Pharmacy is an important subfield of the medical sciences,and its development is inseparable from pharmacy education.Pharmacy education outputs indispensable professionals and expertise for the healthcare industry,pro...Pharmacy is an important subfield of the medical sciences,and its development is inseparable from pharmacy education.Pharmacy education outputs indispensable professionals and expertise for the healthcare industry,promotes the development of pharmacy skills,and supports the development of the pharmaceutical and health sectors.To this end,many insightful studies have been carried out to promote the development and progress of pharmacy education.These studies have been published in high-quality pharmacy education journals indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC),and the two journals with the largest number of published articles are the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education and Currents in Pharmacy Teaching and Learning.The 200 most-cited papers historically in these two journals have a significant impact on the research paradigm and future directions in the field of pharmacy education.Therefore,this paper summarizes the knowledge domains of these 200 papers and uses the scientometric method to study their basic information,authorship distribution,citation performance,publishing paradigm and hotspot mining.The era of Holistic Integrative Pharmacy(HIP),in which the focus has shifted from isolated pharmacological interventions to more collaborative,patient-centered,and interdisciplinary approaches,underscores the importance of evolving educational methodologies.In this context,understanding the scientometric trends in pharmacy education becomes even more crucial.This study aims to explore the current development status of pharmacy education,develop more innovative and effective educational models,and promote the widespread application of HIP in pharmacy education.The goal is to enhance the overall quality of pharmacy education and provide guidance and insights for the future development of pharmacy education.展开更多

BACKGROUND Given their responsibility for the well-being of individuals,nurses with advanced mental health literacy,along with strong holistic nursing competencies and professional self-efficacy,are better equipped to...BACKGROUND Given their responsibility for the well-being of individuals,nurses with advanced mental health literacy,along with strong holistic nursing competencies and professional self-efficacy,are better equipped to assess both the mental and physical health of their patients,leading to the provision of holistic nursing care.AIM To investigate the relationship between nurses’mental health literacy levels and their holistic nursing competencies,as well as their nursing professional selfefficacy.METHODS This study is cross-sectional,correlational research.The study sample consisted of a total of 261 volunteer nurses working in a training and research hospital and a state hospital between March 11,2024 and April 8,2024.Data were collected face to face with the“Descriptive Data Form”,“Mental Health Literacy Scale(MHLS)”,“Holistic Nursing Competence Scale(HNCS)”,and the“Nursing Profession Self-Efficacy Scale(NPSES)”.RESULTS The mean scale scores for the nurses were as follows:MHLS:95.88±11.67;HNCS:179.46±33.82;NPSES:64.79±11.24.A low-level positive correlation was found between the total scores of the MHLS,HNCS,and NPSES,and a moderate-level positive correlation was observed between the total scores of the HNCS and NPSES.These correlations were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION It is recommended that initiatives be undertaken to enhance the mental health literacy and holistic nursing competencies of nurses and that similar studies be conducted with nurses in different institutions and with a larger number of nurses.展开更多

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of applying responsibility-based holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:Ninety-six elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted to a hospital fr...Objective:To explore the clinical effects of applying responsibility-based holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:Ninety-six elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted to a hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group(52 cases)and a control group(44 cases)based on a random number table method.The observation group received responsibility-based holistic nursing,while the control group received basic nursing.The clinical effects(time to normalize body temperature,disappearance of cough,disappearance of dyspnea symptoms,disappearance of lung rales,changes in oxygenation index)and nursing satisfaction were observed in both groups.Results:The observation group showed superior results compared to the control group in terms of time to normalize body temperature,disappearance of cough,disappearance of dyspnea symptoms,disappearance of lung rales,and changes in oxygenation index,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with nursing services in the observation group(92.31%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.36%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing responsibility-based holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia can improve their oxygenation function,enhance quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.展开更多

