Multiple runs of the commercial casting simulation package, ProCASTTM, were used to model the mold filling and solidification events employing a range of interfacial heat transfer coefficient values. The simulation results were used to estimate the centerline cooling curve at various locations through the casting. The centerline cooling curves, together with the die temperature and the thermodynamic properties of the alloy, were then used as inputs to compute the solution to the Stefan problem of a moving phase boundary, thereby providing the through-thickness cooling curves at each chosen location of the casting, Finally, the local cooling rate was used to calculate the resulting grain size via previously established relationships. The effects of die temperature, filling time and heat transfer coefficient on the grain structure in skin region and core region were quantitatively characterized. It was observed that the grain size of skin region strongly depends on above three factors whereas the grain size of core region shows dependence on the interracial heat transfer coefficient and thickness of the samples. The grain size distribution from surface to center was estimated from the relationship between grain size and the predicted cooling rate. The prediction of grain size matches well with experimental results. A comparison of the predicted and experimentally determined grain size profiles enables the determination of the apparent interracial heat transfer coefficient for different locations.展开更多

UAV low-altitude remote sensing technology has become a means of quickly obtaining disaster information as it has the advantage of convenience and timeliness, but the spectral information of the image is so scarce, making it difficult to accurately detect the information of earthquake debris flow disasters. Based on the above problems, a seismic debris flow detection method based on transfer learning(TL) mechanism is proposed. On the basis of the constructed seismic debris flow disaster database, the features acquired from the training of the convolutional neural network(CNN) are transferred to the disaster information detection of the seismic debris flow. The automatic detection of earthquake debris flow disaster information is then completed, and the results of object-oriented seismic debris flow disaster information detection are compared and analyzed with the detection results supported by transfer learning.展开更多

Based on the temperature measurements along the shot sleeve, inverse method has been developed to determine the interfacial heat transfer coefficient in the shot sleeve. Under static condition, Interracial heat transfer coefficient (IHTC) peak values are 11.9, 7,3, 8.33kWm-2K-1 at pouring zone (S2), middle zone (S5), and end zone (510), respectively. During the casting process, the IHTC curve displays a second peak of 6.1 kWm-2 K-1 at middle zone during the casting process at a slow speed of 0.3 ms 1 Subsequently, when the high speed started, the IHTC curve reached a second peal〈 of 12.9 kW m-2K-1 at end zone. Furthermore, under different slow casting speeds, both the calculated initial temperature (TIDs) and the maximum temperature (Tsimax) of shot sleeve surface first decrease from 0.1 ms-1 to 0.3 ms-1, but increase again from 0.3 ms-1 to 0.6 ms-1. This result agrees with the experimental results obtained in a series of "plate-shape" casting experiments under different slow speeds, which reveals that the amount of ESCs decreases to the minimum values at 0.3 m s-1 and increase again with the increasing casting slow speed.展开更多

Based on these temperature readings, the HFD and IHTC were successfully determined and the calculation results show that the HFD and IHTC at the metal-die interface increases sharply right after the fast phase injection process until approaching their maximum values, after which their values decrease to a much lower level until the dies are opened.Different patterns of heat transfer behavior were found between the die and the casting at different thicknesses. The thinner the casting was,the more quickly the HFD and IHTC reached their steady states. Also, the values for both the HFD and IHTC values were different between die and casting at different thicknesses.展开更多

As thin-wall components are extensively produced by high pressure die casting process(HPDC), the B390 alloy finger-plate casting was cast against an H13 steel die on a cold-chamber HPDC machine. The interfacial heat transfer behavior at different positions of the die was carefully studied using an inverse approach based on the temperature measurements inside the die. Furthermore, the filling process and the solidification rate in different finger-plates were also given to explain the distribution of interfacial heat flux(q) and interfacial heat transfer coefficient(h). Measurement results at the side of sprue indicates that qmax and hmax could reach 9.2 MW·m^(-2) and 64.3 kW ·m^(-2)·K^(-1), respectively. The simulation of melt flow in the die reveals that the thinnest(T_1) finger plate could accelerate the melt flow from 50 m·s^(-1) to 110 m·s^(-1). Due to this high velocity, the interfacial heat flux at the end of T_1 could firstly reach a highest value 7.92 MW·m^(-2) among the ends of T_n(n=2,3,4,5). In addition, the q_(max) and h_(max) values of T_2, T_4 and T_5 finger-plates increase with the increasing thickness of the finger plate. Finally, at the rapid decreasing stage of interfacial heat transfer coefficient(h), the decreasing rate of h has an exponential relationship with the increasing rate of solid fraction(f).展开更多

