Objective: to explore the application and effect of humanized nursing mode during pediatric surgical nursing. Methods: all the analysis objects in the research stage came from our hospital, that is, 60 children admitted by pediatric surgery from June 2020 to June 2021. In order to further analyze the use and effect of nursing methods in the subject, this experiment mainly focused on comparative research. Therefore, for the fairness of grouping, the odd number was assigned to the control group and used conventional methods, and the double number was assigned to the study group and used humanized nursing methods. Different nursing methods will inevitably produce different effects. Therefore, this study makes detailed statistics on the relevant results, strengthens its analysis, makes statistics on whether there are complications after the children receive nursing, and makes statistics on whether the children's family members are satisfied with the nursing. The data collected was compared. Results: after a comprehensive discussion of the study results, the following results were obtained: The incidence of complications in the study group was 2 cases (6.67%), and the reference group was 6 cases (20.0%). After the above data were recorded and compared, the latter was higher than the former (P < 0.05), indicating that there was significant difference and statistical significance. In the study group, there were 28 cases of children's family members who were satisfied with the nursing, and 23 cases of children's family members in the control group. Compared with the above data, the latter was at a disadvantage compared with the former (P < 0.05). Conclusion: when nursing children in pediatric surgery, the rational use of humanized nursing mode is conducive to reduce or control the occurrence of complications, and obtain the trust and satisfaction of children's family members. It can not only expand the scope of application, but also strengthen the promotion. 展开更多
