Methods: 80 patients were selected from ICU, and this research activity was carried out with the cooperation of patients. By drawing lots, two groups (experimental group and control group) were randomly established. On the basis of general care, the experimental group was given humanistic care, while the control group was not given humanistic care. The nursing intervention period was 2 months. After the end, relevant data indicators were counted and compared, and the effect of humanistic care was analyzed. Results: The scores of anxiety (SAS), depression (SDS), nursing satisfaction and symptom checklist score between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: patients with severe neurological diseases are more sensitive to their emotions, and the nursing experience during treatment is one of the decisive factors affecting the treatment effect of such patients. Adopting the concept of humanistic care and giving humanized care to patients is of great help to reduce patients' anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, and improve various symptoms of diseases, which can be applied in clinic to help improve the prognosis and speed up the recovery of the disease.展开更多

Methods: a total of 47 nursing students from August 2020 to March 2021 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the time difference of entry into the department (24 in the control group, from August to November 2020;The observation group consisted of 23 students from December 2020 to March 21) and conducted a comparative teaching study. During the teaching period, the control group received routine teaching while the observation group received nursing teaching under the concept of humanistic care. The differences of teaching results and nursing skills of nursing students were counted. Results: (1) teaching results: There was no significant difference in the examination results of nursing students, P > 0.05;The scores of nursing theory, nursing skills, patient needs assessment and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the time of leaving the department, with significant difference (P < 0.05). (2) Mastery of nursing skills: The mastery of nursing cases, nursing assessment and humanistic nursing skills in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of humanistic care concept in clinical nursing teaching of infection department can enable nursing students to effectively master nursing assessment and case analysis skills from the perspective of patients after learning humanistic care concept during the practice period, and the teaching effect is significant.展开更多

Results: in terms of nursing quality, the improvement degree of the quality of life in the observation group was better, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). At the same time, the observation group was better than the control group in humanized nursing attitude, safety protection and environmental layout recognition, and the difference was statistically significant.
