Objective:To explorethecorrelationbetweenhypoimmunityandtheoccurrenceof pureredcellaplasia(PRCA) in senilepatientsundergoingcombinedpancrease-kindeytransplantation.Methods :PRCAoccurredin2patientsoutof5who wereperformedcombinedpancrease-kindeytransplantation.Thegeneralschemeof treatment mainlyincludedselectiveadministrationof immunosuppressantsandantivirusdrugs,infusionof redbloodcellson thebasisof surveillanceof parvorirusB19andtheratioof T4andT8as wellas thechangesof themyelogram.Results:Themyelogramof thepatientsreturnedto normalin2and3weeksafteroperation,respectively,and subsequentfollow-uprevealedno recurrence.Conclusion:Thisseriesillustratethepointthatadvancedage,hypo-immunity,parvorirusB19andimmunosuppressantsarevulnerableto PRCA.Combinedtreatmentis an effective remedyforthesepatients. 展开更多
