文摘The renewal strategy guided by resilient security aims to enhance the community’s resistance and resilience to natural disasters and other emergency situations,ensuring that the community can quickly restore normal functions in the face of shocks.By enhancing the resilience of the community,residents’sense of security and satisfaction can be improved,while promoting the long-term stability and prosperity of the city.Using methods such as literature review,case analysis,and demand investigation,this paper investigates the needs and strategies for the renewal of urban old communities,and explores the demand analysis and solutions for the renewal of urban old communities under the guidance of resilient security.This paper aims to address the lack of resilience in old communities caused by outdated construction,aging infrastructure,and insufficient public services,as well as how to improve the adaptability,resilience,and transformation ability of communities through renovation and transformation.

文摘Cultivating morality and nurturing talents is an important task of educational work,and the proposal of curriculum ideology and politics has laid a solid foundation for universities to implement the education of cultivating morality and nurturing talents.Ideological and political education in the curriculum,as an important tool for cultivating moral character,utilizes the main channel of classroom teaching to disseminate content related to ideological and political education and promote the development of correct core socialist values and good character in students.Integrating ideological and political elements into English courses requires students to consider multiple factors,explore ideological and political elements,and choose appropriate teaching methods.At present,the integration of ideological and political elements into college English courses is still in the exploratory stage.This article conducts a comprehensive analysis and research on the connotation of ideological and political elements in courses,and the difficulties,causes,and significance of integrating them into English courses.Lastly,practical and feasible teaching strategies are proposed,hoping to provide guidance for frontline teachers and promote students’comprehensive development.

文摘This essay proposes a tentative approach to the implementation path and construction of teaching design mode of hidden M&P(moral and political)education in English-major courses in China.The main research literature review about this theme in recent years can roughly fall into three categories,namely,studies on the integration of M&P elements in teaching,studies on tentative system construction of M&P education or of a certain English course for English majors,and studies on using a certain teaching mode as vehicle of M&P teaching content.An open mode for curriculum design is thereby proposed based on a case analysis of the main textbook of AESC(the Audio-visual English Speaking Course)offered by Taizhou University,in the hope that the power of hidden M&P education will be manifested as it is integrated into English-major courses.
文摘A five-step method framework is proposed by combing improved value stream mapping with simulation and design of experiment(DOE) to design the lean system for engineer-to-order(ETO) manufacturing,and lean practice implementation path is decided.Meanwhile,a real company case like HAVC is taken to display the application of the framework.The results indicate that compared to supermarket Kanban,constant work in process(Conwip) has the broader applicability in ETO manufacturing and the critical business process,like purchasing of key parts,and has more significant effects on value stream performance.Therefore,it should have priority in lean practice implementation.

文摘First,a brief introduction is made to the four basic judgments and understandings of the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality."Then,an in-depth elaboration is provided on the eight major strategies for achieving the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,"including conservation and efficiency priority,energy security,non-fossil energy substitution,reelectrification,resource recycling,carbon sequestration,digitalization and cooperation between countries.Next,eight major implementation paths for achieving the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"are discussed in detail,including industrial restructuring;building a clean,low-carbon,safe and_efficient energy system,and renewing the understanding of China's energy resource endowment;accelerating the construction of a new-type power system with a gradually growing proportion of new energy,and realizing the"possible triangle"of highquality energy system development;utilizing electrification and deep decarbonization technologies to promote the orderly peaking and gradual neutralization of carbon emissions in the industrial sector;promoting the lowcarbon transition of transportation vehicles to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the transportation sector;focusing on breaking through key green building technologies to achieve zero carbon emissions from building electricity and heat;providing a strong technical support for carbon removal to achieve carbon neutrality;accelerating the construction of the integrated planning and assessment mechanism for pollution and carbon reduction,establishing a sound strategy,planning,policy and action system,and optimizing the carbon trading system.Afterwards,it is particularly pointed out that the realization of the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"cannot be separated from the support of scitech innovation.Finally,it is stressed that carbon neutrality is not the end,but an important milestone.If viewed from the perspective of future energy,the significance and historical status of the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"will be more understandable.