In the present study, we established an UPLC-QTOF-MSE based metabolomic approach in order to evaluate the holistic qualities and compare the quality difference by finding characteristic components of Panax notoginseng...In the present study, we established an UPLC-QTOF-MSE based metabolomic approach in order to evaluate the holistic qualities and compare the quality difference by finding characteristic components of Panax notoginseng extracts （PNE） and Xuesaitong （XST） injection samples from different manufacturers. The data were processed through unsupervised principal component analysis （PCA） and supervised orthogonal partial least squared discrimination analysis （OPLS-DA） to compare the quality differences. Two-dimensional PCA score plots showed a tendency to separate the XST injections and extracts, and most XST injection samples were clearly clustered into two groups. Especially, the injections from He and YB companies were distinguished into two groups. In addition, only injection samples of Hu company were near the cluster of PNE. To explore the potential chemical components contributing most to the differences between XST injection samples from different manufacturers and PNE, an S-plot was constructed following the OPLS-DA. Ginsenoside Rd, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rbl, 20（S）-ginsenoside Rhl, gypenoside VII, ginsenoside Rg2, ginsenoside Rh4, ginsenoside Rkl or Rgs, notoginsenoside Fc, 20（R）-ginsenoside Rg3, ginsenoside F2 and protopanaxadiol were recognized as characteristic chemical markers that contributed most to reflect the difference between XST injections and PNE. Ginsenoside Rd, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rbl and gypenoside VII were revealed as index components contributing most to the differences of PNE and XST injections, and quantitative analysis of these components could ensure the consistent quality of XST injections. Based on the fact that the injections should be standardized with the characteristic components as quality control chemical markers, it is most important to keep the quality of extracts of raw materials stable and reliable.展开更多

To resolve the challenges and questions of quality control of TCMs, a brand-new quality standard system, named "iVarious", was proposed. The system comprises eight elements in a modular format. Meaning of every element was specifically illustrated via corresponding research instances. Furthermore, frankincense study was taken as an example for demonstrating standards and research process, based on the "i Various" system. This system highlighted a holistic strategy for effectiveness,security, integrity and systematization of quality and safety control standards of TCMs. The establishment of"i Various" integrates multi-disciplinary technologies and progressive methods, basis elements and key points of standard construction. In this paper, SBA for Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network(SAGIN) is investigated to enable the 5G integration deployment. This paper proposes a novel Holistic Service-based Architecture(H-SBA)for SAGIN of 5G-Advanced and beyond, i.e., 6G. The H-SBA introduces the concept of end-to-end servicebased architecture design. The "Network Function Service", introduced in 5G SBA, is extended from Control Plane to User Plane, from core network to access network. Based on H-SBA, the new generation of protocol design is proposed, which proposes to use IETF QUIC and SRv6 to substitute 5G HTTP/2.0 and GTP-U. Testing results show that new protocols can achieve low latency and high throughput, making them promising candidate for H-SBA.展开更多

Whole-person care and holistic care approach has been proposed for complementary and integrative health care for type 2 diabetes mellitus.However,some doubts still exist on the feasibility of replicating processes fol...Whole-person care and holistic care approach has been proposed for complementary and integrative health care for type 2 diabetes mellitus.However,some doubts still exist on the feasibility of replicating processes followed in clinical trials and observational studies in real-world settings.This narrative literature review summarized and assessed existing clinical evidence(clinical trials,observational studies,and case reports)describing holistic and integrated care approach in adult and adolescent individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus in clinical practice.The goal was to highlight existing evidence for implementation and outcomes of whole-medical systems and holistic integrated care approach for type 2 diabetes mellitus.A nonsystematic literature search was performed on Google Scholar,PubMed,Web of Science,ProQuest and ScienceDirect to identify clinical evidence from different parts of the world,evaluating the use of whole-medical systems and/or holistic care interventions in clinical practice for management of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Relevant keywords were used in the search.Data were analyzed using content analysis and simple descriptive statistics(percentages).Most of the studies(64%)were mainly conducted in Eastern countries(India,China and Israel)while 36%of the studies were conducted in the Western countries(USA,Netherlands,Canada and Mexico).Lifestyle medicine and integrated naturopathy were shown to be the commonly used whole-medical systems for type 2 diabetes mellitus management.Significant improvements in type 2 diabetes parameters,medication use,other symptoms,and overall feeling of wellness were observed in all studies.This review study revealed limited utilization and/or documentation of whole-medical systems or holistic care treatments for type 2 diabetes mellitus in regions of the world other than eastern countries.Lifestyle medicine,naturopathy,yoga,Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine were shown to be effective for type 2 diabetes mellitus,either as an alternative or as a complementary therapy.展开更多
The defects from electron transport layer,perovskite layer and their interface would result in carrier nonradiative recombination losses.Poor buried interfacial contact is detrimental to charge extraction and device s...The defects from electron transport layer,perovskite layer and their interface would result in carrier nonradiative recombination losses.Poor buried interfacial contact is detrimental to charge extraction and device stability.Here,we report a bottom-up holistic carrier management strategy induced synergistically by multiple chemical bonds to minimize bulk and interfacial energy losses for high-performance perovskite photovoltaics.4-trifluoromethyl-benzamidine hydrochloride(TBHCl)containing–CF_(3),amidine cation and Cl^(-)is in advance incorporated into SnO_(2)colloid solution to realize bottom-up modification.The synergistic effect of multiple functional groups and multiple-bond-induced chemical interaction are revealed theoretically and experimentally.F and Cl^(-)can passivate oxygen vacancy and/or undercoordinated Sn^(4+)defects by coordinating with Sn^(4+).The F can suppress cation migration and modulate crystallization via hydrogen bond with FA^(+),and can passivate lead defects by coordinating with Pb^(2+).The–NH_(2)–C=NH^(+)_(2)and Cl^(-)can passivate cation and anion vacancy defects through ionic bonds with perovskites,respectively.Through TBHCl modification,the suppression of agglomeration of SnO_(2)nanoparticles,bulk and interfacial defect passivation,and release of tensile strains of perovskite films are demonstrated,which resulted in a PCE enhancement from 21.28%to 23.40%and improved stability.With post-treatment,the efficiency is further improved to 23.63%.展开更多

