Urban geological information platform for smart city construction:A shift from public service to integration with urban engineering

Urban geological information platforms have traditionally focused on static data provision for public service,constrained by funding and limited engagement with engineering applications.This study takes Hangzhou-a major Chinese megacity-as a model to propose a technically integrated platform that aligns with urban infrastructure development,particularly underground space engineering.Through the adoption of the large-scale relational database system Oracle,we first established a comprehensive storage framework for fundamental urban geological and underground infrastructure information,thereby completed the construction of the core databases.To ensure spatial consistency across multi-source data and to meet the platform’s high computational demands while improving overall server responsiveness,we introduced three critical innovations:voxel-based model encoding,distributed computing,and frontend-backend separation with asynchronous processing.To align with urban engineering projects and enhance economic returns,the platform was initially developed through the integration of foundational geological data,including borehole records and aboveground-underground spatial information.Based on this foundation,its practical application in Hangzhou’s Qiantang New Town further demonstrated the platform’s potential in supporting subway routing,underground structure planning,and engineering cost analysis.Consequently,the construction of the Hangzhou geological information platform not only offers robust support for urban decision-making and smart city development but also provides a replicable model for addressing the technical and institutional challenges commonly encountered in the development of urban geological platforms. 展开更多

In this paper, we introduce the framework and application of the global health information platform. The functions of information platform mainly include two aspects: to analyze and disseminate theoretical and technological progress of the main research fields in global health and to monitor real-time emergencies, epidemic situation and hot topics related to the field of global health. The objective of this research is to establish a Chinese-English bilingual information platform in the global health field. The platform would help academic researchers understand and master global health progress in time; acquire information of global health comprehensively, accurately and dynamically; and eventually help deal with the risk of global diseases, formulate appropriate health policies and actively participate in the international global health affairs. 展开更多

Objective To study how to improve and perfect the information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages in China.Methods By searching the relevant policies from official websites of FDA,European Medicines Agency(EMA),Health Canada(HC)and National Health Commission,the good experience of the United States,the European Union and Canada in the construction of information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages was summarized for reference in China.Results and Conclusion China has initially established the processing mechanism of drug shortages,but the platform construction should be improved,and the information disclosure of drug shortages varies from province to province.We should improve the information platform of drug shortages,strengthen the disclosure and communication of information,enrich the processing tools and measures after the drug shortages occurs,and strengthen the cooperation with relevant associations and other non-governmental departments. 展开更多

Domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)are facing formidable challenges in effectively eliminating emerging pollutants and conventional nutrients.In microbiome engineering,two approaches have been developed:a top-down method focusing on domesticating seed microbiomes into engineered ones,and a bottom-up strategy that synthesizes engineered microbiomes from microbial isolates.However,these approaches face substantial hurdles that limit their real-world applicability in wastewater treatment engineering.Addressing this gap,we propose the creation of a Global WWTP Microbiome-based Integrative Information Platform,inspired by the untapped microbiome and engineering data fromWWTPs and advancements in artificial intelligence(AI).This open platform integrates microbiome and engineering information globally and utilizes AI-driven tools for identifying seed microbiomes for new plants,providing technical upgrades for existing facilities,and deploying microbiomes for accidental pollution remediation.Beyond its practical applications,this platform has significant scientific and social value,supporting multidisciplinary research,documenting microbial evolution,advancing Wastewater-Based Epidemiology,and enhancing global resource sharing.Overall,the platform is expected to enhance WWTPs’performance in pollution control,safeguarding a harmonious and healthy future for human society and the natural environment. 展开更多

The paper introduces the business-based interorganizational information platform(IOP) and analyzes the feasibility and mechanism of business-based IOP governing global supply chains vulnerability,and then aims to develop a risk evaluation software under reliable algorithm to appraise the capability of an interorganizational information platform resisting to global supply chains risks that supports platform users and providers to make decisions.The paper respectively starts with a basic conceptual model of global supply chains vulnerability and a conceptual model of global supply chains vulnerability in business-based IOP,and then gives the simulation model of governance of global supply chain vulnerability in business-based IOP;then has a discussion with the beneficial model of governing global supply chains vulnerability by using business-based IOP or not.The results of research:(1) If given the ratio of expense per income on global supply chains using business-based IOP, we can estimate the costs to take precautions against risks that decides to the maximum value of the average income of per transaction on global supply chains using business-based IOP.(2) If given total income of transaction on global supply chains using business-based IOP,we can estimate the maximum value of the ratio of expense per income on global supply chains using business-based IOP, which would help to make pricing policy for IOP service provider. 展开更多

Smart hydrogel with color responsiveness is envisioned as one of the most promising materials for advanced information encryption and decryption platform,but the illumination-dependent way of decrypt-ing and reading information leads to the worrying of concealment in some particular scenarios.Herein,we proposed a smart hydrogel information platform with dual imaging modes by utilizing the accom-panying behaviors in transparency change and heat releasing after crystallization of supercooled solution.For this smart hydrogel informa-tion platform,the hidden information could be written and decrypted by ink of ethylene glycol and decryption tool of seed crystal,respec-tively.Furthermore,in addition to the traditional optical imaging mode with the assistance of light illumination,the decrypted information on dual-imaging-mode hydrogel platform also could be read by thermal imaging mode in dark environment owing to the exothermic crystal-lization.The illumination-independent read mode based on heat radia-tion helps to improve the secrecy and safety of the decryption and read process.This investigation provides a facile and feasible strategy to design illumination-independent information platform that enables reading the encrypted information in secret. 展开更多

目的探讨分析信息化中药代煎代配送平台对门诊就诊效率及工作人员满意度的影响。方法选取浙江中医药大学附属第一医院(浙江省中医院)的30名工作人员为研究对象,2024年1—6月实施常规管理模式为对照组,2024年7—12月实施信息化中药代煎... 目的探讨分析信息化中药代煎代配送平台对门诊就诊效率及工作人员满意度的影响。方法选取浙江中医药大学附属第一医院(浙江省中医院)的30名工作人员为研究对象,2024年1—6月实施常规管理模式为对照组,2024年7—12月实施信息化中药代煎代配送平台管理模式为研究组,评价两组工作质量、工作效率及工作模式的满意度。结果研究组工作质量评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组工作效率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组工作模式满意度为96.67%(29/30),较对照组的73.33%(22/30)更高,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05)。结论信息化中药代煎代配送平台可提高工作人员工作质量,缩短单张处方信息提取耗时、药方审核时间、煎药时间、取药等候时间,也能提高工作人员的满意度。 展开更多
