Hydroxyiron montmorillonite complexes are assumed to have the ability to adsorb anions such as H 2PO - 4, HPO 2- 4, CrO 2- 4, CrO - 2, H 2AsO - 4, HAsO 2- 4 , AsO 3- 4 and F -, which may come from weathered rocks or waste industrial water, and result in concentration of P, Cr, As and F in soil. In this paper, hydroxy Fe ions including Fe(OH) 2+ , Fe(OH) + 2 and Fe 2(OH) 2+ 2 are prepared through hydrolysis of iron in acid solutions with different pH values. Corresponding hydroxyiron montmorillonite complexes are obtained by intercalation and adsorption of these hydroxy Fe ions into the interlayer space and on the surface of montmorillonite. The obtained hydroxyiron montmorillonite complexes are characterized with XRD and DTA, showing that they have similar basal space and thermal stability with Fe montmorillonite.展开更多

It reacted with magnesium to form a 1∶1 fluor...A new fluorescent reagent, 7 (8 hydroxy 3, 6 disulfonaphthylazo) 8 hydroxyquinoline 5 sulfonic acid (HDNHQ) for the determination of magnesium has been developed. It reacted with magnesium to form a 1∶1 fluorescent complex with λ ex / λ em =356/495 nm immediately at room temperature in ammonia ammonium chloride buffer (pH 10.7). A linear relationship was obtained in the magnesium concentration range of 0 160 ng·mL -1 with the detection limit of 0.04 ng·mL -1 . The proposed method was simple, rapid and sensitive. It has been successfully applied to the determination of trace magnesium in blood serum with recoveries of 103.75% and 98.16%, respectively.展开更多

Adsorption of Direct Green B, an organic dye, on OH—Fe—, OH—Al—, OH—Fe—Al— pillared montmorillonites was studied. Results showed that these pillared montmorillonites had much better adsorption properties than traditional Na organo montmorillonite. The abundant iron salt available in phosphate residue can be used to prepare phot...Phosphate residue is a kind of hazardous solid waste and if not properly disposed of, could cause serious environmental contaminations. The abundant iron salt available in phosphate residue can be used to prepare photo-Fenton catalytic reagent for wastewater treatment. In this study, the phosphate residue was effectively purified by a hydrothermal recrystallization method, reaching an iron phosphate purity of 94.2%. The particles of iron phosphate were further processed with ball milling with their average size reduced from 19.4 to 1.6 μm. By hydrothermal crystallization of iron phosphate and thermal decomposition of oxalate precursor, porous iron hydroxy phosphate was prepared. The modified porous iron hydroxy phosphate(m-PIHP) of higher surface area with iron oxalate on its surface can degrade 98.87% of Rhodamine B in 15 min. Cyclic experiment showed that the catalyst still had a good catalytic activity after six cycles( > 40%). The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results showed that the iron oxalate complex on the catalyst surface decomposed to produce ferrous ions and accelerated the rate of · OH production. The current work demonstrated that the m-PIHP synthesized from phosphate residue and modified with iron oxalate can be used as an effective dye wastewater treatment agent.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of hydroxy safflower yellow A(HSYA) on tumor capillary angiogenesis in transplanted human gastric adenocarcinoma BGC-823 tumors in nude mice.METHODS:BGC-823 cells were injected subcutane...OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of hydroxy safflower yellow A(HSYA) on tumor capillary angiogenesis in transplanted human gastric adenocarcinoma BGC-823 tumors in nude mice.METHODS:BGC-823 cells were injected subcutaneously into the right anterior armpit of nude mice to establish an animal model of transplanted tumors.After 24 h,18 nude mice injected with tumor cells were randomized into model,control,and HSYA 0.028 g/L groups,with six mice in each group.Transplanted tumors were excised on day 20.Tumor inhibition ratios were calculated for the transplanted tumors.Pathological changes and capillary angiogenesis in the tumors were observed by light microscopy.RESULTS:Tumors in the model group grew more quickly than those in the control and HSYA groups,with inhibition ratios of 48% and 30%,respectively.The microvessel count in the HSYA group was lower than in the model group(P<0.01),and microvessel density was also lower in the HSYA group(P<0.05).Pathological changes were more obvious in tumors in the model group compared to the HSYA group.CONCLUSION:HSYA inhibits the growth of transplanted BGC-823 tumors,and its effects on tumor capillary angiogenesis may represent one of the mechanisms responsible for this antineoplastic effect.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To assess the lipid-lowering activity and safety of a dietary supplement containing monacolin Kβ-hydroxy acid form(MKA),Heye(Folium Nelumbinis),and Cangzhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae),compared to lifestyl...OBJECTIVE:To assess the lipid-lowering activity and safety of a dietary supplement containing monacolin Kβ-hydroxy acid form(MKA),Heye(Folium Nelumbinis),and Cangzhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae),compared to lifestyle modifications.METHODS:Totally 117 subjects with moderate to severe dyslipidemia(according to Chinese guidelines)and low CV risk were randomly assigned into three treatment groups:lifestyle modification(LM),LM plus a low dosage of MKA,LM plus a high dosage of MKA,and treated for 60 d.The primary endpoint was the reduction of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC).Safeties along with Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes were assessed through the study.RESULTS:A low dosage of MKA along with lifestyle modifications caused a significant decrease in LDL-C by 15.6%on average(95%CI,9.6%to 21%)with,a decrease in TC by 15.3%on average(95%CI,9.26%to 21.4%),and a decrease in non-HDL-C by 35.4%(95%CI,25.76%to 41.34%).Weak evidence of a reduction of triglycerides but an increment of HDL-C was observed in patients with severe hyperlipidemia.No severe adverse events occurred during the study.CONCLUSION:Our results confirm the LDL-C and TC lowering properties of MKA is clinically meaningful.It also produces a significant reduction of non-HDL-C,and slightly effects on TG and HDL-C as well.展开更多

