As the power system transitions to a new green and low-carbon paradigm,the penetration of renewable energy in China’s power system is gradually increasing.However,the variability and uncertainty of renewable energy output limit its profitability in the electricity market and hinder its market-based integration.This paper first constructs a wind-solar-thermalmulti-energy complementary system,analyzes its external game relationships,and develops a bi-level market optimization model.Then,it considers the contribution levels of internal participants to establish a comprehensive internal distribution evaluation index system.Finally,simulation studies using the IEEE 30-bus system demonstrate that the multi-energy complementary system stabilizes nodal outputs,enhances the profitability of market participants,and promotes the market-based integration of renewable energy. 展开更多

Urban energy systems(UESs)play a pivotal role in the consumption of clean energy and the promotion of energy cascade utilization.In the context of the construction and operation strategy of UESs with multiple complementary energy resources,a comprehensive assessment of the energy efficiency is of paramount importance.First,a multi-dimensional evaluation system with four primary indexes of energy utilization,environmental protection,system operation,and economic efficiency and 21 secondary indexes is constructed to comprehensively portray the UES.Considering that the evaluation system may contain a large number of indexes and that there is overlapping information among them,an energy efficiency evaluation method based on data processing,dimensionality reduction,integration of combined weights,and gray correlation analysis is proposed.This method can effectively reduce the number of calculations and improve the accuracy of energy efficiency assessments.Third,a demonstration project for a UES in China is presented.The energy efficiency of each scenario is assessed using six operational scenarios.The results show that Scenario 5,in which parks operate independently and investors build shared energy-storage equipment,has the best results and is best suited for green and low-carbon development.The results of the comparative assessment methods show that the proposed method provides a good energy efficiency assessment.This study provides a reference for the optimal planning,construction,and operation of UESs with multiple energy sources. 展开更多

A New Compact Omni-Directional Quasi-Self-Complementary Antenna for Wireless Communication Systems

This article describes a new miniaturized omni-directional antenna with quasi-self-complementary structure for wireless communication applications. A novel ground structure composed of five rectangular plates is proposed to enhance the impedance bandwidth and reduce the antenna size. The proposed antenna is comprised of two patches surrounded by the ground structure. Two metal patches of the antenna are located on two opposite sides of the dielectric substrate. The feed patch is used to excite the radiation patch. This unique design is realized by properly choosing the suitable feed patch shape, selecting similar slot shape on the radiation patch, and tuning their dimensions. The proposed antenna with an extremely small size of 6 mm × 9 mm has an operating impedance bandwidth ranging from 4.5 to 6.1 GHz for S<sub>11</sub> < -10 dB, which also covers the two IEEE 802.11a wireless local area network bands (5.15 - 5.35 GHz and 5.725 - 5.825 GHz). In addition to be very small in size, the antenna exhibits omni-directional radiation patterns in the entire operating bandwidth and low cross polarization. The distortionless time domain performance of the antenna is confirmed by investigation of the phase response and group delay. The obtained results in both frequency and time domain show that the proposed antenna is suitable for use in wireless communication systems. 展开更多

The problem of the stability analysis and controller design which the network-induced delays and data dropout problems network-induced delays are assumed to be time-varying and bounded, for Lurie networked control systems (NCSs) is investigated, in are simultaneously considered. By considering that the and analyzing the relationship between the delay and its upper bound, employing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii function and an integral inequality approach, an improved stability criterion for NCSs is proposed. Furthermore, the resulting condition is extended to design a less conservative state feedback controller by employing an improved cone complementary linearization (ICCL) algorithm. Due to the intermittency and instability of Wind-Solar energy and easy compensation of hydropower, this study proposes a Wind-Solar-Hydro power optimal scheduling model. This model is aimed at maximizing the total system power generation and the minimum ten-day joint output. To effectively optimize the multi-objective model, a new algorithm named non-dominated sorting culture differential evolution algorithm(NSCDE) is proposed. The feasibility of NSCDE was verified through several well-known benchmark problems. It was then applied to the Jinping Wind-Solar-Hydro complementary power generation system. The results demonstrate that NSCDE can provide decision makers a series of optimized scheduling schemes. 展开更多

In this paper, we try to design a Recommender System using association of complementary and similarity among goods and commodities and offer the best goods based on personal needs and interests. We will use ontology that can calculate the degree of complementary, the set of complementary products and the similarity, and then offer them to users. In this paper, we identify two algorithms, CSPAPT and CSPOPT. They have offered better results in comparison with the algorithm of rules;also they don’t have cool start and scalable problems in Recommender Systems. 展开更多

It can realize the complementary and efficient use of different types of energy, which is the basic component of the physical layer of the Energy Internet. In this paper, aiming at the demand of the energy application for towns, a distributed energy system based on multi-energy complementary is constructed. Firstly, the supply condition of the distributed energy for the demonstration project is analyzed, and the architecture of the multi-energy complementary distributed energy system is established. Then the regulation strategy of the multi-energy complementary distributed energy system is proposed. Finally, an overall system scheme for the multi-energy complementary distributed energy system suitable for towns is developed, which provides a solid foundation for the development and promotion of the multi-energy complementary distributed energy system. 展开更多

