The variation on magnetic and mechanical properties of high intrinsic coercivity Nd-Fe-B magnets prepared by double-alloy powder mixed method was discussed, which is a method blend- ing two-type main phase alloy powders with different components. The results showed that the intrinsic coercivity and density of sin- tered Nd-Fe-B magnets increased gradually with the increase in Dy content, and the double-alloy powder mixed method could obtain high intrinsic coercivity Nd-Fe-B magnets with good crystallographic alignment and microstructure. The bending strength of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets declined, and the Rockwell hardness of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets first declined, and then increased with the in- crease in Dy content. The microstructure showed that there existed the phenomenon that the Dy element diffused into main phase dur- ing sintering process, and the distribution of Dy content in main phase had some variation in homogeneity as a result of incomplete reaction between the double-alloy powder types.展开更多

Potential of the catalysts in the soot oxidation was evaluated in a temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) apparatus. The results showed that all the Fe3+ and Zr4+ were incor- porated into ceria lattice to form a pure Ce-Fe-Zr-O solid solution for the co-precipitation sample, but two kinds of Fe phases ex- isted in the Ce-Fe-Zr-O catalysts prepared by other methods: Fe3+ incorporated into CeO2 lattice and dispersed Fe2O3 clusters. The free Fe2O3 clusters could improve the activity of catalysts for soot oxidation comparing with the pure Ce-Fe-Zr-O solid solution owing to the synergetic effect between free Fe2O3 and surface oxygen vacancies. In addition, the activity of catalysts strongly relied on the surface reducibility of free Fe2O3 particles. Holding both abundant free Fe2O3 particles and high oxygen vacancy concentration, the hydrothermal Ce0.5Fe0.3Zr0.202 catalyst presented the lowest Ti (251℃, ignition temperature of soot oxidation) and Tm (310 ℃, maximum oxidation rate temperature) for soot combustion (with tight-contact between soot and catalysts) among the five samples. Even after aging at 800 ℃ for 10 h, the Ti and Tm were still relatively low, at 273 and 361 ℃, respectively, indicating high catalytic stability.展开更多

Methods: A two-phase mixed method design was used. In Phase I, 362 students participated in an online survey, and in Phase II, 33 students participated in five focus group discussions. Ages of participants ranged from 18 to 45 years old, with 18 - 25 year olds making up over 74% of the sample. Results: Attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, along with weight control status of trying to lose weight, were found to be significant predictors of intention to follow physical activity recommendations, which in turn were the strongest predictor of physical activity. Knowledge was not found to be significant. Group discussions revealed barriers to meeting physical activity recommendations, which included lack of companionship and social support, lack of motivation, time and cost restrictions, and lack of privacy in the gym. Social norms exerted both positive and negative influences. Conclusion: The mixed method approach provided a deeper insight into the influential factors pertaining to physical activity among female students, and results could be used in further research to develop effective interventions.展开更多

Even after aging at 800 ℃ for 10 h, the Ti and Tm were still relatively low, at 273 and 361 ℃, respectively, indicating high catalytic stability.

文摘Based on reasonable assumptions that simplified the calculational model,a simple and practical method was proposed to calculate the post-construction settlement of high-speed railway bridge pile foundation by using the Mesri creep model to describe the soil characteristics and the Mindlin-Geddes method considering pile diameter to calculate the vertical additional stress of pile bottom.A program named CPPS was designed for this method to calculate the post-construction settlement of a high-speed railway bridge pile foundation. The result indicates that the post-construction settlement in 100 years meets the requirements of the engineering specifications, and in the first two decades, the post-construction settlement is about 80% of its total settlement, while the settlement in the rest eighty years tends to be stable.Compared with the measured settlement after laying railway tracks, the calculational result is closed to that of the measured, and the results are conservative with a high computational accuracy. It is noted that the method can be used to calculate the post-construction settlement for the preliminary design of high-speed railway bridge pile foundation.

文摘Taking a high-speed train in China as an example, using computer simulation technology and comparing with the test data, the three current methods including linear stability analysis method, nonlinear stability analysis method and the field testing criterion are studied to evaluate stability of high-speed trains.A new stability evaluation method is proposed which can be used to evaluate lateral stability of high-speed vehicle based on the codes of UIC 515and UIC 518.From the viewpoint of taking the most unfavorable track conditions into account and improving the safety margin, the new method uses the root mean square of bogie lateral acceleration as a criterion to evaluate the lateral stability of high-speed trains.Numerical example shows that the proposed method not only considers the forced vibration caused by track irregularities in the actual practice, but also takes the instability self-excited vibration into account,so it can realize early warning of bogie slight unstable oscillation, meanwhile the method itself does not involve complex algorithms which has the possibility of engineering applications.

文摘To improve the design speed and reduce the design cost for the previous blade design method, a modified inverse design method is presented. In the new method, after a series of physical and mathematical simplifications, a sail?like constrained area is proposed, which can be used to configure di erent runner blade shapes. Then, the new method is applied to redesign and optimize the runner blade of the scale core component of the 1400?MW canned nuclear coolant pump in an established multi?optimization system compromising the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) analysis, the Response Surface Methodology(RSM) and the Non?dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm?II(NSGA?II). After the execution of the optimization procedure, three optimal samples were ultimately obtained. Then, through comparative analysis using the target runner blade, it was found that the maximum e ciency improvement reached 1.6%, while the head improvement was about 10%. Overall, a promising runner blade inverse design method which will benefit the hydraulic design of the mixed?flow pump has been proposed.

