Background Dynamic interpersonal therapy(DIT)is a short-term psychodynamic psychotherapy that has been shown to effectively reduce depressive symptoms in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD).In DIT,the depress...Background Dynamic interpersonal therapy(DIT)is a short-term psychodynamic psychotherapy that has been shown to effectively reduce depressive symptoms in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD).In DIT,the depressive symptoms are formulated as responses to impaired mentalisation.DIT aims to alleviate depressive symptoms by improving mentalising.Aims This study aimed to examine the effect of DIT on improving mentalising and the mediating effect of mentalising in changes in depressive symptoms.Methods Outpatients received either DIT combined with antidepressant medication treatment(DIT group)or antidepressant medication treatment alone(ADM group)for 16 weeks.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ)and Reflective Functioning Questionnaire(RFQ)were used.The intention-to-treat principle,mixed linear models,multiple imputation,Pearson's correlation analysis and mediation analysis were conducted.The per-protocol principle was used as sensitivity analysis.Results The DIT group had significantly lower HAMD(least-squares(LS)mean difference=-3.756,p<0.001),PHQ(LS mean difference=-4.188,p<0.001),uncertainty about mental states in the RFQ(RFQ-U,LS mean difference=-2.116,p<0.001)and higher certainty about mental states in the RFQ(RFQ-C,LS mean difference=2.214,p=0.028)scores than the ADM group at post-treatment.The change in RFQ-C was marginally significantly correlated with the change in HAMD(r=-0.218,poretao=0.090),The change in RFQ-U was significantly correlated with the change in HAMD(r=-0.269,poroco-0.024)and the change in PHQ(r=-0.43,Peoretceo l<e0.001).When using RFQ-U as the mediating variable and PHQ as the dependent variable,a significant mediating effect was found(p=0.043,95% confidence interval 0.024 to 1.453).Conclusions The DIT group yielded better outcomes compared with the ADM group in reducing depressive symptoms and improving mentalising.Improvements in mentalising were associated with reductions in depressive symptoms.These findings support that mentalising may contribute to the therapeutic effects of DIT in MDD.展开更多
The effect of alcoholic polyethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)product ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVAL)on the low-temperature flow properties of model oil containing asphaltene(ASP)was investigated.The change of wax cry...The effect of alcoholic polyethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)product ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVAL)on the low-temperature flow properties of model oil containing asphaltene(ASP)was investigated.The change of wax crystal microscopic morphology of model oil before and after modification were examined,and the influence of asphaltene mass fraction on the rheological improvement effect of EVAL was analyzed.The composite system of EVAL and asphaltene significantly reduced the pour point,gel point,apparent viscosity,storage modulus and loss modulus of waxy oil at low temperatures.When the EVAL concentration is 400 ppm and the asphaltene mass fraction is 0.5 wt%,the synergistic effect of the two is optimal,which can reduce the pour point by 17℃and the modulus value by more than 98%.The introduction of EVAL strengthens the interaction between asphaltenes and wax crystals,forming EVALASP aggregates,which promote the adsorption of wax crystals on asphaltenes to form composite particles,and the polar groups prevent the aggregation of wax crystals and reduce the size of wax crystals,thus greatly improving the fluidity of waxy oils.展开更多

Given that a large amount of crude oil remains on the surface of rocks and is difficult to produce after conventional waterflooding,a new superwetting oil displacement system incorporating the synergy between a hydrox...Given that a large amount of crude oil remains on the surface of rocks and is difficult to produce after conventional waterflooding,a new superwetting oil displacement system incorporating the synergy between a hydroxyl anion compound(1OH-1C)and an extended surfactant(S-C_(13)PO_(13)S)was designed.The interfacial tension,contact angle and emulsification performance of the system were measured.The oil displacement effects and improved oil recovery(IOR)mechanisms of 1OH-1C,S-C_(13)PO_(13)S and their compound system were investigated by microscopic visualization oil displacement experiments and core displacement experiments.The results show that 1OH-1C creates a superwetting interface and electrostatic separation pressure on the solid surface,which destroys the strong interactions between crude oil and quartz to peel off the oil film.S-C_(13)PO_(13)S has low interfacial tension,which can promote the flow of remaining oil and emulsify it into oil-in-water emulsions.The compound system of 1OH-1C and S-C_(13)PO_(13)S has both superwettability and low IFT,which can effectively improve oil recovery through a synergistic effect.The oil displacement experiment of low-permeability natural core shows that the compound solution can increase the oil recovery by 16.4 percentage points after waterflooding.This new high-efficiency system is promising for greatly improving oil recovery in low-permeability reservoirs.展开更多

