Objective:To systematically review the current implementation status of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority and analyze the barriers encountered during its implementation in China,providing countermeasu...Objective:To systematically review the current implementation status of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority and analyze the barriers encountered during its implementation in China,providing countermeasures and references for promoting the standardized implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.Methods:A secondary analysis of literature was conducted to systematically search for domestic and international literature related to nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.Meta-analysis was performed on eligible literature to evaluate the implementation effects.Simultaneously,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with healthcare workers,patients,and policymakers.Content analysis was used to organize the interview data and extract core issues and barriers.Results:A total of 46 international articles were included in the Meta-analysis,which revealed that the implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority significantly improved patients’health management outcomes,enhanced healthcare service efficiency,and increased patient satisfaction.Conclusion:The implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority has demonstrated significant positive effects.However,China faces multiple barriers in its advancement,necessitating efforts in optimizing policy systems,constructing collaborative models,strengthening professional skills training,and improving social awareness to guide the scientific and rational implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.展开更多
The human brain is a complex intelligent system composed of tens of billions of neurons interconnected through synapses,and its intricate network structure has consistently attracted numerous scientists to explore the...The human brain is a complex intelligent system composed of tens of billions of neurons interconnected through synapses,and its intricate network structure has consistently attracted numerous scientists to explore the mysteries of brain functions.However,most existing studies have only verified the biological mimicry characteristics of memristors at the single neuron-synapse level,and there is still a lack of research on memristors simulating synaptic coupling between neurons in multi-neuron networks.Based on this,this paper uses discrete memristors to couple dual discrete Rulkov neurons,and adds synaptic crosstalk between the two discrete memristors to form a neuronal network.A memristor-coupled dual-neuron map,called the Rulkov-memristor-Rulkov(R-M-R)map,is constructed to simulate synaptic connections between neurons in biological tissues.Then,the equilibrium points of the R-M-R map are studied.Subsequently,the effect of parameter variations on the dynamic performance of the R-M-R map is comprehensively analyzed using bifurcation diagram,phase diagram,Lyapunov exponent spectrum(LEs),firing diagram,and spectral entropy(SE)complexity algorithms.In the RM-R map,diverse categories of periodic,chaotic,and hyperchaotic attractors,as well as different states of firing patterns,can be observed.Additionally,different types of state transitions and coexisting attractors are discovered.Finally,the feasibility of the model in digital circuits is verified using a DSP hardware platform.In this study,the coupling principle of biological neurons is simulated,the chaotic dynamic behavior of the R-M-R map is analyzed,and a foundation is laid for deciphering the complex working mechanisms of the brain.展开更多

Building on Zhejiang's experience as a common prosperity demonstration zone, the article constructs an integrated framework centered on four pillars: industrial empowerment, education upgrading, social security reinforcement, and digital coordination. It further offers concrete policy proposals involving the cultivation of localized industries, vocational skill training, enhanced safety nets, and the adoption of digital tools. Moreover, the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology is applied to implementing a continuous system in a digital form by using a chip of Altera Cyclone II EP2C35F484C8. The software-based computer numerical control(CNC) system includes three types of tasks: periodic real-time tasks, aperiodic real-time tasks, and non-real-time tasks. The tasks are characterized by concurrency, hyb...The software-based computer numerical control(CNC) system includes three types of tasks: periodic real-time tasks, aperiodic real-time tasks, and non-real-time tasks. The tasks are characterized by concurrency, hybridization, and correlation, which make system implementation difficult. The conventional scheduling algorithm can not meet the demands of system implementation in the software-based CNC system completely. The uncertainty factors when running real-time tasks affect control performance by degrading manufacturing accuracy as a result of system resource and processor use restrictions. To address the technical difficulty of embedded system implementation, a novel fuzzy feedback scheduling algorithm based on output jitter of key real-time tasks for a software-based CNC system is proposed. Time characteristics, such as sampling jitter, input-output jitter, and non-schedulability are discussed, followed by quantification through simulations of the impact of time characteristics on manufacturing accuracy. On the basis of this research, the scheduler architecture is designed, and then the algorithm table is calculated. When the system resource changes, the key periodic real-time tasks meet their deadlines by means of dynamically adjusting the task period. The simulated results show that the machining precision rises by an order of magnitude for the proposed scheduler in resource-constrained software-based CNC systems. Moreover, unlike conventional feedback scheduling methods, the algorithm in this paper does not rely on the availability of task execution times and is easy to implement while incurring only a small overhead.展开更多

Furthermore, a systematic methodology developing the parallel computations is proposed for FPGA platform-based realization of this CBDS. Identifying barriers to implementation of these prevention programs is crucial to reducing t...Background: Preventing anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injuries is important to avoid long-term adverse health consequences. Identifying barriers to implementation of these prevention programs is crucial to reducing the incidence of these injuries. Our purpose was to identify barriers of implementation for ACL injury prevention programs and suggest mechanisms for reducing the barriers through application of a SocioEcological Model(SEM).Methods: Studies investigating ACL prevention program effectiveness were searched in Medline via PubMed and the Cochrane Library, and a subsequent review of the references of the identified articles, yielded 15 articles total. Inclusion criteria encompassed prospective controlled trials, published in English, with ACL injuries as the primary outcome. Studies were independently appraised by 2 reviewers for methodological quality using the PEDro scale. Barriers to implementation were identified when reported in at least 2 separate studies. A SEM was used to suggest ways to reduce the identified barriers.Results: Five barriers were identified: motivation, time requirements, skill requirements for program facilitators, compliance, and cost. The SEM suggested ways to minimize the barriers at all levels of the model from the individual through policy levels.Conclusion: Identification of barriers to program implementation and suggesting how to reduce them through the SEM is a critical first step toward enabling ACL prevention programs to be more effective and ultimately reducing the incidence of these injuries.展开更多

