The paper, based on the concept and the elements of human resource ecosystem (HR Ecosystem), studies the function and structure of HR Ecosystem, introduces the entropy theory to define the content of entropy of HR Ecosystem, constructs the corresponding distinctive model to distinguish the direction of the evolution of HR Ecosystem and the evolutionary entropy model, and applies the models to demonstrate the evolutionary rules of HR Ecosystem. The study shows that the entropy theory can be well applied to the analysis on HR Ecosystem and that it opens up a new field in the research of human resource management and provides a new effective technical method. 展开更多

These services are now rapidly being lost, not least because of the inability of making the impacts measurable. To overcome this obstacle, assessment frameworks for freshwater ecosystem services are needed. A simple water equivalent framework to assess the ecological services provided by freshwater ecosystems was developed in this study. It translated the occupation of freshwater ecosystem services into biologically freshwater volumes and then compares this consumption to the freshwater throughput, that is, the ecological capacity available in this region. In this way, we use the example of Yangzhou Prefecture, to account the main categories of human occupation of water ecosystem services. The result showed that there is a huge gap between the consumption and the supply of freshwater ecosystem services. This must encourage local government to make land-use and water management decisions both economically rational and environmentally sound. 展开更多

Prevalence and Severity of Current Human-Elephant Conflicts in Amboseli Ecosystem, Kenya: Insights from the Field and Key Informants 被引量:1

This is because there are conflicts with p... Few animals elicit such drastically different human emotions, so do elephants. Elephants capture the affection of people but also inspire animosity and fear at the same time. This is because there are conflicts with people over space, critical resources, costs of damages and general insecurity to people. This paper examined field evidence and interviewed expert key informants on current intensity and frequency of human-elephants in Amboseli Ecosystem. According to them, generally, the most prevalent (score of 1 lowest to 10 highest) threats to elephants were competition for critical resources (6.32 ± 0.44) followed by blocking of migration (6.24 ± 0.46), harassment of elephants (4.83 ± 0.75), poaching (4.57 ± 0.37), and retaliatory killings (3.78 ± 0.31). For threats that elephants pose to people, the most prevalent one was crop raiding (6.95 ± 0.26) followed by environmental degradation (6.71 ± 0.46), general insecurity to people (5.76 ± 0.65), property destruction (5.16 ± 0.41), injury and death to livestock (3.78 ± 0.37), and injury and death to people (2.71 ± 0.27). For the severity of the threats, the highest score was given to crop raiding whose average score was 7.90 ± 0.24 followed by environmental destruction and degradation (6.89 ± 0.43), injury and death to people (6.72 ± 0.44), injury and death to livestock (6.36 ± 0.50), property destruction (5.78 ± 0.49), general insecurity to people (5.62 ± 0.64). Severity levels followed the same trend or varied slightly. These drivers of human-elephant conflicts need to be addressed decisively to protect both people and elephants. There is a need to ensure local people’s benefit from elephants through ecotourism investments such as wildlife sanctuaries, leasing critical space for elephants’ dispersal on acceptable terms, through appropriate compensation schemes for elephant costs, and supporting local community wildlife rangers to prevent conflicts. 展开更多

The objectives of this study were to investigate the impacts of human activities on Antarctic terrestrial ecosystem. Based on the investigation results and the sampling analysis of the environment of Fildes Peninsula, King George Island, Antarctica, it was shown that there are some artificial radioactive elements—? ? 137 Cs in Antarctic environment: the radioactivity of 137 Cs in the surface soil, the surface moss, the fruticose lichen and the crustaceous lichen are 6 00—14 80, 25 07, 29 04 and 58 07 Bq/kg separately; i.e. the sequence of 137 Cs specific activity is as follows: crustaceous lichen>fruticose lichen>surface moss>surface soil, which demonstrates that the crustaceous lichen is one of the most sensitive monitor ways for the effect of the long term diffusion of 137 Cs. The impacts of the scientific research activities on the partial ecosystem of Fildes Peninsula include: the changes of the landscape and the soil material have made a strong freezing thawing process, which decreases the stability of the ground surface, causes the degradation of the vegetation in the some small areas; some small lakes, runoff and lichens in middle areas of Fildes Peninsula have been affected by the wastes of the stations, in the surrounding areas of the expedition stations, the concentration of Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn in the lichen and the water are higher than that of the contrasting area. Fildes Peninsula is one of the most crowded areas of expedition stations, at some extent, the environment and terrestrial ecosystem have been affected by the human activities. The conservation of the environment and ecosystem should be an important aspect of Antarctic environmental sciences. 展开更多

