As the largest manufacturing country,China is striving to improve the development quality of its power industry with the goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,in order to sustain its high-quality economic growt...As the largest manufacturing country,China is striving to improve the development quality of its power industry with the goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,in order to sustain its high-quality economic growth.In this regard,it is of importance to reveal both the regional development level of China’s power sector and its characteristics in terms of inspiring the next improvement direction.Motived by this purpose,this paper constructs an evaluation indicator system from three dimensions at the province level based on the connotation of high-quality development of the power industry(HDPI).Next,it calculates the HDPI indexes of 30 provinces and explore their development trend and spatial pattern.The results indicate that the total comprehensive performance of all regions was improved in general in the recent decade,but the spatial distribution characteristics of clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient are different.In the aspects of improvement space in future,not only do actively ameliorate the related management regimes or technical fields so as to improve the corresponding indicators’value,but also passively rely on the macro-development such as China’s urbanization level improvement,technological level improvement,and industrial structure upgrading as usual.展开更多

This study investigates both the exterior and interior sound sourc...Noise is one of the key issues in the operation of high-speed railways, with sound source localisation and its transfer path as the two major aspects. This study investigates both the exterior and interior sound source distribution of a high-speed train and presents a method for performing the contribution analysis of airborne sound with regard to the interior noise. First, both exterior and interior sound source locations of the high-speed train are identified through in-situ measurements. Second, the sound source contribution for di erent regions of the train and the relationships between the exterior and interior noises are analysed. Third, a method for conducting the contribution analysis of airborne sound with regard to the interior noise of the high-speed train is described. Lastly, a case study on the sidewall area is carried out, and the contribution of airborne sound to the interior noise of this area is obtained. The results show that, when the high-speed train runs at 310 km/h, dominant exterior sound sources are located in the bogie and pantograph regions, while main interior sound sources are located at the sidewall and roof. The interior noise, the bogie area noise and the sound source at the middle of the coach exhibit very similar rates of increase with increasing train speed. For the selected sidewall area, structure-borne sound dominates in most of the 1/3 octave bands.展开更多

So the latest target of the trai...Many design engineers in cross-domain industries have attended training classes of TRIZ to improve their innovative abilities in China. Most of them are successful, but others are not. So the latest target of the trainers is to improve the training process used now in industry in China and to make the engineers to understand the basic principles of TRIZ better. Based on the mass-engineer-oriented training model(MEOTM) and mechanical engineers’ design cases, a relationship between managing activities about the opportunities for innovation and the training process is set up. It is shown that the inventive problems come first from opportunity searching for engineers. A training and gate system for evaluation is developed to involve the managing activities of the companies in the training process. Then comparison between the general analogous process and the application of TRIZ is made, which shows the advantages and depth principles of TRIZ for the engineers to apply them confidently. Lastly a new process is formed in which opportunity searching, engineers training, inventive problems identifying and solving,and three redesign paths are connected seamlessly. The research proposes an opportunity-driven redesign path that cooperates the training and opportunity searching, which will be applied in future training classes to make more and more engineers to follow.展开更多

One of the challenges in developing a restoration plan is to sift t...System operators and planners develop and implement restoration plans based on off-line simulation studies, and accumulated experience and knowledge. One of the challenges in developing a restoration plan is to sift through numerous possible restoration scenarios and paths, in order to identify those that are technically feasible. When implementing a restoration plan in an on-line environment following a blackout, the operators need to adapt to the actual outage scenarios and available resources, and be constantly mindful of anticipated voltage and frequency excursions that must remain within system and equipment tolerances. In recognition of these challenges, EPRI has developed System Restoration Navigator (SRN), to provide decision support to system restoration planning and operations engineers in developing, evaluating and revising system restoration strategies, guidelines, plans and step-by-step procedures. During 2013-2014, EPRI developed SRN version 3.0, which is designed to facilitate its integration into a commercial operator training simulator (OTS) (AKA a dispatch training simulator, DTS). The integration of SRN 3.0 with an OTS allows operators to obtain experience in simulating, developing, experimenting with and revising system restoration plans, and to address related regulatory standards. The integration expands the usability of SRN 3.0 by providing the OTS platform for training purposes and for the purpose of interfacing SRN 3.0 with operational power system models to be able to explore near real time application of SRN 3.0. This 2013-2014 development work also included the integration of SRN 3.0 into EPRI OTS, and its application on the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council (FRCC) power system. A detailed account of development of SRN 3.0, its integration into EPRI OTS and its application to FRCC system is presented in this paper.展开更多
Passengers’demands for riding comfort have been getting higher and higher as the high-speed railway develops.Scientific methods to analyze the interior noise of the high-speed train are needed and the operational tra...Passengers’demands for riding comfort have been getting higher and higher as the high-speed railway develops.Scientific methods to analyze the interior noise of the high-speed train are needed and the operational transfer path analysis(OTPA)method provides a theoretical basis and guidance for the noise control of the train and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional method,which has high test efficiency and can be carried out during the working state of the targeted machine.The OTPA model is established from the aspects of“path reference point-target point”and“sound source reference point-target point”.As for the mechanism of the noise transmission path,an assumption is made that the direct sound propagation is ignored,and the symmetric sound source and the symmetric path are merged.Using the operational test data and the OTPA method,combined with the results of spherical array sound source identification,the path contribution and sound source contribution of the interior noise are analyzed,respectively,from aspects of the total value and spectrum.The results show that the OTPA conforms to the calculation results of the spherical array sound source identification.At low speed,the contribution of the floor path and the contribution of the bogie sources are dominant.When the speed is greater than 300 km/h,the contribution of the roof path is dominant.Moreover,for the carriage with a pantograph,the lifted pantograph is an obvious source.The noise from the exterior sources of the train transfer into the interior mainly through the form of structural excitation,and the contribution of air excitation is non-significant.Certain analyses of train parts provide guides for the interior noise control.展开更多

