Empirical Study on Customer Satisfaction Influencing Factors of Industry Application Products Based on Experiential Level Theory 被引量:1

The rapid development of industry application products has greatly influenced society. It has become essential for some telecommunication companies to focus on customer satisfaction with industrial products used by the government and enterprise customers. Following the review of a previous study of customer satisfaction and with the help of experiential level theory,this article attempts to establish a Satisfaction Factors Model for researching customer satisfaction with industry applications. We chose a product named "Mobile Monitor" and investigated the emotional satisfaction of 127 users and company leaders from different walks of life,and showed that 7 of the product's features affected the customers' overall emotional satisfaction. Lastly,this paper points out management implications of this application based on quantitative results. It presents a preliminary exploration program for customer satisfaction research in this specific field. The empirical research on a specific product based on experimental level theory may serve as a reference for other companies that desire to carry out similar surveys in future. 展开更多

Propolis is a resinous complex mixture made from plant resins collected by worker bees and mixed with their own secretions.It is rich in polyphenols and flavonoids and thus has a wide range of biological activities and is considered a functional source for promoting human health.However,propolis and its bioactive compounds have poor water solubility,rapid and intense metabolism,and low oral bioavailability,which limits their wide application.In this paper,the main bioactive substances in propolis were summarized,and the biological characteristics and therapeutic potential of propolis and its bioactive substances were discussed.In addition,this paper discussed the factors affecting the bioavailability of propolis and its functional ingredients,focusing on the research progress in improving the bioavailability and bioactivity of propolis and its functional ingredients using nanoencapsulation technology.Finally,the current situation of the global propolis market and the applications of propolis products in the pharmaceutical,food,cosmetic and other industrial fields were discussed,providing useful references for promoting the development of the propolis industry. 展开更多

With the growing importance of wearable and portable electronics in modern society and industry,researchers from all over the world have reported on advances in energy harvesting and self-powered sensing technologies.The current review discusses recent developments in triboelectric platforms from a manufacturing perspective,including material,design,application,and industrialization.Manufacturing is an essential component of both industry and technology.The use of a proper manufacturing process enables cutting-edge technology in a lab-scale stage to progress to commercialization and popularization with scalability,availability,commercial advantage,and consistent quality.Furthermore,much literature has emphasized that the most powerful advantage of the triboelectric platform is its wide range of available materials and simple working mechanism,both of which are important characteristics in manufacturing engineering.As a result,different manufacturing processes can be implemented as needed.Because the practical process can have a synergetic effect on the fundamental development,resulting in the growth of both,the development of the triboelectric platform from the standpoint of manufacturing engineering can be further advanced.However,research into the development of a productive manufacturing process is still in its early stages in the field of triboelectric platforms.This review looks at the various manufacturing technologies used in previous studies and discusses the potential benefits of the appropriate process for triboelectric platforms.Given its unique strength,which includes a diverse material selection and a simple working mechanism,the triboelectric platform can use a variety of manufacturing technologies and the process can be optimized as needed.Numerous research groups have clearly demonstrated the triboelectric platform's advantages.As a result,using appropriate manufacturing processes can accelerate the technological advancement of triboelectric platforms in a variety of research and industrial fields by allowing them to move beyond the lab-scale fabrication stage. 展开更多

Does the application of industrial robots reduce the intensity of CO_(2) emissions embodied in manufacturing exports?

Industrial robot application(IRA)provides an opportunity for the low-carbon development of trade.This study focuses on the green revolution of manufacturing export trade,analyzes the mechanism by which IRA affects CO_(2) emissions embodied in manufacturing exports(CIE),and conducts an empirical test based on panel data from 37 countries from 2000 to 2019.This study found that first,IRA can significantly reduce CIE,but there is a U-shaped nexus between the two,which shows a rebound effect.Second,the heterogeneity test demonstrates that in com-parison to both the low-tech and high-tech sectors,IRA in the medium-tech industry can significantly reduce CIE;compared with the low-IRA sectors,the high-IRA sectors exhibit a more obvious reduction.In addition,IRA has a stronger effect on high-carbon-intensity areas.Third,the mechanism test shows that IRA mainly affects CIE through low-carbon technology and productivity effects.Moreover,environmental regulations and the manufacturing in-telligence process positively moderate the nexus between IRA and CIE.Finally,these conclusions provide possible empirical evidence for the smart evolution of the manufacturing industry and the green development of trade. 展开更多

