More than 30%of the earth's land surface is covered by the forest.Increase in population undergoes activities like construction,grazing,agriculture activities,and industrialization causing permanent clearing of la...More than 30%of the earth's land surface is covered by the forest.Increase in population undergoes activities like construction,grazing,agriculture activities,and industrialization causing permanent clearing of land to make room for something besides the forest,which is called deforestation.Considering this scenario,the mathematical model is framed for studying the dynamics with using four compartments such as deforestation of the dense forest,deforestation of the urban forest,population growth and wood industrialization.Using the dynamical phenomenon,the boundedness of the system is proposed.The proposed model has five equilibria.Behaviour of the system around all feasible equilibria is scrutinized through local stability theory of diferential equations.The 3d phase portrait gives the chaotic behavior of each compartment.Basic reproduction number value assists the bifurcation and the sensitivity analysis.Bifurcation analysis gives the ideal value,then the comparison of threshold and ideal value suggests the permissible situation of the compartment.For these findings,analytics results are verified through numerically validated data.展开更多

However, this transition is associated with major risks, including adapting to decelerating economic growth. While recognizing the move toward a service-based economy, China must seek to prevent the risk of "manufacturing hollowing out. "' It must also avoid the "technology upgrade trap" while taking advantage of increasingly sophisticated industrial structures. Efforts must also be made to: (1) promote the integration of lT tools and meet risks arising from the New Industrial Revolution; (2) resolve liability risks arising from capacity reduction; and (3) expedite the transition to a functional industrial policy and prevent the failure of a functional industrial policy. This study mainly aims to: firstly, establish a comprehensive evaluation index system so as to explore the spatial pattern of coordinated development of Sihua in China at prefecture level; secondly, to develop an evaluation criteria system to identify the problem regions and regional problems from the perspective of coordinated development of Sihua. This paper comes first in the scientific community to evaluate the coordinated development state of Sihua in China at prefecture level and identify the problem regions and regional problems from the perspective of Sihua development by quantitative analysis. The urbanization of Panzhihua region was dominated ...In order to investigate the impact of urbanization and industrialization on surface water quality, a pilot study of Panzhihua (攀枝花) mining town was carried out. The urbanization of Panzhihua region was dominated by industry development and population growth. The level of urbanization showed that it was 18.44% in 1965, and reached 45.99% in 1983. Then, it reached 53.71% in 2005, so the urbanization process was very rapid in Panzhihua region. In the process of industrialization, the level of industrialization was fluctuated at around 70% from 1965 to 2005, which was influenced by mining, extracting, and smelting production. In the processes of urbanization, population growth caused an increase in life pollution sources, and an amount of effluents bearing coliform, COD (chemical oxygen demand), NH4^+-N, and BOD5 (five-day biological oxygen demand) were released into Jinsha (金沙) River, which could cause decline in the surface water quality. While in the processes of industrialization (especially industrial scale expansion), more effluent bearing heavy metals could cause degra- dation of surface water quality. Thus, the measures, such as adjusting industry structure, optimizing the cleaning technology, and controlling pollution sources, should be enhanced to alleviate the current state of water quality exacerbation.展开更多
Driven by a new round of technological and industrial revolution,China’s manufacturing industry is heading towards green,intelligent,service-based and customized development.In light of the new technological revoluti...Driven by a new round of technological and industrial revolution,China’s manufacturing industry is heading towards green,intelligent,service-based and customized development.In light of the new technological revolution and evolving industrial development model,we need to revise and breathe new life into the traditional industrialization theory.When assessing a country’s industrial development,we should use the level of industrial technology,instead of the proportion of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,as the key criterion.In addition,the level of modern industrial development should be determined according to the degree of digital,network-based,and smart features.The new industrialization theory should employ knowledge-intensive complex labor to replace simple labor as the labor factor input in the production function,and include data as a new factor of production in the analytical framework.We should also define natural resources and the environment and greenhouse gas emissions as hard constraints of the production function.In the comparison of smart,service-based and green development levels of China’s,the US’and Japan’s manufacturing sectors,our results suggest that China lags far behind developed countries in terms of the level of industrial development.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China’s manufacturing industry should shift from quantitative expansion to digital and smart innovations and applications,modernize the industrial system,promote industrial integration,and broaden its horizon from domestic regional planning to the global value chain.展开更多

This is followed by an analysis of regiotal uneven development among provinces in rural industrialization and rural-urban transition. Based on the sample data in China during 1978-2011,we perform the empirical analysis using VAR model and cointegration analysis and impulse response methods. The results show that there is a long-term positive equilibrium relationship between agricultural technology extension and the development of agricultural modernization,urbanization and industrialization,and agricultural technology extension plays a role in promoting agricultural modernization,urbanization and industrialization to varying degrees. Finally,it is concluded that there is a need to establish efficient agricultural technology extension mechanism and diversified agricultural technology extension investment mechanism to make agricultural technology extension better promote China's agricultural modernization,urbanization and industrialization.展开更多

This study mainly aims to: firstly, establish a comprehensive evaluation index system so as to explore the spatial pattern of coordinated development of Sihua in China at prefecture level; secondly, to develop an evaluation criteria system to identify the problem regions and regional problems from the perspective of coordinated development of Sihua. This paper comes first in the scientific community to evaluate the coordinated development state of Sihua in China at prefecture level and identify the problem regions and regional problems from the perspective of Sihua development by quantitative analysis. This study may benefit the improvement of regional policies and thus contribute to the sustainable socio-economic development of China.

