A high-g beam-mass structure accelerometer was designed.In this structure,by means of KOH back etching on the mass,V-groove structure was fabricated on the backside of the mass,so the weight of the mass and also the relative distance between the mass center and the neutral plane were all decreased.With the thin mass structure,we can take advantage of both beam-mass structure and flat film structure;the fabrication process is also simple.By means of Hopkinson shock test system,we did the accelerometer calibration.According to the test result,the sensitivity of the MEMS accelerometer is 0.71 μV/g,which keeps in accordance with the theoretical calculation.After a 200 000 g shocking test,the micro structure worked as usual,so this design can satisfy the requirements of high shock,seriously vibration test environment. 展开更多

The ac- celerometer can measure the acceleration of the carrier. The chips with island-membrane structures on its back surfaces are made by MEMS dry processing. The chip is reasonable and can work well under high impact load; Titanium alloy base is also stronger in high shock environment, these are proved by finite element analysis. Finally, the MEMS combined triaxial high-g accelerometer is vali- dated by high impact calibration experiments in order to get a key performance index, including range, sensitivity and transverse sensitivity and so on. These data can satisfy the need of design but some problems remain, these will be eliminated by improvement of the processing technology and materials. 展开更多

A novel capacitive biaxial microaccelerometer with a highly symmetrical microstructure is developed. The sensor is composed of a single seismic mass, grid strip, supporting beam, joint beam, and damping adjusting combs. The sensing method of changing capacitance area is used in the design,which depresses the requirement of the DRIE process, and de- creases electronic noise by increasing sensing voltage to improve the resolution. The parameters and characteristics of the biaxial microaccelerometer are discussed with the FEM tool ANSYS. The simulated results show that the transverse sensitivity of the sensor is equal to zero. The testing devices based on the slide-film damping effect are fabricated, and the testing quality factor is 514, which shows that the designed structure can improve the resolution and proves the feasibility of the designed process. 展开更多

The calibration experiment of accelerometer was conducted. With one-dimension stress wave theory, ANSYS/LS-DYNA software and experiment, the effect rules of the projectile's front-head style and the accelerometer's mounted base's length on acceleration waveform were analyzed. The results show that the acceleration duration inspired from Hopkinson bar is almost equal to the rising edge time of perfect half sine stress wave, and it is independent to the mounted base's length. Moreover, the projectile's fronthead style is a main affecting factor, and the projectiles with less Conical degrees will produce the lower amplitude and longer acceleration duration. 展开更多

Background: RNA editing is a co/posttranscriptional modification mechanism that increases the diversity of transcripts, with potential functional consequences. The advent of next-generation sequencing technologies has enabled the identification of RNA edits at unprecedented throughput and resolution. However, our knowledge of RNA editing in swine is still limited.Results: Here, we utilized RES-Scanner to identify RNA editing sites in the brain, subcutaneous fat, heart, liver,muscle, lung and ovary in three 180-day-old Large White gilts based on matched strand-specific RNA sequencing and whole-genome resequencing datasets. In total, we identified 74863 editing sites, and 92.1% of these sites caused adenosine-to-guanosine(A-to-G) conversion. Most A-to-G sites were located in noncoding regions and generally had low editing levels. In total, 151 A-to-G sites were detected in coding regions(CDS), including 94 sites that could lead to nonsynonymous amino acid changes. We provide further evidence supporting a previous observation that pig transcriptomes are highly editable at PRE-1 elements. The number of A-to-G editing sites ranged from 4155(muscle) to 25001(brain) across the seven tissues. The expression levels of the ADAR enzymes could explain some but not all of this variation across tissues. The functional analysis of the genes with tissuespecific editing sites in each tissue revealed that RNA editing might play important roles in tissue function.Specifically, more pathways showed significant enrichment in the fat and liver than in other tissues, while no pathway was enriched in the muscle.Conclusions: This study identified a total of 74863 nonredundant RNA editing sites in seven tissues and revealed the potential importance of RNA editing in tissue function. Our findings largely extend the porcine editome and enhance our understanding of RNA editing in swine. 展开更多

In order to satisfy the requirement of high precision measurement in a high dynamic environment, a kind of gyro aided multi-accelerometer inertial measurement unit (GAMA-IMU) with six accelerometers and two gyros (6A2G) was proposed in this paper. The available configurations have the problem of low measurement precision In a high dynamic environment due to channel coupling. The three channels were decoupled when calculating the angular velocity in the proposed configuration. The yawing and pitching angular velocity were directly measured by gyros, while only the rolling angular velocity was obtained by the GAMA-IMU indirectly from the rolling angular acceleration and quadratic component of rolling angular velocity. Then a single channel rolling angular velocity calculation model was established and the extended Kalman filter (EKF) was used to do state esti- mation. Simulations were carried out and results indicated that the calculation precision of the proposed 6A2G configuration could meet the demand of high precision measurement for a high-speed rotating carrier. 展开更多