随着大规模风光电站接入,风光能源出力预测精度不足影响了电网的安全稳定运行。为解决此类问题,提出基于备用流量的水风光多能互补系统优化调度方法。首先,根据水电站的可用水量按比例设置备用流量,然后以发电量最大和余留负荷方差最小... 随着大规模风光电站接入,风光能源出力预测精度不足影响了电网的安全稳定运行。为解决此类问题,提出基于备用流量的水风光多能互补系统优化调度方法。首先,根据水电站的可用水量按比例设置备用流量,然后以发电量最大和余留负荷方差最小为目标建立基于备用流量的水风光多能互补优化调度模型,利用备用流量应对风光高发和低发的影响,最后对雅砻江下游梯级水电站及接入的风光电站进行实例研究。结果表明:相对于不设置备用流量,设置了备用流量的多能互补系统在典型丰水月(6月份)和典型枯水月(12月份)的发电量分别增加0.08%和1.97%,而余留负荷方差下降均超过40%;设置备用流量能够在保证发电效益的基础上减轻电力系统的供需平衡压力,保障电力系统安全稳定运行。该调度方法的有效性和实用性得到了验证,可供类似水电站参考。 展开更多

为探究在大规模风电、光伏(简称风光)并网背景下混合式抽水蓄能电站对风光的长周期互补调节能力,以风-光-混蓄联合运行所消纳的风光发电量最大为目的,构建了一种以风-光-混蓄系统剩余负荷方差最小为目标的风-光-混蓄长周期互补发电优化... 为探究在大规模风电、光伏(简称风光)并网背景下混合式抽水蓄能电站对风光的长周期互补调节能力,以风-光-混蓄联合运行所消纳的风光发电量最大为目的,构建了一种以风-光-混蓄系统剩余负荷方差最小为目标的风-光-混蓄长周期互补发电优化调度模型,并采用逐步优化算法进行求解。算例计算结果表明,与未加装可逆式机组前的风-光-水系统相比,风-光-混蓄系统的风光消纳率期望值提高了8.56%,剩余负荷方差的期望值减小了99.38%,混合式抽水蓄能电站能更好地发挥其风光调节能力,能在满足追踪电网负荷需求的同时提高风光发电的消纳率和风-光-混蓄系统的发电量。 展开更多

基于改进的PSO风光互补公路隧道配置优化

公路隧道里程的快速增加也标志着运营成本的逐渐上升,高昂的公路隧道电力运营成本问题急需解决。为了降低公路隧道电力运营成本,实现节能减排。在“双碳”背景下,从优化能源结构的角度思考,探究可再生能源供电系统在公路隧道上的应用前... 公路隧道里程的快速增加也标志着运营成本的逐渐上升,高昂的公路隧道电力运营成本问题急需解决。为了降低公路隧道电力运营成本,实现节能减排。在“双碳”背景下,从优化能源结构的角度思考,探究可再生能源供电系统在公路隧道上的应用前景,建立一个风、光、储互补发电系统。以一条498 m长的公路隧道负荷为算例,利用基于改进的粒子群算法(particle swarm optimization,PSO),以全生命周期的设备建设成本和维护成本最低为目标,以缺电负荷率、储能容量为约束,针对风光储互补系统进行寻优。结果表明:经改进的离散型自适应粒子群算法在第20次迭代后得到了最优解,标准粒子群算法在近第300次迭代得到最优解,离散型自适应粒子群算法寻优能力更强;改进后的离散型自适应粒子群算法对比标准的粒子群算法,寻优结果的风、光、储的设备投资使用成本降低了57.83万元,约17.37%。对比算例隧道一年的用电成本51.50万元,风、光、储互补系统的全生命周期成本为332.88万元,投资成本将在7 a的时间内收回,该风光互补系统的投资回报率是10.47%。在设备20 a的使用寿命内,风光储互补发电系统将节省697.12万元的用电费用。 展开更多

为提升传统水电的调节能力,扩大新能源的接入规模,可对常规水电站进行改造并增建泵站,以实现蓄能与发电的双重功能。构建基于卧式抽蓄的水电融合改造及风光水储多能互补系统,有助于实现对电网的调峰填谷,提高电网对新能源的消纳能力,保... 为提升传统水电的调节能力,扩大新能源的接入规模,可对常规水电站进行改造并增建泵站,以实现蓄能与发电的双重功能。构建基于卧式抽蓄的水电融合改造及风光水储多能互补系统,有助于实现对电网的调峰填谷,提高电网对新能源的消纳能力,保证风光等清洁能源进一步提质增效。通过对风电、光伏、水电和卧式抽蓄等发电子系统建立数学模型,设立目标函数与约束条件,利用优化算法对模型进行求解,得到风光互补出力与径流水电、垃圾发电和负荷特性规律,最后引入综合电费率计算互补基地的经济效益。分析结果显示,对第二级水电改造为卧式抽蓄后,丰水年的最优容量配置结果为风电645 MW、光伏1081 MW,互补基地的功率偏差减小至0.5320 MW/h,电力供应总成本降低至4.3621亿元,电网2相连时电费率降低至0.0284元/(kW·h),经济效益大幅提高。基于卧式抽蓄建立的多能互补容量配置优化模型,可进一步提高对能源的利用效率,充分发挥风光水储等资源的互补优势,提高系统的经济性和稳定性。 展开更多