Fifty-five patients had active HCV infection, and HCV eradication had been achieved in 55. The role of CETP in serum lipoprotein abnormalities, specifically, in triglyceride(TG) concentrations in the four major classes of lipoproteins, was investigated using Pearson correlations in conjunction with multiple regression analysis and compared them between those with active HCV infection and those in whom eradication had been achieved. RESULTS: The serum CETP levels of patients with active HCV infection were significantly higher than those of patients in whom HCV eradication was achieved(mean ± SD, 2.84 ± 0.69 μg/m L vs 2.40 ± 1.00 μg/m L, P = 0.008). In multiple regression analysis, HCV infection status(active or eradicated) was an independent factor significantly associated with the serum CETP level. TG concentrations in low-density lipoprotein(mean ± SD, 36.25 ± 15.28 μg/m L vs 28.14 ± 9.94 μg/m L, P = 0.001) and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)(mean ± SD, 25.9 ± 7.34 μg/m L vs 17.17 ± 4.82 μg/m L, P < 0.001) were significantly higher in patientswith active HCV infection than in those in whom HCV eradication was achieved. The CETP level was strongly correlated with HDL-TG in patients with active HCV infection(R = 0.557, P < 0.001), whereas CETP was not correlated with HDL-TG in patients in whom HCV eradication was achieved(R =-0.079, P = 0.56). CONCLUSION: Our results indicate that CETP plays a role in abnormalities of lipoprotein metabolism in patients with chronic HCV infection.展开更多

In this paper, we have proposed and experimentally demonstrated a high-precision two-way time transfer(TWTT) system to realize long-distance dissemination of 1 PPS signal generated by a hydrogen maser. A dense-wavelength-division-multiplexing(DWDM) system and bi-directional erbium-doped fiber amplifiers(Bi-EDFAs) have also been adopted to suppress the impact of Rayleigh backscattering and optimize the signal to noise ratio(SNR) as well. We have theoretically analyzed the systematic delay in detail. The ultimate root mean square(RMS) variation of time synchronization accuracy is sub-26 ps and the time deviation can be reduced to as low as 1.2 ps at 100 s and 0.253 ps at 12 000 s, respectively.展开更多

Behind the formula (*) and Tc/Tc,max=1−82.6(P−0.16)2, which is characteristic of hole-doped cuprat high-temperature superconductors, lies a general phenomenon, namely electron transfer, which equalizes potential differences in the material and leads to a strong reduction of n. P is the fraction of holes filled by the transferred electrons. A quantitative consideration gives Tc(x)/Tc,max=1−(1−x1−x0)2(**), where x is the doping concentration and x0 is the concentration at which superconductivity begins. At x=xmax=1the electron source is completely depleted and with further growth of x the hole density p starts to increase and Tc decreases until superconductivity disappears completely at x=2−x0. Taking into account the formula (**), the hypothesis arose that for x>xmaxTc/Tc,max=1−γ⋅p2(***), an analogue of the formula (*), and that superconductivity is possible not only by electron-Cooper pairs but also by paired holes. The mechanisms described here for HTSC suggest an analogy to the physics of semiconductors and that of nanocomposites: Electron-hole duality. The “P=1/8” anomaly in YBa2Cu3O6+x is caused by the simultaneous presence of electrons and holes, a consequence of incomplete electron transfer.展开更多

The effects of rotational speed and packing radius, as well as the packing ring radius and numbers, on the mean droplet diameter and the total mass transfer area were evaluated. A model was established to calculate the mass transfer area in the cavity zone in the HSD reactor, and it was found that the packings contribute 61%–82% of the total mass transfer area. A correlation for predicting the mass transfer area in the packing zone was regressed by the dimensionless analysis method. An enhancement factor based on the mass transfer area in the packing zone was proposed to evaluate the effect of packing combination on mass transfer area. Two optimum packing combinations were proposed in consideration of the mean droplet diameter and the enhancement factor.展开更多

The automatic detection of earthquake debris flow disaster information is then completed, and the results of object-oriented seismic debris flow disaster information detection are compared and analyzed with the detection results supported by transfer learning.

