The rich club,as a community of highly interconnected nodes,serves as the topological center of the network.However,the similarities and differences in how the rich club supports functional integration and segregation...The rich club,as a community of highly interconnected nodes,serves as the topological center of the network.However,the similarities and differences in how the rich club supports functional integration and segregation in the brain across different species remain unknown.In this study,we first detected and validated the rich club in the structural networks of mouse,monkey,and human brains using neuronal tracing or diffusion magnetic resonance imaging data.Further,we assessed the role of rich clubs in functional integration,segregation,and balance using quantitative metrics.Our results indicate that the presence of a rich club facilitates whole-brain functional integration in all three species,with the functional networks of higher species exhibiting greater integration.These findings are expected to help to understand the relationship between brain structure and function from the perspective of brain evolution.展开更多

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of whole-course local simultaneous integrated boost intensity-modulated radiotherapy(SIB-IMRT)on patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods:88 pat...Objective:To analyze the efficacy of whole-course local simultaneous integrated boost intensity-modulated radiotherapy(SIB-IMRT)on patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods:88 patients with ESCC admitted to the hospital between October 2022 and October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The experimental group received SIB-IMRT treatment,while the control group received conventional intensity-modulated radiotherapy(C-IMRT).The objective remission rate,immune function,tumor markers,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The objective remission rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in immune function levels and tumor marker levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the immune function levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the tumor marker levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SIB-IMRT can improve the objective remission rate of patients with ESCC,protect their immune function,down-regulate tumor marker levels,and prevent side effects after treatment.展开更多

Relative numerical integral methods about the two parts are presented in this paper. An improved method based on LOBATTO rule is used to eliminate singularities caused respectively by infinite discontinuity and jump discontinuous node from the local disturbance part function, which makes the improvement of calculation efficiency and accuracy possible. And variable substitution is applied to remove the singularity existing at the end of the integral interval of the far-field wave-like part function. Two auxiliary techniques such as valid interval calculation and local refinement of integral steps technique in narrow zones near false singularities are applied so as to avoid unnecessary integration of invalid interval and improve integral accordance. Numerical test results have proved the efficiency and accuracy in these integral methods that thus can be applied to calculate hydrodynamic performance of floating structures moving in waves.展开更多

Understanding the neural underpinning of human gait and balance is one of the most pertinent challenges for 21st-century translational neuroscience due to the profound impact that falls and mobility disturbances have ...Understanding the neural underpinning of human gait and balance is one of the most pertinent challenges for 21st-century translational neuroscience due to the profound impact that falls and mobility disturbances have on our aging population.Posture and gait control does not happen automatically,as previously believed,but rather requires continuous involvement of central nervous mechanisms.To effectively exert control over the body,the brain must integrate multiple streams of sensory information,including visual,vestibular,and somatosensory signals.The mechanisms which underpin the integration of these multisensory signals are the principal topic of the present work.Existing multisensory integration theories focus on how failure of cognitive processes thought to be involved in multisensory integration leads to falls in older adults.Insufficient emphasis,however,has been placed on specific contributions of individual sensory modalities to multisensory integration processes and cross-modal interactions that occur between the sensory modalities in relation to gait and balance.In the present work,we review the contributions of somatosensory,visual,and vestibular modalities,along with their multisensory intersections to gait and balance in older adults and patients with Parkinson’s disease.We also review evidence of vestibular contributions to multisensory temporal binding windows,previously shown to be highly pertinent to fall risk in older adults.Lastly,we relate multisensory vestibular mechanisms to potential neural substrates,both at the level of neurobiology(concerning positron emission tomography imaging)and at the level of electrophysiology(concerning electroencephalography).We hope that this integrative review,drawing influence across multiple subdisciplines of neuroscience,paves the way for novel research directions and therapeutic neuromodulatory approaches,to improve the lives of older adults and patients with neurodegenerative diseases.展开更多

文摘This article delves Chern's conjecture for hypersurfaces with constant second fundamental form squared length S in the spherical space.At present,determining whether the third gap point of S is 2n remains unsolved yet.First,we investigate the height functions and their properties of the position vector and normal vector in natural coordinate vectors,and then prove the existence of a Simons-type integral formula on the hypersurface that simultaneously includes the first,second,and third gap point terms of S.These results can provide new avenues of thought and methods for solving Chern's conjecture.
文摘Objective:To analyze the efficacy of whole-course local simultaneous integrated boost intensity-modulated radiotherapy(SIB-IMRT)on patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods:88 patients with ESCC admitted to the hospital between October 2022 and October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The experimental group received SIB-IMRT treatment,while the control group received conventional intensity-modulated radiotherapy(C-IMRT).The objective remission rate,immune function,tumor markers,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The objective remission rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in immune function levels and tumor marker levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the immune function levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the tumor marker levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SIB-IMRT can improve the objective remission rate of patients with ESCC,protect their immune function,down-regulate tumor marker levels,and prevent side effects after treatment.

