The solubility of zinc oxide in sodium hydroxide solution was measured in a closed polytetrafluoroethylene vessel from 25 to 100 ℃. The ZnO solubility was determined by employing the method of isothermal solution saturation. The results show that only ZnO solid exists in the equilibrium state in the low concentration alkali regions, and the solubility of zinc oxide is almost invariable with temperature. With the increase of alkali concentration, equilibrium solid turns from ZnO to NaZn(OH)3 suddenly, this mutation is called invariant point. The alkali concentration of the invariant points increases with increasing temperature, but the solubility of NaZn(OH)3 decreases with increasing alkali concentration at the same temperature. At the same Na2O concentration, the higher the temperature is, the higher the solubility of NaZn(OH)3 is. 展开更多

The adsorbing effect of calcined layered double hydroxide (CLDH) for chloride ions in simulated concrete pore (SCP) solutions was investigated with the potentiodynamic polarization method, impedance measurement, ion selective electrode analysis and XRD. CLDH could effectively adsorb Cl^- and increase pH value in SCP solutions containing NaCl. The chloride to hydroxyl ions ratio ([C1^-]/[OH^-]) of the solution greatly decreased by CLDH treatment. In CLDH treated SCP solution with CI-, the pitting potential of carbon steel notably increased, and the surface impedance was much higher, indicating strengthened passivation. The process of CLDH adsorbing chloride ions from SCP solutions was accompanied with the reconstruction of the layered structure. 展开更多

The corundum(α-alumina) core has been considered as a suitable candidate for investment casting of hollow, high pressure turbine engine airfoils due to its excellent properties. However, the efficiency of removing alumina cores in concentrated caustic solution cannot meet the needs of industrial production. In this paper, the effects of temperature and initial solution concentration on dissolution of α-alumina were studied by the classical weight-loss method. The fractal kinetic model was developed in order to describe α-alumina dissolution, assuming that the nonporous particles shrank during reaction process. The results show that the dissolution rate increases with increasing reaction temperature and initial solution concentration. Especially, the initial solution concentration has a significant influence on α-alumina dissolution rate at a higher reaction temperature. The activation energies decrease with increasing initial solution concentration, and the chemical reaction is the rate-controlling step. 展开更多

Silicon bulk etching is an important part of micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS) technology. In this work, a novel etching method is proposed based on the vapor from tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH) solution heated up to boiling point. The monocrystalline silicon wafer is positioned over the solution surface and can be anisotropically etched by the produced vapor. This etching method does not rely on the expensive vacuum equipment used in dry etching. Meanwhile, it presents several advantages like low roughness, high etching rate and high uniformity compared with the conventional wet etching methods. The etching rate and roughness can reach 2.13 μm/min and 1.02 nm, respectively. Furthermore,the diaphragm structure and Al-based pattern on the non-etched side of wafer can maintain intact without any damage during the back-cavity fabrication. Finally, an etching mechanism has been proposed to illustrate the observed experimental phenomenon. It is suggested that there is a water thin film on the etched surface during the solution evaporation. It is in this water layer that the ionization and etching reaction of TMAH proceed, facilitating the desorption of hydrogen bubble and the enhancement of molecular exchange rate. This new etching method is of great significance in the low-cost and high-quality micro-electromechanical system industrial fabrication. 展开更多

This paper presents a study on CO<sub>2</sub> atmospheric transformation which was reacted directly with lithium hydroxide solution and metallic lithium. This solution was obtained through the reaction between metallic lithium and deionized water where hydrogen is produced and by exposing the metal at ambient conditions. In the transformation process, atmospheric CO<sub>2</sub> gas reacts directly with LiOH solution, in both cases, the CO<sub>2</sub> transformation kinetics was different. For this purpose, reactions between CO<sub>2</sub> and LiOH solution were carried out under controlled temperature and the second process only with metallic lithium, which was exposed at room temperature, however, in these two processes lithium carbonate oxide was formed and identified. According to the results, the efficiency in CO<sub>2</sub> transformation is a function of temperature value which was variable until completely obtaining the by-product, its XRD characterization indicated the formation only of Li<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> in both procedures. Under laboratory conditions lithium compounds selectively reacted with CO<sub>2</sub>. In the same way, there is an alternative procedure to obtain LiOH and Li<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> for different applications in various areas. 展开更多

目的分析皮肤浅部真菌患者氢氧化钾溶液(KOH)镜检结果及细胞免疫相关指标对真菌感染和定植的鉴别价值。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月医院收治的皮肤浅表真菌感染患者135例作为研究对象,取所有研究对象待检样本,行KOH镜检,分析KOH对各样... 目的分析皮肤浅部真菌患者氢氧化钾溶液(KOH)镜检结果及细胞免疫相关指标对真菌感染和定植的鉴别价值。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月医院收治的皮肤浅表真菌感染患者135例作为研究对象,取所有研究对象待检样本,行KOH镜检,分析KOH对各样本的阳性检出情况。使用美国BectonDickinso公司流式细胞仪检测细胞免疫相关指标CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平,并计算CD4+/CD8+比值,分析细胞免疫相关指标CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值对细胞感染、定植的鉴别价值。进一步采用ROC曲线分析细胞免疫相关指标CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值对细菌感染和定植的鉴别价值。结果 135例样本中KOH镜检显示105例阳性,阳性检出率为77.78%(105/135)。其中体癣样本阳性检出率为85.71%(24/28),足癣样本阳性检出率为79.17%(19/24),甲癣样本阳性检出率为81.48%(22/27),花斑糠疹样本阳性检出率为65.52%(19/29),头癣样本阳性检出率为77.78%(21/27)。与真菌定植组相比,真菌感染组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+降低,CD8+升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+单独鉴别相比,4项联合对皮肤浅表细菌感染和定植的鉴别价值最为理想(P<0.05)。结论 KOH镜检对皮肤浅部真菌的阳性检出率高于60%,且CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+在真菌感染中降低,CD8+在真菌感染中升高,可用于真菌感染和定植的鉴别。 展开更多