Based on the geochemical data obtained from the national project about the prevention and control of soil contamination, this paper explored the properties of soil chemical elements in Huanghuaihai Plain, Shandong Pro...Based on the geochemical data obtained from the national project about the prevention and control of soil contamination, this paper explored the properties of soil chemical elements in Huanghuaihai Plain, Shandong Province. The results showed that among the grade-one nutritive elements in soil, organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus were relatively deficient while potassium was rich. Meanwhile, as the grade-two nutritive elements, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide were relatively short and sulfur’s content was abundant. About the other beneficial and trace nutri-tive elements, iron oxide, manganese, molybdenum and boron were deficient, but the content of chlorine was high, hardly lack. The main barriers to improving land productivity were soil salinization and soil heavy metal contamination. The values of soil integrated fertility index that most of the soil in the study area is middle-lower fertilized. Specifical y, the low fertility area and lower fertility area are 6 1604 and 1 244 km2 respectively, occupying about 97.43% and 1.97% of the total area. The moderate fertility soil has an area of 172 km2, occupying about 0.27% of the total area. The higher fertility soil covers an area of 128 km2, while the high fertility area of only 76 km2. This article proposed scientific fertilization, elimination of soil obsta-cle, remediation of heavy-metal-contaminated soil and other effective measures to improve land productivity according to the basic investigation results, which provides a good technological support for the planning and development of good-quality and high-benefit agriculture.展开更多

[Method] The dominant male sterile alleles were used as outcross medium to be transformed with the favourable genes from thirteen materials, and finally excellent restorer materials were bred by recurrent selection. After that, the genetic diversity, genetic gains, fatty acid chain length and unsaturarion ratios of the improved populations were analyzed. [Result] The genetic diversity and genetic gains were obviously improved by the recurrent selection. Nine materials whose oil content exceeding 50% and 14 materials whose protein content exceeding 30% were acquired, and crossed with sterile lines. The comparative experiment showed that there were 11 combinations whose oil content was obviously enhanced compared with the control. [Conclusion] Recurrent selection is an effective way to improve the quality characters of the objective pop- ulations and breed favourable male sterile restorer lines of B. napus.展开更多
In order to more efficiently utilize gypsum to improve meadow alkali soil slightly salinized by soda and sulfate chloride, a total of 27 treatments were de- signed from the perspectives of field capacity, alkalinity, ...In order to more efficiently utilize gypsum to improve meadow alkali soil slightly salinized by soda and sulfate chloride, a total of 27 treatments were de- signed from the perspectives of field capacity, alkalinity, alkaline salt content, optimal irrigation, gypsum conversion, gypsum and soil treatment and improvement depth. The ions on the obtained filtrate were analyzed in terms of salts. The improving ef- ficiency of gypsum for meadow alkali soil was analyzed through comparing the con- tents of soluble salts in pre-improvement and post-improvement soil by reasoning and calculation. The results showed that, (1) the dissolved amount and conversion amount of gypsum were increased, and the soil alkalinity was decreased corre- spondingly with the increased irrigation amount. However, after reaching a certain extent, the linear relationships became unobvious gradually. Therefore, the irrigation amount should be arranged reasonably for different treatment. (2) Compared with those at low temperature, the dissolved amount of gypsum at high temperature was increased by 1.47-1.50 times, the release amount of exchangeable sodium was in- creased by 2.98-4.70 times, and the release amount of exchangeable magnesium was increased by 2.07-2.90 times. In overall, the improving efficiency of gypsum in summer was better. However, gypsum had two shortcomings in summer. First, a large amount of gypsum leaked away. Second, a large amount of exchangeable magnesium, along with exchangeable sodium, was substituted by gypsum. (3) Compared with the other two treatments, treatment B (mixing gypsum and top 20- cm soil) showed the best improving efficiency, and it was characterized by stepwise dealkalization from top to down. In addition, mixing gypsum and topsoil is more practical in the production.展开更多

(2) Compared with those at low temperature, the dissolved amount of gypsum at high temperature was increased by 1.47-1.50 times, the release amount of exchangeable sodium was in- creased by 2.98-4.70 times, and the release amount of exchangeable magnesium was increased by 2.07-2.90 times. In overall, the improving efficiency of gypsum in summer was better. However, gypsum had two shortcomings in summer. First, a large amount of gypsum leaked away. Second, a large amount of exchangeable magnesium, along with exchangeable sodium, was substituted by gypsum. (3) Compared with the other two treatments, treatment B (mixing gypsum and top 20- cm soil) showed the best improving efficiency, and it was characterized by stepwise dealkalization from top to down. In addition, mixing gypsum and topsoil is more practical in the production.
