By introducing geological and natural conditions of Shuangtaizi Estuary Wetland,a national nature reserve,and borrowing Landsat5 TM wetland data of the year 1987 and 2005,the core area of Shuangtaizi Estuary Wetland is studied,areas of its natural water,mudflat,seepweed beach,culture zone,reservoir and swag,reed field,rice field and non-wetland landscape are respectively analyzed,as well as the changes of wetland community,water quality,waterfowl quantity and species.It is found that the study area is suffering from serious fragmentation of wetland,reducing reed yield,degrading water quality,decreasing bird species and amount,which implies that the degraded wetland environment has imposed threats on the survival of some wetland species.Root causes of such a result are analyzed from the perspectives of regional climate changes and human interventions;while regional climate changes include obvious temperature increase and precipitation decrease,human interventions include oil exploration,reclamation of land from the lake,overuse of biotic resources,environment pollution.Due to the interactive influence of these two factors,ecosystem of Shuangtaizi Estuary Wetland has experienced drastic changes,which should be attached sufficient importance by relevant departments so as to enhance its protection and management. 展开更多

A delayable pulsed acceleration field wn applied tO investigate the effect of the photoelectrons on the formation of the multiply charged ions. The multiply charged ions were suggested to be produced by photoelectron impact ionization, in the region bentween the extractor grid and the repeller plate, step by step, from neutral species and lower charged ions. The 50-60ns of FWHM of the ion peaks implies that the pulse width of the photoelectrons should be shorter considering the broadening effect during the ionization process. 展开更多

Effects on Sedimentary Processes via Upper Triassic Climate Forcing Caused by Multiple Impacting and Large Igneous Provinces (LIP)-Rifting/Degassing: Jordanian Platform/Arabian Plate and Germanic Basin/Central Europe

Upper Triassic sedimentary systems of both the Arabian Plate and the Germanic Basin reveal climate- and plate tectonic-forced effects through certain time-intervals experienced by architectural elements, lithofacies types, unconformities, flash flood deposits, maximum flooding surfaces/sequence boundary (MFS/SB), mineralogy, and isotope anomalies. Further, Moon recession and changes of Earth’s rotation velocity (core/mantle boundary) are associated with multiple impacting and large igneous provinces/Mid Oceanic Ridge Basalt, LIP/MORB-rifting/degassing. While acidification (by degassing, sturz-rain) does influence tectosilicates and carbonates, montmorillonite represents a key mineral as transformation of volcanic/impact glass (Tephra) to be found as co-components in and in certain pelite units as “boundary clay-suspicions” (mixture of eolian paleoloess, pelite, paleosol, and tephra → tuffite). Obviously, unconformities and sequence boundaries of both study areas separate and dislocate interrupted ∂<sup>13</sup>C and <sup>87</sup>Sr/<sup>86</sup>Sr-data groups along the isotope curves. Both Proto-Arctic Ocean rifting/degassing comprising kimberlitic pyroclastic eruptions and Neotethys rifting/degassing as well as multiple impacting played the most important role during the Norian, followed by the incipient Central Atlantic Magmatic Provinces rifting since the Rhaetian. The following associations are encountered and dealt with in this study: Sequence boundaries-∂<sup>13</sup>C, maximum flooding surfaces-(FUCs)-∂<sup>13</sup>C, unconformities-plate motion, tephra-pelite-tuffite-montmorillonite. Norian: maximum flooding surfaces (MFSs)-“paleosol”/boundary clay?-rifting-volcanism, Moon/Earth data change. So the Norian (~221 - 206 Ma) hosts anomalous “amalgamated maximum flooding surfaces (MFSs)”, amalgamated paleosol (Jordanian Platform), multiple impacting (~219 - 214 Ma), the maximum opening of the Proto-Arctic Ocean (PAO) (~230 - 200 Ma), Neo-Tethys (NT)-subvolcanic (sills, dikes) in the NE Dead Sea area prior the Rhaetian, and a significant change of Earth/Moon relation data. The study concludes that rare and extreme events are very strongly shaping the geologic constellations in the Earth System. 展开更多

Surface microstructure and microhardness of (ferrite+ cementite) microduplex structure of the ultrafine- grained high carbon steel after laser shock processing (LSP) with different impact times were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and microhardness measurements. Equiaxed ferrite grains were refined from 400 to 150 nm, and the cementite lamellae were fully spheroidized, with a decrease of the particle diameter from 150 to 100 nm as the impact times increased. The cementite dissolution was enhanced significantly. Correspondingly, the lattice parameter of α-Fe and microhard- hess increased with the impact times. 展开更多

Green manufacturing is a mode to realize environmental friendliness by considering the environmental impact and energy consumption in manufacturing process.In order to make an environmental friendly assessment for manufacturing process,a multi-criteria decision making( MCDM) model combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( FAHP) and fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution( FTOPSIS) is proposed in this work.The environmental and resource criteria and manufacturing process objects are identified as the first step.Then,the weights of the criteria are calculated by FAHP.Finally,based on experts' evaluation using fuzzy words,the manufacturing process objects are ranked by FTOPSIS.The proposed methodology is applied to a gear shaft manufacturing.The sensitivity analysis and comparisons are implemented to prove its robustness and effectiveness for the ecofriendly assessment for process objects. 展开更多

