The DSS based on this kind of framework may manage and use those kinds of unstructured information such as document, sound, picture and graphic, and the contents of data base, model base and knowledge base of DSS can be browsed through the hypertext access mechanism. The key technique of this new framework is the Access Control Interface raised in this paper. This new kind of framework of DSS increases DSS’ capabilities of representing and processing information.
