To screen the high efficient mixed culture and understand the bioleaching behaviors of mixed culture for low-grade copper sulfide ore bioleaching,ten mixed cultures were collected and screened from different acid mine drainages obtained from sulfide mines of China.The leaching rate was set as criterion to screen the mixed culture and the metagenomic approach.Community genome array(CGA) was used for analyzing the mixed culture microbial community shift during the bioleaching process.The results indicate that the mixed culture obtained from Yinshan(YS) lead-zinc mine in Dexing of Jiangxi province in China reaches the maximum copper extraction(68.89%) during the one bioleaching period of 24 d.CGA results show that YS culture contains nine kinds of bacteria which are belong to six divisions,and the microbial community structure is changing during the bioleaching process.This provides a good way to accelerate the bioleaching process and reveals the microbial community shift during the bioleaching process. 展开更多

High Efficient Methods of Content-based 3D Model Retrieval 被引量:5

Content-based 3D model retrieval is of great help to facilitate the reuse of existing designs and to inspire designers during conceptual design. However, there is still a gap to apply it in industry due to the low time efficiency. This paper presents two new methods with high efficiency to build a Content-based 3D model retrieval system. First, an improvement is made on the "Shape Distribution (D2)" algorithm, and a new algorithm named "Quick D2" is proposed. Four sample 3D mechanical models are used in an experiment to compare the time cost of the two algorithms. The result indicates that the time cost of Quick D2 is much lower than that of D2, while the descriptors extracted by the two algorithms are almost the same. Second, an expandable 3D model repository index method with high performance, namely, RBK index, is presented. On the basis of RBK index, the search space is pruned effectively during the search process, leading to a speed up of the whole system. The factors that influence the values of the key parameters of RBK index are discussed and an experimental method to find the optimal values of the key parameters is given. Finally, "3D Searcher", a content-based 3D model retrieval system is developed. By using the methods proposed, the time cost for the system to respond one query online is reduced by 75% on average. The system has been implemented in a manufacturing enterprise, and practical query examples during a case of the automobile rear axle design are also shown. The research method presented shows a new research perspective and can effectively improve the content-based 3D model retrieval efficiency. 展开更多

The bottleneck of strontium compounds preparing from celestite is the promotion of Sr/S isolation efficiency.Low energy consumption and zero release method for isolating Sr/S in preparing Sr(OH)2 process from celestite in mild condition was described.Sr element remained in precipitation with formation of Sr(OH)2,while S element entered into leachate with formation of Na2SO4.The effects of initial concentration of NaOH,conversion temperature,liquid-to-solid(L/S)ratio and conversion time on Sr/S ratio of samples for celestite conversion were systematically investigated by experiments.The results demonstrated that the efficiency of Sr/S isolation increased with the initial concentration of NaOH,L/S ratio and conversion time,and decreased with conversion temperature.The maximum conversion ratio of Sr(OH)2 was 93.88%under the optimum condition,whose Sr/S ratio of sample could reach to 41.16.It illustrated that better isolation efficiency of celestite could be achieved in alkaline treatment.The results of SEM-EDS analyses demonstrated that the conversion reaction was a dissolution-precipitation process. 展开更多

On the basis of reviewing the progress in the high efficient enrichment from secondary resources of low grade precious metals at home and abroad, a process route of the high efficient enrichment precious metals from secondary resources of low-grade metals by adding iron oxide as the trapping agent, reducing agent, additive, mixing uniformly and grinding, pelletizing, reduction, grinding and separation, and selectively acid leaching iron has been put forward in this paper. The experiments of reduction, grinding and separation, and selectively acid leaching iron were carried out mainly. Under the decided experiment parameters and conditions, iron generated during the reduction can trap precious metals during reduction, high active alloy powders were obtained from the reduced products by grinding and separation, the concentration of precious metals was obtained by acid leaching high active alloy powders. The better enrichment effect was obtained by adopting the technical route of processing. Other low grade noble metal materials and enrichment ratio of precious metals from the materials to acid products was high through acid leaching. This process has the advantages of simple process, environmental-friendly, strong adaptability of raw materials, high concentration ratio, which was regarded as a kind of the general efficient enrichment technology of low grade precious metal materials. 展开更多