文摘The goal of this paper is to investigate the theory of Noether solvability for Volterra singular integral equations(VSIEs)with convolution and Cauchy kernels in a more general function class.To obtain the analytic solutions,we transform such equations into boundary value problems with discontinuous coefficients by the properties of Fourier analysis.In view of the analytical Riemann-Hilbert method,the generalized Liouville theorem and Sokhotski-Plemelj formula,we get the uniqueness and existence of solutions for such problems,and study the asymptotic property of solutions at nodes.Therefore,this paper improves the theory of singular integral equations and boundary value problems.

文摘This paper extends the one-dimensional(1D)nonlocal strain gradient integral model(NStraGIM)to the two-dimensional(2D)Kirchhoff axisymmetric nanoplates,based on nonlocal strain gradient integral relations formulated along both the radial and circumferential directions.By transforming the proposed integral constitutive equations into the equivalent differential forms,complemented by the corresponding constitutive boundary conditions(CBCs),a well-posed mathematical formulation is established for analyzing the axisymmetric bending and buckling of annular/circular functionally graded(FG)sandwich nanoplates.The boundary conditions at the inner edge of a solid nanoplate are derived by L'H?spital's rule.The numerical solution is obtained by the generalized differential quadrature method(GDQM).The accuracy of the proposed model is validated through comparison with the data from the existing literature.A parameter study is conducted to demonstrate the effects of FG sandwich parameters,size parameters,and nonlocal gradient parameters.

文摘Deepening the integration of industry and education is an effective way to cultivate high-quality applied talents.However,integration of industry and education is still at a relatively low level,and the mode is relatively single,without realizing the deep integration of collaborative education and industry.This paper takes the course"Performance Management"of Human Resource Management as an example to build an industry-education integration system with curriculum construction as a carrier.We introduce enterprise tutors and enterprise scenarios from the aspects of teaching syllabus,teaching content,teaching design,teaching process,teaching resources,and teaching evaluation to study the construction of professional courses under the background of industry-education integration.Through the Performance Management course study,we summarize the methods and modes of industry-education integration in human resource management(HRM)courses and extend and apply the research results to other courses of HRM majors to complete the construction of courses aiming at industry-education integration in HRM majors.

文摘The singularities, oscillatory performances and the contributing factors to the 3-＇D translating-pulsating source Green function of deep-water Havelock form which consists of a local disturbance part and a far-field wave-like part, are analyzed systematically. Relative numerical integral methods about the two parts are presented in this paper. An improved method based on LOBATTO rule is used to eliminate singularities caused respectively by infinite discontinuity and jump discontinuous node from the local disturbance part function, which makes the improvement of calculation efficiency and accuracy possible. And variable substitution is applied to remove the singularity existing at the end of the integral interval of the far-field wave-like part function. Two auxiliary techniques such as valid interval calculation and local refinement of integral steps technique in narrow zones near false singularities are applied so as to avoid unnecessary integration of invalid interval and improve integral accordance. Numerical test results have proved the efficiency and accuracy in these integral methods that thus can be applied to calculate hydrodynamic performance of floating structures moving in waves.

文摘Understanding the neural underpinning of human gait and balance is one of the most pertinent challenges for 21st-century translational neuroscience due to the profound impact that falls and mobility disturbances have on our aging population.Posture and gait control does not happen automatically,as previously believed,but rather requires continuous involvement of central nervous mechanisms.To effectively exert control over the body,the brain must integrate multiple streams of sensory information,including visual,vestibular,and somatosensory signals.The mechanisms which underpin the integration of these multisensory signals are the principal topic of the present work.Existing multisensory integration theories focus on how failure of cognitive processes thought to be involved in multisensory integration leads to falls in older adults.Insufficient emphasis,however,has been placed on specific contributions of individual sensory modalities to multisensory integration processes and cross-modal interactions that occur between the sensory modalities in relation to gait and balance.In the present work,we review the contributions of somatosensory,visual,and vestibular modalities,along with their multisensory intersections to gait and balance in older adults and patients with Parkinson’s disease.We also review evidence of vestibular contributions to multisensory temporal binding windows,previously shown to be highly pertinent to fall risk in older adults.Lastly,we relate multisensory vestibular mechanisms to potential neural substrates,both at the level of neurobiology(concerning positron emission tomography imaging)and at the level of electrophysiology(concerning electroencephalography).We hope that this integrative review,drawing influence across multiple subdisciplines of neuroscience,paves the way for novel research directions and therapeutic neuromodulatory approaches,to improve the lives of older adults and patients with neurodegenerative diseases.
