Ninety intermediate-level Chinese EFL learnerswere randomly assigned to a continuation group, a MAFW group, and a control group, each with30 learners. A pretest and a posttest were used to gauge L2 writing development. Results showedthat the continuation task outperformed the MAFW task not only in enhancing the overall qualityof L2 writing, but also in promoting the quality of three components of L2 writing, namely, content,organization, and language. This study investigates the coordination between regional economic growth and ecological sustainability within the context of high-quality town economy development.To address the challenges of balancing economic expan...This study investigates the coordination between regional economic growth and ecological sustainability within the context of high-quality town economy development.To address the challenges of balancing economic expansion with environmental protection,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed,encompassing two key dimensions:regional economy and ecological environment.Using panel data from 2013 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree model is employed to quantify the interactions and synergy between these dimensions.Additionally,spatial econometric methods are applied to calculate both global and local Moran’s Index,revealing spatial clustering patterns,regional disparities,and heterogeneity.The relative development model further identifies critical factors influencing regional coordination,with a focus on the lagging development of basic infrastructure and public services.The findings demonstrate a positive temporal trend toward improved regional coordination and reduced development gaps,with a spatial pattern characterized by higher coupling degrees in eastern and central regions compared to western areas.Based on these results,this study proposes actionable strategies to enhance coordinated development,emphasizing ecological conservation,the establishment of green production and consumption systems,ecological restoration,and strengthened municipal collaboration.This revised abstract emphasizes the study’s purpose,methods,and key findings more clearly while maintaining a professional and concise tone.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the corresponding coordinated development suggestions of regional economy and ecological environment are given from the aspects of ecological environment protection measures,green production and consumption system construction,ecological environment restoration and municipal coordination.展开更多

The suburbs surrounding metropolitan areas are the priority area for urban-rural integration development where functional optimization is essential to reconcile growing urban demands with sustainable rural development...The suburbs surrounding metropolitan areas are the priority area for urban-rural integration development where functional optimization is essential to reconcile growing urban demands with sustainable rural development.Rural functions are changing substantially and vary significantly across areas in the practice of high-quality urban-rural integration development era.How to make use of the advantages of different rural functions and achieve optimized combination of functions are actual problems that urgently need to be solved.The paper analyzed the process of urban-rural integration through the identification of urban-rural integration interfaces and evaluated the multifunctional transformation of rural areas in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle(CCEC)with a fixed weight evaluation model.The differences in rural functions analyzed with the Theil index reveals the characteristics and sources of differences in the“production-living-ecology-culture”functional areas in the CCEC.The research results show that:(1)The spatial distribution characteristics of rural functions in the CCEC are obvious,and agricultural production clusters dominate the Chengdu Plain and eastern Chongqing,contrasting with ecological conservation zones along the Yangtze River system,while cultural heritage hubs concentrate in economically vibrant tourism corridors.(2)The overall regional differences in rural functions are mainly due to intra-regional differences;in terms of the contribution rate,the contribution rate of intra-regional differences in agricultural production,ecological conservation,and cultural heritage functions is much larger than that of inter-regional differences,whereas the inter-regional differences in human living functions are larger than those of intra-regional differences.(3)Based on the research results,the study area is divided into 14 functional types,which can provide scientific basis for improving the spatial layout and high-quality development of rural functions in the CCEC.These insights advance theoretical understanding of mountainous-urban transitional areas while informing practical strategies for high-quality integrated development.展开更多

文摘Digital-intelligent technologies represent the advanced direction of new quality productive forces and are becoming a driving force for the digital transformation and high-quality development of the cultural industry.Empowered by new quality productive forces,the digital cultural industry has demonstrated diverse characteristics,including the innovation of cultural production subjects,the intelligentization of production tools,the digitization of production objects,the systematization of production methods,and the diversification of production factors.Leveraging technologies such as AIGC,virtual-physical integration,and DAOs based on Web 3.0,the digital cultural industry has established an innovative paradigm,fostering a new method of AIGC production in the digital cultural industry,a new business format of virtual-physical integration,and a new collaborative ecosystem characterized by co-creation,co-building,and co-governance.Meanwhile,the innovative paradigm of the digital cultural industry also faces a series of new challenges,such as the adaptability issues with AIGC algorithm models,creative bottlenecks,and content quality control problems.Additionally,there are obstacles like the immaturity of international development channels for new business formats,the lack of cultural connotations in creative products,and the lag of the digital-intelligent governance of the industry ecosystem behind digital practices.In light of this,there is an urgent need to establish an optimization mechanism for the high-quality development of digital cultural industries driven by new quality productive forces.This includes optimizing the content production mechanism for AIGC-led high-quality innovation in the digital cultural industry;improving the leapfrog development mechanism for new digital cultural business formats through global-regional collaboration;and enhancing the accurate,high-quality governance mechanism for the digital cultural industry that is aligned with the goals of Chinese modernization.