In the experiments, a fundamental mode output laser was acquired. Ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxide(NO_(x))is an irreversible trend for the development of waste-to-energy industry.But traditional approaches to remove NO_(x) face significant challenge s,such as low denitration efficiency,complex denitration system,and high investment and operating cost.Here we put forward a novel polymer non-catalytic reduction(PNCR)technology that utilized a new type of polymer agent to remove NO_(x),and the proposed PNCR technology was applied to the existing waste-to-energy plant to test the denitration performance.The PNCR technology demonstrated excellent denitration performance with a NO_(x) emission concentration of<100 mg/Nm^(3) and high denitration efficiency of>75%at the temperature range of 800-900℃,which showed the application feasibility even on the complex and unstable industrial operating conditions.In addition,PNCR and hybrid polymer/selective non-catalytic reduction(PNCR/SNCR)technology possessed remarkable economic advantages including low investment fee and low operating cost of<10 CNY per ton of municipal solid waste(MSW)compared with selective catalytic reduction(SCR)technology.The excellent denitration performance of PNCR technology forebodes a broad industrial application prospect in the field of flue gas cleaning for waste-to-energy plants. 展开更多

In this paper,a wideband true time delay line for X-band is designed to overcome the beam dispersion problem in a high-resolution spaceborne synthetic aperture radar phased array antenna system.The delay line loads the electromagnetic bandgap structure on the upper surface of the substrate integrated waveguide.This is equivalent to including an additional inductance-capacitance for energy storage,which realizes the slow-wave effect.A microstrip line-SIW tapered transition structure is introduced to achieve a low loss and a large bandwidth.In the frequency band between 8-12 GHz,the measured results show that the delay multiplier of the delay line reaches 4 times,i.e.,delay line’s delay time is 4 times larger than 50Ωmicrostrip line with same length.Furthermore,the delay fluctuation,i.e.,the difference between the maximum and minimum delay as a percentage of the standard delay is only 2.5%,the insertion loss is less than-2.5 dB,and the return loss is less than-15 dB.Compared with the existing delay lines,the proposed delay line has the advantages of high delay efficiency,low delay error,wide bandwidth and low loss,which has good practical value and application prospects. 展开更多

Superhydrophobic glass has inspiring development prospects in endoscopes,solar panels and other engineering and medical fields.However,the surface topography required to achieve superhydrophobicity will inevitably affect the surface transparency and limit the application of glass materials.To resolve the contradiction between the surface transparency and the robust superhydrophobicity,an efficient and low-cost laser-chemical surface functionalization process was utilized to fabricate superhydrophobic glass surface.The results show that the air can be effectively trapped in surface micro/nanostructure induced by laser texturing,thus reducing the solid-liquid contact area and interfacial tension.The deposition of hydrophobic carbon-containing groups on the surface can be accelerated by chemical treatment,and the surface energy is significantly reduced.The glass surface exhibits marvelous robust superhydrophobicity with a contact angle of 155.8°and a roll-off angle of 7.2°under the combination of hierarchical micro/nanostructure and low surface energy.Moreover,the surface transparency of the prepared superhydrophobic glass was only 5.42%lower than that of the untreated surface.This superhydrophobic glass with high transparency still maintains excellent superhydrophobicity after durability and stability tests.The facile fabrication of superhydrophobic glass with high transparency and robustness provides a strong reference for further expanding the application value of glass materials. 展开更多

Anion exchange membranes(AEMs)combining high hydroxide conductivity and alkali-resistant stability have become a major challenge for the long-term development of anion exchange membrane fuel cells(AEMFCs).Here,we designed a series of poly(mequitazine-terphenyl piperidinium)(QPMTP-X)AEMs with dual-functionalized quaternary ammonium cations by introducing a certain proportion of large steric hindrance mequitazine(MEQ)molecular building unit into the poly(aryl piperidinium)backbone.QPMTP-X retains the excellent mechanical properties of the poly(aryl piperidinium),while also combining the alkaline stability and high ionic conductivity exhibited by MEQ with flexible quinuclidinium side chains,achieving an overall improvement of membrane performance.Notably,QPMTP-30 exhibits an ultra-high conductivity of up to 206.83 mS cm^(-1)and excellent alkaline stability(over 95%conductivity is maintained after 1000 h of conditioning in 2 M NaOH at 80℃).In fuel cell performance test,QPMTP-30 achieves a peak power density(PPD)of 974.5 mW cm^(-2)and operates stably at 80℃for more than 60 h(0.1 A cm^(-2)).Incorporating large steric hindrance building blocks and multi-cations into the poly(aryl piperidinium)backbone not only synergizes the development of highperformance AEMs but also opens up new ideas for the structural design of future AEMs. 展开更多

