To illustrate the effectiveness for fractional functions, the magnitude Bode diagrams of the actual and approximate transfer functions 1Ism with a slope of -20m dB//decade are depicted. By using the transfer function approxima- tions of the fractional integrators, a new fractional-order nonlinear system is investigated through the bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponent. The corresponding circuit of the fractional-order system is designed and the experimental results match perfectly with the numerical simulations. 展开更多

NTRU is a lattice-based public key cryptosystem featuring reasonably short, easily created keys, high speed, and low memory requirements, seems viable for wireless network. This paper presents two optimized designs based on the enhanced NTRU algorithm. One is a light-weight and fast NTRU core, it performs encryption only. This work has a gate-count of 1175 gates and a power consumption of 1.51 μW. It can finish the whole encryption process in 1498 μs at 500 kHz. As such, it is perfect for wireless sensor network. Another high-speed NTRU core is capable of both encryption and decryption, with delays of 16,064 μs and 128,010 μs in encryption and decryption respectively. Moreover, it consists of 25,758 equivalent gates and has a total power consumption of 59.2 μW (it will be reduced greatly if low power methods were adopted). This core is recommended to be used in base stations or servers in wireless network. 展开更多

The paper is focused on available server management in Internet connected network environments. The local backup servers are hooked up by LAN and replace broken main server immediately and several different types of backup servers are also considered. The remote backup servers are hooked up by VPN (Virtual Private Network) with high-speed optical network. A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a way to use a public network infrastructure and hooks up long-distance servers within a single network infrastructure. The remote backup servers also replace broken main severs immediately under the different conditions with local backups. When the system performs a mandatory routine maintenance of main and local backup servers, auxiliary servers from other location are being used for backups during idle periods. Analytically tractable results are obtained by using several mathematical techniques and the results are demonstrated in the framework of optimized networked server allocation problems. The operational workflow give the guidelines for the actual implementations. 展开更多

The advances of digital arithmetic techniques permit computer designers to implement high speed application specific chips. The currently produced digital circuits have demonstrated high performance in terms of several criteria, such as, high clock rate, short input/output delay, small silicon area, and low power dissipation. In this paper, we implement several sinusoidal generation methods to optimize their performance and output using advanced digital arithmetic techniques. In this paper, the implementations of advanced digital oscillator structures with and without pipelining are proposed. The synthesis results of the implementation with pipelining have proven that it is superior to other sinusoidal generation methods in terms of the maximum frequency and signal resolution. Hence, this method is used in the design of the proposed digital oscillator chip. 展开更多

With the rapid development of quantum theory and technology in recent years,especially the emergence of some quantum cloud computing platforms,more and more researchers are not satisfied with the theoretical derivation and simulation verification of quantum computation(especially quantum algorithms),experimental verification on real quantum devices has become a new trend.In this paper,three representative quantum algorithms,namely Deutsch-Jozsa,Grover,and Shor algorithms,are briefly depicted,and then their implementation circuits are presented,respectively.We program these circuits on python with QISKit to connect the remote real quantum devices(i.e.,ibmqx4,ibmqx5)on IBM Q to verify these algorithms.The experimental results not only show the feasibility of these algorithms,but also serve to evaluate the functionality of these devices. 展开更多

Objective:To systematically review the current implementation status of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority and analyze the barriers encountered during its implementation in China,providing countermeasures and references for promoting the standardized implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.Methods:A secondary analysis of literature was conducted to systematically search for domestic and international literature related to nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.Meta-analysis was performed on eligible literature to evaluate the implementation effects.Simultaneously,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with healthcare workers,patients,and policymakers.Content analysis was used to organize the interview data and extract core issues and barriers.Results:A total of 46 international articles were included in the Meta-analysis,which revealed that the implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority significantly improved patients’health management outcomes,enhanced healthcare service efficiency,and increased patient satisfaction.Conclusion:The implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority has demonstrated significant positive effects.However,China faces multiple barriers in its advancement,necessitating efforts in optimizing policy systems,constructing collaborative models,strengthening professional skills training,and improving social awareness to guide the scientific and rational implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority. 展开更多