This paper analyzes the impact of human activities on river ecosystems from two aspects of agricultural production and watershed water conservancy project construction. Among them, dambased water conservancy projects have caused runoff patterns and artificial segmentation of rivers, which has seriously damaged the energy and material of river corridors as well as the capacity of species to transport the passage. Modern agricultural production not only uses a lot of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, but also occupies a large number of terraces and floodplains, directly leading to the emergence of non-point source pollution. Sometimes the runoff characteristics of the city will also be changed, so the ecological value of the rivers in the city is seriously damaged under such circumstances. 展开更多

As the topmost predator in Antarctica,the seal is a unique indicator of Antarctic environment and climate changes.In this study,we collected a sediment core from the Fildes Peninsula of West Antarctica,and used cholesterol,cholestanol,epicoprostanol,coprostanol,and seal hair numbers as the proxy indicators of seal population size and phytol as of general vegetation,and we reconstructed the 20th century history of variation of the seal population and vegetation abundance on this island.The sealing industry in the early 20th century caused the dramatic decline of seal population,and the ban of seal hunting since the 1960s led to its recovery of seal population.The seal population during the past century was primarily controlled by human activities and krill density.The reconstructed relation between seal population and vegetation abundance may offer new insights into Antarctic environment and ecology. 展开更多

During land transformation process in the human history, naturalized plants were introduced to several land use patterns by the different ways of plant itself. Including some naturalized plants that had been contribute to land restoration, many naturalized plants have been invaded to original habitat or landscape for native plants. Once the plants were colonized, they extend their area and population size. Urban developed areas often give an important role of source habitat for naturalized plants and expanding their population size. In recent, this situation is appearing as one of environmental problems about the urban landscape management controlling the naturalized plants that invaded in the developed area and conserving the native vegetation. This paper is focusing on relationships between distribution of habitat of naturalized plants and landscape patch in urban area in Seoul. Gangdong-Gu, one of the administrative areas in Seoul was selected for this study. We examined the recent land use change using LANDSAT TM data and spreading of the representative naturalized plants (Robinia pseudoacacia and Eupatorium rugosum) by Seoul Biotope Mapping Project and field survey in 1999. As a result, these two species were often occurred in the same habitat and distributed in forest edge disturbed by man. Their distribution patterns were related to landscape indices (patch size and shape) in the forest edge. 展开更多

Soil respiration is one of the primary fluxes of carbon between soils and the atmosphere.It is produced by rhizosphere respiration and soil microbial respiration.Soil respiration is not only affected by environmental factors,but also changes with the hu-man-induced disturbances of ecosystems.Land-use,the measures of land management,the pollution of soil,and so on can affect soil respiration and change the soil efflux.According to some research,the authors summed up their impacts on soil respiration by human activities through land-use changes and land-management measures among agroecosystem,grassland ecosystem,and for-est ecosystem.The results showed that (1) when adding fertilization to farmland,the soil respiration will increase;(2) fenced land can decrease soil respiration,while soil respiration in the grazed land at a grassland ecosystem will decline with the increasing of grazing intensity;(3) with grassland fertilization;farmland cultivation;fire,fertilization,and cutting of forest,conflicting results were found in the changes of soil respiration.Perhaps plant species,site condition,and measurement season can lead to different results on soil respiration. 展开更多

随着数字技术的快速迭代和应用成本的下降,虚拟数字人正在深刻改变多个行业的交互方式、服务模式和内容形态,在提升效率、优化体验、创新模式、拓展边界等方面展现出巨大价值。也正因为如此,如何培育一个鲜活且有持续生命力的虚拟数字... 随着数字技术的快速迭代和应用成本的下降,虚拟数字人正在深刻改变多个行业的交互方式、服务模式和内容形态,在提升效率、优化体验、创新模式、拓展边界等方面展现出巨大价值。也正因为如此,如何培育一个鲜活且有持续生命力的虚拟数字人成为企业现阶段的重要关切。为此,本文以虚拟数字人洛天依为研究对象,以符号互动、价值共创以及商业生态系统为理论基础,解析和揭示了虚拟数字人商业生态系统培育的过程和机制。研究发现:第一,从商业生态系统理论视角出发,发现虚拟数字人的培育是一个由数字人构建和互动关系塑造到受众群体聚集和共创,再到多主体关系拓展,最终形成价值共创共享的共生型商业生态系统的三阶段层进式演化过程,这一发现奠定了虚拟数字人商业生态系统培育的理论基础;第二,“符号互动—价值共创—生态共生”层进式演进机制,推动了虚拟数字人商业生态系统的构建,为虚拟数字人等虚拟形象的培育提供了实践路径,同时也在虚拟现实场景下拓展了现有的相关理论。 展开更多

