In order to realize the high speed data acquisition and fast Fourier analysis, the paper put forward a kind of high speed data acquisition and analysis system based on FPGA, the system uses Cyclone series FPGA with high-speed A/D converter, and use the fast Fourier custom analysis nucleation of Altera company, using the standard TCP/IP protocol communication with PC, match up the master machine based on Matlab GUI analysis software. We experiment high speed data acquisition and fast Fourier analysis for a plurality of groups of high frequency analog signals, at the same time the results display on the computer. The experimental results validate the fast Fourier analysis theory, and has realized the low cost, high performance data acquisition and analysis of the complete system design. 展开更多

An Optimal Feed Interpolator Based on G^2 Continuous Bézier Curves for High-Speed Machining of Linear Tool Path 被引量:7

A numerical control (NC) tool path of digital CAD model is widely generated as a set of short line segments in machining. However, there are three shortcomings in the linear tool path, such as discontinuities of tangency and curvature, huge number of line segments, and short lengths of line segments. These disadvantages hinder the development of high speed machining. To smooth the linear tool path and improve machining efficiency of short line segments, this paper presents an optimal feed interpolator based on G^2 continuous Bézier curves for the linear tool path. First, the areas suitable for fitting are screened out based on the geometric characteristics of continuous short segments (CSSs). CSSs in every area are compressed and fitted into a G^2 Continuous Bézier curve by using the least square method. Then a series of cubic Bézier curves are generated. However, the junction between adjacent Bézier curves is only G^0 continuous. By adjusting the control points and inserting Bézier transition curves between adjacent Bézier curves, the G^2 continuous tool path is constructed. The fitting error is estimated by the second-order Taylor formula. Without iteration, the fitting algorithm can be implemented in real-time environment. Second, the optimal feed interpolator considering the comprehensive constraints (such as the chord error constraint, the maximum normal acceleration, servo capacity of each axis, etc.) is proposed. Simulation and experiment are conducted. The results shows that the proposed method can generate smooth path, decrease the amount of segments and reduce machining time for machining of linear tool path. The proposed research provides an effective method for high-speed machining of complex 2-D/3-D profiles described by short line segments. 展开更多

A fault prediction method for catenary of high-speed rails based on meteorological conditions

In this work, based on the historical data, catenary fault frequency and weather-related fault rate are introduced to analyse the correlation between catenary faults and meteorological conditions, and further the effect of meteorological conditions on catenary oper-ation. Moreover, machine learning is used for catenary fault prediction. As with the single decision tree, only a small number of training samples can be classified cor-rectly by each weak classifier, the AdaBoost algorithm is adopted to adjust the weights of misclassified samples and weak classifiers, and train multiple weak classifiers. Finally, the weak classifiers are combined to construct a strong classifier, with which the final prediction result is obtained. In order to validate the prediction method, an example is provided based on the historical data from a railway bureau of China. The result shows that the mapping relation between meteorological conditions and catenary faults can be established accurately by AdaBoost algorithm. The AdaBoost algorithm can accurately predict a catenary fault if the meteorological conditions are provided. 展开更多

The focus of this study is to explore the statis-tical distribution models of high-speed railway (HSR) train delays. Based on actual HSR operational data, the delay causes and their classification, delay frequency, number of affected trains, and space–time delay distributions are discussed. Eleven types of delay events are classified, and a detailed analysis of delay distribution for each classifica-tion is presented. Models of delay probability delay prob-ability distribution for each cause are proposed. Different distribution functions, including the lognormal, exponen-tial, gamma, uniform, logistic, and normal distribution, were selected to estimate and model delay patterns. The most appropriate distribution, which can approximate the delay duration corresponding to each cause, is derived. Subsequently, the Kolmogorov–Smirnov (K–S) test was used to test the goodness of fit of different train delay distribution models and the associated parameter values. The test results show that the distribution of the test data is consistent with that of the selected models. The fitting distribution models show the execution effect of the timetable and help in finding out the potential conflicts in real-time train operations. 展开更多

全波形反演充分利用地震波的动力学和运动学信息,具有更高的建模精度.高架桥下方高铁地震信号是由多对轮组通过不同桥墩激发产生的混叠数据,波场成分复杂,极大地增加了全波形反演的不适定性.面波相对稳定且频率较低,反演时对初始模型依... 全波形反演充分利用地震波的动力学和运动学信息,具有更高的建模精度.高架桥下方高铁地震信号是由多对轮组通过不同桥墩激发产生的混叠数据,波场成分复杂,极大地增加了全波形反演的不适定性.面波相对稳定且频率较低,反演时对初始模型依赖性较弱,能精确重建浅层横波速度结构;体波传播时会发生反射、透射及模式转换,反演时依赖浅层速度的准确性,但穿透深度大,具有获取深部速度结构的潜力.本文结合高铁地震数据中瑞雷面波和体波各自的优势进行多波型级联和联合全波形反演,在不同反演阶段通过调整权重因子控制不同波的贡献.简单和复杂模型测试结果表明:在大尺度进行瑞雷面波和体波级联反演、中小尺度进行体波单独反演的多波型部分级联反演方法具有比瑞雷面波单独反演、体波单独反演、二者完全级联和联合反演更高的反演精度.在不增加计算量的情况下,瑞雷面波和体波部分级联全波形反演能有效缓解体波单独反演对初始模型依赖和面波单独反演穿透深度浅的问题.通过不同速度的多趟列车叠加可进一步压制高铁地震数据全波形反演的串扰噪声. 展开更多