FTIR and 1^H^-,...o-Carborane-containing poly(hydroxy ethers)(P1, P2 and P3) were synthesized via "advancement reaction" of o-carborane-containing bisphenol(4) and diglycidyl ether of bisphenols(DGEBA and 1). FTIR and 1^H^-, 13^C^-, and 11^ B-NMR were utilized to characterize the obtained polymers. TGA test was conducted under nitrogen and air. It is found that the shielding effect of carborane moiety on its adjacent aromatic structures contributes to high initial decomposition temperatures, while oxygen in air has an adverse effect on the initial decomposition temperature. The oxygen can combine with polymer chain to form peroxide and hydroperoxide groups, which are more reactive during the degradation process. Besides, o-carborane-containing poly(hydroxy ethers) have high char yield at elevated temperatures. The boron atom combines with oxygen from the polymer structure or/and from air, thus to form a three-dimensional network linked with B―O―B and B―C bonds, and retain the polymer weight to a large extent.展开更多

The precursor to product ion transitions of m/z 705.3/392.3, m/z 721.2/408.3 and m/z 708.2/435.4 were used to detect and quantify itraconazole, hydroxy itraconazole and itraconazole-d3 respectively. The lower limit of quantitation was found to be 0.500 ng/mL for itraconazole and 1.00 ng/mL for hydroxy itraconazole. The mean recoveries for itraconazole and hydroxy itraconazole were found to be 100.045% and 100.021%, respectively. This developed method with a chromatographic run time of 2.0 min was successfully applied to a bioequivalence study of 100 mg itraconazole capsule.展开更多
In order to clarify the possible relationship between the changes of behavior/personality and metabolic changes of 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) in Antarctic expedition members, plasma tryptophan (Trp) and urinary 5 ...In order to clarify the possible relationship between the changes of behavior/personality and metabolic changes of 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) in Antarctic expedition members, plasma tryptophan (Trp) and urinary 5 hydroxy 3 indoleacetic acid (5 HIAA) were studied for 24 winter over and 19 summer over members of the 8th and 11th CHINARE respectively. Results showed that plasma Trp decreased significantly after residing 1 ̄3 months at Great Wall Station and did not recover on returning back to Beijing from Antarctica by two weeks travelling. Urinary 5 HIAA increased significantly after residing 6 months at Great Wall Station, and recovered on returning back to Beijing from Antarctica in the winter over members. The decrease of plasma Trp may be related to the decline of brain 5 HT which might play a role in the changes of behavior/personality . Increase of urinary 5 HIAA might reflect metabolic changes of 5 HT as a whole, but cold weather involving in the release response of platelet should be considered. Therefore, supplement of related food rich in Trp or intervention of L Trp might be valuable.展开更多

