Influence of alternating magnetic field on corrosion and microstructure of 2205 duplex stainless steel welded joints

An alternating magnetic field(AMF)was introduced into the narrow gap laser-arc hybrid welding process for 2205 duplex stainless steel thick plates.The corrosion performance of the welded joints was evaluated through electrochemical studies.The results revealed that joints welded with the application of AMF had a lower corrosion current density compared to those welded without an external AMF.Additionally,these joints showed higher pitting potential and polarization resistance.Microscopic electrochemical analysis indicated that joints subjected to AMF exhibited minimal cathodic current in simulated seawater,with only slight fluctuations in the anodic current peak.Overall,the corrosion levels on the joint surfaces were relatively low.After 4 h of immersion in the corrosive medium,the average impedance of joints exposed to AMF increased by 60.7%compared to those not influenced by a magnetic field.These findings suggest that applying AMF during the narrow gap laser-arc hybrid welding process can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steel welded joints,reducing their susceptibility to stress corrosion in seawater-like environments. 展开更多

Divergence of gene expression and alter native splicing is a crucial driving force in the evolution of species;to date, however the molecular mechanism remains unclear. Hybrids of closely related species provide a suitable model to analyze allele-specific expressi on (ASE) and allele-specific alter native splicing (ASS). Analysis of ASE and ASS can uncover the differences in cis-regulatory elements between closely related species, while eliminating interferenee of trans-regulatory elements. Here, we provide a detailed characterization of ASE and ASS from 19 and 10 transcriptome datasets across five tissues from reciprocal-cross hybrids of horsex don key (mule/hi nny) and cattlexyak (dzo), respectively. Results showed that 4.8%-8.7% and 10.8%-16.7% of genes exhibited ASE and ASS, respectively. Notably, IncRNAs and pseudogenes were more likely to show ASE than protein-coding genes. In addition, genes showing ASE and ASS in mule/hinny were found to be involved in the regulation of muscle strength, whereas those of dzo were involved in high-altitude adaptati on. In this study, multi-information including spectrum, high-speed photograph and electrical signal was adopted to explore the coupling mechanism of alternate burning in laser-twin-arc welding process. Laser provides a conductive, stable plasma channel for arcs. Plasma radiation strengthened especially in the center of the arc after hybrid. High temperature plasma erupting from keyhole provides an upward reacting force which can prevent droplet from transfer. The charged particles consisted in high temperature plasma reduce the voltage that maintains arc ignition or burning. The results show that laser can influence the arc shape, prevent droplet transfer, reduce resistivity and stabilize arcs. 展开更多

Interconnection planning involving bi-directional converters(BdCs)is crucial for enhancing the reliability and robustness of hybrid alternating current(AC)/direct current(DC)microgrid clusters with high penetrations of renewable energy resources(RESs).However,challenges such as the non-convex nature of BdC efficiency and renewable energy uncertainty complicate the planning process.To address these issues,this paper proposes a tri-level BdC-based planning framework that incorporates dynamic BdC efficiency and a data-correlated uncertainty set(DcUS)derived from historical data patterns.The proposed framework employs a least-squares approximation to linearize BdC efficiency and constructs the DcUS to balance computational efficiency and solution robustness.Additionally,a fully parallel column and constraint generation algorithm is developed to solve the model efficiently.Numerical simulations on a practical hybrid AC/DC microgrid system demonstrate that the proposed method reduces interconnection costs by up to 21.8%compared to conventional uncertainty sets while ensuring robust operation under all considered scenarios.These results highlight the computational efficiency,robustness,and practicality of the proposed approach,making it a promising solution for modern power systems. 展开更多