文摘Narrative nursing(NN)is emerging as a critical approach in modern healthcare,addressing the complex interplay between psychological well-being and physical recovery.This manuscript discusses a study on NN and its role in alleviating psychological distress in patients with acute pancreatitis,published in the World Journal of Psychiatry.Their research demonstrates that NN,through structured storytelling,significantly reduces anxiety and depression,thereby enhancing patient satisfaction and fostering emotional resilience.This therapeutic approach extends beyond symptom management,offering a comprehensive strategy that supports the mental and emotional recovery of patients facing severe health challenges.NN provides a unique framework for engaging patients in their care journey,promoting a sense of agency,and strengthening the patient-provider relationship.In this manuscript,we explore the broader implications of NN by synthesizing findings from various studies,showing that NN is effective not only in acute settings but also in oncology,chronic illness management,and palliative care.The evidence indicates that integrating NN into standard clinical practice could enhance healthcare outcomes by addressing the holistic needs of patients,supporting psychological resilience,and fostering a compassionate healthcare environment.

文摘Objective:To explore the clinical effects of applying responsibility-based holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:Ninety-six elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted to a hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group(52 cases)and a control group(44 cases)based on a random number table method.The observation group received responsibility-based holistic nursing,while the control group received basic nursing.The clinical effects(time to normalize body temperature,disappearance of cough,disappearance of dyspnea symptoms,disappearance of lung rales,changes in oxygenation index)and nursing satisfaction were observed in both groups.Results:The observation group showed superior results compared to the control group in terms of time to normalize body temperature,disappearance of cough,disappearance of dyspnea symptoms,disappearance of lung rales,and changes in oxygenation index,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with nursing services in the observation group(92.31%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.36%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing responsibility-based holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia can improve their oxygenation function,enhance quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.

文摘In the present study, we established an UPLC-QTOF-MSE based metabolomic approach in order to evaluate the holistic qualities and compare the quality difference by finding characteristic components of Panax notoginseng extracts （PNE） and Xuesaitong （XST） injection samples from different manufacturers. The data were processed through unsupervised principal component analysis （PCA） and supervised orthogonal partial least squared discrimination analysis （OPLS-DA） to compare the quality differences. Two-dimensional PCA score plots showed a tendency to separate the XST injections and extracts, and most XST injection samples were clearly clustered into two groups. Especially, the injections from He and YB companies were distinguished into two groups. In addition, only injection samples of Hu company were near the cluster of PNE. To explore the potential chemical components contributing most to the differences between XST injection samples from different manufacturers and PNE, an S-plot was constructed following the OPLS-DA. Ginsenoside Rd, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rbl, 20（S）-ginsenoside Rhl, gypenoside VII, ginsenoside Rg2, ginsenoside Rh4, ginsenoside Rkl or Rgs, notoginsenoside Fc, 20（R）-ginsenoside Rg3, ginsenoside F2 and protopanaxadiol were recognized as characteristic chemical markers that contributed most to reflect the difference between XST injections and PNE. Ginsenoside Rd, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rbl and gypenoside VII were revealed as index components contributing most to the differences of PNE and XST injections, and quantitative analysis of these components could ensure the consistent quality of XST injections. Based on the fact that the injections should be standardized with the characteristic components as quality control chemical markers, it is most important to keep the quality of extracts of raw materials stable and reliable.