The human brain is a complex intelligent system composed of tens of billions of neurons interconnected through synapses,and its intricate network structure has consistently attracted numerous scientists to explore the mysteries of brain functions.However,most existing studies have only verified the biological mimicry characteristics of memristors at the single neuron-synapse level,and there is still a lack of research on memristors simulating synaptic coupling between neurons in multi-neuron networks.Based on this,this paper uses discrete memristors to couple dual discrete Rulkov neurons,and adds synaptic crosstalk between the two discrete memristors to form a neuronal network.A memristor-coupled dual-neuron map,called the Rulkov-memristor-Rulkov(R-M-R)map,is constructed to simulate synaptic connections between neurons in biological tissues.Then,the equilibrium points of the R-M-R map are studied.Subsequently,the effect of parameter variations on the dynamic performance of the R-M-R map is comprehensively analyzed using bifurcation diagram,phase diagram,Lyapunov exponent spectrum(LEs),firing diagram,and spectral entropy(SE)complexity algorithms.In the RM-R map,diverse categories of periodic,chaotic,and hyperchaotic attractors,as well as different states of firing patterns,can be observed.Additionally,different types of state transitions and coexisting attractors are discovered.Finally,the feasibility of the model in digital circuits is verified using a DSP hardware platform.In this study,the coupling principle of biological neurons is simulated,the chaotic dynamic behavior of the R-M-R map is analyzed,and a foundation is laid for deciphering the complex working mechanisms of the brain. 展开更多

In deep coal mining,surrounding rock is subjected to both high in-situ stress and intense mining disturbances,leading to significant time-dependent behavior.Accurately capturing this behavior is essential for predicting long-term roadway stability,necessitating the development of a reliable constitutive creep model and numerical simulation approach.In this study,creep experiments were conducted on pre-damaged rock with varying initial damage levels to investigate the time-dependent mechanical properties.Based on the experimental results,an accelerated-creep criterion was proposed,and an elastic-viscoplastic creep damage model(EVPCD)was established that simultaneously considers the effects of time-dependent damage and instantaneous damage caused by stress disturbances on rock creep behavior.Subsequently,the effectiveness of the proposed creep model was verified using experimental data,and the secondary development of the EVPCD model was completed based on the FLAC3D platform.Following this,a long-term stability analysis method of deep surrounding rock that accounts for excavation-and mining-induced disturbances was proposed.Using the main roadway of Xutuan Coal Mine as a case study,numerical simulations were carried out to investigate the time-dependent deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock following excavation and mining disturbance.Combined with on-site monitoring of the surrounding rock damage areas,the results indicate that the EVPCD outperforms the CVISC and Nishihara models in predicting the time-dependent behavior of deep surrounding rock. 展开更多

Policy Gaps in Land and Resource Planning:A Global Comparative Assessment

Integrated land and resource planning is critical for achieving global sustainability goals,yet a persistent chasm separates policy ambition from on-the-ground outcomes.The review article undertakes a comparative evaluation across the world to diagnose the systemic gaps of the policy that is leading to this implementation failure.We come up with a general typology of 5 categories of gaps that are interconnected:spatial-temporal mismatches,institutional fragmentation,the knowledge-action divide,lack of equity and justice,and broken monitoring and feedback loops.In a comparative study of the High-Income Countries,Rapidly Developing Economies,and Low-Income Countries,we show how these universal gaps are reflected in specific contextual syndromes,which are defined by the political economy,state capacity,and global integration.As can be seen in the analysis,these failures are not stand-alone but exist in a vicious,self-perpetuating cycle that is based on power asymmetries,institutional path dependency,and scale mismatches.In order to break this cycle,we suggest a revolutionary structure of action,which is structured around integration,adaptive management,and justice.The framework identifies the specific operation strategies,such as developing meta-governance formations and establishing community tenure to implement participatory monitoring,and aligning a multi-scale agenda.We infer that the implementation gap must be bridged by going beyond technical solutions to ensure a virtuous circle of legitimate learning-oriented governance that can address the complexity of socio-ecological conditions of the Anthropocene. 展开更多

Unbonded post-tensioned(PT)concrete systems are widely used in safety-critical structures,yet model-ing practices for prestress implementation and tendon-concrete interaction remain inconsistent.This study investigates the effects of sheath(duct)implementation and confinement assumptions through nonlinear finite element analysis.Four modeling cases were defined,consisting of an explicit sheath without tendon-concrete confinement(S)and three no-sheath variants with different confinement levels(X,N,A).One-way beams and two-way panels were analyzed,and panel blast responses were validated against experimental results.In both beams and panels,average initial stress levels were similar across models,through local stress concentrations appeared when the sheath was modeled.Under blast loading,these local effects became critical,and the sheath-implemented model reproduced experimental behavior most accurately,whereas non-implemented models deviated.Reduced blast intensity diminished the differences among models,thereby reaffirming that sheath-induced localization and damage propagation are critical factors.These findings highlight the importance of explicit sheath implementation for realistic numerical assessment of unbonded PT structures under extreme loads. 展开更多