It is shown that if thermal forcing appears a meridional linear variation the rays of quasi-stationary planetary wave may propagate along oblique lines and if the meridional variability of heat source has second order term the rays show distinct deformation as a great circular route. Additionally, the inhomogeneous distribution may cause lower frequency oscillations in mid- and low-latitudes. The combination of zonal and meridional wave numbers and distributive character of heat source may form an inverse mechanism of variational trend of generized wave energy, reflecting in some degree the physical process of transition between meridional and zonal flow patterns.展开更多

文摘For a long time,Chinese construction industry has had disadvantages such as waste of resources,environmental pollution,long construction period,great influence by weather,low enterprise efficiency and poor benefit.While being able to solve the disadvantages of traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings,as an important starting point to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,are far superior to traditional buildings in green and low-carbon,energy conservation and emission reduction,which can accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.In recent years,the government has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings,but the implementation of prefabricated buildings has been frequently hindered and the development of prefabricated buildings in China has not achieve the expected goal in many aspects.Under the high-quality development strategy proposed by the central government,how to promote the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in China is one of the key difficulties of Chinese construction industry in the future.Therefore,it is necessary to proceed from the connotation of the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings,establish an evaluation model for the high-quality development level of prefabricated buildings through AHP and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation to master the high-quality development level of prefabricated buildings in China,and explore the reasonable paths selection forthe high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in China.

文摘In today's world,the competition for high-end smart technology is becoming increasingly fierce,and the huge connotation hidden behind the fierce competition is the competition of high-quality skilled talents.The status of secondary vocational education in our country's education system has a solid foundational role.The close connection it exhibits with social and economic development is beyond the reach of other types of education.However,the current secondary vocational education talent training model shows a situation that is not in line with market demand,and problems such as"shortage of skilled personnel"and"unemployment structural imbalance"have appeared in related fields.The supply of talents in secondary vocational education lacks a balanced mechanism,lacks in quality of supply,and does not have a high effect.It is urgent to train high-quality skilled talents with matching socio-economic structure transformation and upgrading for the society through education supply-side reform measures.In view of this,according to the changes in market demand,we will vigorously promote the reform of the school-based curriculum of secondary vocational schools,strive to create a new integrated development model that combines textbooks and practice,promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between schools and characteristic enterprises in the industry,and train people in practice.Cultivating people,creating a good atmosphere for cultivating technical talents,and combining with the new goal of practicing education to build an evaluation system suitable for the growth of secondary vocational talents,making the human resource structure more and more suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the current social industrial structure.

文摘Noise is one of the key issues in the operation of high-speed railways, with sound source localisation and its transfer path as the two major aspects. This study investigates both the exterior and interior sound source distribution of a high-speed train and presents a method for performing the contribution analysis of airborne sound with regard to the interior noise. First, both exterior and interior sound source locations of the high-speed train are identified through in-situ measurements. Second, the sound source contribution for di erent regions of the train and the relationships between the exterior and interior noises are analysed. Third, a method for conducting the contribution analysis of airborne sound with regard to the interior noise of the high-speed train is described. Lastly, a case study on the sidewall area is carried out, and the contribution of airborne sound to the interior noise of this area is obtained. The results show that, when the high-speed train runs at 310 km/h, dominant exterior sound sources are located in the bogie and pantograph regions, while main interior sound sources are located at the sidewall and roof. The interior noise, the bogie area noise and the sound source at the middle of the coach exhibit very similar rates of increase with increasing train speed. For the selected sidewall area, structure-borne sound dominates in most of the 1/3 octave bands.