文摘Large-area two-dimensional(2D)materials,such as graphene,MoS_(2),WS_(2),h-BN,black phosphorus, and MXenes, are a class of advanced materials with many possible applications.Different applications need different substrates, and each substrate may need a different way of transferring the 2D material onto it.Problems such as local stress concentrations,an uneven surface tension, inconsistent adhesion, mechanical damage and contamination during the transfer can adversely affect the quality and properties of the transferred material. Therefore, how to improve the integrity, flatness and cleanness of large area 2D materials is a challenge. In order to achieve high-quality transfer, the main concern is to control the interface adhesion between the substrate, the 2D material and the transfer medium. This review focuses on this topic, and finally,in order to promote the industrial use of large area 2D materials, provides a recipe for this transfer process based on the requirements of the application, and points out the current problems and directions for future development.

文摘A novel acrylamide A2B2* (A = alkene, B* = alkyl chlorine) type inimer was obtained from commercially available 1,2-ethylenediamine, chloroacetyl chloride and acryloyl chloride. The as-prepared monomer can form water-soluble hyperbranched poly(N,N-ethylidene bis(N-2-chloroacetyl acrylamide))s (HPECA) through atom transfer radical polymerization/self-condensing vinyl polymerization method in the presence alkyl chlorine/CuCl/2,2-bipyridine activation system which can effectively suppress the gelation formation.1H-NMR spectra and dual detector size exclusion chromatography proved the hyperbranched structure indisputably, and the degree of branching was determined by the detailed analyses of 1H-NMR spectra. The trend of the degree of branching was in consistent with the result of Mark- Houwink exponent a. The experiment results suggested that the conversion was 67%, Mw = 13.2 x 104, Mark-Houwink a = 0.282 and the degree of branching = 64% when the reaction temperature was 120 ℃, reaction time = 168 h and N,N- ethylidene bis(N-2-chloroacetyl acrylamide):Cu(I) = 50:0.62.

文摘The interfacial heat transfer behavior at the metalJshot sleeve interface in the high pressure die casting (HPDC) process of AZ91D alloy is carefully investigated. This result agrees with the experimental results obtained in a series of "plate-shape" casting experiments under different slow speeds, which reveals that the amount of ESCs decreases to the minimum values at 0.3 m s-1 and increase again with the increasing casting slow speed.

文摘A method based on die casting experiments and mathematic modeling is presented for the determination of the heat flow density (HFD) and interfacial heat transfer coefficient (IHTC) during the high pressure die casting (HPDC) process.Experiments were carried out using step shape casting and a commercial magnesium alloy,AM50.Temperature profiles were measured and recorded using thermocouples embedded inside the die. Also, the values for both the HFD and IHTC values were different between die and casting at different thicknesses.

文摘Heat transfer at the metal-die interface has a great influence on the solidification process and casting structure. Finally, at the rapid decreasing stage of interfacial heat transfer coefficient(h), the decreasing rate of h has an exponential relationship with the increasing rate of solid fraction(f).
文摘AIM: To determine the significance of cholesteryl ester transfer protein(CETP) in lipoprotein abnormalities in chronic hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection.METHODS: We evaluated the significance of the serum concentration of CETP in 110 Japanese patients with chronic HCV infection. CONCLUSION: Our results indicate that CETP plays a role in abnormalities of lipoprotein metabolism in patients with chronic HCV infection.

文摘Time synchronization techniques, especially on the pulse per second(PPS) temporal basis, have attracted growing research interests in recent years. The ultimate root mean square(RMS) variation of time synchronization accuracy is sub-26 ps and the time deviation can be reduced to as low as 1.2 ps at 100 s and 0.253 ps at 12 000 s, respectively.
文摘The increase of the critical temperature Tc for superconductivity in Al1−x(SiO2)x cermets with increasing x correlates with a decrease of the electron density n due to electron transfer, expressed by Tc/Tc,max=1−γ⋅n2(*). The “P=1/8” anomaly in YBa2Cu3O6+x is caused by the simultaneous presence of electrons and holes, a consequence of incomplete electron transfer.

文摘In this study, the mean droplet diameter in the cavity zone and the total mass transfer area of a multi-stage highspeed disperser(HSD) reactor with different packing combinations were measured and evaluated. Two optimum packing combinations were proposed in consideration of the mean droplet diameter and the enhancement factor.