以干支通多层航空运输网络为研究对象,进行符合其运行的建模,以构建分层需求多层级枢纽选址模型并求解为目标;通过需求层区分不同类别的需求,以包括运输成本、枢纽建设固定成本、航线连接固定成本在内的总成本最小为目标,构建了允许非... 以干支通多层航空运输网络为研究对象,进行符合其运行的建模,以构建分层需求多层级枢纽选址模型并求解为目标;通过需求层区分不同类别的需求,以包括运输成本、枢纽建设固定成本、航线连接固定成本在内的总成本最小为目标,构建了允许非枢纽直接连接和普通枢纽直接连接的r分配多层级枢纽选址模型;根据航空网络的拓扑结构特点,结合变邻域搜索(VNS)算法和遗传算法(GA)的优势,设计了基于交替机制的VNS-GA混合启发式算法,通过变邻域搜索优化枢纽选择和需求点分配,利用遗传算法优化直接连接关系;针对CAB、AP两个经典数据集和中国长三角区域机场数据进行建模求解,对比现有模型和分层需求模型,验证了算法有效性,并分析了参数灵敏度。研究结果表明:在15个点的小规模案例中,分层需求模型降低了9.23%的总成本;在25个点的小规模案例中,交替式VNS-GA算法在多种参数配置下与最优解差距均不超过2.56%,且平均求解时间仅为商业求解软件的10.78%;在100个点的中大规模案例中,灵敏度分析表明,分层权重系数的设置对优化结果影响最大,r分配策略能够降低总成本但存在明显的边际效益递减;在长三角区域半实例试验中,模型能够在增加50条直连航线的同时实现成本降低2.75%,验证了模型在干支通多层航空运输网络优化的可行性和效果。 展开更多

光储直柔低碳供冷系统是建筑部门低碳转型的重要实践。本研究面向存量建筑低碳化改造需求,突破光储直柔既有研究聚焦于新建建筑与小功率设备应用的局限性,构建了“产消储调”协同的新型低碳供冷系统,并对某既有公共建筑开展了供冷系统... 光储直柔低碳供冷系统是建筑部门低碳转型的重要实践。本研究面向存量建筑低碳化改造需求,突破光储直柔既有研究聚焦于新建建筑与小功率设备应用的局限性,构建了“产消储调”协同的新型低碳供冷系统,并对某既有公共建筑开展了供冷系统低碳更新工程实践。研究结果显示,光储直柔低碳供冷系统的运行能效比达到4.5,单位制冷量成本为0.126元/(kW·h),运行碳排放强度为0.443 kg/(kW·h),相较于市政电网的碳排放强度降低了31%。进一步分析表明,柔性双向变换器和变压器的实际运行负载率偏低,未来的研究需基于可再生电力消纳情况进一步优化关键变换器的容量配置,以避免设计冗余,提高系统的经济性。 展开更多

Limited adoption of solar energy in the Northwestern region of Russia is associated with insufficient data on annual solar radiation indicators and on the potential of solar collectors for water heating.The study aims to evaluate the potential of solar water heating for domestic use in Northwestern Russia,using Tyumen city as the case.In this region,the number of cloudy days ranges from 5% to 50%,with cloud cover increasing in winter.New data on the total solar radiation,availability duration,and cloud cover have been collected.Solar irradiance could reach 900 MJ/m^(2) during summer months,while decreasing to 50–150 MJ/m^(2) significantly in winter.Notably,the solar radiation demonstrates predictable and stable characteristics between the hours of 9 a.m.and 3 p.m.Consequently,the heating system is equipped with a gas-supplied boiler as the primary heat source,with the solar collector being the secondary clean energy source to meet the demand of a residential house.A is designed to compensate for the heat losses in the evening and at night.The results of unmatching energy demand and production highlight the need for a water tank for energy storage to facilitate a wider use of solar power.The peak thermal energy requirement for domestic hot water(DHW)occurs in January,amounting to 6046.8 MJ.In summer,from May to August,the thermal energy produced by solar collectors is not utilized due to the lack of heating load.The annual data indicate that the solar collectors contribute approximately 14%of the total heat required for DHW. 展开更多

