatial information.Based on this foundation,its practical application in Hangzhou’s Qiantang New Town further demonstrated the platform’s potential in supporting subway routing,underground structure planning,and engineering cost analysis.Consequently,the construction of the Hangzhou geological information platform not only offers robust support for urban decision-making and smart city development but also provides a replicable model for addressing the technical and institutional challenges commonly encountered in the development of urban geological platforms.展开更多

With the increasing prevalence of mental disorders,regional mental health service systems face challenges including uneven resource distribution,inefficient referral pathways,and fragmented information.To address thes...With the increasing prevalence of mental disorders,regional mental health service systems face challenges including uneven resource distribution,inefficient referral pathways,and fragmented information.To address these issues,a platform-based bidirectional referral model centered on a municipal psychiatric specialty hospital was developed and implemented,linking community hospitals and county-level psychiatric departments.A unified regional mental health information platform was used to integrate patient data.Community hospitals conducted preliminary screening,county-level psychiatric departments performed referral assessment,and the municipal psychiatric specialty hospital made centralized evaluation and admission decisions.The implementation results demonstrated standardized screening processes,clearer referral pathways,reduced unnecessary hospitalizations,improved accuracy of patient admission,and enhanced mental health service capacity at the primary care level.This model contributes to optimizing mental health resource allocation and improving the efficiency of tiered mental health services.展开更多

文摘With the increasing prevalence of mental disorders,regional mental health service systems face challenges including uneven resource distribution,inefficient referral pathways,and fragmented information.To address these issues,a platform-based bidirectional referral model centered on a municipal psychiatric specialty hospital was developed and implemented,linking community hospitals and county-level psychiatric departments.A unified regional mental health information platform was used to integrate patient data.Community hospitals conducted preliminary screening,county-level psychiatric departments performed referral assessment,and the municipal psychiatric specialty hospital made centralized evaluation and admission decisions.The implementation results demonstrated standardized screening processes,clearer referral pathways,reduced unnecessary hospitalizations,improved accuracy of patient admission,and enhanced mental health service capacity at the primary care level.This model contributes to optimizing mental health resource allocation and improving the efficiency of tiered mental health services.

文摘In order to realize real-time online monitoring of the wastewater source enterprises,manage and issue monitoring information,this paper comprehensively uses automatic control,embedded data acquisition and transmission,distributed computing and data processing,geographic information system,etc.to develop automatic monitoring system of the wastewater source in Shandong Province.This system incorporates automatic monitoring information acquisition,transmission and daily work as an organic whole.The system realizes not only the continuous online monitoring of wastewater source enterprise,but also the deep excavation and utilization on monitoring information.It provides scientific and objective basis for energy saving,consumption reduction,carbon emission reduction,total amount control and other environmental management works,and meets the requirements of environmental management and related departments to wastewater source management.
文摘The system will be to build a complete logistics monitoring system based on WebGIS, using the development technology of the third party map which is popular at present, the client technology Ajax is introduced into the two map development platform based on WebGIS, draw lessons from the mature MapABC map service interface for API programming, establish the optimization model of distribution route with hard time windows, and studies the application of tabu search algorithm to solve the distribution path optimization model. At the same time, t;he system can realize vehicle abnormal alarm, shortest path planning and analysis of statistical query functions, can display the corresponding curves on the map that query be some statistical analysis results or a heat map by the user, get a more intuitive feel and better user experience.
文摘Through analysis of cloud computing and characteristics, the paper described cloud computing infrastructure architecture. Mainly discusses cloud computing advantages in the use of the library and the use should pay attention to the problem, on this basis, we propose a cloud- based library information platform construction model to analyze the basic architecture of cloud computing, cloud-depth study calculated at the library information platform and database access patterns operating mode, and cloud computing future development and application prospects.