黄土高原作为中国中西部重要生态屏障,对维护中国的生态安全至关重要。厘清人类活动对黄土高原生态系统服务权衡/协同关系的影响,有助于推进黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。本文运用InVEST模型、地理加权回归等方法,在分析2000-2020年... 黄土高原作为中国中西部重要生态屏障,对维护中国的生态安全至关重要。厘清人类活动对黄土高原生态系统服务权衡/协同关系的影响,有助于推进黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。本文运用InVEST模型、地理加权回归等方法,在分析2000-2020年黄土高原人类活动与粮食生产、土壤保持、产水、固碳等关键生态系统服务时空格局的基础上,探讨了网格及县域尺度人类活动对生态系统服务权衡/协同关系的影响。结果表明:①2000-2020年黄土高原人类活动不断增强,呈“东南高、西北低”的分布特征;②粮食产量、土壤保持量、产水量均呈增加趋势,固碳量的变化则相对稳定,总体呈“东南高、西北低”的分布特征;③2000-2020年黄土高原6种生态系统服务对在不同尺度上均以协同关系为主,相较于网格尺度,生态系统服务的协同关系在县域尺度的比例更高;④人类活动对6种生态系统服务的作用均以负向为主,人类活动会促使生态系统服务间由协同向权衡关系转变;③随着尺度的扩大,人类活动集聚程度加剧,生态系统服务分布离散程度加剧,生态系统服务对呈先离散、后集中的趋势,人类活动对生态系统服务权衡/协同关系影响的分布离散度也增大。未来应根据人类活动强度的空间分异精准实施分区管控,以提高生态保护的有效性。 展开更多

【目的】如何实现生态系统服务与人类福祉的耦合协调对建设区域生态文明具有重要意义。【方法】通过构建人类福祉评价指标体系,运用修正的当量因子法、耦合协调度模型、空间计量模型等,探析2005—2023年鄱阳湖流域的时空耦合协调关系及... 【目的】如何实现生态系统服务与人类福祉的耦合协调对建设区域生态文明具有重要意义。【方法】通过构建人类福祉评价指标体系,运用修正的当量因子法、耦合协调度模型、空间计量模型等,探析2005—2023年鄱阳湖流域的时空耦合协调关系及空间效应。【结果】(1)研究期间鄱阳湖流域整体处于“生态系统服务价值波动下降,人类福祉持续提升”阶段;耦合协调度从0.393增至0.531,从中度失调过渡至磨合阶段,呈现北高中低的空间分布。(2)耦合协调度呈显著的正向聚集,空间相关性呈先降后增再降的趋势。整体高值聚集较为稳定,低值聚集出现转移:高聚集类型主要分布在鄱阳湖周边,低聚集类型从鹰潭市周边转移至瑞昌市、安义县等侧重工业的区县,并且在宜春市辖区周边存在扩张趋势。(3)本地耦合协调度增涨主要受到邻近区县植被质量、产业结构、工业发展、政府干预、经济活力的正向溢出效应影响,其次为产业结构、工业发展、经济活力的直接影响,植被质量和政府干预对本地耦合协调发展存在负面影响。【结论】2005—2023年研究区耦合协调水平整体稳步提升,未来可从扭转政府干预、植被质量对本地耦合协调发展的负向作用,并通过调整产业结构、推动工业发展等方式实现鄱阳湖流域整体耦合协调发展的一体化提升。 展开更多

人类活动强度与生态系统服务价值的时空耦合关系——以长株潭绿心地区为例

揭示城市群地区人类活动强度与生态系统服务价值(ESV)的时空耦合关系,对于落实生态文明建设和促进城市群高质量发展具有重要意义。以长株潭绿心地区为案例区,基于多源数据,采用人类足迹指数法、当量因子法、价值流向损益、耦合协调度及... 揭示城市群地区人类活动强度与生态系统服务价值(ESV)的时空耦合关系,对于落实生态文明建设和促进城市群高质量发展具有重要意义。以长株潭绿心地区为案例区,基于多源数据,采用人类足迹指数法、当量因子法、价值流向损益、耦合协调度及同步发展指数、四象限分析模型,探究人类活动强度与ESV的时空耦合关系。结果表明:(1)2018—2022年,绿心地区人类活动强度上升且呈圈层式空间演变特征,ESV先减少后增加且呈较为稳定的“廊道+斑块”空间格局;(2)ESV流向损益变化较为平稳,主要为林地与耕地的相互转换造成的价值损益;(3)两者的时空耦合关系呈交互胁迫与促进的螺旋式上升特征。在人类活动强度较低区,其ESV平均值最高,中度协调及以上的网格数量占比不断上升,空间聚集性不断增强,象限Ⅰ和象限Ⅳ的数量及其空间变化显著,均呈增加趋势。据此提出绿心生态价值转换提升的分区分类政策建议,以期为协调绿心保护与发展提供决策依据。 展开更多
