This paper investigates the teaching reform of the Program Comprehension and Analysis course in the context of industry-education integration and AI empowerment.To align with the evolving needs of the software industry,the course content has been updated to incorporate AI techniques such as large language models and deep learning.The reform enriches educational resources and introduces innovative instructional approaches.In addition,high-quality practical teaching cases have been developed,and immersive,hands-on learning experiences have been designed based on industrial platforms and real-world applications.These initiatives aim to enhance the practical skills and innovative thinking of professional degree graduate students,fostering high-caliber talent that aligns with industry demands.A survey of 90 graduate students revealed high levels of satisfaction regarding course content,teaching methodology,and skill development.The reform has proven effective in cultivating interdisciplinary professionals with solid foundations in software engineering and AI-driven innovation. 展开更多

Transplantation of human neural stem cells repairs neural circuits and restores neurological function in the stroke-injured brain

Exogenous neural stem cell transplantation has become one of the most promising treatment methods for chronic stroke.Recent studies have shown that most ischemia-reperfusion model rats recover spontaneously after injury,which limits the ability to observe long-term behavioral recovery.Here,we used a severe stroke rat model with 150 minutes of ischemia,which produced severe behavioral deficiencies that persisted at 12 weeks,to study the therapeutic effect of neural stem cells on neural restoration in chronic stroke.Our study showed that stroke model rats treated with human neural stem cells had long-term sustained recovery of motor function,reduced infarction volume,long-term human neural stem cell survival,and improved local inflammatory environment and angiogenesis.We also demonstrated that transplanted human neural stem cells differentiated into mature neurons in vivo,formed stable functional synaptic connections with host neurons,and exhibited the electrophysiological properties of functional mature neurons,indicating that they replaced the damaged host neurons.The findings showed that human fetal-derived neural stem cells had long-term effects for neurological recovery in a model of severe stroke,which suggests that human neural stem cells-based therapy may be effective for repairing damaged neural circuits in stroke patients. 展开更多

Cases of widespread bone hydatid infection are relatively rare in clinical practice.In this study,we reported for the first time a validated integrated repair therapy for multiple bone tissues,including the hip,femur,and knee,caused by echinococ cosis.Artificial intelligence(AI)was used to develop a targeted surgical plan and to design a personalized prosthesis.Finite element analysis(FEA)was used to optimize the mechanical effectiveness of a customized integrated replacement prosthesis and to model stress distribution in the surrounding bone.Three-dimensional(3 D)printing was used to fabricate a customized prosthesis.With the assistance of AI,FEA,and 3 D printing technology,a personalized surgical plan and customized prosthesis were successfully constructed based on the patient’s disease.This approach achieved a successful therapeutic effect,demonstrating that AI-assisted personalized medicine holds great promise for the future. 展开更多

Robust human motion prediction via integration of spatial and temporal cues

Research on human motion prediction has made significant progress due to its importance in the development of various artificial intelligence applications.However,effectively capturing spatio-temporal features for smoother and more precise human motion prediction remains a challenge.To address these issues,a robust human motion prediction method via integration of spatial and temporal cues(RISTC)has been proposed.This method captures sufficient spatio-temporal correlation of the observable sequence of human poses by utilizing the spatio-temporal mixed feature extractor(MFE).In multi-layer MFEs,the channel-graph united attention blocks extract the augmented spatial features of the human poses in the channel and spatial dimension.Additionally,multi-scale temporal blocks have been designed to effectively capture complicated and highly dynamic temporal information.Our experiments on the Human3.6M and Carnegie Mellon University motion capture(CMU Mocap)datasets show that the proposed network yields higher prediction accuracy than the state-of-the-art methods. 展开更多