The delayed nitrogen application technology is a crucial method for achieving high yield and efficiency in wheat cultivation.Specifically,more nitrogen is supplied to the middle and late growth stages of wheat by adjusting the application time and proportion of nitrogen fertilizer.This approach helps improve the tiller-bearing percentage and increase the number of grains per ear and the thousand-grain weight,while also reducing nitrogen loss and enhancing fertilizer use efficiency.This paper systematically elaborated on the high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation technology system with delayed nitrogen application for wheat,covering variety selection,soil management,sowing technology,the principle and implementation methods of delayed nitrogen application,integrated water and fertilizer management,field management,and comprehensive pest and disease control.Considering the ecological characteristics of major wheat-growing regions in China,tailored technical solutions were proposed,and operational key points of critical technological steps were introduced in detail.Through scientific variety distribution,precise nitrogen management,and integrated pest control,wheat yield and quality can be enhanced while achieving cost saving,improved efficiency,and ecological environmental protection.This paper provides systematic theoretical guidance and practical references for promoting thedelayed nitrogen application technology in wheat,thereby supporting the sustainable development of China s wheat industry. 展开更多

A novel Eu^(3+)-doped fluorapatite red phosphor Ca_(2)Y_(8)(BO_(4))_(2)(SiO_(4))_(4)F_(2)Eu^(3+)with pure phase was synthesized in this study.Density functional theory(DFT)calculation and diffuse reflection spectrum analysis reveal its potential as a matrix for phosphors excited by ultraviolet light.Eu^(3+)has a^(7)F_(0)→^(5)L_(6)transition at 394 nm,and the prepared phosphor exhibits a high emission intensity at 614 nm,which may be attributed to the^(5)D_(0)-^(7)F_(2)energy transition at the lower symmetry site of Eu^(3+).The optimal doping concentration of the phosphor is determined to be 11 mol%,with concentration quenching attributed to the exchange interaction mechanism.The overall color purity of the phosphor is up to 99.88%,with an internal quantum efficiency as high as 91.15%.Notably,Ca_(2)Y_(8)(BO_(4))_(2)(SiO_(4))_(4)F_(2):11 mol%Eu^(3+)(CYBSF:11 mol%Eu^(3+))phosphors exhibit good thermal stability,with a thermal quenching temperature(T1/2)of 552 K and the intensity of emission at 423 K still at 88.89%of that at 298 K.The activation energy of the phosphor is up to 0.30287 eV.Its comprehensive luminescence performance surpasses that of commercial red phosphor,making it suitable for near ultraviolet excited warm white light emitting diode(NUV-WLED)with a high color rendering index(Ra=82)and a correlated color temperature(CCT)of 4339 K.Moreover,the phosphor achieves latent fingerprint visualization and anti-counterfeiting ink on different material surfaces:glass,aluminum foil,plastic and paper.Overall,the fluorapatite CYBSF:11 mol%Eu^(3+)phosphor holds great potential for multimodal applications due to its high quantum efficiency and good thermal stability. 展开更多

The geochemical analysis and experimental simulation are comprehensively used to systematically study the hydrocarbon generation material,organic matter enrichment and hydrocarbon generation model of Paleogene source rock in the Western Qaidam Depression,Qaidam Basin,NW China.Three main factors result in low TOC values of saline lacustrine source rock of the Qaidam Basin:relatively poor nutrient supply inhibits the algal bloom,too fast deposition rate causes the dilution of organic matter,and high organic matter conversion efficiency causes the low residual organic carbon.For this type of hydrogen-rich organic matter,due to the reduction of organic carbon during hydrocarbon generation,TOC needs to be restored based on maturity before evaluating organic matter abundance.The hydrocarbon generation of saline lacustrine source rocks of the Qaidam Basin is from two parts:soluble organic matter and insoluble organic matter.The soluble organic matter is inherited from organisms and preserved in saline lacustrine basins.It generates hydrocarbons during low-maturity stage,and the formed hydrocarbons are rich in complex compounds such as NOS,and undergo secondary cracking to form light components in the later stage;the hydrocarbon generation model of insoluble organic matter conforms to the traditional“Tissot”model,with an oil generation peak corresponding to Ro of 1.0%. 展开更多