文摘Many design engineers in cross-domain industries have attended training classes of TRIZ to improve their innovative abilities in China. Most of them are successful, but others are not. So the latest target of the trainers is to improve the training process used now in industry in China and to make the engineers to understand the basic principles of TRIZ better. Based on the mass-engineer-oriented training model(MEOTM) and mechanical engineers’ design cases, a relationship between managing activities about the opportunities for innovation and the training process is set up. It is shown that the inventive problems come first from opportunity searching for engineers. A training and gate system for evaluation is developed to involve the managing activities of the companies in the training process. Then comparison between the general analogous process and the application of TRIZ is made, which shows the advantages and depth principles of TRIZ for the engineers to apply them confidently. Lastly a new process is formed in which opportunity searching, engineers training, inventive problems identifying and solving,and three redesign paths are connected seamlessly. The research proposes an opportunity-driven redesign path that cooperates the training and opportunity searching, which will be applied in future training classes to make more and more engineers to follow.
文摘System operators and planners develop and implement restoration plans based on off-line simulation studies, and accumulated experience and knowledge. One of the challenges in developing a restoration plan is to sift through numerous possible restoration scenarios and paths, in order to identify those that are technically feasible. When implementing a restoration plan in an on-line environment following a blackout, the operators need to adapt to the actual outage scenarios and available resources, and be constantly mindful of anticipated voltage and frequency excursions that must remain within system and equipment tolerances. In recognition of these challenges, EPRI has developed System Restoration Navigator (SRN), to provide decision support to system restoration planning and operations engineers in developing, evaluating and revising system restoration strategies, guidelines, plans and step-by-step procedures. During 2013-2014, EPRI developed SRN version 3.0, which is designed to facilitate its integration into a commercial operator training simulator (OTS) (AKA a dispatch training simulator, DTS). The integration of SRN 3.0 with an OTS allows operators to obtain experience in simulating, developing, experimenting with and revising system restoration plans, and to address related regulatory standards. The integration expands the usability of SRN 3.0 by providing the OTS platform for training purposes and for the purpose of interfacing SRN 3.0 with operational power system models to be able to explore near real time application of SRN 3.0. This 2013-2014 development work also included the integration of SRN 3.0 into EPRI OTS, and its application on the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council (FRCC) power system. A detailed account of development of SRN 3.0, its integration into EPRI OTS and its application to FRCC system is presented in this paper.
文摘Passengers’demands for riding comfort have been getting higher and higher as the high-speed railway develops.Scientific methods to analyze the interior noise of the high-speed train are needed and the operational transfer path analysis(OTPA)method provides a theoretical basis and guidance for the noise control of the train and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional method,which has high test efficiency and can be carried out during the working state of the targeted machine.The OTPA model is established from the aspects of“path reference point-target point”and“sound source reference point-target point”.As for the mechanism of the noise transmission path,an assumption is made that the direct sound propagation is ignored,and the symmetric sound source and the symmetric path are merged.Using the operational test data and the OTPA method,combined with the results of spherical array sound source identification,the path contribution and sound source contribution of the interior noise are analyzed,respectively,from aspects of the total value and spectrum.The results show that the OTPA conforms to the calculation results of the spherical array sound source identification.At low speed,the contribution of the floor path and the contribution of the bogie sources are dominant.When the speed is greater than 300 km/h,the contribution of the roof path is dominant.Moreover,for the carriage with a pantograph,the lifted pantograph is an obvious source.The noise from the exterior sources of the train transfer into the interior mainly through the form of structural excitation,and the contribution of air excitation is non-significant.Certain analyses of train parts provide guides for the interior noise control.
文摘This paper studies correlations between the spatial structure character of thermal forcing and deformation and the amplitude of rays of meridional wave train. It is shown that if thermal forcing appears a meridional linear variation the rays of quasi-stationary planetary wave may propagate along oblique lines and if the meridional variability of heat source has second order term the rays show distinct deformation as a great circular route. Additionally, the inhomogeneous distribution may cause lower frequency oscillations in mid- and low-latitudes. The combination of zonal and meridional wave numbers and distributive character of heat source may form an inverse mechanism of variational trend of generized wave energy, reflecting in some degree the physical process of transition between meridional and zonal flow patterns.