文摘This study investigates the coordination between regional economic growth and ecological sustainability within the context of high-quality town economy development.To address the challenges of balancing economic expansion with environmental protection,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed,encompassing two key dimensions:regional economy and ecological environment.Using panel data from 2013 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree model is employed to quantify the interactions and synergy between these dimensions.Additionally,spatial econometric methods are applied to calculate both global and local Moran’s Index,revealing spatial clustering patterns,regional disparities,and heterogeneity.The relative development model further identifies critical factors influencing regional coordination,with a focus on the lagging development of basic infrastructure and public services.The findings demonstrate a positive temporal trend toward improved regional coordination and reduced development gaps,with a spatial pattern characterized by higher coupling degrees in eastern and central regions compared to western areas.Based on these results,this study proposes actionable strategies to enhance coordinated development,emphasizing ecological conservation,the establishment of green production and consumption systems,ecological restoration,and strengthened municipal collaboration.This revised abstract emphasizes the study’s purpose,methods,and key findings more clearly while maintaining a professional and concise tone.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the corresponding coordinated development suggestions of regional economy and ecological environment are given from the aspects of ecological environment protection measures,green production and consumption system construction,ecological environment restoration and municipal coordination.

文摘Based on the requirements of local high-quality economic development and addressing the critical task of transformation and upgrading in the tea industry,this paper systematically discusses the necessity and feasibility of constructing an optimal industrialization operation system driven by the dual wheels of"branding+standardization".The article first clarifies the connotation of high-quality development and the synergistic mechanism between branding and standardization.It then analyzes the current situation and bottlenecks of China's tea industry development.Subsequently,it proposes a dual-wheel drive strategy where branding enhances value and standardization guarantees quality,and designs a systematic implementation plan involving industrial chain synergy optimization and integrated support from government,industry,academia,research,and application.On this basis,strategies and suggestions are proposed,encompassing the starting point,standard focal points,key effort areas,innovation points,and target achievement points.The aim is to promote the tea industry to break through homogeneous competition,achieve value ascent,and provide important industrial support for regional high-quality development through the construction of the aforementioned system.
文摘With the rapid development of China's insurance market,the high-quality development of the insurance market is faced with many different challenges and various problems.This paper aims to deeply analyze the actual problems in China's insurance market and put forward supporting countermeasures.First,by understanding the background of highquality insurance development,we can explain the research significance of this paper in combination with the existing national policies.Secondly,by summarizing the current situation of high-quality insurance development,the paper puts forward the shortage of insurance talents in the expansion of insurance scale,the continuous improvement of insurance density and depth,and the growth of insurance compensation in the development of high-quality insurance.Finally,from the perspective of differentiated customized insurance products,training professionals,and providing financial subsidies,we will put forward the corresponding suggestions for the problem and look forward to the future development prospects.

文摘Integrated urban-rural development is an inevitable choice for promoting Chinese modernization.High-quality integrated urban-rural development is essentially a practical response to the current multi-factor and multi-sectoral challenges in urban-rural relations,and plays an important role in implementing the new development philosophy,which promotes Chinese modernization.The theoretical logic supporting the function it plays in enabling Chinese modernization lies in the following aspects:it leverages the free flow of population and resources between urban and rural areas and thus facilitates the balanced development of China’s modernization;it advances the common prosperity of all people through its new type of urban-rural and industrial-agricultural relations;it fosters the coordinated development of the material and spiritual civilizations through the integration of urban and rural cultures;it promotes steering the modernization toward green development through the joint building and managing of the overall urban-rural ecosystem;and it drives modernization in a harmonious and stable direction through integrated urban-rural development.Currently,integrated urban-rural development still faces challenges such as restrictions on the two-way flow of factors,the low efficiency of industrial coordination and support,unequal access to public service facilities,and the insufficient use of land.Therefore,based on the strategic framework of urban-rural integrated development,it is necessary to continuously promote Chinese modernization through high-quality integrated urban-rural development from the perspectives of deepening institutional coordination,expanding the application of digital intelligence in urban and rural industries,optimizing public services,and improving land management.
文摘High-quality agricultural development in China’s subtropical region is critical for national food security and ecological sustainability.This region encompasses 16 provinces covering approximately one-quarter of China’s land area and home to nearly half its population.Characterized by abundant hydrothermal resources with synchronous heat and precipitation,it serves as a traditional agricultural hub contributing 40%of grain output and over 54%of meat production of the nation.However,the region faces mounting pressures:Underutilized potential in hilly and mountainous areas,disconnected crop-livestock systems leading to resource inefficiency and pollution,and insufficient systematic research on regional agricultural development.Addressing these challenges requires an innovative agroecological framework oriented toward the“Big Food Concept,”integrating efficient resource utilization with ecological conservation.This paper examines the characteristics,challenges,and pathways for sustainable agricultural transformation in China’s subtropical region,proposing strategies for optimizing agricultural layout,promoting crop-livestock integration,and strengthening scientific innovation platforms to build a“southern defense line”for national food security.