多模态影像+AI的PMDS融合课程在本科生眼科学教学中的应用

目的 探究多模态影像与人工智能(AI)的PMDS融合课程在本科生眼科学教育中的应用价值。方法 选取西安交通大学第一附属医院79名临床医学本科生,按班级随机分为试验组(采用PMDS融合课程,n=40)和对照组(采用传统教学,n=39)。依托“多模态... 目的 探究多模态影像与人工智能(AI)的PMDS融合课程在本科生眼科学教育中的应用价值。方法 选取西安交通大学第一附属医院79名临床医学本科生,按班级随机分为试验组(采用PMDS融合课程,n=40)和对照组(采用传统教学,n=39)。依托“多模态影像融合病例库”联合AIforEye人工智能(AI)及秘塔AI平台,开展PMDS教学实践,并从理论考核、操作考核及学生满意度三个方面评估教学效果。结果 两组学生在理论考核总分上未显示出差异[(76±8)vs.(75±10),P=0.589],试验组无不及格者,而对照组有2人(5.0%)不及格。病例分析题(考察综合分析与临床应用能力)结果显示,试验组得分高于对照组[26(25,27)vs. 23(23,26),P=0.008],提示PMDS教学模式更有助于培养学生解决实际临床问题的能力,在信息整合、逻辑推理与诊断思路构建方面具有优势。试验组学生在小组病例讨论(操作考核)中的得分高于对照组[47(45,49)vs. 43(41,48),P=0.007]。学生满意度调查显示,试验组在多个维度评价高于对照组,尤其在趣味性[23(21,25)vs. 22(20,24),P=0.043]和实际收获[23(22,25)vs. 22(19,23),P=0.003]两个维度上优于对照组。结论 多模态影像联合AI的PMDS融合课程教学模式通过闭环病例训练的创新教学方法,有助于提升医学生的眼科临床综合能力(突出表现为临床问题解决能力提升)与学习体验,为破解眼底病教学中的影像分析瓶颈提供新思路。 展开更多

本文深入期刊论文初审筛选决策的具体过程,使用大语言模型,针对“先AI后人类”的顺序性管理决策,提出了提高“人类-AI”系统协同性的决策方法。本文指出“先AI后人类”的顺序性管理决策的关键是在对AI决策方案筛选效能评估基础上,设计A... 本文深入期刊论文初审筛选决策的具体过程,使用大语言模型,针对“先AI后人类”的顺序性管理决策,提出了提高“人类-AI”系统协同性的决策方法。本文指出“先AI后人类”的顺序性管理决策的关键是在对AI决策方案筛选效能评估基础上,设计AI的决策方案筛选阈值。在引入和设计了spearman相关系数、优序比较系数、灵敏性、特异性、准确性及AI最小保留率指标后,使用聚合多个人类主体的评价基准,完成了确立决策方案筛选阈值的过程。本文对一个期刊三组论文的分析表明,利用现有大语言模型的论文初审筛选决策中,通过保留75%的论文,就能够覆盖相关评估基准中的高质量论文,从而使编辑的初审工作量降低约25%,编辑总体工作效率提高约15%,编审全流程效率提高约8%。本文提出的决策方法能够适应不同业务场景以及大语言模型能力的动态演进,具有较强的适用性。 展开更多

Aim: To study the integration of hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA into sperm chromosomes in hepatitis B patients and the features of its integration. Methods: Sperm chromosomes of 14 subjects (5 healthy controls and 9 HB patients, including 1 acute hepatitis B, 2 chronic active hepatitis B, 4 chronic persistent hepatitis B, 2 HBsAg chronic carriers with no clinical symptoms) were prepared using interspecific in vitro fertilization between zona-free hamster oocytes and human spermatozoa. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) to sperm chromosome spreads was carried out with biotin-labeled full length HBV DNA probe to detect the specific HBV DNA sequences in the sperm chromosomes. Results: Specific fluorescent signal spots for HBV DNA were seen in sperm chromosomes of one patient with chronic persistent hepatitis B. In 9(9/42) sperm chromosome complements containing fluorescent signal spots, one presented 5 obvious FISH spots and the others 2 to 4 signals. The fluorescence intensity showed significant difference among the signal spots. The distribution of signal sites among chromosomes seems to be random. Conclusion: HBV could integrate into human sperm chromosomes. Results suggest that the possibility of vertical transmission of HBV via the germ line to the next generation is present. 展开更多

