Primarily, we illustrate the theoretical framework of subposition assembly for non-frequent concept semi-lattice. Second, an algorithm called Nocose based on this framework is proposed. A workflow model of simulation modeling based on the virtual ship assembly process was also established; furthermore, a method of information transformation between the ship three-dimensional design and ship construction plan was formulated. To meet the requirements of information sharing between different systems in the ship virtual assembly, a simulation database was created by using the software engineering design method and the relational data model. With the application of this database, the information of ship three-dimensional design, construction planning, and virtual assembly can be integrated into one system. This...Modularized construction is a new type of prefabricated building system with green environmental protection and excellent performance. There are few studies on the seismic performance of its key connection joint. This paper presents a new type of assembled connection joint for the high-rise modularized construction. Cyclic shear tests of full-scale joints were carried out, and the key indexes of their seismic performances including the hysteretic performance, ductility, and energy dissipation capacity were analyzed and obtained. The results show that the hysteresis loops of longitudinal and lateral cyclic shear tests were both plump in shapes. The ductility coefficients were 4.54 and 4.98, and the energy dissipation coefficients were 1.83 and 1.43, respectively. The test joint had good ductility and energy dissipation capacity. The positions of yield failure of specimens were mainly concentrated in the connection areas between the column and short beam or end-plate. The research can provide the technical reference for the seismic design and engineering application of related modularized constructions.展开更多

Illegal construction has caused serious harm around the world. However, current methods are difficult to detect illegal construction activities in time, and the calculation complexity and the parameters of them are la...Illegal construction has caused serious harm around the world. However, current methods are difficult to detect illegal construction activities in time, and the calculation complexity and the parameters of them are large. To solve these challenges, a new and unique detection method is proposed, which detects objects related to illegal buildings in time to discover illegal construction activities. Meanwhile, a new dataset and a high-precision and lightweight detector are proposed. The proposed detector is based on the algorithm You Only Look Once (YOLOv4). The use of DenseNet as the backbone of YDHNet enables better feature transfer and reuse, improves detection accuracy, and reduces computational costs. Meanwhile, depthwise separable convolution is employed to lightweight the neck and head to further reduce computational costs. Furthermore, H-swish is utilized to enhance non-linear feature extraction and improve detection accuracy. Experimental results illustrate that YDHNet realizes a mean average precision of 89.60% on the proposed dataset, which is 3.78% higher than YOLOv4. The computational cost and parameter count of YDHNet are 26.22 GFLOPs and 16.18 MB, respectively. Compared to YOLOv4 and other detectors, YDHNet not only has lower computational costs and higher detection accuracy, but also timely identifies illegal construction objects and automatically detects illegal construction activities.展开更多

The main structures such as column, beam, laminated plate, balcony plate, toilet plate, exterior wall plate, gutter and parapet and so on are prefabricated components. According to the construction organization process of the project, the construction process of the assembled integral concrete frame structure is discussed. Firstly, the key preparation work in the early stage of prefabricated construction site is analyzed from three aspects: construction flow section division, component yard layout and component delivery plan. Secondly, the paper analyzes the construction organization process of the project, focusing on the interpenetration of construction processes. Finally, considering the key construction procedures and main influencing factors, the construction methods and solutions are put forward and applied to improve the adjustment of column reserved reinforcement, vertical grouting connection of precast column, supporting mode of external retaining wall of frame structure, hoisting mode of high prefabricated component and special planning of prefabricated construction with BIM Technology. In view of the problems such as backward production mode,poor quality stability,high safety risk and incomplete control system during erection of the reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders for high-sp...In view of the problems such as backward production mode,poor quality stability,high safety risk and incomplete control system during erection of the reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders for high-speed railway(HSR),and in combination with the key points and main challenges in the reinforcement framework construction of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang HSR,the overall technical route for the intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders is put forward.The component design of reinforcement framework of simply supported box girder is carried out based on BIM,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified through segment assembly test.The assembly techniques are studied in combination with the mesh design scheme to achieve rapid forming of the reinforcement framework.R&D of automatic processing equipment for components,material transshipment equipment,automatic hoisting equipment and technological equipment for assembly clamping fixture are carried out to realize the overall design of equipment production line.An intelligent control system is developed for the whole-process intelligent construction of reinforcement framework to realize the full life-cycle applications for the workshop production and visual management including intelligent layout and quality traceability.The research results systematically optimize and innovate the assembly and forming technologies of reinforcement framework in the prefabrication beam yard of high-speed railway,realize the component processing,automatic assembly and information technology management,improve the construction quality,efficiency and information technology level of intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of railway prefabricated beam as a whole,and reduce the construction cost of the project.The research has realized a major breakthrough in the construction technology of railway prefabricated box girders,which has the extensive technical and market promotion values.展开更多
