With increasing water depth,marine drilling conductors exhibit higher slenderness ratios,significantly reducing their resistance to environmental loads in Arctic waters.These conductors,when subjected to combined wind,current,and ice loads,may experience substantial horizontal displacements and bending moments,potentially compromising off-shore operational safety and wellhead stability.Additionally,soil disturbance near the mudline diminishes the conductor’s bearing capacity,potentially rendering it inadequate for wellhead support and increasing operational risks.This study introduces a static analysis model based on plastic hinge theory to evaluate conductor survivability.The conductor analysis divides the structure into three segments:above waterline,submerged,and embedded below mudline.An idealized elastic-plastic p-y curve model characterizes soil behavior beneath the mudline,while the finite difference method(FDM)analyzes the conductor’s mechanical response under complex pile-head boundary conditions.Numerical simulations using ABAQUS validate the plastic hinge approach against conventional methods,confirming its accuracy in predicting structural performance.These results provide valuable insights for optimizing installation depths and bearing capacity designs of marine drilling conductors in ice-prone regions. 展开更多

At the freewheeling interval, the primary current isattenuated fast to zero and maintained. And then, power device of the static leg becomes azero-current-switch (ZCS), power device of the shifted leg becomes a zero-voltage-switch(ZVS). Thus,on one hand IGBT (Insulated gate bipolar transistor) with tail current can be easily used infull-bridge soft-switching converter; on the other hand additional circuiting energy is greatlyreduced. At the same time, less duty cycle loss, lower secondary parasitic resonance, widersoft-switching load range can be achieved. Based on the existing component models in the Pspicesoftware package, a combined model of IGBT is established, in which a non-linear capacitor isintroduced to replace the parasitic capacitor. Using this model, computerized simulation isconducted for the FB-ZVZCS-PWM soft-switching converter, the switching and energy-transferringcharacteristics of the power device are analyzed. Finally, based on the achievement above, a 10 kWarc welding inverter with FB-ZVZCS-PWM converter is developed. The simulation results are testifiedby experiments. It is proved that by adopting appropriate models, computerized simulation is aneffective and useful tool for the development of the arc welding inverter. 展开更多

全波形反演可以为叠前深度偏移成像提供更高精度的速度模型,但该方法具有较强的非线性,对初始速度模型的依赖性较强,尤其是在实际应用中,地质条件复杂多变,速度变化不连续,增加了反演非线性程度,常常使反演陷入局部极小值,影响反演的精... 全波形反演可以为叠前深度偏移成像提供更高精度的速度模型,但该方法具有较强的非线性,对初始速度模型的依赖性较强,尤其是在实际应用中,地质条件复杂多变,速度变化不连续,增加了反演非线性程度,常常使反演陷入局部极小值,影响反演的精度.全变差约束在图像去噪领域应用广泛,属于非光滑约束,在去噪过程中能有效的保留图像的不连续界面和边缘信息.本文提出基于Hinge损失函数的垂向全变差约束全波形反演方法,在全变差约束的基础上,利用Hinge损失函数控制模型的更新方向,并使用原-对偶混合梯度算法进行求解,给出这一优化问题的迭代格式,有效提高了对地下不连续界面的重构精度,同时也降低反演对初始速度模型的依赖程度.数值算例证明:与常规全波形反演方法相比,基于全变差约束的全波形反演方法可以有效的重构速度模型中的不连续界面,尤其对高速体边缘的重构效果更明显,但该方法对初始速度模型的依赖性仍然较强;基于Hinge损失函数的垂向全变差约束全波形反演方法降低了对初始速度模型的依赖程度,可以从一个较差的初始模型通过循环迭代的方式最终得到同样精确的速度模型,较好的重构了高速体边缘和不连续界面. 展开更多

The morphing wing has a significant positive effect on the aerodynamic performance of the aircraft.This paper describes a leading-edge of variable camber wing with concentrated flexibility based on the geared five-bar mechanism.The driving points of morphing skin formed by the glass fibre composite sheet were optimized to make the skin deformation smooth.A geared fivebar kinematic mechanism rigidly connected to the skin was proposed to drive the leading-edge deformation.Besides,a new kind of concentrated flexure hinge was designed using the pseudorigid-body method and applied to the joint between the rigid mechanism and the skin.Finally,the leading-edge prototypes with traditional hinges and flexure hinges were produced,respectively.The feasibility of the concentrated flexibility leading-edge was verified through the comparative experiments of ground deformation.Simultaneously,aerodynamic analysis was carried out to compare the concentrated flexure leading-edge wing with the original airfoil. 展开更多