钢纤维混凝土在基础设施建设中发挥了重要作用,但存在纤维易锈蚀、造价成本高、自重大等问题。混杂纤维混凝土通过多种纤维相互取长补短,形成结构致密的均匀整体,可改善单掺纤维增强、增韧效果不足的问题,应用前景广阔。文章研究了钢纤... 钢纤维混凝土在基础设施建设中发挥了重要作用,但存在纤维易锈蚀、造价成本高、自重大等问题。混杂纤维混凝土通过多种纤维相互取长补短,形成结构致密的均匀整体,可改善单掺纤维增强、增韧效果不足的问题,应用前景广阔。文章研究了钢纤维聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土分别在硫酸钠、淡水两种介质和干湿交替、全浸泡侵蚀机制下的强度劣化过程。结果表明:试件在侵蚀第4个月时强度达到峰值并出现劣化拐点;硫酸钠干湿交替作用工况最为不利,随侵蚀龄期增长表面由“结晶盐”变为“盐皮”,并伴随侵蚀孔洞和微裂纹产生;按钢纤维∶聚丙烯纤维=8∶6混杂时混凝土的抗侵蚀性能最优。回归分析表明强度劣化影响因素排序为:基体强度>钢纤维掺量>侵蚀龄期>聚丙烯纤维掺量。基于试验建立了硫酸钠干湿交替环境下强度劣化预测模型,可为海水(苦咸水或盐水)干湿交替环境下该类混凝土的结构安全评估、寿命预测及耐久性设计提供依据。 展开更多

Hybrid precoding and combining have been considered as a promising technology, which can provide a compromise between hardware complexity and system performance in millimeter wave multiple-input multiple-output systems. However, most existing hybrid precoder and combiner designs generally assume that infinite resolution phase shifters(PSs) are used to produce the analog beamformers. In a practical scene, the design with accurate PSs can lead to high hardware cost and power consumption. In this paper, we investigate the hybrid precoder and combiner design with finite resolution PSs in millimeter wave systems. We employ alternate optimization as the main strategy to jointly design analog precoder and combiner. In addition, we propose a low complexity algorithm, where the analog beamformers are implemented only by finite resolution PSs to maximize spectral efficiency. Then, the digital precoder and combiner are designed based on the obtained analog beamformers to improve the spectral efficiency. Finally, simulation results and mathematical analysis show that the proposed algorithm with low-resolution PSs can achieve near-optimal performance and have low complexity. 展开更多

Integrated sensing and communication(ISAC) is considered an effective technique to solve spectrum congestion in the future. In this paper, we consider a hybrid reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)-assisted downlink ISAC system that simultaneously serves multiple single-antenna communication users and senses multiple targets. Hybrid RIS differs from fully passive RIS in that it is composed of both active and passive elements, with the active elements having the effect of amplifying the signal in addition to phase-shifting. We maximize the achievable sum rate of communication users by collaboratively improving the beamforming matrix at the dual function base station(DFBS) and the phase-shifting matrix of the hybrid RIS, subject to the transmit power constraint at the DFBS, the signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio(SINR) constraint of the radar echo signal and the RIS constraint are satisfied at the same time. The builtin RIS-assisted ISAC design problem model is significantly non-convex due to the fractional objective function of this optimization problem and the coupling of the optimization variables in the objective function and constraints. As a result, we provide an effective alternating optimization approach based on fractional programming(FP) with block coordinate descent(BCD)to solve the optimization variables. Results from simulations show that the hybrid RIS-assisted ISAC system outperforms the other benchmark solutions. 展开更多