When designing large-sized complex machinery products, the design focus is always on the overall per- formance; however, there exist no design theory and method based on performance driven. In view of the defi- ciency of the existing design theory, according to the performance features of complex mechanical products, the performance indices are introduced into the traditional design theory of "Requirement-Function-Structure" to construct a new five-domain design theory of "Client Requirement-Function-Performance-Structure-Design Parameter". To support design practice based on this new theory, a product data model is established by using per- formance indices and the mapping relationship between them and the other four domains. When the product data model is applied to high-speed train design and combining the existing research result and relevant standards, the corresponding data model and its structure involving five domains of high-speed trains are established, which can provide technical support for studying the relationships between typical performance indices and design parame- ters and the fast achievement of a high-speed train scheme design. The five domains provide a reference for the design specification and evaluation criteria of high speed train and a new idea for the train's parameter design. 展开更多

Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA),combined with ARM(Advanced RISC Machines) is increasingly employed in the portable data acquisition(DAQ) system for nuclear experiments to reduce the system volume and achieve powerful and multifunctional capacity.High-speed data transmission between FPGA and ARM is one of the most challenging issues for system implementation.In this paper,we propose a method to realize the high-speed data transmission by using the FPGA to acquire massive data from FEE(Front-end electronics) and send it to the ARM whilst the ARM to transmit the data to the remote computer through the TCP/IP protocol for later process.This paper mainly introduces the interface design of the high-speed transmission method between the FPGA and the ARM,the transmission logic of the FPGA,and the program design of the ARM.The theoretical research shows that the maximal transmission speed between the FPGA and the ARM through this way can reach 50 MB/s.In a realistic nuclear physics experiment,this portable DAQ system achieved 2.2 MB/s data acquisition speed. 展开更多

针对“北京三号”C卫星敏捷机动、宽角域覆盖及大数据量下传的特点,采用双馈点高隔离度辐射单元结合特殊阵列旋转法,设计了一种适用于高速数传的超宽角、低轴比相控阵天线.相较于传统的机械转动天线,该相控阵天线具有波束扫描时无转动... 针对“北京三号”C卫星敏捷机动、宽角域覆盖及大数据量下传的特点,采用双馈点高隔离度辐射单元结合特殊阵列旋转法,设计了一种适用于高速数传的超宽角、低轴比相控阵天线.相较于传统的机械转动天线,该相控阵天线具有波束扫描时无转动惯量、波束移动速度快、体积小和质量小等技术特点.地面试验及在轨飞行验证结果显示:该相控阵天线在±67.5°扫描范围内的轴比小于3dB,波束捷变时间小于1ms,覆盖区等效全向辐射功率(effective isotropic radiated power,EIRP)大于50dBm,可支持的数据速率达450Mbit/s.该天线在“北京三号”C卫星上取得了较好的效果,可以推广应用至其他卫星型号. 展开更多

多款处理器在PCIe 2.0×4下传输速率不足理论带宽的20%,最高仅有380 MB/s,不能满足实际应用需求。为解决嵌入式处理器PCIe接口传输速率过低的问题,设计一款高性能PCIe接口,有效提高了接口数据传输速率。经性能瓶颈系统分析,增加设计... 多款处理器在PCIe 2.0×4下传输速率不足理论带宽的20%,最高仅有380 MB/s,不能满足实际应用需求。为解决嵌入式处理器PCIe接口传输速率过低的问题,设计一款高性能PCIe接口,有效提高了接口数据传输速率。经性能瓶颈系统分析,增加设计PCIe DMA与处理器Cache一致性功能,能解决DMA传输完成后软件Cache同步耗时严重的问题,使速率提升3.8倍,达到1 450 MB/s。在硬件设计上DMA支持链表模式,通过描述符链表将分散的内存集聚起来,一次DMA启动可完成多个非连续地址内存的数据传输,并优化与改进软件驱动中分散集聚DMA实现方式,充分利用硬件Cache一致性功能,进一步提升10%的传输速率,最终达到PCIe 2.0×4理论带宽的80%。此外,该PCIe接口采用多通道DMA的设计,最大支持8路独立DMA读写通道,可应用于多核多任务并行传输数据的应用场景,更进一步提升整体数据传输带宽。经验证,该PCIe接口具有良好的稳定性和高效性,最大可支持8通道数据并行传输,且单通道传输速率可达到理论速率的80%。 展开更多

由于航空发动机内部背景辐射较强,利用常规辐射测温系统测量涡轮叶片表面得到的温度值与实际温度值存在较大偏差,针对此问题,基于多光谱测温原理研制了新一代涡轮叶片表面温度测量系统。该系统采用可动镜探针及固定镜探针实现高可靠性扫... 由于航空发动机内部背景辐射较强,利用常规辐射测温系统测量涡轮叶片表面得到的温度值与实际温度值存在较大偏差,针对此问题,基于多光谱测温原理研制了新一代涡轮叶片表面温度测量系统。该系统采用可动镜探针及固定镜探针实现高可靠性扫描,通过高速多通道同步信号采集与控制系统实现信号的高效采集和设备的精准控制,利用复杂热环境多光谱测温建模、多视角三维温度场重建等技术实现叶片表面三维温度场在线测量与重建。使用黑体辐射源和动态校准装置对基于多光谱的涡轮叶片表面温度场测量系统的性能指标进行测试,结果显示:该系统能够实现550~1500℃涡轮叶片表面温度的实时在线测量,最大允许误差不超过±7.5℃,满足涡轮叶片温度测量需求。研究成果为促进高温复杂环境下航空发动机涡轮叶片热学参数测试技术发展提供了有力支撑。 展开更多
