Objective:Interpersonal brain synchronization(IBS)has emerged as a significant concept in understanding collaborative team dynamics,with functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)proving to be a vital tool in its as...Objective:Interpersonal brain synchronization(IBS)has emerged as a significant concept in understanding collaborative team dynamics,with functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)proving to be a vital tool in its assessment.This review aims to collate and analyze the literature on the application of fNIRS in various team settings,emphasizing its potential utility in surgical environments.Methods:A thorough search and screening process across multiple databases resulted in 17 studies being reviewed,with a focus on the utilization of fNIRS to measure IBS in different collaborative tasks.This review examined the tasks employed,participant demographics,organizational structures of teams,methodologies for IBS measurement,and correlations between brain synchronization and behavioral measurements.Results:fNIRS emerged as a non-invasive,cost-effective,and portable tool,predominantly used to assess IBS in pair-based tasks with a variety of participant demographics.Wavelet transform coherence was the primary method used for measuring synchronization,particularly in the prefrontal brain region.A consistent correlation was found between increased brain synchronization and enhanced team performance,underscoring the potential of fNIRS in understanding and optimizing team dynamics.Conclusion:This review establishes fNIRS as a promising tool for investigating the neural mechanisms underlying team cooperation,providing invaluable insights for potential applications in surgical settings.While acknowledging the limitations in the current literature,the review highlights the need for further research with larger sample sizes and varied task complexities to solidify the understanding of IBS and its impact on team performance.The ultimate goal is to leverage fNIRS in assessing and improving surgical team dynamics,contributing to improved patient outcomes and safety.展开更多

The rapid integration of artificial intelligence(AI)into software development,driven by large language models(LLMs),is reshaping the role of programmers from traditional coders into strategic collaborators within Indu...The rapid integration of artificial intelligence(AI)into software development,driven by large language models(LLMs),is reshaping the role of programmers from traditional coders into strategic collaborators within Industry 4.0 ecosystems.This qualitative study employs a hermeneutic phenomenological approach to explore the lived experiences of Information Technology(IT)professionals as they navigate a dynamic technological landscape marked by intelligent automation,shifting professional identities,and emerging ethical concerns.Findings indicate that developers are actively adapting to AI-augmented environments by engaging in continuous upskilling,prompt engineering,interdisciplinary collaboration,and heightened ethical awareness.However,participants also voiced growing concerns about the reliability and security of AI-generated code,noting that these tools can introduce hidden vulnerabilities and reduce critical engagement due to automation bias.Many described instances of flawed logic,insecure patterns,or syntactically correct but contextually inappropriate suggestions,underscoring the need for rigorous human oversight.Additionally,the study reveals anxieties around job displacement and the gradual erosion of fundamental coding skills,particularly in environments where AI tools dominate routine development tasks.These findings highlight an urgent need for educational reforms,industry standards,and organizational policies that prioritize both technical robustness and the preservation of human expertise.As AI becomes increasingly embedded in software engineering workflows,this research offers timely insights into how developers and organizations can responsibly integrate intelligent systems to promote accountability,resilience,and innovation across the software development lifecycle.展开更多

Methods: A total of 200 patients who used intravenous indwelling needles during hospital treatment from July to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 100 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing methods, while those in the observation group were managed using the safety risk management method of the infusion project team. The tube blocking rate and tube removal rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The one-time puncture success rate and the standard implementation rate of intravenous indwelling needle use in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and patient satisfaction in the observation group was notably higher, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of an infusion project team in the safety risk management of indwelling needle use is effective and has positive impacts on improving the one-time puncture success rate, the standard implementation rate of intravenous indwelling needle use, and patient satisfaction. BACKGROUND Postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors are at high risk for poor wound healing and psychological distress,such as anxiety and depression,which can negatively impact recovery and quality of life...BACKGROUND Postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors are at high risk for poor wound healing and psychological distress,such as anxiety and depression,which can negatively impact recovery and quality of life.Multidisciplinary team(MDT)collaborative nursing has emerged as a comprehensive care approach that may address both physical and psychological needs.AIM To explored the impact of MDT collaborative nursing on wound healing and anxiety/depression symptoms in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on 364 patients with gastrointestinal tumours admitted to our hospital between January 2022 and December 2024.Based on differing postoperative nursing approaches,two groups were established:the MDT group(n=196)and the control group(n=168).The control group received conventional nursing interventions,while the MDT group received MDT collaborative nursing.The study compared wound healing outcomes,pre-intervention and one-month post-intervention Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scores,Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G)quality of life scores,and complication rates between the two groups.RESULTS The MDT group demonstrated a Grade A wound healing rate of 88.27%and total treatment compliance of 99.49%,both significantly higher than the control group(75.00%and 95.83%,respectively).The complication incidence rate was 3.06%in the MDT group,lower than the control group(8.93%),with all differences statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of intervention,patients in the MDT group demonstrated lower Anxiety Self-Rating Scale and Depression Self-Rating Scale scores on the HADS scale compared to the control group.Conversely,their scores on the FACT-G scale for physical,social/family,emotional,and functional domains were higher than those in the control group,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION MDT collaborative care promotes wound healing in patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumour surgery,alleviates anxiety and depressive symptoms,enhances treatment adherence and quality of life,and reduces the incidence of complications.展开更多