The influences of airfoil thickness on the aerodynamic loading distribution and the hinge moments of folding wing aircraft are presented in this work.The traditional panel method shows deficiencies in the calculation of folding wing's hinge moments.Thus, a thickness correction strategy for the aerodynamic model with CFD results is proposed, and an aeroelastic flight simulation platform is constructed based on the secondary development of ADAMS.Based on the platform,the developed aerodynamic model is verified, then the flight-folding process of the folding wing aircraft is simulated, and the influences of airfoil thickness on the results are investigated.Results show that the developed aerodynamic model can effectively describe the thickness effect of the folding wing.Airfoil thickness, which cannot be considered by the panel method, has a great influence on the hinge moments during the folding process, and the thickness correction has great significance in the calculation of folding wing's hinge moments. 展开更多

有效地减少支持向量数目能够提高分类器的鲁棒性和精确性,缩短支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)的训练和测试时间.在众多稀疏算法中,截断Hinge损失方法可以显著降低支持向量的数目,但却导致了非凸优化问题.一些研究者使用CCCP(co... 有效地减少支持向量数目能够提高分类器的鲁棒性和精确性,缩短支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)的训练和测试时间.在众多稀疏算法中,截断Hinge损失方法可以显著降低支持向量的数目,但却导致了非凸优化问题.一些研究者使用CCCP(concave-convex procedure)方法将非凸问题转化为多阶段凸问题求解,不仅增加了额外计算量,而且只能得到局部最优解.为了弥补上述不足,提出了一种基于CCCP的软阈值坐标下降算法.用坐标下降方法求解CCCP子阶段凸问题,提高计算效率;对偶SVM中引入软阈值投影技巧,能够减少更多的支持向量数目,同时选择合适的正则化参数可消除局部最优解的不良影响,提高分类器的分类精度.仿真数据库、UCI数据库和大规模真实数据库的实验证实了所提算法正确性和有效性. 展开更多

针对多分类学习模型性能会受异常值影响的问题,提出基于Rescaled Hinge损失函数的多子支持向量机(RHMBSVM)。首先,该方法通过引入有界、非凸的Rescaled Hinge损失函数来构建相应的优化问题;然后,利用共轭函数理论将优化问题作等价变换;... 针对多分类学习模型性能会受异常值影响的问题,提出基于Rescaled Hinge损失函数的多子支持向量机(RHMBSVM)。首先,该方法通过引入有界、非凸的Rescaled Hinge损失函数来构建相应的优化问题;然后,利用共轭函数理论将优化问题作等价变换;最后,使用变量交替策略形成一个迭代算法来求解非凸优化问题,该方法在求解的过程中可自动调节每个样本点的惩罚权重,从而削弱了异常值对K个超平面的影响,增强了鲁棒性。使用5折交叉验证的方法进行数值实验,实验结果表明,在数据集无异常值的情况下,该方法的正确率比多子支持向量机(MBSVM)提升了1.11个百分点,比基于Rescaled Hinge损失函数的鲁棒支持向量机(RSVM-RHHQ)提升了0.74个百分点;在数据集有异常值的情况下,该方法的正确率比MBSVM提升了2.10个百分点,比RSVM-RHHQ提升了1.47个百分点。实验结果证明了所提方法在解决有异常值的多分类问题上的鲁棒性。 展开更多

A flexure hinge is a major component in designing compliant mechanisms that o ers unique possibilities in a wide range of application fields in which high positioning accuracy is required. Although various flexure hinges with di erent configurations have been successively proposed, they are often designed based on designers' experiences and inspirations. This study presents a systematic method for topological optimization of flexure hinges by using the level set method. Optimization formulations are developed by considering the functional requirements and geometrical constraints of flexure hinges. The functional requirements are first constructed by maximizing the compliance in the desired direction while minimizing the compliances in the other directions. The weighting sum method is used to construct an objective function in which a self-adjust method is used to set the weighting factors. A constraint on the symmetry of the obtained configuration is developed. Several numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method. The obtained results reveal that the design of a flexure hinge starting from the topology level can yield more choices for compliant mechanism design and obtain better designs that achieve higher performance. 展开更多

Boreal peatlands represent a large global carbon pool. The relationships between carbon mineralization, soil temperature and moisture in the permafrost peatlands of the Great Hing'an Mountains, China, were examined. The CO2 emissions were measured during laboratory incubations of samples from four sites under different temperatures (5, 10, 15, and 20℃) and moisture contents (0%, 30%, 60%, 100% water holding capacity (WHC) and completely water saturated). Total carbon mineralization ranged from 15.51 to 112.92 mg C under the treatments for all sites. Carbon mineralization rates decreased with soil depth, increased with temperature, and reached the highest at 60% WHC at the same temperature. The calculated temperature coefficient (Q10) values ranged from 1.84 to 2.51 with the soil depths and moisture. However, the values were not significantly affected by soil moisture and depth for all sites due to the different peat properties (P 〉 0.05). We found that the carbon mineralization could be successfully predicted as a two-compartment function with temperature and moisture (R^2 〉 0.96) and total carbon mineralization was significantly affected by temperature and moisture (P 〈 0.05). Thus, temperature and moisture would play important roles in carbon mineralization of permafrost peatlands in the Great Hing'an Mountains, indicating that the permafrost peatlands would be sensitive to the environment change, and the permafrost peatlands would be potentially mineralized under future climate change. 展开更多

