In this paper, based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS), TOPSIS partial order method is proposed to choose the optimal maintenance strategy. This method uses AHP to determine the weights of evaluation indexes. The optimal maintenance strategy choice is given as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.展开更多

文摘目的 构建地佐辛合理使用量化评价体系,为客观评估地佐辛临床应用的合理性提供依据。方法 抽取2022年7月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院使用地佐辛的住院患者520例,建立地佐辛药物利用评价标准,采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)联合逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)对抽取的病例进行合理性评价。结果 本研究共建立9个评价指标,权重系数较高的3个指标分别为适应证、禁忌证和特殊人群,权重系数分别为0.2366,0.1703和0.1452。520例病例的评价结果为合理用药336例(64.61%)、基本合理用药168例(32.31%)、不合理用药16例(3.08%)。结论 基于AHP-TOPSIS法建立的药物利用评价体系简单易行,评价结果客观、全面,且可量化,可用于评价地佐辛临床应用的合理性。