A computer generated holographic stereogram based on the wavefront recording plane (WRP) is presented. A WRP closed to the parallax image plane is introduced to record the complex amplitude in a small region for each point in the parallax image. By using three times of fast Fourier transform (FFT) to execute the Fresnel dif- fraction calculation between the WRP and the holographic stereogram plane, the object wave contributing to the hologram pattern can be achieved. The computation complexity of the proposed approach is dramatically reduced. The results show that the calculation time can be decreased by more than one order of magnitude. 展开更多

Establishment of a highly efficient regeneration system for the mature embryo of wheat will provide a convenient tool for wheat tissue culture and transformation, thereby facilitating the transformation of foreign genes into wheat. By using the mature embryos derived from 20 different wheat lines including Shi 4185, Yumai 66, Lunxuan 987, CB037, Yangmai 6, Xinchun 9, Bobwhite, Han 6172, Zheng 9023, Jimai 20, Ningchun 4, and Jing 411, the effects of some factors including inoculation methods, initiating culture media, organic additives, antioxidants, and auxins on the regeneration from the explants were evaluated. The results indicated that the scraping embryo culture was better than the whole embryo culture, the Aa medium was better than the SD2 medium and dicamba was better than 2,4-D in increasing the regeneration frequency. An Adi medium was established in this study by adding silver nitrate, cysteine, ascorbic acid, dicamba, glutamine into the Aa medium at the concentration of 4,40, 100, 2, and 5 mg L^-1, respectively. By using the Adi medium and the scraping technique, the regeneration frequencies of the mature embryos of CB037, Lunxuan 987, Hart 6172, Yangmai 6, Bobwhite, Zheng 9023, Shi 4 185, and Jimai 20 became 85.6, 60,1, 46.0, 42.1,42.0, 34.0, 33.0, and 32.0%, respectively, which were about 5-8 times higher than that obtained from the conventional culture mediums and techniques. This novel regeneration system could be helpful in wheat transformation. 展开更多

Based on reserve abundance,large gas fields in China can be divided into two types:type one of high abundance large gas fields,dominated by structural gas reservoirs; type two of low abundance large gas fields,dominated by stratigraphic and lithologic gas reservoirs.The formation of these two types of large gas fields is related to the highly efficient accumulation of natural gas.The accumulation of high abundance gas fields is dependent on the rapid maturation of the source kitchen and huge residual pressure difference between the gas source kitchen and reservoir,which is the strong driving force for natural gas migration to traps.Whereas the accumulation of low abundance gas fields is more complicated,involving both volume flow charge during the burial stage and diffusion flow charge during the uplift stage,which results in large area accumulation and preservation of natural gas in low porosity and low permeability reservoirs.This conclusion should assist gas exploration in different geological settings. 展开更多

Perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells(PSTSCs) have exhibited huge technological potential for breaking the Shockley-Queisser limit of single-junction solar cells. The efficiency of P-I-N type PSTSCs has surpassed the single-junction limit, while the performance of N-I-P type PSTSCs is far below the theoretical value. Here, we developed a composite electron transport layer for N-I-P type monolithic PSTSCs with enhanced open-circuit voltage(VOC) and power conversion efficiency(PCE). Lithium chloride(Li Cl) was added into the tin oxide(SnO_(2)) precursor solution, which simultaneously passivated the defects and increased the electron injection driving force at the electron transfer layer(ETL)/perovskite interface.Eventually, we achieved monolithic PSTSCs with an efficiency of 25.42% and V_(OC) of 1.92 V, which is the highest PCE and VOCin N-I-P type perovskite/Si tandem devices. This work on interface engineering for improving the PCE of monolithic PSTSCs may bring a new hot point about perovskite-based tandem devices. 展开更多