Hydrogeochemical processes of thallium in a rural area of Southwest Guizhou,China

The water system in a rural area of Lanmuchang in Southwest Guizhou is facing a risk of thallium (Tl) contamination due to Tl mineralization around the area. The major trace elements and Tl in the water system are studied to understand the hydrogeochemical processes of Tl constrained by Tl mineralization. The results showed that the dispersion pattern of Tl follows a descending order in concentration from mine groundwater (deep groundwater) →stream water→shallow groundwater→background water, reflecting the impact of Tl mineralization on the hydrogeochemical composition. Tl concentrations in stream water in both regimes are remarkably higher (2-30 fold) downstream than up- and mid-streams, probably caused by the unidentified discharge of deep groundwater. Low Tl levels are detected in the current drinking water, however, the highly elevated Tl in stream water and ground water may pose a potential environmental risk through daily washing and agricultural irrigation. This study suggests that human activities, such as agricultural irrigation, could intensify the environmental risk of Tl. 展开更多

The detector takes the portable computer as platform of data processing,utilizes the database technology to process data,making instrument Pc true,and improving the data processing ability of the instrument. The detector can show the train running acceleration on-line and real-timely,indicating the train impact situation directly,and uses the method that the software and hardware unifies to strengthen the system anti-jamming ability. At present,this detector has been tryout in some locomotive depots,each design function and the performance index conforms to request of the scene; the anti-jamming ability is strong,the monitor precision is reasonable,the detector can carry out the on-line examination to the train impact and monitoring the train running condition. 展开更多

Life cycle inventory analysis of CO_2 and SO_2 emission of imperial smelting process for Pb-Zn smelter 被引量:2

Based on the principle of life cycle assessment, CO2 and SO2 emission of Imperial Smelting Process in a certain zinc-lead smelter was analyzed by life cycle inventory method. According to the system expansion and substitution method, the environmental impacts of co-products were allocated among the main products of zinc, lead and sulfuric acid. The related impacts were assessed by use of Global Warming Potential (GWP) and Acidification Potential (ACP). The results show that the GWP index from 1998 to 2000 is 11.53, 11.65, 10.93 tCO2-eq/tZn respectively, the ACP index decreases from 14.88 kgSO2-eq/tZn in 1998 to 10.99 kgSO2-eq/tZn in 2000. Power and electricity generation, followed by smelting and zinc distillation, are mainly responsible for GWP. Sintering individually affects ACP. Reduction in greenhouse gas emissions of the ISP may come from energy conservation measures rather than from technological developments. And recycling more secondary Pb and Zn materials effectively treated by ISP, and reducing the amount of primary metal are the main ways to put SO2 emission under control. 展开更多

履带车辆行星式综合传动系统换挡过程产生的动态冲击,严重影响传动系统的服役性能和可靠性。针对某行星式综合传动系统,建立齿轮传动部件、离合器和制动器等扭转动力学模型,构建传动系统换挡过程动力学模型。开展综合传动系统换挡过程... 履带车辆行星式综合传动系统换挡过程产生的动态冲击,严重影响传动系统的服役性能和可靠性。针对某行星式综合传动系统,建立齿轮传动部件、离合器和制动器等扭转动力学模型,构建传动系统换挡过程动力学模型。开展综合传动系统换挡过程仿真与台架试验,仿真与试验结果的变化趋势基本一致,验证了动力学模型的正确性。研究换挡过程典型构件的冲击载荷,揭示油门开度和冲放油特性曲线等对操纵件动态转矩的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着放油延时的增加,分离操纵件的反向动态转矩逐渐增大,结合操纵件的最大冲击转矩逐渐增大;随着放油时间的延长,分离操纵件的反向动态转矩逐渐增大,结合操纵件的最大冲击转矩先减小后增加;第4个升压阶段冲油越快,结合操纵件的最大冲击转矩越大,最大值较最小值增加了11%;随着油门开度的增大,操纵件最大动态转矩逐渐增加,最大值较最小值增加了73.8%。 展开更多

A quenching and partitioning(Q&P) process was applied to vanadium carbide particle(VCp)-reinforced Fe-matrix composites(VC-Fe-MCs) to obtain a multiphase microstructure comprising VC, V8 C7, M3 C, α-Fe, and γ-Fe. The effects of the austenitizing temperature and the quenching temperature on the microstructure, mechanical properties, and wear resistance of the VC-Fe-MCs were studied. The results show that the size of the carbide became coarse and that the shape of some particles began to transform from diffused graininess into a chrysanthemum-shaped structure with increasing austenitizing temperature. The microhardness decreased with increasing austenitizing temperature but substantially increased after wear testing compared with the microhardness before wear testing; the microhardness values improved by 20.0% ± 2.5%. Retained austenite enhanced the impact toughness and promoted the transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP) effect to improve wear resistance under certain load conditions. 展开更多