The resulting non-autonomous hyper-ch...This paper presents a non-autonomous hyper-chaotic system, which is formed by adding a periodic driving signal to a four-dimensional chaotic model extended from the Lorenz system. The resulting non-autonomous hyper-chaotic system can display any dynamic behaviour among the periodic orbits, intermittency, chaos and hyper-chaos by controlling the frequency of the periodic signal. The phenomenon has been well demonstrated by numerical simulations, bifurcation analysis and electronic circuit realization. Moreover, the system is concrete evidence for the presence of Pomeau- Manneville Type-I intermittency and crisis-induced intermittency. The emergence of a different type of intermittency is similarly subjected to the frequency of periodic forcing. By statistical analysis, power scaling laws consisting in different intermittency are obtained for the lifetime in the laminar state between burst states.展开更多

The performance of the suboptimal procedure is analyzed theoretically in detail, and analytical expressions are obtained for the covariance matrix of the estimator error. 文摘In this paper, the structure of a new chaotic bitwise dynamical system (CBDS) is described. Compared to our previous research work, it uses various random bitwise operations instead of only one. The chaotic behavior of CBDS is mathemat- ically proven according to the Devaney's definition, and its statistical properties are verified both for uniformity and by a comprehensive, reputed and stringent battery of tests called TestU01. Furthermore, a systematic methodology developing the parallel computations is proposed for FPGA platform-based realization of this CBDS. Experiments finally validate the proposed systematic methodology.
文摘Background: Preventing anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injuries is important to avoid long-term adverse health consequences. Identifying barriers to implementation of these prevention programs is crucial to reducing the incidence of these injuries. Our purpose was to identify barriers of implementation for ACL injury prevention programs and suggest mechanisms for reducing the barriers through application of a SocioEcological Model(SEM).Methods: Studies investigating ACL prevention program effectiveness were searched in Medline via PubMed and the Cochrane Library, and a subsequent review of the references of the identified articles, yielded 15 articles total. Inclusion criteria encompassed prospective controlled trials, published in English, with ACL injuries as the primary outcome. Studies were independently appraised by 2 reviewers for methodological quality using the PEDro scale. Barriers to implementation were identified when reported in at least 2 separate studies. A SEM was used to suggest ways to reduce the identified barriers.Results: Five barriers were identified: motivation, time requirements, skill requirements for program facilitators, compliance, and cost. The SEM suggested ways to minimize the barriers at all levels of the model from the individual through policy levels.Conclusion: Identification of barriers to program implementation and suggesting how to reduce them through the SEM is a critical first step toward enabling ACL prevention programs to be more effective and ultimately reducing the incidence of these injuries.

文摘This paper presents a non-autonomous hyper-chaotic system, which is formed by adding a periodic driving signal to a four-dimensional chaotic model extended from the Lorenz system. The resulting non-autonomous hyper-chaotic system can display any dynamic behaviour among the periodic orbits, intermittency, chaos and hyper-chaos by controlling the frequency of the periodic signal. The phenomenon has been well demonstrated by numerical simulations, bifurcation analysis and electronic circuit realization. Moreover, the system is concrete evidence for the presence of Pomeau- Manneville Type-I intermittency and crisis-induced intermittency. The emergence of a different type of intermittency is similarly subjected to the frequency of periodic forcing. By statistical analysis, power scaling laws consisting in different intermittency are obtained for the lifetime in the laminar state between burst states.

文摘We present two protocols for the controlled remote implementation of quantum operations between three-party high-dimensional systems. Firstly, the controlled teleportation of an arbitrary unitary operation by bidirectional quantum state teleportaion (BQST) with high-dimensional systems is considered. Then, instead of using the BQST method, a protocol for controlled remote implementation of partially unknown operations belonging to some restricted sets in high-dimensional systems is proposed. It is shown that, in these protocols, if and only if the controller would like to help the sender with the remote operations, the controlled remote implementation of quantum operations for high-dimensional systems can be completed.

文摘This paper introduces a switched hyperchaotic system that changes its behavior randomly from one subsystem to another via two switch functions, and its characteristics of symmetry, dissipation, equilibrium, bifurcation diagram, basic dynamics have been analyzed. The hardware implementation of the system is based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). It is shown that the experimental results are identical with numerical simulations, and the chaotic trajectories are much more complex.

文摘Linear transfer function approximations of the fractional integrators 1Is~ with m ^- 0.80-0.99 with steps of 0.01 are calculated systemically from the fractional order calculus and frequency-domain approximation method. To illustrate the effectiveness for fractional functions, the magnitude Bode diagrams of the actual and approximate transfer functions 1Ism with a slope of -20m dB//decade are depicted. By using the transfer function approxima- tions of the fractional integrators, a new fractional-order nonlinear system is investigated through the bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponent. The corresponding circuit of the fractional-order system is designed and the experimental results match perfectly with the numerical simulations.

文摘In this paper, the optimal estimate method is systematically investigated for estimating the position and velocity vectors of a short range target in space with a multisensor system TR n (one transmitting sensor and n receiving sensors). A suboptimal and realizable signal processing scheme is provided. The performance of the suboptimal procedure is analyzed theoretically in detail, and analytical expressions are obtained for the covariance matrix of the estimator error. Simulation results verify the theoretical prediction, which demonstrates the system is able to accurately locate a short range target.
