文摘Traditional handicrafts,as emblematic representations of cultural heritage,play a crucial role in advancing the cultural construction of schools,facilitating the presentation of traditional culture to contemporary students in a revitalized manner.This study investigates the implementation path of traditional handicrafts in college development.It encompasses the incorporation of traditional handicrafts into schools,the establishment of a trinity model for cultural education,the formulation of a curriculum that emphasizes the distinctive features of local cultures,the creation of a platform for cultural practice,and the active promotion of school cultural construction.The objective is to foster the creative transformation and innovative advancement of China’s exceptional traditional culture among young students.

文摘The integration of industry and education can not only give full play to the leading role of talents in rural revitalization,promote the development of social resources such as science and technology,industry,culture,education,and medical care,but also provide strong momentum for the rural revitalization strategy,and comprehensively promote rural construction in the new era.This paper analyzes the significance and problems of cultivating talents for rural revitalization through the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education,and makes a preliminary exploration on the countermeasures from three aspects:strengthening top-level design to connect education with rural areas,establishing a diversified training mechanism to meet talent needs,and innovating cooperation models to shorten the distance between schools and villages.

文摘With the proposal and implementation of the“Belt and Road”initiative,economic development requires the drive of a large number of talents and real industries.Local governments along the route also encourage universities and enterprises to carry out high-level school-enterprise cooperation to promote the effective sharing of education and economy,thus ensuring the development of the regional economy.In order to better adapt to relevant national policies,promote regional economic development,and supply high-quality and skilled talents to society,higher vocational colleges should strengthen education reform,introduce the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,achieve the deep integration between schools and enterprises,and promote regional economic development.Based on this,this paper analyzes and studies the deep cooperation model between higher vocational colleges and enterprises under the“Belt and Road”initiative for reference.

文摘Against the background of the in-depth reform of vocational education,the construction of“dual-qualification and dual-competence”teaching teams has become increasingly prominent as a core link to promote the in-depth development of industry-education integration and improve the quality of technical and skilled talent training.Due to its strong practical characteristics,the nursing major has higher requirements for teachers’“dual-qualification and dual-competence”(systematic theoretical teaching ability and clinical practical operation ability).Taking the Innovation Team for Education and Teaching of Nursing Professional Group of Guangzhou Huanan Business College as the research object,this paper systematically analyzes the practical paths constructed by the team in the construction of“dual-qualification and dual-competence”,such as the“internal training and external introduction”teacher optimization mechanism,the“school-hospital collaboration”practical training platform,and the“quantitative+qualitative”evaluation system.It also deeply discusses the structural contradictions faced in the construction process and the breakthrough strategies.The purpose is to provide a referenceable and promotable practical model for the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational nursing majors and contribute to the high-quality development of vocational education.

文摘In the context of rapid information technology development and smart education reshaping educational paradigms,the construction of online excellent courses in higher vocational education holds significant importance.This paper focuses on smart education and online excellent courses in higher vocational education.It first elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of smart education,as well as the features and significance of online excellent courses.The current status of their development is then introduced,including achievements and successful cases.Subsequently,challenges such as conceptual models,resource platforms,and faculty support are analyzed.Finally,a roadmap for development is proposed,covering innovations in conceptual models,optimization of resource platforms,faculty team building,and improvement of support mechanisms.
文摘With the deepening of economic globalization,international exchanges and cooperation have become increasingly frequent,making cross-cultural collisions and integration a common phenomenon.As a vital pathway for cultivating applied talents,higher vocational education bears the responsibility of delivering high-quality professionals with intercultural communication competence to society.English,as the universal language of international communication,holds a pivotal position in higher vocational education.However,traditional English teaching in vocational colleges often focuses on language knowledge transmission while neglecting the cultivation of students’intercultural communication skills,leading to misunderstandings and conflicts caused by cultural differences in practical interactions.Therefore,enhancing the development of intercultural communication competence in vocational English education has become an urgent issue requiring resolution.This paper aims to explore the current status,challenges,and countermeasures for cultivating intercultural communication competence in vocational English education under globalization,providing references for teaching reform in vocational English education.

文摘This paper focuses on the ideological and political construction of the“Introduction to High-Speed Railway”course in higher vocational colleges.Based on the national policy orientation of ideological and political education in courses and the talent demands of the high-speed railway industry,it comprehensively employs methods such as literature research and questionnaire surveys to analyze the current status and problems of ideological and political construction in the course.The research finds that there are issues such as insufficient in-depth exploration of ideological and political elements,inadequate teacher capabilities,monotonous teaching methods,and the absence of an evaluation system.In response to these problems,it proposes strategies such as deepening the exploration of ideological and political elements,enhancing teacher capabilities,innovating teaching methods,and improving the evaluation system.It aims to construct a collaborative system of“knowledge impartation+value guidance+practical education”,providing theoretical and practical references for the ideological and political construction of courses in higher vocational transportation-related majors.

文摘High-quality professional teaching staff is an important guarantee to achieve high-quality sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Part-time teachers are an essential part of the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,playing a vital role in higher vocational education.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as irregular employment,lack of systematic training,imperfect teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system,weak incentive policy,high turnover,and poor stability.Combined with the characteristics of part-time teachers,this paper explores the construction strategy of parttime teachers in higher vocational colleges,builds a high-quality and high-level part-time teacher team,and provides references for achieving high-quality sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