文摘High-speed trains often use temperature sensors to monitor the motion state of bearings. However, the temperature of bearings can be affected by factors such as weather and faults. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze in detail the relationship between the bearing temperature and influencing factors. In this study,a dynamics model of the axle box bearing of high-speed trains is established. The model can obtain the contact force between the rollers and raceway and its change law when the bearing contains outer-ring,inner-ring,and rolling-element faults.Based on the model,a thermal network method is introduced to study the temperature field distribution of the axle box bearings of high-speed trains. In this model, the heat generation, conduction, and dispersion of the isothermal nodes can be solved. The results show that the temperature of the contact point between the outer-ring raceway and rolling-elements is the highest. The relationships between the node temperature and the speed, fault type, and fault size are analyzed, finding that the higher the speed, the higher the node temperature.Under different fault types, the node temperature first increases and then decreases as the fault size increases. The effectiveness of the model is demonstrated using the actual temperature data of a high-speed train. This study proposes a thermal network model that can predict the temperature of each component of the bearings on a high-speed train under various speed and fault conditions.

文摘The mixed covolume method for the regularized long wave equation is devel- oped and studied. By introducing a transfer operator γh, which maps the trial function space into the test function space, and combining the mixed finite element with the finite volume method, the nonlinear and linear Euler fully discrete mixed covolume schemes are constructed, and the existence and uniqueness of the solutions are proved. The optimal error estimates for these schemes are obtained. Finally, a numerical example is provided to examine the efficiency of the proposed schemes.

文摘Ceria-zirconia based mixed oxides(CZs)have been applied in three-way catalysts(TWCs)for their high surface area and oxygen storage capacity(OSC).In this work, enhanced thermal stability of Ce_(0.33)Zr_(0.55)(LaNdY)_(0.12)O_(2)mixed oxides was realized via a facile and scalable approach, namely, sulfateaided coprecipitation method was labelled as CZ-S.Sulfate ion(SO_(4)^(2-))was added into raw solution in the form of sulfuric acid and acted as coordination agent. The control sample was prepared by conventional coprecipitation method without sulfuric acid added and labelled as CZ.The promotion effect of sulfate ion was analyzed systematically by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),N_(2)adsorption-desorption,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),OSC and hydrogen temperatureprogrammed reduction(H_(2)-TPR)analysis.XRD and high resolution TEM results reveal that CZ-S have homogeneous distributions of elements.TEM and SEM images show that fresh samples of CZ-S have narrower distributions of grain sizes and larger pore sizes than those of CZ.Through cross analysis of structure and morphology of CZ and CZ-S,we find that the introduction of sulfate ions results in uniform distributions of elements, narrows distributions of grain sizes, and enables the formation of secondary loose packing of sub-particles,which lead to enhanced thermal stability of the samples of CZ-S upon aging process at high temperature. After aging treatment at 1100℃for 10 h,aged samples of CZ-S present larger specific surface areas and pore volumes than the aged sample prepared by conventional coprecipitation method without sulfate ions added.Furthermore, the aged sample of CZ-S2(SO_(4)^(2-)/Zr=1)possesses the highest specific surface area of 21.9 m2/g and the biggest pore volume of 0.035 mL/g among all aged samples.
文摘Objective: As a needs assessment for intervention, quantitative and qualitative methods were used to examine attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention, knowledge, and weight control status related to physical activity in female university students within the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Conclusion: The mixed method approach provided a deeper insight into the influential factors pertaining to physical activity among female students, and results could be used in further research to develop effective interventions.

文摘To solve the complex weight matrix derivative problem when using the weighted least squares method to estimate the parameters of the mixed additive and multiplicative random error model(MAM error model),we use an improved artificial bee colony algorithm without derivative and the bootstrap method to estimate the parameters and evaluate the accuracy of MAM error model. The improved artificial bee colony algorithm can update individuals in multiple dimensions and improve the cooperation ability between individuals by constructing a new search equation based on the idea of quasi-affine transformation. The experimental results show that based on the weighted least squares criterion, the algorithm can get the results consistent with the weighted least squares method without multiple formula derivation. The parameter estimation and accuracy evaluation method based on the bootstrap method can get better parameter estimation and more reasonable accuracy information than existing methods, which provides a new idea for the theory of parameter estimation and accuracy evaluation of the MAM error model.

A numerical example is provided at the end of this paper.
文摘According to the valve port features of high speed on-off valve and its actions, the valve port can be simplified into an a-type half bridge construction.A method that tests the dynamic characteristics of the high speed on-off valve by the output pressure signal of the a-type half bridge is proposed.Having analyzed the factors related to the dynamic characteristics of an a-type half bridge,a rule for designing the outlet chamber's volume is worked out.According to the rule,a test stand is built to test the self-developed high-speed on-off valve. From the test results,it can be seen that with the outlet chamber's volume controlled by the rule the rise time of the pressure signals driven by signals with different frequencies changes very little. The test results conform to the simulation results, which nroves the correctness of the method.