文摘In the current situation of decelerating economic expansion,examining the digital economy(DE)as a novel economic model is beneficial for the local economy’s sustainable and high-quality development(HQD).We analyzed panel data from the Yellow River(YR)region from 2013 to 2021 and discovered notable spatial variances in the composite index and coupling coordination of the two systems.Specifically,the downstream region exhibited the highest coupling coordination,while the upstream region had the lowest.We identified that favorable factors such as economic development,innovation,industrial upgrading,and government intervention can bolster the coupling.Our findings provide a valuable framework for promoting DE and HQD in the YR region.

文摘The high-quality development of grassroots teaching organizations in universities is crucial to improving the quality of higher education.From the perspective of dual-track drive,this paper deeply analyzes the synergetic evolution relationship between institutions and teachers in the development of grassroots teaching organizations in universities.At present,the development of grassroots teaching organizations in universities is faced with such dilemmas as lagging institutional supply,insufficient motivation for teachers’development,and lack of synergy mechanisms.These interwoven problems have formed systemic obstacles restricting high-quality development,which urgently need in-depth analysis and resolution.Currently,only from the perspective of synergistic promotion of institutions and teachers and by constructing a systematic implementation framework can the existing problems be effectively solved.Through three dimensions-goal guidance,resource guarantee,and mechanism optimization-this paper refines nine specific measures,aiming to break the barriers between institutional development and teachers’development,form a joint force,provide theoretical support and practical paths for improving the efficiency of grassroots teaching organizations,promote the overall improvement of education and teaching quality,enhance the quality of talent training in universities,and advance the in-depth development of education and teaching reform.

文摘The suburbs surrounding metropolitan areas are the priority area for urban-rural integration development where functional optimization is essential to reconcile growing urban demands with sustainable rural development.Rural functions are changing substantially and vary significantly across areas in the practice of high-quality urban-rural integration development era.How to make use of the advantages of different rural functions and achieve optimized combination of functions are actual problems that urgently need to be solved.The paper analyzed the process of urban-rural integration through the identification of urban-rural integration interfaces and evaluated the multifunctional transformation of rural areas in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle(CCEC)with a fixed weight evaluation model.The differences in rural functions analyzed with the Theil index reveals the characteristics and sources of differences in the“production-living-ecology-culture”functional areas in the CCEC.The research results show that:(1)The spatial distribution characteristics of rural functions in the CCEC are obvious,and agricultural production clusters dominate the Chengdu Plain and eastern Chongqing,contrasting with ecological conservation zones along the Yangtze River system,while cultural heritage hubs concentrate in economically vibrant tourism corridors.(2)The overall regional differences in rural functions are mainly due to intra-regional differences;in terms of the contribution rate,the contribution rate of intra-regional differences in agricultural production,ecological conservation,and cultural heritage functions is much larger than that of inter-regional differences,whereas the inter-regional differences in human living functions are larger than those of intra-regional differences.(3)Based on the research results,the study area is divided into 14 functional types,which can provide scientific basis for improving the spatial layout and high-quality development of rural functions in the CCEC.These insights advance theoretical understanding of mountainous-urban transitional areas while informing practical strategies for high-quality integrated development.

文摘ASEAN and China have built the most successful and dynamic model of regional cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region or even the whole world.Both are each other’s largest trading partners.China has maintained as ASEAN’s top trading partner for 16 consecutive years,and ASEAN has been China’s largest trading partner for five consecutive years.In 2024,the total bilateral trade volume approached 1 trillion US dollars,with a year-on-year increase of 7.8%.China is ASEAN’s second-largest source of foreign investment,and ASEAN is also an important source of foreign investment for China.Pragmatic cooperation between the two sides in various fields has been deepening continuously.