In this paper, a method of using a root hinge drive assembly (RHDA) to control the solar array deployment is provided and a multi-DOF mechanism dynamic model of the system is established. In this way, the root hinge torque can be calculated iteratively. Then taking the predicted torque as a reference, a RHDA is designed for a large multiple-stage packaging and deployable solar array system. The control effect of the drive assembly is validated by ground tests. The test results indicate that the solar arrays can be deployed smoothly, and the deployment velocities are restricted by the drive assembly as expected. During the tests, the RHDA output speed and output torque are obtained. In order to examine the impact force when the yoke is lock-up with a hard stop, dynamics simulations are performed according to the actual behavior. The simulation result indicates that the designed RHDA reduces the impact force significantly and improves the lock-up reliability effectively. 展开更多

本工作探讨腺病毒介导的人ING4基因(Ad-hING4)联合125I粒子对裸鼠胰腺癌移植瘤的抑癌增效作用及其可能的机制。将本室构建的Ad-hING4腺病毒感染QBI-293A细胞,扩增后获得高滴度的病毒。建立25只裸鼠胰腺癌PANC-1皮下移植瘤模型,分成PBS... 本工作探讨腺病毒介导的人ING4基因(Ad-hING4)联合125I粒子对裸鼠胰腺癌移植瘤的抑癌增效作用及其可能的机制。将本室构建的Ad-hING4腺病毒感染QBI-293A细胞,扩增后获得高滴度的病毒。建立25只裸鼠胰腺癌PANC-1皮下移植瘤模型,分成PBS对照组、空病毒Ad组、125I粒子近距离放疗组、Ad-hING4基因治疗组、125I粒子和Ad-hING4联合治疗组,进行抑瘤治疗实验;此后每5天测量1次肿瘤体积,20天后处死,计算抑瘤率和金氏q值。常规病理切片观察细胞生长形态、组织损伤程度和范围,并进行凋亡细胞计数(AI);免疫组化SP法检测肿瘤标本中微血管密度(MVD)、生存素Survivin和活化的Caspase-3凋亡相关蛋白的表达。结果发现,125I粒子组、Ad-hING4组、联合治疗组抑瘤率分别达到34.19%(P<0.01)、31.50%(P<0.01)、67.15%(P<0.01),联合治疗组抑瘤率明显高于125I粒子和Ad-hING4治疗组(P<0.01);病理切片检查显示近粒子处肿瘤细胞变性坏死,远离粒子处可见存活肿瘤细胞;三个治疗组凋亡指数(AI)、Caspase-3阳性细胞数明显高于PBS组(P<0.05),且联合治疗组明显高于125I粒子和Ad-hING4治疗组(P<0.01);三个治疗组MVD值、Survivin阳性细胞明显低于PBS组(P<0.05),且联合治疗组明显低于125I粒子和Ad-hING4治疗组(P<0.01);Ad组与PBS组的各指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。可见125I粒子、Ad-hING4可显著抑制裸鼠PANC-1胰腺癌移植瘤的生长,两者联用具有抑癌增效的协同作用,Ad-hING4有望作为一种新的放疗增敏剂;其抑瘤机制可能是通过下调Survivin和上调Caspase3的表达,以诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管形成。 展开更多

Because of the limited space of the launch rockets, deployable mechanisms are always used to solve the phenomenon. One dimensional deployable mast can deploy and support antenna, solar sail and space optical camera. Tape-spring hyperelastic hinges can be folded and extended into a rod like configuration. It utilizes the strain energy to realize self-deploying and drive the other structures. One kind of triangular prism mast with tape-spring hyperelastic hinges is proposed and developed. Stretching and compression stiffness theoretical model are established with considering the tape-spring hyperelastic hinges based on static theory. The finite element model of ten-module triangular prism mast is set up by ABAQUS with the tape-spring hyperelastic hinge and parameter study is performed to investigate the influence of thickness, section angle and radius. Two-module TPM is processed and tested the compression stiffness by the laser displacement sensor, deploying repeat accuracy by the high speed camera, modal shape and fundamental frequency at cantilever position by LMS multi-channel vibration test and analysis system, which are used to verify precision of the theoretical and finite element models of ten-module triangular prism mast with the tape-spring hyperelastic hinges. The thin-walled tube flexure(TWTF) hinges have important potential application value in the deployment mechanisms of satellite and solar array, but the optimal design of the TWTF hinges haven't been completely solved, which restricts their applications. An optimal design method for the qusai-static folding and deploying of TWTF hinges with double slots is presented based on the response surface theory. Firstly, the full factorial method is employed to design of the experiments. Then, the finite element models of the TWTF hinges with double slots are constructed to simulate the qusai-static folding and deploying non-linear analysis. What's more, the mathematical model of the TWTF flexure hinge quasi-static folding and deploying properties are derived by the response surface method. Considering of small mass and high stability, the peak moment of quasi-static folding and deploying as well as the lightless are set as the objectives to get the optimal performances. The relative errors of the objectives between the optimal design results and the FE analysis results are less than 7%, which demonstrates the precision of the surrogate models. Lastly, the parameter study shows that both the slots length and the slots width both have significant effects to the peak moment of quasi-static folding and deploying of TWTF hinges with double slots. However, the maximum Mises stress of quasi-static folding is more sensitive to the slots length than the slots width. The proposed research can be applied to optimize other thin-walled flexure hinges under quasi-static folding and deploying, which is of great importance to design of flexure hinges with high stability and low stress. 展开更多