AIM:To detect human papillomavirus(HPV) DNA in esophageal carcinoma(EC) 109 cells and investigate the relationship between HPV and EC.METHODS:Genomic DNA and total RNA from EC109 cells were isolated.HPV DNA was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) with the general primer sets of My09/11 and GP5 +/6 + for the HPV L1 gene and type-specific primer sets for HPV18 E6 and HPV18 E6-E7.Reverse transcription(RT) of mRNA isolated from EC109 cells was performed to produce a cDNA.And then a PCR-based protocol for the amplification of papillomavirus oncogene transcripts was used to analyze HPV18 DNA and integrated transcripts of HPV18 in the chromosomes of EC109 cells.The final nested PCR products were cloned into a pMD-18T vector and sequenced to analyze the chromosomal location of HPV integration.RESULTS:HPV18 DNA was detected in EC109 cells by PCR using the general primer sets of My09/11 and GP5 +/6 + for HPV L1 and the type-specif ic primer sets for HPV18 E6 and E6-E7 to generate products of 450 bp,150 bp,335 bp and 944 bp,respectively.Approximately 600 bp of integrated HPV18-specific transcript was identified.The final nested PCR product of integrated HPV18 DNA was cloned into a pMD-18T vector and sequenced to analyze the chromosomal location of HPV integration.Sequence alignment showed that the HPV18 sequence from EC109 cells was identical to that of the encoded early protein E7-E1 of the standard HPV18 strain X05015,and another partial gene sequence was identical to a partial sequence of human chromosome 8.CONCLUSION:Integration of the HPV genome into the host cell chromosome suggests that persistent HPV infection is vital for malignant cell transformation and carcinogenesis. 展开更多

[目的/意义]以生成式人工智能为代表的AI技术正赋能新质生产力,并释放出多维价值意蕴,新兴交互方式与应用场景推动着人智关系逐渐朝向协同共生方向发展。[方法/过程]本文在回顾近年来AIGC下人智关系相关研究的基础上,梳理了AIGC下人智共生关系的时代价值与挑战,解析了AIGC人智协同共生关系的内涵,并通过对主题内文献的系统性梳理与综述,构建了基于信息生态理论的AIGC人智协同共生理论框架,从而提出AIGC人智协同共生的实践路径。[结果/结论]研究发现,AIGC下的人智互利共生关系的内核是人智协同共生,AIGC人智协同共生理论框架是由信息、信息人、信息技术、信息环境要素相互作用共同构成。AIGC人智协同共生的实践路径分别是:基于信息要素构建AIGC的知识服务新模式,基于信息人组建AIGC下人智协同的创新团队,基于信息技术要素开发可靠可行的AIGC技术和模型,基于信息环境要素探索AIGC下服务场景的风险防范和社会价值,以构建人类与AIGC之间良性发展的和谐生态。本文提出了AIGC驱动的人智共生关系发展的新范式,揭示了人类与AIGC之间更加复杂的依赖和互动关系,为理解人智互动提供新的理论视角,可为进一步优化AIGC的设计和应用提供参考,为推动AIGC发展的监管政策制定提供一定的指导。 展开更多

Efficient and flexible interactions require precisely converting human intentions into computer-recognizable signals,which is critical to the breakthrough development of metaverse.Interactive electronics face common dilemmas,which realize highprecision and stable touch detection but are rigid,bulky,and thick or achieve high flexibility to wear but lose precision.Here,we construct highly bending-insensitive,unpixelated,and waterproof epidermal interfaces(BUW epidermal interfaces)and demonstrate their interactive applications of conformal human–machine integration.The BUW epidermal interface based on the addressable electrical contact structure exhibits high-precision and stable touch detection,high flexibility,rapid response time,excellent stability,and versatile“cut-and-paste”character.Regardless of whether being flat or bent,the BUW epidermal interface can be conformally attached to the human skin for real-time,comfortable,and unrestrained interactions.This research provides promising insight into the functional composite and structural design strategies for developing epidermal electronics,which offers a new technology route and may further broaden human–machine interactions toward metaverse. 展开更多