液滴撞击低温壁面是导致飞机机翼结冰、电线覆冰以及内燃机冷起动性能恶化的重要因素之一,其中液滴的飞溅和铺展是引发上述问题的关键原因。为此,本文采用高速摄影法,对正十二烷液滴撞击不同温度铝板时的飞溅和铺展特性进行了系统的试... 液滴撞击低温壁面是导致飞机机翼结冰、电线覆冰以及内燃机冷起动性能恶化的重要因素之一,其中液滴的飞溅和铺展是引发上述问题的关键原因。为此,本文采用高速摄影法,对正十二烷液滴撞击不同温度铝板时的飞溅和铺展特性进行了系统的试验研究。结果表明:壁面温度从20℃降至–40℃,液滴破碎阈值明显降低,二次液滴的直径显著增大和数量显著增多,而附壁液膜的铺展速度和最大铺展距离则明显减小。本研究针对附壁液膜在低温壁面快速铺展阶段的运动学特征,考虑了壁面温度对黏性力的影响,建立了新的无量纲铺展因子,并提出新的铺展模型。该模型不仅能准确描述不同入射条件下的液膜铺展过程,还将传统铺展模型的适用范围从0.1~1.0拓宽至0.1~1.5,从而能准确地反映液膜在更长时间内的铺展规律变化。 展开更多

针对海洋工程中水下钢结构表面污损清洗难题,构建具备多参数调控功能的水下空化射流清洗试验平台。以试件漆层模拟污损,系统研究清洗压力、靶距及移动速度对清洗效果的影响。通过固定阈值分割法处理冲击图像,提出面积比作为量化清洗效... 针对海洋工程中水下钢结构表面污损清洗难题,构建具备多参数调控功能的水下空化射流清洗试验平台。以试件漆层模拟污损,系统研究清洗压力、靶距及移动速度对清洗效果的影响。通过固定阈值分割法处理冲击图像,提出面积比作为量化清洗效果的评价指标。试验结果表明:空化冲蚀临界压力位于8~10 MPa,压力变化对冲蚀深度影响显著;合理控制清洗压力可兼顾清洗效果与能耗,提升系统能效比;在清洗速度由2.5 mm/s提升至5 mm/s条件下,可在保证效果前提下显著提高作业效率。研究成果可为水下钢结构空化清洗技术参数优化与工程应用提供理论支撑。 展开更多

The effect of refined precipitations and dispersed phases on the toughness of SS400 steel was investigated by rapid tempering with thermomechanical simulation tester, and the electromagnetic induction rapid tempering process was simulated. The conventional tempering and rapid tempering process were proceeded respectively, and both samples were quenched in 10~ of agitated iced brine. The tempering temperatures were designed as 560, 620 and 680℃, respectively. Rapid tempering specimens were heated at a heating rate of 20 ℃/s, and all samples of these three tempering temperatures were maintained 30, 40 and 50 s with the Gleeble1500-D tester, respectively. The impact test at --40 ℃ were carried out on a Charpy impact machine (CBD-300) with a maximum measurement range of 300 J and the microstructures were analyzed in detail using optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The experiment results show that the upper bainite, martensite and small amount of austenite were obtained in the rapidly quenched samples. In comparison to the conventional process, the matrix microstructure was changed from the larger size and bulk ferrite to the refined banding structure, and the cementites were obviously refined and precipitated inside the grains and along the grain boundaries. The cryogenic impact test implies that the maximum values of impact toughness with holding time of 30 or 50 s are achieved at tempering temperature of 620℃. Furthermore, a favorite value of impact toughness with holding time of 40 s is available. 展开更多

基于层次分析法综合评价上海地区福寿螺入侵影响

从经济、生态和社会影响3个维度构建外来水生生物入侵综合评价体系,采用分层随机抽样发放问卷,收集专家对水生生物入侵影响因素重要性的评价,并运用AHP层次分析法确定各指标权重。发现入侵经济影响(权重0.72)的重要性高于生态影响(权重0... 从经济、生态和社会影响3个维度构建外来水生生物入侵综合评价体系,采用分层随机抽样发放问卷,收集专家对水生生物入侵影响因素重要性的评价,并运用AHP层次分析法确定各指标权重。发现入侵经济影响(权重0.72)的重要性高于生态影响(权重0.17)和社会影响(权重0.11),排前五的影响因素依次为:直接经济损失(0.47)、生态位侵占(0.11)、管控成本(0.09)、清除费用(0.08)及公众辨识力(0.067)。对上海各区福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)入侵影响进行评分,百分位数高于50%的区域包括崇明(P_(99))、松江(P_(68))、金山(P_(64))、浦东(P_(61))和青浦(P_(53))。建议上海遵循“经济权重优先、生态敏感区覆盖、社会参与补位”的准则,实施分区、分级的差异化入侵防控策略。 展开更多