This study tested a multilevel model of the workplace territorial behaviors and employees’knowledge sharing relationship,with team identification serving as a mediator and task interdependence as a moderator.Data wer...This study tested a multilevel model of the workplace territorial behaviors and employees’knowledge sharing relationship,with team identification serving as a mediator and task interdependence as a moderator.Data were collected from 253 employees(females=128,mean age=28.626,SD=6.470)from 40 work teams from different industries in China.Path analysis results indicated that workplace territorial behaviors were associated with lower employee knowledge sharing.Team identification enhanced employee knowledge sharing and partially mediated the relationship between workplace territorial behaviors and employee knowledge sharing.Task interdependence enhanced knowledge sharing and strengthened the relationship between team identification and knowledge sharing.Thesefindings extend the proposition of social information processing theory by revealing the mediating role of team identification in the relationship between workplace territorial behaviors and knowledge sharing,and clarifying the boundary conditions of team identification.Practical implications of thesefindings include a need for managers to foster collaborative atmospheres,design interdependent tasks,and mitigate territorial behaviors to enhance team identification and knowledge sharing.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors are at high risk for poor wound healing and psychological distress,such as anxiety and depression,which can negatively impact recovery and quality of life.Multidisciplinary team(MDT)collaborative nursing has emerged as a comprehensive care approach that may address both physical and psychological needs.AIM To explored the impact of MDT collaborative nursing on wound healing and anxiety/depression symptoms in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on 364 patients with gastrointestinal tumours admitted to our hospital between January 2022 and December 2024.Based on differing postoperative nursing approaches,two groups were established:the MDT group(n=196)and the control group(n=168).The control group received conventional nursing interventions,while the MDT group received MDT collaborative nursing.The study compared wound healing outcomes,pre-intervention and one-month post-intervention Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scores,Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G)quality of life scores,and complication rates between the two groups.RESULTS The MDT group demonstrated a Grade A wound healing rate of 88.27%and total treatment compliance of 99.49%,both significantly higher than the control group(75.00%and 95.83%,respectively).The complication incidence rate was 3.06%in the MDT group,lower than the control group(8.93%),with all differences statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of intervention,patients in the MDT group demonstrated lower Anxiety Self-Rating Scale and Depression Self-Rating Scale scores on the HADS scale compared to the control group.Conversely,their scores on the FACT-G scale for physical,social/family,emotional,and functional domains were higher than those in the control group,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION MDT collaborative care promotes wound healing in patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumour surgery,alleviates anxiety and depressive symptoms,enhances treatment adherence and quality of life,and reduces the incidence of complications.
文摘This study examined the development of technician teams on large-scale instrument platforms in universities,using the State Key Laboratory of Natural and Biomimetic Drugs in the Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences as a case study.Data were collected through questionnaire surveys and interviews conducted in 2017,followed by a questionnaire survey in 2023,offering both subjective and objective insights.The evolution of the platform’s technician team over the past 5 years was analyzed,highlighting key experiences and identifying ongoing challenges.Recommendations to enhance technician team development include recruiting skilled faculty,clearly defining job responsibilities,and refining the assessment and incentive systems.
文摘Against the backdrop of the high-quality development of vocational education,the construction of“double-qualified”teacher teams has shifted from focusing on quantity growth to emphasizing the improvement of“double-qualified”competencies.How to strengthen the quality-oriented construction of“double-qualified”teacher teams,give full play to the role of“double-qualified”teachers,promote the construction and teaching reform of tourism majors,and enhance the quality of tourism talent cultivation have become key issues faced by higher vocational tourism majors.Taking higher vocational tourism majors as an example,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the construction of tourism-related“double-qualified”teacher teams,puts forward strategies for such construction,and explores the impact of building“double-qualified”teacher teams on the quality of talent cultivation in tourism majors.It aims to provide references for the coordinated improvement of the construction of“double-qualified”teacher teams and the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational tourism majors.
文摘This study tested a multilevel model of the workplace territorial behaviors and employees’knowledge sharing relationship,with team identification serving as a mediator and task interdependence as a moderator.Data were collected from 253 employees(females=128,mean age=28.626,SD=6.470)from 40 work teams from different industries in China.Path analysis results indicated that workplace territorial behaviors were associated with lower employee knowledge sharing.Team identification enhanced employee knowledge sharing and partially mediated the relationship between workplace territorial behaviors and employee knowledge sharing.Task interdependence enhanced knowledge sharing and strengthened the relationship between team identification and knowledge sharing.Thesefindings extend the proposition of social information processing theory by revealing the mediating role of team identification in the relationship between workplace territorial behaviors and knowledge sharing,and clarifying the boundary conditions of team identification.Practical implications of thesefindings include a need for managers to foster collaborative atmospheres,design interdependent tasks,and mitigate territorial behaviors to enhance team identification and knowledge sharing.

文摘While the digital transformation brings new development opportunities to the field of vocational education,it also makes it face unprecedented challenges.In order to adapt to the trend of digital transformation,vocational undergraduate colleges need to improve their school-running level and promote educational reform by building“dual-qualified”teacher teams.Based on this,the author first analyzes the construction requirements of“dual-qualified”teacher teams and the common problems in specific operations,such as the weak practical teaching ability of full-time teachers,the imperfect teacher growth mechanism,and the insufficient in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.Then,aiming at the actual problems,it discusses the advantages and practical paths of building“dual-qualified”teacher teams in vocational undergraduate education empowered by digital technology,aiming to provide suggestions for the high-quality development of vocational education.