Copper staves have been equipped on nearly all of BF (blast furnaces) with volume over than 1000 m3 in China since their introduction from abroad about more than 10 years ago. Because of short application and lack of experience, phenomena of thickened or naked of copper stave happen occasionally which influence production severely. So it is important to study the model of forming-accretion on BF copper stave and realize real-time monitoring of forming-accretion on different copper staves. Therefore, mathematic model of calculating accretion thickness by heat flow of BF is proposed, and the calculated results indicate that accretion thickness could be kept at a reasonable range of around 50 mm by controlling heat flux around 22.0 kW/mz. The monitoring program based on the model was applied to a certain BF in China successfully, and it is found that slip of BF near the inner wall is one of most important reasons that cause fluctuation of accretion thickness. During the period of scheduled maintenance of the certain BF, the thickness of accretion measured through the static pressure holes is in good accordance with the value calculated by the monitoring program, so the results calculated by the monitoring program can be used to guide industrial production 展开更多

Traditional vibrating screen usually adopts the linear centralized excitation mode,which causes the difficulty in particles loosening and low screening efficiency.The variable elliptical vibrating screen(VEVS)trajectory is regulated to adapt the material mass along the direction of the screen length,improving the particles distribution as well as the screening efficiency.In this work,a theoretical model was developed for analyzing the screen surface motion law during VEVS-based screening process.An equation was obtained to show the relationship between the horizontal amplitude and the vertical amplitude.The materials kinetic characteristics were studied by using high-speed camera during screening process.Compared with equal-amplitude screen(EAS),the material moving velocity was increased by 13.03%on the first half but decreased by 3.52% on the second half,and the total screening time was reduced by 9.42% by using VEVS.In addition,-6 mm screening test was carried out.At the length of VEVS equaled to 1.2 m,the screening efficiency and the total misplaced material content were 92.50% and 2.90%,respectively.However,the screening efficiency was 89.91% and the total misplaced material content was 3.76% during EAS-based screening process.Furthermore,when external moisture is 5.96%,the screening efficiency of VEVS could reach 86.95%.The 2 TKB50113 type VEVS with double-layered screen surface used in Huoshizui Coal Mine was 5.0 m in width and 11.3 m in length.The areas of single layer and double layer were 56.5 and 113 m~2,respectively.In industrial production,the processing capacity was 2500-3000 t/h and the screening efficiency was larger than 90%. 展开更多

Recently,research on the electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction(eCO_(2)RR)has attracted considerable attention due to its potential to resolve environmental problems caused by CO_(2) while utilizing clean energy and producing high‐value‐added products.Considerable theoretical research in the lab has demonstrated its feasibility and prospect.However,industrialization is mandatory to realize the economic and social value of eCO_(2)RR.For industrial application of eCO_(2)RR,more criteria have been proposed for eCO_(2)RR research,including high current density(above 200 mA cm^(−2)),high product selectivity(above 90%),and long‐term stability.To fulfill these criteria,the eCO_(2)RR system needs to be systematically designed and optimized.In this review,recent research on eCO_(2)RR for industrial applications is summarized.The review starts with focus on potential industrial catalysts in eCO_(2)RR.Next,potential industrial products are proposed in eCO_(2)RR.These products,including carbon monoxide,formic acid,ethylene,and ethanol,all have high market demand,and have shown high current density and product selectivity in theoretical research.Notably,the innovative components and strategy for industrializing the eCO_(2)RR system are also highlighted here,including flow cells,seawater electrolytes,solid electrolytes,and a two‐step method.Finally,some instructions and possible future avenues are presented for the prospects of future industrial application of eCO_(2)RR. 展开更多

The commercial application of a novel RFCC catalyst HSC used in an 1.4 Mt/a RFCC unit at a refinery A was introduced. The application results show that in comparison with the base catalyst, the yield of dry gas and slurry was reduced, while the total liquid yield, gasoline yield and LPG yield increased by 1.34, 5.05 and 1.43 percentage points,respectively. The properties of the products showed no significant change while the anti-abrasion strength of the catalyst was relatively high. Based on the mid-term calibration test, the summary calibration test and the daily statistics of long term industrial application practice, the HSC catalyst features a strong conversion ability of heavy oil, a high gasoline yield, a satisfactory product distribution and a good selectivity. 展开更多
