Methods: 230 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of our hospital from January 2020 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects. All the subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the odd or even number of physical examination number, with 115 cases in each group. The control group was given routine physical examination service, and the observation group was given humanistic service. A comparative analysis was conducted on the improving effects of the two intervention methods on the service satisfaction and other evaluation indicators of physical examination personnel. Results: the observation group was significantly better than the control group in physical examination time, quality and efficiency, health education, service satisfaction, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Among the 115 patients in the observation group, 65 were very satisfied with the physical examination service, and 57 were satisfied with the physical examination service. The total number of satisfied people was 112, and the total satisfaction rate was 97.39%. Among the 115 patients in the control group, 52 were very satisfied with the physical examination service, and 39 were basically satisfied with the physical examination service. The total number of satisfied people was 91, and the total satisfaction rate was 79.13%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of humanistic nursing services in physical examination nursing work can significantly improve the overall quality of physical examination, which also has key value for better development of physical examination work, and effectively improves the overall satisfaction of physical examination patients.展开更多