The research identifies key obstacles to income expansion, including an undiversified industrial structure, insufficient human capital, and a lack of robust social protection. These call for systemic solutions featuring institutional innovation, resource consolidation, and capability enhancement. Building on Zhejiang's experience as a common prosperity demonstration zone, the article constructs an integrated framework centered on four pillars: industrial empowerment, education upgrading, social security reinforcement, and digital coordination. It further offers concrete policy proposals involving the cultivation of localized industries, vocational skill training, enhanced safety nets, and the adoption of digital tools. This article examines vulnerabilities to power analysis attacks between software and hardware implementations of cryptographic algorithms. Representative platforms including an Atmel 89S8252 8-bit processor and a 0.25 um 1.8 v standard cell circuit are proposed to implement the advance encryption standard (AES). A simulation-based experimental environment is built to acquire power data, and single-bit differential power analysis (DPA), and multi-bit DPA and correlation power analysis (CPA) attacks are conducted on two implementations respectively. The experimental results show that the hardware implementation has less data-dependent power leakages to resist power attacks. Furthermore, an improved DPA approach is proposed. It adopts hamming distance of intermediate results as power model and arranges plaintext inputs to differentiate power traces to the maximal probability. Compared with the original power attacks, our improved DPA performs a successful attack on AES hardware implementations with acceptable power measurements and fewer computations. 展开更多

This study examines the impact of waste management policies on public health in Bantar Gebang landfill which faces challenges such as inadequate infrastructure,low community participation,and ineffective policy implementation.More than half of the waste generated is not transported to landfills,resulting in significant health and environmental risks,including respiratory infections,waterborne diseases,and vector-borne illnesses.The research adopts a qualitative phenomenological approach to understand the experiences of stakeholders,waste managers,and local communities.It also integrates the Waste Management Hierarchy,Community Participation Theory,and Policy Implementation Model to identify key gaps and propose potential solutions.The study reviews legal frameworks,including Indonesia’s Presidential Regulation No.97 of 2017,and specific regulations relevant to the site,evaluating their effectiveness in addressing waste and health issues.The findings highlight the need for stronger public education campaigns,increased investment in infrastructure,and the implementation of advanced technologies such as Waste-to-Energy plants.The study stresses that comprehensive policies on waste reduction,improved segregation,and better recycling practices are critical for achieving sustainable waste management.Additionally,greater inter-agency collaboration and active community engagement are essential for ensuring successful implementation.Drawing on experiences from Tokyo,Stockholm,and Berlin,the study suggests strategies to reduce landfill dependence and improve public health. 展开更多

Objective:This review aimed to identify the barriers and facilitators to equitable coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccine distribution in Nigeria using the consolidated framework for implementation research(CFIR).Methods:A comprehensive search strategy was applied across five databases—Web of Science,MEDLINE,EMBASE,CAB Direct,and CINAHL.The search,conducted as part of a scoping review,yielded 2,751 citations.Seven studies met the inclusion criteria after screening.Data were extracted and analyzed using CFIR constructs to identify key barriers and facilitators to equitable vaccine distribution.Results:Six barriers were identified:limited physical and socioeconomic access,bribery,nepotism,and insufficient availability of translated information.Facilitators included community involvement as local monitoring agents,unannounced staff inspections,healthcare worker training tailored to community needs,and localized outreach strategies such as jingles and call-in programs.CFIR constructs,including Local Conditions,Tailoring Strategies,Available Resources,and Physical Infrastructure,provided a framework for analyzing the findings.Conclusion:This review highlights significant barriers and promising facilitators to equitable vaccine distribution in Nigeria.Targeted interventions,such as community engagement,anti-corruption measures,and culturally tailored strategies,are critical to addressing these challenges and improving access.These findings underscore the need for localized,equity-focused approaches to enhance vaccine distribution systems in Nigeria and other low-resource settings. 展开更多

Plaintext-checking(PC)oracle-based key recovery attack stands out as one of the most critical threat targeting Kyber due to its high effciency and ease of implementation.In practical scenarios,however,the output of the oracle may suffer accuracy degradation when instantiating it through a side-channel trace distinguisher due to the environmental noise and the cross-device issue.While various deep learning-based approaches have been proposed to address the inaccuracy problem caused by the cross-device issue,they often suffer from complexity and limited interpretability.This work investigates realistic numerous side-channel attack(SCA)scenarios and focuses on the cross-device issue when implementing a reliable PC oracle in SCAs against Kyber.TtLR is proposed,it combines the ttest with a logistic regression model to implement a lightweight but effcient side-channel distinguisher against Kyber KEM.The proposed approach is validated through experiments on STM32F407G boards equipped with ARM Cortex-M4 microcontrollers,using the Kyber512 implementations from the pqm4 library.The results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves high PC oracle accuracy across different boards with low computational and memory overhead.This makes the proposed distinguisher practical for deployment on resource-constrained platforms such as the Raspberry Pi running a Linux system. 展开更多
