Methods: 88 patients with dry eye in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment time. The control group was treated with artificial tear gel. The observation group was treated with hydroxysaccharide eye drops, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results: the total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 79.4% and 97.1% (p < 0.05). The tear secretion time and tear film rupture experiment time of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: artificial tear gel combined with hydroxyglucose eye drops can achieve significant therapeutic effect in the clinical treatment of dry eye. It has high application value and is worthy of recommendation.展开更多