The results of dy...Self-vulcanizing blends of phenol hydroxy silicone rubber (PHSR) and fluoroelastomer (FPM) were prepared. Vulcanized rubbers with lower glass transition temperature (T(g)) were successfully obtained. The results of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) show that the vulcanized FPM/PHSR (10 phr) blend has only one T(g) temperature, demonstrating the well compatibility between FPM and PHSR. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) demonstrates that the PHSR do little damage to the thermal stability of FPM. The vulcanization characteristics of the FPM/PHSR blends were analyzed by using oscillating disc rheometer (ODR). The results show that FPM/PHSR blends have smaller S(min) values and longer scorch time than that of FPM with the same level of bisphenol AF curing agent. It means that FPM/PHSR blends have better processability and curing security. Better mechanical properties can be gained for FPM/PHSR blends at appropriate level of PHSR.展开更多

The aggregation of HCPCF on CTAB obeys the Langmuir isothermal adsorption and the interaction of RE with the HCPCF CTAB aggregate was first found to accord with the monolayer binding. The effects of temperature and ionic strength of solution on the aggregations were made. The binary aggregate and the ternary complex were characterized.展开更多

文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the lipid-lowering activity and safety of a dietary supplement containing monacolin Kβ-hydroxy acid form(MKA),Heye(Folium Nelumbinis),and Cangzhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae),compared to lifestyle modifications.METHODS:Totally 117 subjects with moderate to severe dyslipidemia(according to Chinese guidelines)and low CV risk were randomly assigned into three treatment groups:lifestyle modification(LM),LM plus a low dosage of MKA,LM plus a high dosage of MKA,and treated for 60 d.The primary endpoint was the reduction of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC).Safeties along with Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes were assessed through the study.RESULTS:A low dosage of MKA along with lifestyle modifications caused a significant decrease in LDL-C by 15.6%on average(95%CI,9.6%to 21%)with,a decrease in TC by 15.3%on average(95%CI,9.26%to 21.4%),and a decrease in non-HDL-C by 35.4%(95%CI,25.76%to 41.34%).Weak evidence of a reduction of triglycerides but an increment of HDL-C was observed in patients with severe hyperlipidemia.No severe adverse events occurred during the study.CONCLUSION:Our results confirm the LDL-C and TC lowering properties of MKA is clinically meaningful.It also produces a significant reduction of non-HDL-C,and slightly effects on TG and HDL-C as well.
文摘In this study,6-chloro-4-hydroxy-2-quinolone and 6-flouro-4-hydroxy-2-quinolone were synthesized from corresponding dianilides.These compounds were coupled with some diazotized aromatic amines to give the corresponding azo disperse dyes.The structures of the quinolone derivatives and new azo dyes were confirmed by UV-vis,FT-IR,;H NMR and elemental analysis.