Forming high entropy oxide provides a feasible approach to finding a balance among moderate eg oc-cupancy,high transition metal-oxygen(TM-O)covalency,and lattice energy,which is essential to en-sure efficient and durable oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)process for perovskite lanthanide-transition metal oxides(LaTMO_(3)).However,due to the compositional complexity,clarifying the relevance among the high entropy components,eg occupancy,TM-O properties,and ORR performance still remains a chal-lenge.Herein,adopting the B site entropy-driven strategy,a series of LaTMO_(3)(TM=Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni)with tunable eg occupancy and TM-O bond properties are synthesized,and the correlations between high entropy elements,eg occupancy,TM-O properties,and ORR performances are revealed quantitively based on the crystal field theory and the Phillips-Van Vechten-Levine(P-V-L)valence bond theory.High en-tropy La(Cr_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2))O_(3)delivers a low overpotential of 493 mV(vs.503 mV for LaMnO_(3))and a minuscule decline by only 1.7%(vs.4.4%for LaMnO_(3))in half wave potential after 10,000 cycles,which can be associated with the tailored eg occupancy(1.06)and the significant enhancement in both TM-O covalency(4%)and lattice energy(691.75 kJ mol^(-1)).This work not only demonstrates the prospects of high entropy LaTMO_(3)in the ORR field but also provides a new perspective for the quantitative analysis of the structure-activity relationship for high entropy oxide ORR catalysts. 展开更多

The glycine-to-aspartic acid missense mutation at the codon 551(G551D) of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(CFTR) is one of the five most frequent cystic fibrosis(CF) mutations associated with a severe CF phenotype. To explore the feasibility of pharmacological correction of disrupted activation of CFTR chloride channel caused by G551D mutation, we developed a halide-sensitive fluorescence miniassay for G551D-CFTR in Fisher rat thyroid(FRT) epithelial cells for the discovery of novel activators of G551D-CFTR. A class of bicyclooctane small molecule compounds that efficiently stimulate G551D-CFTR chloride channel activity was identified by high throughput screening via the FRT cell-based assay. This class of compounds selectively activates G551D-CFTR with a high affinity, whereas little effect of the compounds on wildtype CFTR can be seen. The discovery of a class of bicyclooctane G551D-CFTR activators will permit the analysis of structure-activity relationship of the compounds to identify ideal leads for in vivo therapeutic studies. 展开更多

This study focused on the development of thermophilic strain/s of a cowpea (Vigna unguiculata) compatible nitrogen fixing bacterium. A preliminary plant screening was carried out using some strains of tropical rhizobia and cowpea. Rhizobium species CWP G34A that formed Fix+ nodules repeatedly was selected for further studies. First, it was tested for growth at high temperatures of 40 to 55oC at 5oC interval with 28oC as the control temperature. Mutagenesis was conducted on the bacterium with ethylmethane sulphonate (EMS). The wildtype and mutants generated were tested for high temperature tolerance by growing them individually in nutrient broth at 60oC for 24 hours. Optical density (670 nm) was read before and after incubation. The mutants were grouped into classes based on percentage difference in OD values obtained before and after exposure to 60oC. Rhizobium species CWP G34A produced functional pink nodules on the cowpea consistently in three different plant tests. There was no growth at all the temperatures tested except at 28oC and 40oC after 24 hours of incubation. It grew better at former (51 × 1010 Cfu/ml) than latter (11 Cfu/ml) temperature. Like the parental strain, all the mutants but one, did not grow after exposure to 60oC. Sixty degree centigrade caused various reductions in optical density (OD) values of the variants. Eleven classes of the mutants were formed with membership percentage ranging from 1 to 22%. Class 1 contains only one member while class 11 has the highest mutant population of 22% with OD difference of 0 to 10% and –90 to –100% respectively. The high percentage reduction in the OD of variants in class 11 is similar to that of the unmutated cells (–94.56%). The only mutant that survived the 60oC and grew was MU70. An increase of 1.67% in OD was obtained for MU70. Mutant MU70 therefore appeared a promising strain that can be further tested to inoculate cowpea in the dry and warm season for increased nitrogen fixation. This will provide encouraging information for farmers to grow the cowpea throughout the year particularly under high temperatures in summer in order to boost the yield of the legume. 展开更多

The behavior of resistance high-g impact of EMC (epoxy molding compound) with two package models, small outline package (POS) and Globtop, was evaluated by experimental method used Hopkinson bar. At 120,000 g (generated in the Hopkinson bar with widths about 70 μs) no damage in either the POS devices or the Globtop devices was observed. In order to enhance the EMC's ability of resistance high-g impact, buffering effect of epoxy resin was also studied. The experimental results above all show that EMC has a better performance of impact resistance at about 120,000 g, and epoxy resin can absorb the stress wave to have the protected ability. The study of this paper could serve as a basis for selection packaging materials and enhance its reliability in high-g impact environment. 展开更多

The sixth-generation(6G)networks will consist of multiple bands such as low-frequency,midfrequency,millimeter wave,terahertz and other bands to meet various business requirements and networking scenarios.The dynamic complementarity of multiple bands are crucial for enhancing the spectrum efficiency,reducing network energy consumption,and ensuring a consistent user experience.This paper investigates the present researches and challenges associated with deployment of multi-band integrated networks in existing infrastructures.Then,an evolutionary path for integrated networking is proposed with the consideration of maturity of emerging technologies and practical network deployment.The proposed design principles for 6G multi-band integrated networking aim to achieve on-demand networking objectives,while the architecture supports full spectrum access and collaboration between high and low frequencies.In addition,the potential key air interface technologies and intelligent technologies for integrated networking are comprehensively discussed.It will be a crucial basis for the subsequent standards promotion of 6G multi-band integrated networking technology. 展开更多
