Different types of construction technology will be applied in civil engineering construction. High-formwork supports construction technology is a common technology, and its application effect is good, so people pay attention to it. Compared with other technologies, high-formwork supports construction technology has obvious advantages, especially in the aspect of quality assurance. 针对高支模施工过程中存在的监测盲区、信息协同效率低下以及响应滞后等安全管理问题,以安徽省某商业综合体中庭高支模工程为研究对象,基于物联网与建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)等先进技术,设计并应用了一套“感知...针对高支模施工过程中存在的监测盲区、信息协同效率低下以及响应滞后等安全管理问题,以安徽省某商业综合体中庭高支模工程为研究对象,基于物联网与建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)等先进技术,设计并应用了一套“感知–传输–平台–应用”四层协同架构的高支模施工安全监测与监理干预系统。系统集成振弦式轴力计、激光位移计、微机电系统(micro-electro-mechanical system,MEMS)倾角仪与环境感知模块,构建多维传感网络,并通过边缘计算与双链路通信机制实现高频实时数据采集与可靠传输。工程应用结果显示,该系统可将红色预警响应时延从传统的15 min缩短至1 s以内,立杆轴力实测最大值为24.1 kN,水平位移控制在17.6 mm,整体满足施工规范要求,具备良好的工程适应性与推广价值。展开更多