文摘In order to investigate the impact of urbanization and industrialization on surface water quality, a pilot study of Panzhihua (攀枝花) mining town was carried out. The urbanization of Panzhihua region was dominated by industry development and population growth. The level of urbanization showed that it was 18.44% in 1965, and reached 45.99% in 1983. Then, it reached 53.71% in 2005, so the urbanization process was very rapid in Panzhihua region. In the process of industrialization, the level of industrialization was fluctuated at around 70% from 1965 to 2005, which was influenced by mining, extracting, and smelting production. In the processes of urbanization, population growth caused an increase in life pollution sources, and an amount of effluents bearing coliform, COD (chemical oxygen demand), NH4^+-N, and BOD5 (five-day biological oxygen demand) were released into Jinsha (金沙) River, which could cause decline in the surface water quality. While in the processes of industrialization (especially industrial scale expansion), more effluent bearing heavy metals could cause degra- dation of surface water quality. Thus, the measures, such as adjusting industry structure, optimizing the cleaning technology, and controlling pollution sources, should be enhanced to alleviate the current state of water quality exacerbation.
文摘Driven by a new round of technological and industrial revolution,China’s manufacturing industry is heading towards green,intelligent,service-based and customized development.In light of the new technological revolution and evolving industrial development model,we need to revise and breathe new life into the traditional industrialization theory.When assessing a country’s industrial development,we should use the level of industrial technology,instead of the proportion of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,as the key criterion.In addition,the level of modern industrial development should be determined according to the degree of digital,network-based,and smart features.The new industrialization theory should employ knowledge-intensive complex labor to replace simple labor as the labor factor input in the production function,and include data as a new factor of production in the analytical framework.We should also define natural resources and the environment and greenhouse gas emissions as hard constraints of the production function.In the comparison of smart,service-based and green development levels of China’s,the US’and Japan’s manufacturing sectors,our results suggest that China lags far behind developed countries in terms of the level of industrial development.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China’s manufacturing industry should shift from quantitative expansion to digital and smart innovations and applications,modernize the industrial system,promote industrial integration,and broaden its horizon from domestic regional planning to the global value chain.
文摘Since the 1980s, rural-urban transition has been becoming one of the most important aspects in China’s fast transformation from traditional to modern modes. From the perspective of change of rural space, this paper examines the impact of rural industrialization on the rural-urban transition. After an introduction to the issue of rural-urban transition in rural-urban continuum, a historical overview of the transformations of China’s rural space in economic, social and geographical structure is presented. This is followed by an analysis of regiotal uneven development among provinces in rural industrialization and rural-urban transition. It is concluded that the fast industrialization of rural area has brought on many radical transformations of rural space in China, especially on the formation of new rural economic, social and geographical spaces and the uneven development of rural-urban trgnsition among the eastern, central and westem areas.

文摘In the process of industrialization of tomato industry in Xinjiang, the cooperative models of rural households and tomato processing enterprises are order type, mediated type and workshop type. The contents, closeness degree and stability of cooperation of them are different. Under different cooperation models, the closeness degree of pillar industry and rural households differs, as well as the speed and effect of the technology promotion. By comparing the situation of technology promotion under the three cooperative models, the results can be obtained. The workshop type can reduce the risks of adopting new technologies of farmers greatly; strengthen the internal motivation of farmers to adopt new technology, so it can attract more farmers. Therefore, the workshop type represents the developmental direction of industrialization of tomato industry in Xinjiang to a certain extent.

Unlike traditional industrialization in the broad or narrow sense, new-type industrialization features synergy between primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, integration between traditional economy and the new economy, environmental protection, technology progress, and innovation. It represents an inclusive approach to industrial development. At the fundamental level, the success of China’s new-type industrialization can be attributed to China’s inclusive learning and innovations.

文摘Through the study of relationship between agricultural technology extension and the development of agricultural modernization,urbanization and industrialization,it is found that agricultural technology extension is an important means to achieve synchronous development of agricultural modernization,urbanization and industrialization. Based on the sample data in China during 1978-2011,we perform the empirical analysis using VAR model and cointegration analysis and impulse response methods. The results show that there is a long-term positive equilibrium relationship between agricultural technology extension and the development of agricultural modernization,urbanization and industrialization,and agricultural technology extension plays a role in promoting agricultural modernization,urbanization and industrialization to varying degrees. Finally,it is concluded that there is a need to establish efficient agricultural technology extension mechanism and diversified agricultural technology extension investment mechanism to make agricultural technology extension better promote China's agricultural modernization,urbanization and industrialization.

文摘Agricultural industrialization is an innovative operation mode and effective drive for transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Benign development of agricultural industrialization depends on financial support. With increase of the function of financial support for agricultural industrialization development,academic circles have made deeper and deeper researches on agricultural industrialization. These researches mainly touch upon four aspects:( i) definition of concept of financial support for agricultural industrialization;( ii)functions of financial support for agricultural industrialization;( iii) existing problems in financial support for agricultural industrialization and problem causes;( iv) specific recommendations of promotion of financial support for agricultural industrialization development. Although existing researches are already extensive and some common understandings have been reached,there are still some research gaps and weak points,and it needs further researches.