微波加热浓缩KOH溶液的响应曲面法优化

采用响应面法对微波加热浓缩KOH溶液的新工艺过程进行优化。选取微波功率、加热浓缩时间、物料量为自变量,KOH溶液浓缩为响应值,研究各因素及其交互作用对KOH溶液浓度的影响。利用中心组合设计原理进行三因素五水平的试验设计,并作响应... 采用响应面法对微波加热浓缩KOH溶液的新工艺过程进行优化。选取微波功率、加热浓缩时间、物料量为自变量,KOH溶液浓缩为响应值,研究各因素及其交互作用对KOH溶液浓度的影响。利用中心组合设计原理进行三因素五水平的试验设计,并作响应面分析,建立二次回归模型。结果表明,曲面回归方程拟合性好,微波加热浓缩KOH溶液的最佳工艺参数为微波功率734 W,加热浓缩时间为45min,物料量为960mL。在此条件下进行实验,可将质量分数为50%的KOH溶液加热浓缩至71.22%,与理论值70.61%基本吻合。说明应用响应曲面法优化得到微波加热浓缩KOH溶液的工艺条件合理,为工业化应用提供了可行性依据。 展开更多

目的对传统KOH湿片法进行改良,探讨荧光染色法与改良复方KOH湿片法在皮肤癣菌病涂片镜检中的优势,为临床快速诊断真菌感染和保存示教片提供依据。方法选择2021年8—10月成都市第二人民医院收治的262例疑似皮肤癣菌病患者作为研究对象。... 目的对传统KOH湿片法进行改良,探讨荧光染色法与改良复方KOH湿片法在皮肤癣菌病涂片镜检中的优势,为临床快速诊断真菌感染和保存示教片提供依据。方法选择2021年8—10月成都市第二人民医院收治的262例疑似皮肤癣菌病患者作为研究对象。所有患者于同一患处采样,将每份样本平均分成两份,分别进行改良复方KOH湿片法与荧光染色法真菌涂片检查,记录并比较两种方法的阳性率、制片时间、阅片时间及室温下不同放置时间的阳性保持率。结果共采集标本262份,采用荧光染色法的体癣阳性率和总阳性率均明显高于改良复方KOH湿片法(体藓阳性率:11.63%比4.65%,总阳性率:17.94%比10.31%,均P<0.05),采用两种方法的甲癣和头癣阳性率比较差异均无统计学意义。采用荧光染色法获得的阳性标本于室温条件下放置3 h和5 h的阳性保持率均明显高于改良复方KOH湿片法(3 h:93.59%比77.78%,5 h:87.23%比66.67%,均P<0.05)。采用荧光染色法的制片时间和阅片时间均明显少于改良复方KOH法〔制片时间(s):11.88±4.38比23.78±7.02,阅片时间(s):54.80±19.73比73.97±34.13,均P<0.05〕。结论荧光染色法检测皮肤癣菌病的总阳性率、中长时段阳性保持率、制片和阅片时间均优于改良复方KOH法,可将两种方法结合应用,以获得更好的检测效果。 展开更多

Oxalic acid was used for the removal of iron from the intermediates of ilmenite leached by KOH liquor. Various parameters, such as pH, temperature, initial oxalate concentration, and illumination were investigated. Meanwhile, it was found that orthorhombic crystal Ti2O2(OH)2(C2O4)-H2O formed as the leaching proceeded. Scanning electronic microscope (SEM) images implied that the formation of Ti2O2(OH)2(C2O4).H2O with good crystallinity proceeded through three stages. Calcining Ti2O2(OH)2(C2O4)·H2O, anatase (350℃) or mtile (550℃) type TiO2 was obtained, respectively. Element analysis found that the calcined product contained 94.9% TiO2 and 2.5% iron oxide, but only about 1600 ppm dissolvable iron oxide was left, which indicates that oxalic acid was comparatively effective on iron oxide removal from the intermediates. Finally, an improved route was proposed for the upgrading of ilmenite into mtile. 展开更多

Based on the population balance equation in a batch crystallizer characteristic of seeded precipitation, a model to calculate the rate of apparent crystal growth of aluminum hydroxide from the size distribution was deve- loped. The simulation results indicate that the rate of apparent crystal growth during seeded precipitation exhibits a manifest dependence on the crystal size. In general, there is an obvious increase in the apparent crystal growth rate with the augment in crystal size. The apparent activation energy increases with the increase of characteristic crystal size, which indicates that the growth of small crystals is controlled by surface chemical reaction; it is gradually controlled by both the surface reaction and diffusion with the augment in crystal size. 展开更多