文摘An effective quality control system is the key to ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs). However, the current quality standard research lacks top-level design and systematic design,mostly based on specific technologies or evaluation methods. To resolve the challenges and questions of quality control of TCMs, a brand-new quality standard system, named "iVarious", was proposed. The system comprises eight elements in a modular format. Meaning of every element was specifically illustrated via corresponding research instances. Furthermore, frankincense study was taken as an example for demonstrating standards and research process, based on the "i Various" system. This system highlighted a holistic strategy for effectiveness,security, integrity and systematization of quality and safety control standards of TCMs. The establishment of"i Various" integrates multi-disciplinary technologies and progressive methods, basis elements and key points of standard construction. The system provides a novel idea and technological demonstration for regulation establishment of TCMs quality standards.

文摘The Service-based Architecture(SBA) is one of the key innovations of 5G architecture that leverage modularized, self-contained and independent services to provide flexible and cloud-native 5G network. In this paper, SBA for Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network(SAGIN) is investigated to enable the 5G integration deployment. This paper proposes a novel Holistic Service-based Architecture(H-SBA)for SAGIN of 5G-Advanced and beyond, i.e., 6G. The H-SBA introduces the concept of end-to-end servicebased architecture design. The "Network Function Service", introduced in 5G SBA, is extended from Control Plane to User Plane, from core network to access network. Based on H-SBA, the new generation of protocol design is proposed, which proposes to use IETF QUIC and SRv6 to substitute 5G HTTP/2.0 and GTP-U. Testing results show that new protocols can achieve low latency and high throughput, making them promising candidate for H-SBA.

文摘Whole-person care and holistic care approach has been proposed for complementary and integrative health care for type 2 diabetes mellitus.However,some doubts still exist on the feasibility of replicating processes followed in clinical trials and observational studies in real-world settings.This narrative literature review summarized and assessed existing clinical evidence(clinical trials,observational studies,and case reports)describing holistic and integrated care approach in adult and adolescent individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus in clinical practice.The goal was to highlight existing evidence for implementation and outcomes of whole-medical systems and holistic integrated care approach for type 2 diabetes mellitus.A nonsystematic literature search was performed on Google Scholar,PubMed,Web of Science,ProQuest and ScienceDirect to identify clinical evidence from different parts of the world,evaluating the use of whole-medical systems and/or holistic care interventions in clinical practice for management of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Relevant keywords were used in the search.Data were analyzed using content analysis and simple descriptive statistics(percentages).Most of the studies(64%)were mainly conducted in Eastern countries(India,China and Israel)while 36%of the studies were conducted in the Western countries(USA,Netherlands,Canada and Mexico).Lifestyle medicine and integrated naturopathy were shown to be the commonly used whole-medical systems for type 2 diabetes mellitus management.Significant improvements in type 2 diabetes parameters,medication use,other symptoms,and overall feeling of wellness were observed in all studies.This review study revealed limited utilization and/or documentation of whole-medical systems or holistic care treatments for type 2 diabetes mellitus in regions of the world other than eastern countries.Lifestyle medicine,naturopathy,yoga,Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine were shown to be effective for type 2 diabetes mellitus,either as an alternative or as a complementary therapy.

文摘The defects from electron transport layer,perovskite layer and their interface would result in carrier nonradiative recombination losses.Poor buried interfacial contact is detrimental to charge extraction and device stability.Here,we report a bottom-up holistic carrier management strategy induced synergistically by multiple chemical bonds to minimize bulk and interfacial energy losses for high-performance perovskite photovoltaics.4-trifluoromethyl-benzamidine hydrochloride(TBHCl)containing–CF_(3),amidine cation and Cl^(-)is in advance incorporated into SnO_(2)colloid solution to realize bottom-up modification.The synergistic effect of multiple functional groups and multiple-bond-induced chemical interaction are revealed theoretically and experimentally.F and Cl^(-)can passivate oxygen vacancy and/or undercoordinated Sn^(4+)defects by coordinating with Sn^(4+).The F can suppress cation migration and modulate crystallization via hydrogen bond with FA^(+),and can passivate lead defects by coordinating with Pb^(2+).The–NH_(2)–C=NH^(+)_(2)and Cl^(-)can passivate cation and anion vacancy defects through ionic bonds with perovskites,respectively.Through TBHCl modification,the suppression of agglomeration of SnO_(2)nanoparticles,bulk and interfacial defect passivation,and release of tensile strains of perovskite films are demonstrated,which resulted in a PCE enhancement from 21.28%to 23.40%and improved stability.With post-treatment,the efficiency is further improved to 23.63%.
