On the other hand, the denoising properties of t...Higher order statistical features have been recently proved to be very efficient in the classification of wideband communications and radar signals with great accuracy. On the other hand, the denoising properties of the wavelet transform make WT an efficient signal processing tool in noisy environments. A novel technique for the classification of multi-user chirp modulation signals is presented in this paper. A combination of the higher order moments and cumulants of the wavelet coefficients as well as the peaks of the bispectrum and its bi-frequencies are proposed as effective features. Different types of artificial intelligence based classifiers and clustering techniques are used to identify the chirp signals of the different users. In particular, neural networks (NN), maximum likelihood (ML), k-nearest neighbor (KNN) and support vector machine (SVMs) classifiers as well as fuzzy c-means (FCM) and fuzzy k-means (FKM) clustering techniques are tested. The Simulation results show that the proposed technique is able to efficiently classify the different chirp signals in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channels with high accuracy. It is shown that the NN classifier outperforms other classifiers. Also, the simulations prove that the classification based on features extracted from wavelet transform results in more accurate results than that using features directly extracted from the chirp signals, especially at low values of signal-to-noise ratios.展开更多

Higher-order topological insulators,which host topologically protected states at boundaries that are at least two dimensions lower than the bulk,are an emerging class of topological materials.They provide great opport...Higher-order topological insulators,which host topologically protected states at boundaries that are at least two dimensions lower than the bulk,are an emerging class of topological materials.They provide great opportunities for exploring novel topological phenomena and fascinating applications.Utilizing a low-temperature scanning tunneling microscope,we construct breathing-kagome lattices with Fe adatoms on Ag(111)and investigate their electronic properties.We observe the higher-order topological boundary states in the topological phase but not in the trivial one,which is consistent with the theory.These states are found to be robust against the removal of bulk or edge adatoms.Further,we show the arbitrary positioning of these states either at corner,edge,or bulk sites by slightly modifying their neighbors.Our study not only demonstrates the formation and robustness of the electronic higher-order topological boundary states in real atomic systems but also provides a route for controlling their positions.展开更多

文摘High-quality development of higher education is the key to high-quality economic and social development in Heilongjiang Province.Strong education is a strategic project for the development of a high-quality population,and high-quality education is the key to improving the overall quality of the population.The current northeastern region is in a critical period of comprehensive revitalization,there is an urgent need for education,science and technology,and human resources to provide a trinity of all-round,multi-factor support.It is essential for colleges and universities in Northeast China to consolidate their strengths,apply targeted efforts,and serve the Party and the state by playing a renewed and more prominent role within the broader strategic context.In light of the comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast,identifying the challenges facing higher education in Heilongjiang Province and proposing appropriate development pathways has become a pressing and widely discussed issue in both academic and practical circles.

文摘High-quality professional teaching staff is an important guarantee to achieve high-quality sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Part-time teachers are an essential part of the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,playing a vital role in higher vocational education.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as irregular employment,lack of systematic training,imperfect teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system,weak incentive policy,high turnover,and poor stability.Combined with the characteristics of part-time teachers,this paper explores the construction strategy of parttime teachers in higher vocational colleges,builds a high-quality and high-level part-time teacher team,and provides references for achieving high-quality sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.

文摘With the advancement of information technology,the digital transformation of higher education has become a global trend in educational reform.Egypt has propelled the modernization of its higher education system through digital means,focusing on enhancing teachers’digital teaching capabilities,improving course quality,and establishing a policy environment that supports digital instruction.The driving forces behind Egypt’s transformation include meeting the demand for skilled talent due to economic reforms,participating in internationalization processes,and the impetus provided by public diplomacy.By introducing high-quality international resources,deepening scientific research collaboration,and applying digital technologies,Egypt has effectively alleviated issues of resource insufficiency and uneven development,thereby enhancing its capacity for higher education quality assurance.Egypt’s practice demonstrates that digitalization is a key pathway for developing countries to improve the quality of higher education,providing valuable insights for constructing sustainable models of higher education development.

文摘Higher-order topological insulators,which host topologically protected states at boundaries that are at least two dimensions lower than the bulk,are an emerging class of topological materials.They provide great opportunities for exploring novel topological phenomena and fascinating applications.Utilizing a low-temperature scanning tunneling microscope,we construct breathing-kagome lattices with Fe adatoms on Ag(111)and investigate their electronic properties.We observe the higher-order topological boundary states in the topological phase but not in the trivial one,which is consistent with the theory.These states are found to be robust against the removal of bulk or edge adatoms.Further,we show the arbitrary positioning of these states either at corner,edge,or bulk sites by slightly modifying their neighbors.Our study not only demonstrates the formation and robustness of the electronic higher-order topological boundary states in real atomic systems but also provides a route for controlling their positions.
文摘In the context of"Internet+,"the rapid development and integration of infor-mation technology in China have brought new opportunities and challenges to psychological education in higher education.Compared with traditional psycho-logical education,the high information throughput and multichannel presentation of"Internet+"have altered students’cognitive characteristics.Consequently,traditional psychological education methods are no longer suitable for the current environment,and education methods pose new challenges for higher education.New media technologies within the"Internet+"framework have played a crucial role in psychological education.Further research is needed to explore new applic-ations for enhancing the quality of psychological education in higher education institutions.This paper reviews the current opportunities and challenges faced by psychological education in the context of"Internet+",and explores a mechanism-driven,collaborative,and efficient educational strategy that is responsive to new conditions.