A hybrid Cartesian structured grid method is proposed for solving moving boundary unsteady problems. The near body region is discretized by using the body-fitted structured grids, while the remaining computational domain is tessellated with the generated Cartesian grids. As the body moves, the structured grids move with the body and the outer boundaries of inside grids are used to generate new holes in the outside adaptive Cartesian grid to facilitate data communication. By using the alternating digital tree (ADT) algorithm, the computational time of hole-cutting and identification of donor cells can be reduced significantly. A compressible solver for unsteady flow problems is developed. A cell-centered, second-order accurate finite volume method is employed in spatial discreti- zation and an implicit dual-time stepping low-upper symmetric Gauss-Seidei (LU-SGS) approach is employed in temporal discretization. Geometry-based adaptation is used during unsteady simulation time steps when boundary moves and the flow solution is interpolated from the old Cartesian grids to the new one with inverse distance weigh- ting interpolation formula. Both laminar and turbulent unsteady cases are tested to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method. Then, a 2-D store separation problem is simulated. The result shows that the hybrid Cartesian grid method can handle the unsteady flow problems involving large-scale moving boundaries. 展开更多

This research presents a comprehensive review of the different adjustments/con figurations of electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), traction motors for power systems, and wireless speed control of traction drive. Electronic installation of technology can reduce pollution efficiently and effectively. The efficient operation has always been one of the most common investigators’ objectives in the automotive industry and academic areas. There are several renewable energy resources for hybrid vehicles that will replace depleted gasoline worldwide. The purpose of this paper is the development of more efficient pure EVs, HEVs, and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) present both a challenge and a definite solution to current mobility issues. Fuel consumption in cars is a concern due to the harmful effects on the environment. Among other battery sources, fuel cells (FC), super capacitors (SC), and photovoltaic cells are studied for vehicle application. A combination of these renewable energy sources can be used for hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) in the next generation of transportation. With the significant progress of automobile technology, the hybrid electric vehicle has already become the main achievement of transportation electrification due to its excellent fuel-saving performance. 展开更多

含混合型潮流控制器的电力系统稳态潮流计算

混合型潮流控制器(HPFC)与统一潮流控制器(UPFC)相比,不但能实现相同的控制功能,而且成本更低,具有广阔的应用前景.但HPFC装置结构复杂,控制参数难以准确、快速求解,使得校核其容量较为困难.针对上述问题,提出一种适用于电力系统联合潮... 混合型潮流控制器(HPFC)与统一潮流控制器(UPFC)相比,不但能实现相同的控制功能,而且成本更低,具有广阔的应用前景.但HPFC装置结构复杂,控制参数难以准确、快速求解,使得校核其容量较为困难.针对上述问题,提出一种适用于电力系统联合潮流计算的HPFC稳态数学模型.首先,建立带有附加节点的HPFC等效模型,结合叠加原理得到HPFC的功率注入模型.然后,在HPFC中划分一个等效电压源,依据控制目标计算等效电压源电压,根据相关电压配置规则计算其控制参数.最后,借助数据交换接口实现软件MATLAB与PSD-BPA的数据交互,求解含HPFC大电网潮流控制计算.仿真算例验证了本文模型和所提计算方法的准确性和有效性. 展开更多

为实现交直流混联配电网的高效运行,提出一种考虑智能软开关的交直流混联配电网分布式优化方法。首先,对交直流混联配电网进行合理分区,并以不同分区内网损最小、智能软开关损耗最小及分布式电源有功功率削减量最小为目标,并建立各个分... 为实现交直流混联配电网的高效运行,提出一种考虑智能软开关的交直流混联配电网分布式优化方法。首先,对交直流混联配电网进行合理分区,并以不同分区内网损最小、智能软开关损耗最小及分布式电源有功功率削减量最小为目标,并建立各个分区的子优化模型。然后,已优化集群向待优化集群传递部分边界信息,采用改进的交替方向乘子法协调求解各个区域的子模型,经过迭代计算后得到最优解,实现交直流混联配电网区间解耦和各分区分布式优化。最后,采用改进的IEEE123节点算例分析验证模型的有效性和可行性,结果表明,所提方法提高了交直流混联配电网运行经济性,降低了配电网损耗及缓解电压越限问题。 展开更多