A root hinge drive assembly is preferred in place of the classical viscous damper in a large solar array system.It has advantages including better deployment control and higher reliability.But the traditional single degree of freedom model should be improved.A multiple degrees of freedom dynamics model is presented for the solar arrays deployment to guide the drive assembly design.The established model includes the functions of the torsion springs,the synchronization mechanism and the lock-up impact.A numerical computation method is proposed to solve the dynamics coupling problem.Then considering the drive torque requirement calculated by the proposed model,a root hinge drive assembly is developed based on the reliability engineering design methods,and dual actuators are used as a redundancy design.Pseudo-efficiency is introduced and the major factors influencing the(pseudo-)efficiency of the gear mechanism designed with high reduction ratio are studied for further test data analysis.A ground prototype deployment test is conducted to verify the capacity of the drive assembly.The test device consists of a large-area solar array system and a root hinge drive assembly.The RHDA development time is about 43 s.The theoretical drive torque is compared with the test values which are obtained according to the current data and the reduction efficiency analysis,and the results show that the presented model and the calibration methods are proper enough. 展开更多

Based on the elastic foundation beam theory and the multi-floating-module hydrodynamic theory,a novel method is proposed to estimate the dynamic responses of VLFS(Very Large Floating Structure).In still water,a VLFS can be simplified as an elastic foundation beam model or a multi-floating-module model connected by elastic hinges.According to equivalent displacement of the two models in static analysis,the problem of rotation stiffness of elastic hinges can be solved.Then,based on the potential flow theory,the dynamic responding analysis of multi-floatingmodule model under wave loads can be computed in ANSYS-AQWA software.By assembling the time domain analysis results of each module,the dynamic responses of the VLFS can be obtained.Validation of the method is conducted through a series of comparison calculations,which mainly includes a continuous structure and a three-part structure connected by hinges in regular waves.The results of this paper method show a satisfactory agreement with the experiment and calculation data given in relative references. 展开更多

The Adaptive Dropped Hinge Flap(ADHF) is a novel trailing edge high-lift device characterized by the integration of downward deflection spoiler and simple hinge flap, with excellent aerodynamic and mechanism performance. In this paper, aerodynamic optimization design of an ADHF high-lift system is conducted considering the mechanism performance. Shape and settings of both takeoff and landing configurations are optimized and analyzed, with considering the kinematic constraints of ADHF mechanism, and the desired optimization results were obtained after optimization. Sensitivity analysis proves the robustness of the optimal design. Comparison shows that the ADHF design has better comprehensive performance of both mechanism and aerodynamics than the conventional Fowler flap and simple hinge flap design. 展开更多

The hydrodynamic performance of a bottom-hinged flap wave energy converter (WEC) is investigated through a frequency domain numerical model. The numerical model is verified through a two-dimensional analytic solution, as well as the qualitative analysis on the dynamic response of avibrating system. The concept of "optimum density" of the bottom-hinged flap is proposed, and its analytic expression is derived as well. The frequency interval in which the optimum density exists is also obtained. The analytic expression of the optimum linear damping coefficient is obtained by a bottom-hinged WEC. Some basic dynamic properties involving natural period, excitation moment, pitch amplitude, and optimum damping coefficient are analyzed and discussed in detail. In addition, this paper highlights the analysis of effects on the conversion performance of the device exerted by some important parameters. The results indicate that "the optimum linear damping period of 5.0 s" is the most ideal option in the short wave sea states with the wave period below 6.0 s. Shallow water depth, large flap thickness and low flap density are advised in the practical design of the device in short wave sea states in order to maximize power capture. In the sea state with water depth of 5.0 m and wave period of 5.0 s, the results of parametric optimization suggest a flap with the width of 8.0 m, thickness of 1.6 m, and with the density as little as possible when the optimum power take-off (PTO) damping coefficient is adopted. 展开更多