文摘o-Carborane-containing poly(hydroxy ethers)(P1, P2 and P3) were synthesized via "advancement reaction" of o-carborane-containing bisphenol(4) and diglycidyl ether of bisphenols(DGEBA and 1). FTIR and 1^H^-, 13^C^-, and 11^ B-NMR were utilized to characterize the obtained polymers. TGA test was conducted under nitrogen and air. It is found that the shielding effect of carborane moiety on its adjacent aromatic structures contributes to high initial decomposition temperatures, while oxygen in air has an adverse effect on the initial decomposition temperature. The oxygen can combine with polymer chain to form peroxide and hydroperoxide groups, which are more reactive during the degradation process. Besides, o-carborane-containing poly(hydroxy ethers) have high char yield at elevated temperatures. The boron atom combines with oxygen from the polymer structure or/and from air, thus to form a three-dimensional network linked with B―O―B and B―C bonds, and retain the polymer weight to a large extent.
文摘A highly sensitive, selective, and precise ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for simultaneous quantification of itraconazole and hydroxy itraconazole in human plasma by a single liquid-liquid extraction step. The precursor to product ion transitions of m/z 705.3/392.3, m/z 721.2/408.3 and m/z 708.2/435.4 were used to detect and quantify itraconazole, hydroxy itraconazole and itraconazole-d3 respectively. The lower limit of quantitation was found to be 0.500 ng/mL for itraconazole and 1.00 ng/mL for hydroxy itraconazole. The mean recoveries for itraconazole and hydroxy itraconazole were found to be 100.045% and 100.021%, respectively. This developed method with a chromatographic run time of 2.0 min was successfully applied to a bioequivalence study of 100 mg itraconazole capsule.
文摘In order to clarify the possible relationship between the changes of behavior/personality and metabolic changes of 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) in Antarctic expedition members, plasma tryptophan (Trp) and urinary 5 hydroxy 3 indoleacetic acid (5 HIAA) were studied for 24 winter over and 19 summer over members of the 8th and 11th CHINARE respectively. Results showed that plasma Trp decreased significantly after residing 1 ̄3 months at Great Wall Station and did not recover on returning back to Beijing from Antarctica by two weeks travelling. Urinary 5 HIAA increased significantly after residing 6 months at Great Wall Station, and recovered on returning back to Beijing from Antarctica in the winter over members. The decrease of plasma Trp may be related to the decline of brain 5 HT which might play a role in the changes of behavior/personality . Increase of urinary 5 HIAA might reflect metabolic changes of 5 HT as a whole, but cold weather involving in the release response of platelet should be considered. Therefore, supplement of related food rich in Trp or intervention of L Trp might be valuable.
文摘Resting cells of Nocardia sp.were used to convert a series of unsaturated long-chain fatty acids to 10-hvdroxy fatty acids.Structures of all metabolites were suggested by 1Hnuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrum.The results showed that the hydroxylation sterospecificity happened at the cis-9 double bond with other position unaffected.

文摘Self-vulcanizing blends of phenol hydroxy silicone rubber (PHSR) and fluoroelastomer (FPM) were prepared. Vulcanized rubbers with lower glass transition temperature (T(g)) were successfully obtained. The results of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) show that the vulcanized FPM/PHSR (10 phr) blend has only one T(g) temperature, demonstrating the well compatibility between FPM and PHSR. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) demonstrates that the PHSR do little damage to the thermal stability of FPM. The vulcanization characteristics of the FPM/PHSR blends were analyzed by using oscillating disc rheometer (ODR). The results show that FPM/PHSR blends have smaller S(min) values and longer scorch time than that of FPM with the same level of bisphenol AF curing agent. It means that FPM/PHSR blends have better processability and curing security. Better mechanical properties can be gained for FPM/PHSR blends at appropriate level of PHSR.

文摘The ternary interaction of 1, 5 bis(2 hydroxy 5 chlorphenyl) 3 cyanoformazan (HCPCF) with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and rare earths (RE: Yb, Dy, Er and Eu) was investigated at pH 9.84 by the microsurface adsorption spectral correction technique (MSASC). The aggregation of HCPCF on CTAB obeys the Langmuir isothermal adsorption and the interaction of RE with the HCPCF CTAB aggregate was first found to accord with the monolayer binding. The effects of temperature and ionic strength of solution on the aggregations were made. The binary aggregate and the ternary complex were characterized.
文摘The present paper covers the reversed phase HPLC separation and determination of fourteen derivatized amino acids with a new reagent N hydroxy succinimidyl 3 indolylacetate(SIIA). The derivatives of the amino acids were eluted by a mobile phase of methanol water containing 10 mmol/L H 3cit Na 2HPO 4 buffer of pH 3 5 and 1 2 mmol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide on an ODS column. The detection limits were pmol level or so, respectively, when a signal to noise ratio was 3. The method was applied to the determination of amino acids in tea sample with satisfactory results.

文摘Starch grafted poly-hydroxy alkyl-acid esters were prepared via graft polymerization.Different characteristics of grafted starches were tested such as viscosity,viscosity stability,adhesion as well as properties of sized yarns.Sizing performance was analyzed from the aspect of physical and chemical reactions between polymer molecules.It shows that starch grafted poly-hydroxy alkyl-acid esters have excellent sizing performance and could absolutely be used as sizes for polyester-cotton yarns.
文摘Ultrasonic and microwave-assisted practical methods have been developed for the O-alkylation of aryl (β-naphthols) and Heteroaryl (hydroxy pyridines) in aqueous surfactant media in good to excellent yields. The developed methods are simple, efficient, economical and environmentally safe. Our novel methods describe a set of green methods to Wil-liamson synthesis.
